Bogey & the Viceroy were an absolute smash hit at our wedding. My husband and I had seen them twice before at local events and knew they were a great time, but our wedding was above and beyond our already high expectations. Everyone was out of their seats and dancing the whole time. The crowd asked for an ENCORE after they played their last song. So many of our guests raved about how much fun they had and how great the band was. Thank you for bringing the energy!!! -

We hired Bogey & the Viceroy for our Athens, GA wedding after we lost our original band due to Covid rescheduling. In hindsight, I cannot imagine any band doing a better job than Bogey. They brought so much energy to the party and guests were out on the dance floor the entire time. They have a great repertoire and played such crowd pleasers. I can't recommend them enough. -

Over the course of our first year of marriage, my wife and I have reflected on our wedding day many times. Family and friends remind us frequently how much fun it was – and we agree wholeheartedly that Bogey and the Viceroy were the difference makers. We’re forever indebted to Bogey and the team, and I’m thankful we were lucky enough to have them be the catalyst of the greatest party of my life.
There were many things that made our wedding day the most special of our lives, but there were two things that stick out more than any other: the people and the band. We couldn’t imagine our wedding day without Bogey and the Viceroy. They truly made the event the best of our lives, and we would recommend them to anyone and work with them again in a heartbeat.
Bogey and the team have incredible range and know how to read a crowd, which makes them the perfect band for any situation (Stevie Wonder, Hall & Oates, Otis Redding, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, & Aretha Franklin were some faves). In our case, they recognized our crowd was very high energy so they kept pace accordingly. It resulted in my wife, and me, and our guests not leaving the dance floor all night. If your crowd is more subdued, they’d be able to adjust accordingly as well.
They were very easy to work with and their band manager, Catherine, was incredibly professional. She was responsive, timely, and detailed. Catherine was super transparent so our reality was aligned with our expectations. We had the ability to check the band out prior to the wedding, and we had multiple phone calls discussing playlists, music preference, and theme. Personal time was taken to ensure we had exactly what we needed.
We’ve been a part of many weddings in Atlanta over the years, and we’ve witnessed a lot of great bands…but none compare to Bogey and the Viceroy. -

User2559656 Sent on 03/22/2016This band is the BEST!!! We used them for our March 2016 wedding reception in Atlanta and let me tell you, they put on a SHOW! Bogey and the Viceroy plays the perfect balance of old and new and has incredible vocals and instrumental talent (feel like it's hard to find both in a band). These guys are a gem—can't tell you how many people told me our wedding was the best one they've ever been to—Bogey and the Viceroy played a crucial part in that by keeping the momentum going throughout our entire reception!
