Excellent DJ!!!

DJ L Boog was awesome! He was professional, proactive in making sure our music selection was what we wanted. He kept our guest on the dancefloor!! I heard him DJ at another event so I knew he would be perfect for our wedding. I would definitely refer his services to anyone!

Awesome Talent and Caring Community Member

DJ L BooG did a children’s event for my nonprofit. He was professional, but fun catering to the request of the participants. He had a great selection of songs they loved. I was impressed that he had a mic for me to use even through I hadn’t thought to request it. His setup and breakdown were quick, allowing us to get in and out of the venue without disrupting any other events for the day. Can’t wait to have DJ L BooG do another event for us.

Music is everything

Dj Boog was super professional and timely. He reached out to me prior to my event to see if there was any special request and music that I preferred. His personal attention to details (my preferred music) made my event so much more enjoyable. He even took special request from my guest which made it more than just and event it was any experience that I will remember forever. I recommend using him for any and all events.

He was the best DJ I've every experienced. All of my guest remarked on how great the reception was as a result of the atmosphere created by the DJ. He is professional, was sensitive to the crowd and the mood of the crowd. Cannot thank him enough.

I use DJ L Boog every chance I can host an event. He is reliable, professional and always on time (early). I trust that he's going to bring it every time and he definitely delivers. He has done so many of my events from a District wide Halloween Party, to a Christmas Party, To a talent show, Wedding, birthday parties and more. He's affordable and awesome!!!

I booked Larry for my Brother's birthday party in Detroit. I live in Dallas and Larry was so helpful and knowledgeable with the preparation for the party. The music was great and he tailored it to the theme of our party! Everyone at the party LOVED him! I’d book him again even if I have to bring him to Dallas, TX!

Dj L Boog is very Good! his services were awesome. The uplighting service he provided was very beautiful and went perfectly with our safari/ Lion King theme. one thing for sure he kept our guest on the dance floor with good music. DJ L BooG was AMAZING! He was hired by my husband for my surprise birthday party, I turned around and saw a DJ from afar off, when I got closer and realized who it was, I KNEW we were in for a great night! He worked two very different events for me he same weekend and both were amazing!!! His ability to read the crowd and play music for the event that was inspiring and enjoyable was phenomenal! 5star service every time

Coordibatung events with him is always easy. He's flexible and plays appropriate music for all occasions. He was sensitive to the crowd for mood and volume as well. Very friendly and easy to deal with.

Dj L Boog is awesome!! We have used him for multiple events, with the most recent being my wedding. I requested he wear a tux, he did! We shared a google play list for songs we loved so he can get a vibe for the feel we wanted, he totally delivered!! It was a non stop party. I still get texts and emails about how fun our wedding was!! Out of all of the vendors we hired he was the easiest!! And we hired a lot of vendors. Just to put it in perspective our wedding cost over $60K and we had around 150 guests!! He is the only DJ we will ever use!!

Was ready and set up on time. Kept the party going. Great balance of music. Didn’t offend the churchy older attendees. On top of hit songs that had a curse word or two. Flawlessly scratched past them without anyone feeling “some kind of way”! My DJ all day!

Boog is the way, the truth, and the life. I judge his performance based on how seamless it was, how it nearly seemed like he wasn't even there - that there just seemed to be a friendly, incredibly well-tuned jukebox in the corner, who knew just what mood people ought to be in, which is exactly what we wanted. I would recommend he DJ your wedding, your Bat Mitzva, and I sort of want to book him in advance for my last rites.

DJ L BooG was AWESOME!!! I had to plan my Detroit wedding from my home in NYC. So, I didn't know anyone. I asked my sister and L BooG was the first dj she recommended. I contacted him and he was enthusiastic to work with me. His rate was more than fair, and he sent me a link to listen to some of his work. I was more than happy with what I heard. There was lots of variety and everything was on point. It was clear he knows what he's doing. As we got closer to my wedding date, I sent him a list of songs I definitely wanted him to play. He was more than happy to oblige. There were three things that I was especially happy with. 1) My wedding had a 1920s theme. And though I wanted to have a slamming modern party, I didn't want to ditch my theme. I asked him to incorporate some 1920s music into the evening, and he ABSOLUTELY came through!! Even my little 2 year old ring bearer danced to the 1920s stuff. And even more importantly, the vintage music never interrupted the flow of the party. 2) I requested Rihanna's "Cake" while we cut the cake. And if you know that song, you know that it is not really family material. I was nervous, but I thought it was clever. He started playing it and the crowd went wild. When the "mature" parts came, he did some cool scratches, and all the "young" people went even more wild. It was Perfect!! 3) I told him that he Had to play "Turn Down for What" but that he had to earn it. Can I just tell you...the party was on fire! Everybody was drenched in sweat. The babies never left the floor. Everyone was smiling. And then that song came on. The building Exploded. My husband and I were Thrilled!!! People are Still talking about our party, and DJ L BooG played a huge part in that. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to any and everybody!!!

I searched and interviewed several DJs before going with Larry. For the wedding he was on-time, stayed later than scheduled, and most importantly played great music! He was professional and when we needed him for the rehearsal last minute, he wade himself available. Larry was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to any bride/couple that wants excellent, friendly and reliable service. Thanks again Larry, you made our wedding special!

L Boog kept the party ROCKING! Everyone danced the entire night. The bridal party was even inspired to have an impromptu soul-train line. People are still calling us saying that this was the best party they ever attended.

Here's what I appreciated most about Larry: (1) all of the music was clean. No curse words. (2) He was able to survey the audience, realize how diverse (in age and background) our guests were and pick music that everyone would enjoy dancing to.

Our reception was over at midnight. Most people left by 11:45p. He literally played music until midnight, even though no one was there but the clean up crew.

Dj L. BOOG was excellent at my wedding. I told him the kind of music I wanted and he played all of my favs. My husband and I lovvvved his services and recommend him to all our friends. He was such a joy to work with and very energetic at the wedding. His personality is exactly what you need for a fun, lively event. I also loved that when I called, emailed, or texted him he was available or quick to return get back to me. He is also willing to work around various budgets. Just call him and explain what you need....he will make it happen.

Awesome DJ, it was an event for students and their families. Music played was clean and family inviting...kids were involved. Very professional from beginning to end. Reasonable as well....

OMG!! dJ L BOOG was GREAT!! I booked him at the last minute for my wedding reception April 24th, 2009 and he was willing to work with us. He was very professional, on time and I would book him again for a party. Thanks again for the fun time.

Larry played music after the required time that we were paying him. He picked ALL the right songs for the right events. I was glad that he was the best dj ever.

An excellent DJ! I had a party for 8h graders and I was worried that they wouldn't like the dance but they absolutely loved the music and they enjoyed their first dance of the school year! I'm bringing him back soon!
