Great Experience and Beautiful Hair!
Kelsey was so great!! My inspiration photos were all over the place and she was able to work with me to figure out the perfect hair style for my wedding and executed it to be even better than I expected! Not only was my hair perfect but all of the wedding party and moms too! Kelsey not only created beautiful hair looks but she was also a pleasure to spend the morning of my wedding with. She was friendly, flexible, fun and a calming force in the room. I would recommend working with Kelsey to any bride who wants a beautiful hair look and a stress free getting ready experience! -

Kelsey & Kristin were absolutely amazing! My hair and makeup turned out perfect and lasted all day. I was extremely impressed by their communication, flexibility and support. COVID shut everything down 10 days before my March 2020 wedding. They worked with me through multiple reschedules and venue change for our COVID friendly mini-mony in March 2021. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to be glammed up! -

I have nothing but great things to say about Kelsey! I actually reached out to her after another vendor failed to show for my trial and I'm SO glad I found Kelsey and that she had availability. Our trial went off without a hitch and she took my feedback really well. We had an early ceremony (11:30 a.m.) and reception, but my wedding day hair still held up well into the after-after-party (midnight!!). My bridesmaids also looked AMAZING. Would highly recommend her to anyone. -

I am so happy I selected Bombshell Blowouts for my Hair and Makeup for all of my ladies on our wedding day. They were incredibly easy to work with and did a phenomenal job with getting the look that each girl asked for. I considered going to a salon, but I'm so glad I chose Bombshell since they created a detailed schedule for each bridesmaid and mom and made sure to keep everyone on time, we just had to wake up and be on time for our appointments. My makeup and hair also lasted ALL DAY AND NIGHT. I'm one of those brides that was on the dance floor all night and I still looked flawless for my sparkler exit picture. Thanks again Kelsey and team - you're the best! -

To describe your wedding is so hard because it truly does go by so fast. From the getting ready, to photos, to dancing all night—you have to make sure your make up stays and you feel just as glamorous at the end of the night as you did in the beginning of the day. Kelsey definitely made that happen and she brought out the amazing features of our ladies in the Bridal party from the Mother of the bride, to our younger Junior Bridesmaid. Kelsey truly was a joy to work with and such a great energy that I feel everyone needs on this amazing day that at times can be quite stressful. Her artistry just enhanced the already beautiful faces that were part of my special day. -

Choosing Bombshell was one of (along with our photographer and venue) the top three best decisions we made for our wedding day. I’m a pale, curly-haired redhead who wanted to rock my own curls and red lipstick for my wedding day, and not only did Kelsey make it work with two different hair looks, she custom mixed my lipstick shade so it would be perfect. And she was amazing with my curls - they’ve never looked better.
Kelsey was super organized, which was necessary with nine bridesmaids and two moms, all of whom had to be ready by 2pm. She sent me a schedule beforehand so we all knew where we needed to be and when, and day of she and everyone she brought with her kept to the schedule. They were all very fun to chat with and made the atmosphere very relaxed and happy. I also really have to commend them for how well they listened. Some of my bridesmaids aren’t habitual makeup wearers, and Kelsey and her staff did a fabulous job making them look (and FEEL) gorgeous. They checked in, asked questions, and made each person’s hair and makeup an iterative process so we all stayed comfortable.
I would be remiss if I failed to mention just how much expertise Kelsey brings with her. She stayed with me through photos and up until our cocktail hour (when she executed my second hairstyle of the day), and her help was invaluable. From my trial through the wedding, she had great pointers, and she came through in a huge way - she even managed to catch and re-secure my veil when the wind stole it just before I walked down the aisle. I could not have made a better choice. -

Kelsey was responsive, helpful, accommodating and easy-going through the whole planning process! I really appreciated her communication, flexibility and timeliness! The trial was easy and great, and she was so helpful with my requests and changes. The day of went so smoothly and on schedule. Of course the work was amazing, I felt beautiful and the hair and make-up stayed in place all night (even to my after party!). My mom and a few bridesmaids also got hair done and they all loved their styles. I strived for a perfect wedding day, and all you can ask is that your vendors are on your side to make that happen. I felt that my day did go perfectly, and Kelsey played a big part in that! So appreciative! :) -

I woke up feeling less than great on my wedding day. One too many champagnes (or five). Kelsey was SO kind and friendly and cool and understanding. She even gave me a hand massage while I was lying down with a cloth on my head to help me feel better. She was super positive and spent the whole time giving me pep talks. She did an INCREDIBLE job on my hair and I loved it so much. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair too. Kelsey was extremely flexible as there were a couple curve balls. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to everyone. Not only did she do an amazing job on the hair but she was also just an awesome person. -

I was referred to Bombshell Blowouts, LLC by a friend and was never once disappointed. Kelsey, the owner, was super sweet and accommodating. I asked for a second trial because I changed my mind and she did not mind doing one. I was worried she would take offense that I wanted another one, but nope!! I wasn’t feeling well at my second trial and Kelsey gave me pedialyte.
She was supportive of the look I wanted and made sure that bridal party members and family members requesting the same, were accommodated in creative ways that made them happy, but still allowed me to shine as the bride.
I had a nightmare of a situation with my dress and when it was looking like I wouldn’t be receiving mine on time, Kelsey gave me one of hers to borrow since she had purchased a few different looks for her wedding. That was sooooo beyond generous.
I had a bit of a freak out when one of my bridesmaids wanted to wear electric blue nail polish down the aisle, although I purchased the neutral nail polish I wanted for each of them and gave it to them months for the wedding. One of Kelsey’s assistants took the time to paint this bridesmaids nails for me, which was really nice and out the scope of why they were there.
Everything about Bombshell Blowouts was customer service centered and top notch!!

Kaleigh Sent on 08/27/2018Kelsey and her AMAZING team did up my bridal party this past weekend for my wedding and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! From the start, Kelsey was so sweet and helpful with all my questions and was incredibly flexible when changes needed to be made. She was able to do my bridal trial 2 days before my wedding as I planned from out of state. Her and her team were SO MUCH FUN to hang out with the morning of the wedding--it felt like they were part of our group! She was on time and professional and came to our hotel which was such a big help! They all listened to each girl to give them exactly what they wanted and everyone of them looked absolutely stunning. My bridal hair and makeup was honestly better than I could have ever imagined and more beautiful than every picture I showed her! Bottom line, Bombshell Blowouts is the best and you're missing out if you don't hire them!

Jackie Sent on 06/27/2018I reached out to Kelsey as a recommendation from my stylist who wasn't in town the day of my wedding. She was great! She accommodated my schedule for the trial, and I even switched up my hair at the last minute and she was able to go with the flow and change it up. As you can see from the photos, my hair turned out beautiful. Those are clip in extensions and Kelsey put them in perfectly, they didn't tug or pull at all!!!

Meagan Sent on 01/17/2018I cannot recommend Bombshell Blowouts enough! Kelsey was absolutely incredible. After booking with her, she came to my house for a wedding hair trial. She tried 3 different looks, and we chose a look that best met my needs/desired aesthetic. She traveled to my wedding venue, and did my hair, 4 of my bridesmaid's hair, and my mother's hair. Everyone's style was unique, sophisticated, refined and beautiful. Kelsey redesigned my hair a few times, and achieved a perfect look. Thank you for everything, Kelsey! You made me feel truly stunning on the best day of my life!

She is efficient and very talented. I could not be happier with the way our hair and makeup went. I made my own custom hair vine and she incorporated it beautifully into my hair.

They both worked our wedding this past weekend and made not only me look like a princess, but my mother, mother-in-law, and my sisters-in law look stunning as well! Kelsey was communicative throughout the entire experience, went the extra mile for all of the ladies, and was flexible with different looks and personal tastes. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and it was all because of Kelsey and Jill. If I knocked only one thing out of the park when planning my wedding, it has to be hiring Bombshell Blowouts. Kelsey was recommended so I got in touch with her and luckily she wasn't booked for my wedding day! We didn't have time to do a trial before the wedding day. When she was working on my hair, she was almost done and decided she didn't like how it looked so she started over to make sure it looked perfect for my day. I couldn't have asked for a better hair style for my wedding day! I recommend Kelsey to anyone who needs a hair stylist for their wedding day! -

Courtney Sent on 06/28/2016Kelsey (recently renamed "Bombshell by K") was AMAZING! She did my hair and makeup and I was beyond impressed with her work. I did a trial with her back in March (definitely recommend) and on the day of my wedding, my hair and makeup was even better than what we came up with at the trial. She was able to take the inspiration pictures I showed her and make them work perfectly for me. She was patient with my pickiness, offered great suggestions if I was unsure of something, and really listened to what I wanted. My hair and makeup stayed ALL day/night long and it was a HOT day (everyone was so impressed with how well my hair and makeup stayed)! I absolutely recommend you book Kelsey for your hair/makeup needs without any hesitation! -

Kelsey did a wonderful job on my bridesmaids', my mom's, and my hair! Everyone looked so good, and curls stayed all night! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we followed Kelsey's schedule for hair and got behind on our getting ready timeline. That being said, everyone looked great, and Kelsey is an exceptional stylist. She's easy to be around, keeps the mood light and fun, and was super professional throughout the booking process. I would hire her again and definitely recommend her! -
