I highly recommend going to Bombshell bridal. As this was my second wedding and having a different body compared to the first, I didn’t have an exact style except I wanted sleeves. Kirah was amazing and worked with my budget and style. The staff is amazing and the selection of dresses was perfect. I only had to try on 4 to know I found the one. Beautiful Gowns
I had a wonderful time working with Bombshell Bridal!!! Before my appointment at Bombshell, I had an appointment at David’s Bridal and that did not go well at all…. Having the appointment at Bombshell was just what I needed! Sam, my attendant, made me feel so comfortable and she stood up for me amongst all the voices in my group. I found my dream dress there on my second visit and would 100% shop here again (although hopefully I won’t need to, lol).

Amazing dress, amazing experience
I LOVED my dress, but I also loved my experience when I went to the shop. They cater to ALL sizes. Being a plus sized bride I was nervous about trying on dresses so I wanted to find a place that would have some in my size to actually try on. I hit the jackpot! My dress ended up being the first one I tried on, but I did try on at least 20 others before going back to that one. It was lightweight, sparkly and made me feel like a princess!

Don't think twice, go to Bombshell Bridal
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience purchasing my dress. It was amazing with so many lockdowns and restrictions that I was able to bring the 6 most important women in my life and have them go through the experience with me. I never thought I would be picky but they took all of my comments about each dress and pulled the one for me. If you are on the fence and are thinking of settling as a "big" bride don't. Go to a shop where you are the star and that you know that you are going to find the one. Thank you so much to all the wonderful women at Bombshell Bridal I would make the 2 1/2 hour trip again and again.

Megan was the salesperson that assisted me in finding my dress and she was amazing! She was attentive without hovering. She took the time to hear exactly what I was and wasn't liking with each dress and helped narrow down through the others we had grabbed. This was hard to find at the other few shops I went to and was initially very put off with the process. She really made it fun and exciting and a day I'll remember with my mom and sister (MOH) forever.
Not only did she help me find my dress, but it was from the discontinued rack which meant not only did I get to take it home the same day, but it was a steal at $400 (originally $2,500). How can you not love a bargain like that for a dress you fall in love with for your wedding day!!

I could not recommend this shop more! We drove from cleveland for my appointment and it was well worth it! They are super helpful and have a great selection of dresses, and since they are a plus size boutique the sample sizes are as well!

The BEST plus size bridal shop
All of the girls there are so helpful! This was the only Bridal shop that I had went to that had more than a handful of plus size dress to try on. They had so many beautiful dresses that were all in plus size. I had went to 4 other bridal shops before Bombshell and Bombshell had the biggest diverse selection of dresses. I am so beyond happy I found the dress of my dreams!!!

It is a cozy, little store that did not make me feel rushed or pushed into any choices I didn't want to make. They made sure I found dresses in within my small budget that didn't look like budget dresses. The woman there gave me her full attention, unlike other stores, and listened to my likes and dislikes. After trying on a dozen dresses I ended up buying the first one I put on. It was also nice to have dress choices made for plus sized figures that accented my body, not just dresses that were made for a size 4 but also came in a size 16. I would recommend this store to anyone!

I was so worried, but determined!
I said yes to my dress ! It’s being shipped as I write this. It should be in tonight if not tomorrow. I was worried that I wouldn’t find a dress that would fit & take home at the same time. At last, Deborah was very helpful and calm with me. I do however, I tried on more dresses just for the experience, but I truly found the one I love and I got to buy it the same day and ship it. The store is just how you see on IG and the ladies were so sweet and boosted my confidence so much I knew I was in the right place . If I could get married everyday lol I would buy a dress from them all the time. I set my budget at $2k knowing I would find something less . I spent $1,590 due to tax and my dress was originally $1700 but I got $200 off!
I also enjoyed my private suite and the sign says 10/18 it’s actually 10/08/21 but that’s okay.

I just left Bombshell Bridal Boutique after saying YES to my dress. They have so many different styles, colors and fits. When i scheduled my appointment online, it was not even 24 hours after that I received a phone call. The phone call was reassuring and made me comfortable, it was all about me and my ideal style. When I walked into the building for my appointment I was greeted right away by smiling polite faces. Amber was my stylist, she was awesome! Never once did she give her opinion about the dress I was trying on. Her first question was always "How do you feel about this one?". I love that she wanted my opinion prior to her telling me what she thought about the dress. I have gone wedding dress shopping with other brides, and as soon as they had a dress on the stylist would start pushing them to buy it no matter what it looked like. When I found my dress and started crying, even Amber started crying. The boutique was clean and tastefully decorated. Thank you Amber and Bombshell Bridal for making me ugly cry and letting me take my time. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone!!!!

Amazing and a half!
I was the bride who knew exactly what dress she wanted... until I didn't. My family is from Detroit, and I was living in North Carolina when I got engaged. I went to a salon in North Carolina (Carolina Bridal World in Smithfield), and had an absolutely terrible experience. I tried on a beautiful dress that I felt like was "the one!", and then their stylist came over and told me they don't get many pregnant brides, and I was so pretty. Those comments ruined me!! I felt like that was my dress, but couldn't do buisness with a company that treated plus sized brides so poorly. My family convinced me to come up to Michigan and go to Bombshell Bridal. I was so nervous- at this point I had been to 10+ salons, and hadn't felt that connection with any other dress. The moment I walked into Bombshell was so uplifting. They said - try on anything. See what you like! I might have tried on 10+ dresses. And then, I felt a spark! It was a dress very similar to the one I had tried on in North Carolina, but raw silk, and strapless. I had a great experience with the fitting, and walked away very happy. Four months later I was shopping for accesories and started describing the dress from North Carolina- not the one I had bought!! I called Bombshell in tears and they said- hold up! What dress is this? I gave them the designer and style, and they said they currently didn't carry that designer, but would move heaven and earth to get me the dress of my dreams. Flash forward a few months- I tried on both dresses when they came in, and took home the one of my dreams, the same designer and style of the dress I had tried on in North Carolina. Bombshell was so patient and loving the entire time- and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I wish I had gone there first!

I had a fantastic experience here with Britney. I had a weekday appointment on a day the store was open for appointments only. It was fantastic. The first thing Britney said when we started to look for dresses was that they "critique the dress, not the body" which I LOVED hearing! I was able to take a few hours (because I was the only appointment), and tried on a bunch of dresses (none were too small; I'm a size 14-16 in jeans, and she was telling me I was petite!) until I found the one that was just right for me! Britney was super positive the entire time, and was very appreciative of our opinions and feedback about the dresses. I never felt pressured to like something I didn't fully like, and she was able to read between the lines before I fully realized I didn't like something just from the language I was using to talk about it. I will shout from the rooftops how much I loved my experience here, and will send every plus sized lady I know to have as great an experience as I did! They're amazing!

Brittany helped me try all the styles and asked me what I liked and disliked about each in order to figure out what would fit my style best. These ladies are so amazing, sweet, wonderful, and helpful! They really make you feel special. Debra was my stylist when I first came in to start trying on dresses. She is practically psychic! I just said yes to my dress today and from the moment I walked in I knew they were something special. They actually let me go looking around and just have fun no pressure just able to take my time and actually look. My stylist Lexi was beyond amazing she was an expert clipper and helped me narrow down dresses easily. When i found the dress I knew it she lowered the lights to show the shimmer and I was hooked.

Plus Size Bride Heaven!
After having a pretty disappointing experience at another salon that ensured me that they would have dresses in my size and style I wanted, then only had 5 for me to try, I ended up at Bombshell. I've never felt more amazing in my entire life. Every single dress that I liked, I could try on. The staff there is awesome and makes you feel like you are the most beautiful person to walk the Earth. I tried on probably upwards of 15 dresses simply because I could and I had the option to, but I ended up with my dream dress and couldn't have been happier in it. Everyone absolutely loved it too!

Bombshell bridal is the place for any plus size woman to find her wedding dress. Looking for my wedding dress in other boutiques was stressful and frankly exhausting because they never had my size. I had hopes for bombshell bridal and they really came through for me. They made me feel welcomed, they helped me navigate finding the style of dress I wanted and had SO many options! It was a lot of, dare I say, fun! I ended up going into the store feeling defeated from my previous experiences and left with my wedding dress and feeling amazing! My experience with the ladies of Bombshell Bridal was like no other! Shopping for a plus size clothing is usually the most difficult for plus size women but Britney and Kirah swept me off my feet. I love my dress and recommend Bombshell Bridal as their first choice. They won't regret it!

Traveled from West Michigan to go here. After a day of dress shopping this was the best experience. The atmosphere was fun and the dresses has a level of variety and uniqueness I could not find at any other store. It was wonderful to try on dresses that fit. I ended up choosing the dress that the strangers in the group next to me got excited about cause their opinion was completely unbiased. I also bought my veil and garter belt there. My family enjoyed the experience so much that my sister decided to go there a couple weeks ago when she got her dress!

After going 4 other shops we went to bombshell. They connected me with the perfect stylist who knew they had my dream dress. It was every thing I ever wanted. Such a great experience that my mom got her dress their too. And they did both of our alterations.

Being a plus size bride I was nervous about dress shopping for my wedding, it was the last thing I did. After stalking shops online to ease my nerves, the only shop I went to was Bombshell. My consultant Sarah was understanding, funny and best of all she listened to my concerns. I tried on five dresses and found the perfect one, it made my MIL cry! Bombshell is an awesome place. I saw them at a bridal show last winter and really liked the story behind the shop. I went in last march just to look, and it ended up with me falling in love with my dress. I had an appointment earlier that day to look at a different place, and the atmosphere is so different at bombshell. Different in a good way. Knowing that it is a plus size boutique and the staff can relate to you in that way, I knew if I didn't get my dress that day that I would come back and try more there. The atmosphere is amazing you feel loved as soon as you walk in the door till the moment you leave!

Went to plenty of stores in my town and learned my lesson that size 2 women who help plus size women try on dresses is absolutely the worst thing ever. They just don't understand the mindset most of us have. I drove over 2 hours away and it was definitely worth the drive. Going back this weekend to try my dress on again before finally ordering it!!

Went in to just look and ended up walking out with my dream dress at 50% off! This was their Black Friday sale and am I ever glad I went! Sarah was my consultant and to this day (almost a year later) she still greats me with the biggest smile and calls me by my first name. The ladies are all wonderful and make you feel so great! This is the place to go if you're looking to find the perfect dress and a memorable experience! I only had a short amount of time to find a dress. Bombshell bridal was recommended by a co-worker. I usually do not wear dresses or skirts. I did this as a surprise to my future husband. Walking in I was so uncomfortable at the thought of trying on dresses. I was immediately greeted by Britney who put my worry to rest. She made me feel comfortable. They're all about positive body image and catering to you to make the experience extra special. I couldn't believe that I found a dress! Not only did I found a dress that I felt beautiful in! A dress that had me smiling and twirling and hopping! Me, the girl who doesn't wear a dress. We toasted with champagne, and a picture at the end. Britney made sure my dress was wrinkle free and ready to go right before my wedding. I even went to the sister store after and found some great accessories. I highly recommend this place. They truly specialize in more than wedding dresses. They make the experience special and make you feel special. I can't say enough. The dress was affordable too. You can find a dress to fit your price range no problem.

When I got engaged, I wasn't super excited about shopping for dresses...my feelings were similar to car shopping: oh boy, get read for pushy salespeople. After visiting the big box store, Bombshell was the only actual bridal boutique I visited because I knew they had samples in my size and I knew they had a reputation for being amazing. My experience did not disappoint. The women of Bombshell were helpful, kind, patient, and not salesy at all. I didn't feel rushed or like I needed to make a decision immediately. I actually came back a few weeks later and bought the sample dress I tried on during a sale. I got the dress I really loved at an amazing price, and had a wonderful experience. I had a wonderful experience with Bombshell. Being a plus sized woman makes it a little more nerve-wracking than anything else when it's time to go shopping for a wedding dress. However, i'm so glad I found out about Bombshell before I even had a chance to have a bad experience at another shop. Debra helped me pick out my dress and was so patient and kind. All of the ladies in the shop really do make you feel like a rockstar! I traveled about 2 hours to get to the shop, but it was so worth it. Choose Bombshell, you won't regret it!

Shopping for a wedding dress can be daunting if you are not in the size range of typical bridal boutiques. I was once in one that told me to hold it in front of me and you can get a good idea of how it will look... excuse me!?!?!? When I had my appointment at bombshell it was like a dream come true! There were more than enough dresses to try on, the staff is amazing and so fun! They actually care for their brides and will go above and beyond for you! At bombshell you become family! I went In to see some dresses on a sale not really ready to try on due to barley walking with a cane after knee surgery, but once I was in there Deb was amazing and was so helpful. She did whatever it took to help me hobble around and into dresses. Because of her and the rest of the staff I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!! amazing store and such amazing people

Bombshell bridal is by far the most amazing bridal store ever! I am a size 16 went to one bridal store and cAme out in tears cause he lady told me I couldn't try on a dress... I went to bombshell bridal and cried due to the love the caring people I honestly felt as if I was the only one in the store and everyone helped me pick out the best dress ever! And it was a completely booked sat! The staff is amazing, kind, cAring, funny, loving. They truly make you feel like you are a princess and the selection of dress! Omg it's like a dress wearhouse! Soooooooo many selections I was blown Away! And the price of these dresses are amazing! They have something in everyone budget! I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The stylist assigned to help me actually listened to what I was looking for and gave input accordingly instead of trying to push something else onto me like stylists at other shops I had visited before I came to Bombshell. It was wonderful to actually try on something and have it at least close to fitting to actually see what it would look like on me. I walked out with the perfect dress for my big day! The seamstress they work with at the shop is wonderful too she met me right at the shop and did everything to make the dress perfect for me and for a WAY reasonable price, my friends who had been married previously could not believe what I spent compared to what they dished out. I recommend this place to everyone I know who could benefit from Bombshell's sizes and is looking for a dress I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I had an amazing experience with Bombshell! I was able to find the perfect dress at an extremely reasonable price and I found it off the rack- I didn’t have to wait for it to come in! That might have been luck though. The staff were extremely helpful and more than available whenever I had questions or concerns. Their appointments ran on time and there was never any concern as to the quality of service that I was going to be receiving! My day was perfect and they certainly contributed!! Thanks Bombshell!

I first inquired with Bombshell Bridal through their Facebook page and it was rather late at night and I was shocked when I got a response within minutes! I live 4 hours away from the shop and had several questions before I could determine if it was worth the drive and they literally sat there chatting with me answering all of my questions just like they were a friend of mine. They considered my drive time when they made my appointment and they were incredibly patient as I tried on each gown. I felt like a princess that day! My family members were excited and greeted well. My gown was affordable and my stylist, Britney, was AMAZING!!! I literally can't wait to drive back up to pick up my gown. I hate shopping sometimes I generally just feel bad about myself but at Bombshell they make you feel like the gorgeous woman you truly are and celebrate each curve you have and work with you to find a gown that compliments each one of them!!!

I’ve been dreaming about my wedding since I was a little girl and then the day finally came when I could begin planning. Everything was rolling along smoothly until it came time to purchase my dress. I was nervous about going because I’m plus size and was afraid I’d have a bad experience. Then I heard about bombshell and my fears began to ease. Upon entering the store they completely melted away. I was greeted by Sarah who helped me find the dress of my dreams. The entire experience was comfortable and beautiful. I felt surrounded by love the entire time, not only from my family but from the entire store. When I started my dress shopping journey, I had an awful experience at 2 other salons near my home in Lexington KY. My best friend recommended bombshell. I made an appointment and the 400 mile drive only for a windstorm to knock out the power and get a call they needed to cancel the appointment. Thank God for Julie and her team. She took time to listen and understand that it wasn't feasible for me just to come back another weekend.
Julie, Siobhan and their team stuck around and donned flash lights so my party and I could still come in. It was beyond any thing I could have imagined. I found the most amazing dress without worry that the sample wouldn't fit. I would come back 1000 times over!
We even did our bridesmaids shopping here.

Ever since I got engaged I've been more anxious than excited about the way I'll look in my photos. Ten minutes in Bombshell Bridal changed that completely. The ladies were incredibly patient and I got to try on so many gowns I don't know how they didn't show me the door. With every single one I put on my Bridal technician was just as supportive as she was with my very first gown. When we found the one she was just as in love with it as my mom and MOH! I look at the photos of me in that dress almost everyday, I don't know how I'm ever going to keep it a secret from my fiancé! I cannot say enough good things about this bridal boutique. My experience here has been so incredibly amazing, that I get choked up just thinking about it. As a plus-size bride, I knew that I wanted to go to bombshell from the start. I had heard such wonderful things. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they went way above and beyond. They seriously have the best people there. They are kind, caring, fun and so genuine. I told my stylist all the things that I wanted my dream dress to have. I couldn't find any pictures of the kind of dress I knew that I wanted, but I had a vision in my head. She immediately went to the racks and pulled a few dresses. When I tried on the third dress, I started crying in the dressing room. It was perfect, even better than my vision. My mom and my bridesmaids all agreed. As I stood in front of the mirrors wearing that stunning dress, they added a veil and I felt gorgeous. I felt like a Bride. My girls all ordered their dresses from bombshell as well. Every time that we have had to go in to either pick up dresses, or have fittings and alterations, the girls were just incredible. They always check in and ask you how things are going, not because they feel obligated to, but because they really want to know. On the weekend of my bridal shower, I got a card in the mail from one of the girls that works there, letting me know that she hoped I had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed my special time with all my family and friends. The day of my bachelorette party, I went in with one of my bridesmaids to pick up her dress from a fitting and they all knew that it was my party that night and they were so excited for me. They even have a fantastic seamstress! I'm extremely insecure about my arms and she is so talented that she custom made a jacket to perfectly match my dress. My wedding is in 5 days! Wedding planning is stressful, but buying my dress was not. Bombshell made me feel like royalty, I'll treasure my time and experience with them!!!!

I went to Bombshell as my friend purchased her dress from here over a year ago. She stated she had the best experience there and didn't need to visit other bridal shops. I wanted to give them a shot since I am busty and I didn't want the experience of not fitting into sample dresses at other places.
I was able to try on many dresses and had the wonderful experience of working with Brittany! She was wonderful from the beginning with answering the phone when I called. I had 2 appointments with her that were a lot of fun and helped me narrow down what I am looking for. Unfortunately, I didn't find "the dress" at Bombshell since I need to buy off the rack with my time frame- but I absolutely recommend Bombshell to anyone who may not be a size 0 and still want to feel amazing for your big day. Brittany is very sweet and was wonderful to work with. All of the staff that I encountered were wonderful to deal with.

Bombshell and my stylist, Debra, made sure that every visit was amazing. I was lucky enough to be able to check out bridal gowns without an appointment. Debra was sure to avoid telling me what dress to get, but she ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. And I did feel like a bombshell in my dress! I wanted to wear it all the time, lol! It just made me feel THAT gorgeous! But Bombshell became a group of friends and confidants by the time of my wedding. They answered all of my questions honestly, and came up with things I hadn't thought of.
I thought I needed a petticoat for my dress to be full at the bottom, but they suggested I ask the seamstress about sewing in extra crinoline instead of buying a petticoat that I'll only use once. I never would have thought of that!

For plus sized brides, this is the best place to go to find to your dream wedding dress. I have went to another places and they don't have dresses in my size to try on which made me feel very bad but at Bombshell , I felt amazing trying on dress that actually fit.

Best experience ever! I went to David's Bridal and a few other places and came up empty handed and broken hearted. It was love at first sight with the first dress I tried on at Bombshell! Well worth the 2.5 hour drive.

A bride should feel beautiful no matter what her size. Bombshell Bridal did that and more for me, a curvy bride. I felt like a princess the moment I walked in. The experience was nothing like I imagined it would be, considering I am nowhere near the sample size. I found my dream dress among hundreds of beautiful gowns I was able to try on comfortably without clamps. If you aren't from the Detroit area, trust me, it is worth the drive to meet these amazing ladies who make you feel like the princess you are!

I typically have EXTREME anxiety when it comes to shopping for clothes and loathe the entire experience. Clearly I wasn't anticipating a good experience shopping for my wedding gown. Luckily, my mother and I stumbled upon Bombshell in a bridal magazine. I set up an appointment, and off we went on a four hour journey from Chicago to Michigan. The entire experience was a complete delight, we lucked out and came on a slow day so we had the entire showroom to ourselves. My best friend, mother and I spent a few moments searching through the racks until we found a few dresses I was interested in trying on. My consultant Debra was amazing, and after only six or 7 dresses later I found the one, and had such a good time during the process! I never could have imagined having a great time trying to find my wedding gown but I DID!
If you're questioning if you should go to bombshell or not. Just do it. You won't be disappointed.

I left Bombshell with happy tears! Not only did they make the experience effortless, it was fun and so easy. You are greeted by woman who are genuinely happy to see you and help you find your dream dress. My whole life looking for formal dresses was a nightmare, spending weekends going store to store looking for just one dress that would work with my curvy upper half. After seeing them at a bridal show, as soon as I started looking for my wedding dress I knew just where to go! I explained what I was looking for and they also asked if I would be open to their ideas, which they are professionals so the answer is always yes. I tried on three dresses, when I got the third dress on I knew the second one was my dress and so did she so we put it right back on. From start to finish it had to be the easiest and one of the greater days of my life. I am so thankful for these wonderful woman who will go above and beyond to make your day everything you dreamed!

Every woman dreams of a magical wedding complete with a picture perfect dress. This dream is also accompanied by anxiety when you are a plus size bride. You wonder if you will find a dress you absolutely love or if you’ll be forced to “love” a dress that just happens to come in your size. Insecurity and anxiety should never be associated with your wedding day. After seeing Bombshell Bridal recommended a dozen times in the comments of plus size wedding dress forums I decided it was worth the 2-hour drive.
From the first moment I stepped into their boutique I felt special. The staff greets you in such a way that you feel as though you’ve been friends your whole life. Siobhan was my consultant and I can’t say enough about her. She made sure the day was about ME from the moment I stepped through their doors. She wanted to know exactly what I was looking for and spent the time going through multiple dresses to get my thoughts and opinions on them so she would know what to pull. Every dress I picked out she carried into my dressing room (which was decorated with my name and wedding date) and set them all up.
I was initially nervous about trying on dresses and Siobhan immediately let me know she would be there every step of the way taking care of every little detail. After trying on a few dresses and seeing what I liked and didn’t like she requested to pull a dress for me and asked that I keep an open mind about it. The dress was much frillier than I expressed liking and was darker than most of the other dresses. I wasn’t sure I would like the dress at all, but ended up falling in love. I simply can't say enough about Bombshell Bridal. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, their selection is amazing and the dresses are stunning. If you’re looking for a personalized, fun, relaxed way to find the dress of your dreams I suggest making the trip to Bombshell Bridal.

Could not have asked for a better experience wedding dress shopping. The staff will make you feel so welcome and will do everything to make sure you are feeling the most confident and gorgeous on your wedding day. When I walked into this shop, I was fully prepared to wear a pant-suit on my wedding day. No part of being over weight makes you want to rush anywhere to try on white wedding dresses (gasp!) I walked in anyway though, and immediately was made to feel like I was at home. The lovely ladies grabbed about 10 gowns, ranging from what I thought I might want to be seen in. About the 4th dress in, they nailed it. I wasn't looking to spend a ton of money, since I didn't want to be purchasing a dress in the first place, so buying off the rack helped keep my cost down. The alterations were easily scheduled, quick and spot on; everything just went really smooth from beginning to end. It was a much better experience than I had in my mind, I would recommend every bride in the area go to at least check them out!

I had a wonderful experience at Bombshell! I was SO over dress shopping that I told my fiancé I was going to wear a pant suit! I give bombshell bridal a perfect score! They make you feel like your the only person in the store. I just started looking for a dress,my friend recommended bombshell bridal and Sarah greeted me and treated me like she knew me for ten years. She saw how emotional I got in the dressing room with her she hugged me and made me feel pretty. I have not said yes to dress yet but will defiantly go back and work with Sarah again. I got engaged on May 9th, 2015-- needless to say, I was pretty excited except for one thing; I dreaded the thought of going wedding dress shopping. Like any other occasion as a plus sized woman, I thought I would have had the worst time ever trying on endless dresses just to end up settling on one that was the lesser of all the ones that didn't make me look absolutly horrible. After a quick Google search, I found a store promising to make that plus size search not only easy but enjoyable. I was apprehensive at first, but after spending 2 minutes in the store, doubt left my mind. I knew I was going to be able to try on more than just the "two sizes that would fit me" in any other store, but also countless dresses in many styles! My biggest fear about dress shopping was having to order a dress I was never even able to try on because most stores don't carry a selection of larger sizes. If you're a larger bride who's worried AT ALL about shopping or finding the right dress, this is the place to go. I now have my dress ready for my big day on October 7th, 2017, and I couldn't have had a better experience. I honestly refer all my friends there, and I know once people see my dress on the big day, I'll end up referring so many more!!

Cry for multiple wedding/life stress related issues. Two staff immediately rushed to her side consoling her and assuring her that everything would be ok. Telling her some examples of their own trials in life so that she would know that life goes on and things will be better and to really focus on the love that the two of them share. (Yes, I was listening in lol). In that moment I realized that Bombshell is Bomb!!!! And I wouldn't shop anywhere else. When you can go somewhere and try on dresses to see what they look like AND find staff that genuinely care for you as a person, you can't get any better than that. When I first got engaged I stared freaking out about buying a dress. There isn't many places who cater to plus size women. After going to place after place I have given up. And my wedding was only five months away! My mother decided to stop here without telling me we we're going. I was depressed about it and wanted nothing to do with dresses. We walked in without an appointment and was happily helped. To my surprise I found my dream dress!! And they we're able to have it delivered in time. Thank you to Julie who was patient even after I tried on the same dress 10 times. It's an experience I'll never forget. I will always highly recommend this place to other brides. The most amazing experience of my wedding preparations thus far. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel special as you try on your dress for your day. They want to know what the brides dreams of and doesn't let us give in our dreams for others. I very much appreciate the support each staff member has given me from trying on my dress to alterations, everyone makes you feel like one of the family. I would recommend this place any day. We had the most AMAZING time wedding dress shopping once we found Bombshell Bridal Boutique....The Ladies there are FABULOUS and helpful and all out amazing with what they do! I was not only able to actually try on dresses that were MY SIZE, but the extremely knowledgeable consultant Debra as able to suggest the best dresses to try on and based on what I liked/didn't like she was able to find me the most PERFECT dress for my PERFECT day! I was able to find the dress of my dreams to wear when I married my Happily Ever After. I was treated like a princess from start to finish! We even were given a champagne toast to toast the success of saying yes to the dress and photo ops along with it! They were great with helping me with any question/concern and bridal break down along the way! There are so many gorgeous dresses to try, many wonderful and perfect accessories and all at an affordable price! I can't even begin to think about my experience without a huge grin breaking out on my face. Like so many other women on here I am a plus-size bride and I read so many articles about difficult, heartbreaking experiences others have had dress shopping and before my appointment even I was nervous and anxious I would have a similar experience. I knew I didn't want to go to The Big Box store that everybody else goes to, I wanted to have a unique experience and I should have trusted the reviews that I read because I think I would have felt a lot better. The moment I walked in I felt so expected and wanted there, and it wasn't that they wanted to sell me a dress, it was that they wanted to be a part of the experience with me and make it as sweet and fun as possible. If you can request anyone, I have to wholeheartedly recommend Debra because she, hands down, made my experience completely blissful. From the second I walked in she was so ready to learn who I was and what I was looking for and was adamant about staying in my budget. She was very honest and I appreciated that because it helped me stay away from something that I wasn't looking for or something that wouldn't fit me, and it wasn't one-sided it was one big conversation and so we would play ideas back and forth while still staying in my price range. When I finally found the one and she put the veil and me, and of course she knew the exact right time to put the veil on, she was almost in tears with me. She is so invested in the whole moment and it was really special to have her be a part of it. I never felt pressured into anything and it made me feel more confident about my choice because I knew it was exactly what I wanted and definitely who I wanted to work with in the future. Everything was very transparent, no hidden agenda or costs or fees. If anything I'm afraid the time I spent went by almost too fast and I wished I'd savored it a bit more. This has been my absolute favorite part of wedding planning!

I just wanted to take a quick second to rave about the WONDERFUL experience I had last night at Bombshell Brides.
I came in to try on Bridal Gowns and had just the best time. I met with Debra who immediately made me feel at ease, (in fact, at one point I made the comment that she is so sweet I want her to be my aunt!!!!). We pulled some dresses and then got to the fun part. She made me feel beautiful and like I was the only thing that mattered at that moment. I tried on my second dress, and got tears!!! I simply knew it was my dress.
Being a larger girl, I was worried about finding the perfect dress for my dream day, and Bombshell did not disappoint.
I simply cannot say enough good things about your salon and staff (Julie and Sioban were there as well).
My bridesmaids and I will be back for their dresses, and I cannot wait to work with you girls in the future.
Brides big or small, make sure this is one of the first if not the first place you and your crew of ladies go, you will not be disappointed.
They are truly a wonderful place to go and make you feel amazing!
