Awesome DJ!
We had Braeden DJ at our wedding and he did a fantastic job!! Our venue was at the Wildwood manor house which was a bit unusual since there are limits on volume levels but he did a great job playing the songs we requested and playing at appropriate volume levels! One really cool part was that Braeden was set up to play outside underneath a tent on the patio and it was pouring rain and so incredibly hot that everybody went inside and my sister asked Braeden if he would be willing to move indoors and he went above and beyond and moved ALL of his equipment inside to continue the dance party!! Thank you for being the best DJ at our wedding! -

Wedding Reception - Book That DJ
Randy at “Book That DJ” was amazing at our wedding reception! He helped us through the whole planning process of picking out our playlist (easy website by the way) & organizing how the evening would go! He brought his professional insights & suggestions — and most of all, great energy to our reception! The music volume, up-lights, evening flow, and a great mix of mellow & up-beat dance music were in all the right places! We were delighted to see our wedding guests enjoying themselves on the dance floor & Randy kept the party going all evening long! Packed Dance Floor, Great Communication
Book that DJ help make our wedding the best day it could be. They were very good with communication and with some same day changes that I wanted to make to our songs.
One thing my husband and I wanted on our wedding day was a packed dance floor and Book That DJ made that happen. I told them this and asked them to read the crowd and they did just that. We had a packed dance floor all night long and I had many compliments on the music, and have recommended them to many friends with upcoming weddings. -

MUST have for your wedding day!
Randy with “Book that DJ” is a MUST have for your wedding day or event. He kept the dance floor full and the mood electric. We kept the vibe going until 1am and couldn’t have done it without Randy. Without a doubt Randy is your guy. -

Perfect transitions, welcomes, and kept the vibes high at a 10!
We wouldn’t have been able to have had our beautiful wedding without the music from Randy and Book That DJ. It was the easiest and seamless process. Picking the exact songs, you want for each specific moment was no more than a click of a button. He had perfect transitions, welcomes, and would always keep the vibes high at a 10. Would highly recommend to any engaged couple. The videos and pictures he took were amazing and were such an awesome surprise to get at the end of the night. Especially since we didn't hire a videographer. Now we can relive the best day of our lives. Would recommend 10/10!-

Very happy with their services!

Everyone loved Randy!
We used Book that DJ for a wedding and had a great experience. The communication in advance was great. The tool to help with planning is super easy. We had Randy as our DJ and he did great, several of our guests were complimenting him and asking for cards for other weddings. -

Flexable, fun and great communication
Our DJ for the night was Chris. Communication with Book That DJ (Randy) was quick from the start. I messaged them at 1am and got a response within 20 minutes on their availability for our reception. Once we were matched up with our DJ for our venue, text/email responses were still very timely. Chris met with us a week before our reception to go over playlists and other details. The night of our reception he was always checking in with us. Making sure we were still on the same timeline for our introduction, first dance etc.. He was even accommodating to my change of introduction song, 2 hours before our reception started. Played music from our list and a few mashups which we loved. We had an amazing time and Chris played a part in that for us. Thanks to Book That DJ and Chris. -

Everyone had so much fun!
Tyler DJ'd our wedding and did such an incredible job! The dance floor stayed full, and everyone had so much fun! Randy responded to our initial inquiry within minutes and did a very thorough job walking us through their planning process, letting us know what to expect and showing us how to use their really cool portal to plan our wedding playlist. Book That DJ was so easy to work with and we were so happy to have them at our wedding! We can't recommend them enough! -

October 2024 Wedding
We hired Book That DJ for our October 2024 wedding. Randy and our event DJ, Jake, were both exceptionally helpful through the planning process. We always got quick responses when we had questions and they have a user-friendly portal to help organize playlists and song selections for specific moments. We weren't super picky about our playlist and really just wanted our guests to dance and have a good time. Jake did a great job reading the room and knowing exactly what to play to keep the dance floor full the entire night.
He also did a great job with the wedding service itself. From the moment guests started arriving to the recessional and then the cocktail hour, the music for everything was perfect!
I highly recommend Book That DJ for any event! -

Book That DJ and Randy, specifically, were incredible to work with! They made everything so seamless for booking, adding must play songs, building our timeline, etc. We also had a DJ hiccup prior to booking Book That DJ and they put all our worries to rest, which was most appreciated. We had Randy for our ceremony music and our reception and he was excellent! He communicated with all the people necessary, which allowed us to just enjoy our day. Everything went so smooth and our guests were on the dance floor nonstop which was so fun for us as the couple. We couldn’t have better things to say about him!! -

From the very first meeting they were professional, well organized ,and willing to work with our budget. They let us know what to expect throughout the entire process. Evan was our DJ and he was very personable. He did everything to get the party going and he was very flexible with changes to the plan. Dance Floor Was Packed All Night!
DJ Randy Main was the best. My wife and I met with him prior to the wedding and reception and he created a playlist based on what songs we liked (also didn't play songs we hate). I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a wedding coming up. -

So Much Fun!!!!!
Jake was the DJ for our wedding reception and he did such an amazing job from start to finish. When we met with Jake to go over our reception details, we were already so burned out by wedding planning, Jake took all of our concerns and worries away - when we weren't sure which song to pick for xyz, or how to approach a certain part of the evening - he was ready to go with lots of incredible suggestions and just put both of our minds at ease. We relied on him for a lot of the decision making in the final stretch before our wedding day and he did not disappoint - our wedding was so incredible, we appreciate Jake & the Book That DJ crew more than we can say with words alone, thanks for being a part of our incredible day and making it so much fun!!!!!!! What a fun night!
For our wedding, we booked with Randy for an additional fee and it was worth it! We had a meeting to go over desired songs, songs we didn't want played, and timing and he nailed it all! He really felt out the crowd and had a great flow. He honored our wishes of no requests unless it came from the bride or groom.
In addition, we had these crowd sync bracelets that required additional equipment to manage and he assisted with no hesitation.
As a very detailed bride, coordination and organization between vendors was very important to me and I felt confident in his abilities to DJ and help our vision come to life. Thank you Randy and team!

Perfect vibe, perfect volume, perfect everything!
For me the music (especially in the ceremony) was practically the only thing I cared about. He gave suggestions, but in the end was on board for my vision. The timing, volume fillers were right on point. He is Super easy to work with. The way you can personalize your music with them online is so nice, but the parts I didn’t care as much about he just did his thing while always following my vibe. Super professional, but still always easy going. 1000% would recommend. -

I cannot rave enough about how fantastic Randy with Book that DJ was. He did a phenomenal job across the board. He was professional, responded in a timely manner, and understood what we wanted out of our day. We were very pleased with our DJ and this company. Unfortunately, we lost the first two DJs who were assigned to us due to unforeseen circumstances and Chris was assigned to us just a couple weeks before our wedding. He didn’t miss a beat and just did a wonderful job. He took time to talk to us to get a feel what we were looking for and he certainly delivered! Having been to countless events and weddings over the years, I've seen my fair share of bad DJs. So when I encountered Book That DJ at a friends wedding, I was genuinely impressed and I had to book them for my own wedding the following year.

We had a American, Chinese, Moroccan and Berber wedding and RANDY was on point with every single part of our ceremonies. Fantastic Experience
I have worked in the Wedding Industry for the past 5 years, and have seen SO many DJ's, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Book That DJ was amazing - Randy was personable and made everything go off without a hitch. He kept our timeline going, while still allowing for scatter brained couples to have some fun with their guests.
We also had him for our ceremony, at a small shelter house at one of the MetroParks, and he made absolutely everything perfect.

Reauna was THE BEST!
We absolutely loved working with Reauna! She was super responsive leading up to the wedding. The way she read the room the night of was incredible! It was a crazy day and night but my favorite memories were from the dance floor! We got comments from so many guests saying the same! Cannot recommend Reauna and Book that DJ enough! -

This dj is amazing!
Randy went above and beyond to make our day perfect! The venue was outdoors and very spread out so there had to be multiple set ups. This was no problem for Randy. He was organized and professional. We had so much fun on our special day! -

Best DJ to keep your party going
We had Dj Randy, safe to say everyone loved him. He also helped me last minute dismiss tables for dinner which was not expected at all and he helped whatever way he could. Absolutely worth every penny! We payed extra to keep him there until midnight and our friends tried to pay him to stay until 2am….. definitely the biggest contributor to how fun our reception was. -

Book That DJ - Andrew Dartt!
We had a great experience with Book That DJ and specifically our DJ - Andrew Dartt! Andrew did an amazing job at getting to know us and building a playlist that was perfect for our big day. His attention to detail really made the difference in coordinating all the small events that take place throughout a wedding day and he was ready with great suggestions when we were unsure of what to do next or which song to choose. Andrew did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and was able to clearly instruct our guests to assist in making the night flow easily and smoothly throughout these transitions! We would recommend 100%! -

Randy and Book That DJ were beyond amazing! After we lost our original DJ last minute, Randy really saved the day! He was professional, very knowledgeable, and helped create a great atmosphere for each section of our wedding. Randy also kept everything running on time which made the day run smoothly and allowed us to enjoy every moment. I cannot say enough good things! -

Smooth and Easy
Working with book that DJ and specifically DJ Elo was nothing short of a positive experience. DJ Elo was in step with me through the entire planning process and made everything a breeze. I really appreciated his attention to detail and remembering specifics that I had mentioned during our phone calls. 11/10 Amazing Experience
Really couldn’t have dreamt of having a better DJ. Jason’s personality is ideal for a wedding DJ - high knowledgable and technically skilled while being funny, full of energy, and overall enjoyable to be around. Jason was able to meet several months in advance to do initial planning, and BookThatDJ has a really kick butt portal that lets you pick songs for each wedding/reception segment and see popular song picks wedding part. Day of the wedding, Jason showed up early and had everything ready to go - most importantly he was in calm, cool, and collected and added a really appreciated demeanor that helped myself and the wedding party enjoy the day more. Fast forward to the dancing part of the section, the music selection was fire and which helped the keep the dance floor full until midnight. Didn’t do a whole lot of price shopping for DJ but our their fees seems right inline with other options. Really can’t recommend BookThatDJ enough. 11/10 -

Great to Work With!
Book That DJ was great for my husband and I on our wedding day. We met with Andrew Dartt before the big day to get everything in order and then he made sure to reach out again just to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Day of, he helped to keep us on track and kept the crowd going with great song choices. Amazing to work with and a super nice guy! -

Kept the party going!
Jason from Book That DJ was amazing! He agreed to take on our wedding knowing it would be a bit of a challenge considering a good portion of our music was in Arabic. He kept the party alive! Looking back on our day I feel we had the most lively dance floor of any wedding I've ever attended and also heard this comment from most of our guests! There was no less than 75 people on the dance floor at any given time during the night. He was very accommodating, personable, professional and I can't thank him enough for keeping our party going! I would recommend without any reservations! -

Made Our Entire Evening Perfect
I don’t know where to start- Jason from Book That DJ was amazing. He ran our wedding reception so smoothly, from the walk-in, first dances, and the dance party. He read the room so amazingly- he played the best music and the dance floor was full all night long! He played a mix between current songs and oldies which was requested by us and everyone had an absolute blast. Book That DJ was professional, helpful, and the highlight of our evening. 10/10 recommend!!
I'm not sure where to start, there are so many great things I could say! Choosing Book That DJ for our wedding DJ was one of the best decisions we made! We met Jason at a Bridal show in January 2019 and loved his energy. The other main selling points were the planning website and that they have back up DJ's, so they were the first vendor we picked. The planning site was so convenient, helpful, and easy to use.
Fast forward to October 2021, we FINALLY had our reception (thanks to Covid we had to postpone by a year). DJ Randy Main was our DJ and we met him the week of our wedding to go over our details. Randy was so easy to work with and gave us plenty of guidance for making decisions about all of the details and was open to all of the ideas we had.
Throughout the reception he always checked with us to make sure we were ready for each event before starting. We never felt pushed or rushed for anything and we still stayed on schedule for the most part. We really felt like his timing was perfect for everything! One of our requests (and one of my favorite parts of the day) was that "Be Our Guest" from Beauty and the Beast was played as dinner was being served. It was amazing and we had a lot of our guests tell us how amazed they were!
Every song he played was amazing. I hate dancing and I was on the dance floor most of the night! My 75+ year old grandparents also killed it on the dance floor most of the night (even during Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-a-Lot😂). We had the time of our lives, it was honestly the most amazing day! We can't thank Randy enough for helping make it so amazing! We 100% recommend Randy Main and Book That DJ! -
