Outstanding service and exceptionally well done

Carlos exceeded all of our expectations and brought our wedding vision to life. He not only used decorations provided by our venue but incorporated his own personal touch. We went with a Beauty & the Beast theme for our wedding. Carlos took this to heart by creating enchanted personalized rose domes, draping the farmhouse tables with blue linens, and delicate placement of gold silverware. He took well documented notes and gave us his honest opinion when we were stuck in between multiple choices. His selections were very well thought out and elevated our wedding. He made various flower arrangements full of roses and beautiful callalillys for all our table centerpieces. He also made exquisite flower arrangements for our ceremony site, decorated the secluded swing set for pictures, brought to life large bouquets, and made flower crowns for the flower girls. We had multiple photo shoot spots and the flowers were able to be disconnected and setup at the various sites to save us time. He even went as far as making a wreath for our horse, Jackson. He met us multiple times throughout our venue visits and was patient in helping us bring together all the details involved in decorating a wedding. Our wedding day was just flawless with his help.

Amazing flowers

Our wedding florals were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! They were exactly what I wanted. Carlos and his team made my visions and dreams come true. From the arch, to the table center pieces, to the ceiling lights, it was all so beautiful! They were amazing to work with and did everything so seamlessly. Their work was absolutely flawless and stunning and I could not have asked for more.

Carlos is the best!

Boca by design was recommended by our venue and we were so glad we chose them to provide flowers and decorate for our wedding. Carlos was one of our favorite vendors to work with - he always made an effort to work with our budget and make our vision come to life. We can not recommend them enough!

Beyond My Expectations

Event Designer Carlos Marquez of Boca By Design went far above and beyond to provide an amazing experience by exceeding my expectations with the utmost professionalism. I knew I didn’t have to worry about everything being done correctly and timely, and guided by Carlos’ exquisite sense of style. One of the highlights were the beautiful floral arrangements that were made to my specifications. The variety and quality of the types and colors of the flowers were absolutely stunning. These pictures do not do them justice. Yes, these services are costly but if you want the best, you definitely get what you pay for.

One of a kind flowers

Carlos and his team took my vision for tropical flowers and executed it beautifully. My centerpieces, bouquets, and cake flowers were amazing and unique. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to work with and he even helped to decorate the balcony of where I was getting ready last minute.

Beautiful Florals

Carlos from BBD did an amazing job designing the florals for my wedding. He was extremely responsive and made sure the arrangements were perfect for the setting. He recommended certain flowers to include and I am so happy he did- the ranunculus flowers were absolutely beautiful. The price matched what we received in return.

Perfect everything

I couldn’t be more confident in the selection of our florist and decor vendor for our wedding at The Addison. Carlos was so amazing to work with and never said no to any of my requests, he assured he will get it done no matter what, and he followed through…if not, always gave his professional advise. My flowers (bouquets and decor) came out perfectly… better than I imagined. You made my imagination come to reality and I can’t thank you enough for listening to my needs and consistently being kind, patient and delivering on my idea of a vintage/romantic wedding with minimal flowers and lots of candles and lanterns.

Above and Beyond Service

Carlos and his team at Boca by Design did a breathtaking job. He went above and beyond any expectation I had - his attention to detail was impeccable. He did both my wedding ceremony in February and then the reception in April, and everything turned out even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding decor was, and I owe that all to Carlos and his team. We are still blown away by how amazing everything turned out. Our custom tropical dance floor was STUNNING and I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again. THANK YOU CARLOS!

Absolute Best Florist!

We worked with Carlos Marquez from BBD to design the flower arrangements for our wedding. Let’s just say that you can trust him with your eyes closed. I only told him what my style was and the colors I needed, and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my bouquet, ceremony and reception flowers on my wedding day! Every single one of my guests is still talking about how beautiful and amazing the whole place looked. Carlos is the sweetest, and more importantly, he’s very responsive and responsible. 1000% recommended!!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Boca Resort and worked with Bill from Boca By Design. We loved working with Bill, he was very responsive to all of our questions, always available, friendly, patient, had the best recommendations and listened to everything we wanted and got it for us! Knowledgable staff + stunning arrangements

I had reached out to at least 7 floral vendors and Carlos from Boca by Design were among the first to respond. But after speaking with Carlos only one time over the phone I knew I had to hire him. I have a background in event planning so I am familiar with a lot of the planning process. But Carlos asked me questions and suggested things I had not thought of for my wedding. But one of the things I valued most is that I gave him my vision and budget and he made it work but also everything turned out BEAUTIFUL! If you are hosting your wedding at The Addison like I did Carlos knows this venue with his eyes closed which helps when bringing your vision to life. I am very happy with Boca by Design!

Carlos is the best!

I got everything that I wanted for my wedding and more and it was all because we made the best decision to hire BBD. I am not good at decorating, but I know what I like and don't like. Carlos expertly put my entire vision together and I was in awe. He was not overbearing telling us what to do and was very conscientious of our budget. Carlos was very responsive with any question we had no matter how big or small and would always say "let me see what I can do" and of course he could do a lot!!! lol

A Master Florist!

It was a pleasure working with Carlos to plan the floral arrangements for my wedding. He did an amazing job! He took all my preferences and ideas for the ceremony and applied them so beautifully. The ceremony arrangements exceeded my expectations!! He also made beautiful arrangements for the centerpieces and extra ceiling decor which looked tasteful and elegant. And, my bouquet was just stunning!! I was truly blown away by my bouquet. Carlos' work was perfect. And, he is such a pleasant man to work with. He takes into consideration what you ask for, works within budget requests and makes sure he delivers on what was discussed.

Picture Perfect

I worked with Bill on floral arrangements and they far exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. The flowers were at the perfect degree of bloom and the table settings and arbor could not have been more spectacular

Boca By Design was absolutely the best vendor that we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process. Carlos was nothing short of AMAZING. He was professional, beyond responsive and genuinely cared. Every single appointment we had with him was productive, he gave his honest opinion and provided us with positive feedback. When we walked into our venue, we were absolutely taken away from how STUNNING our flower arrangements were presented. We always imagined the wedding would take place in NY, where we live. There was one place we had been visiting for 30 years - the Boca Raton Resort and Club- and we thought it was worth making one call just to rule it out. By some act of divine intervention, Bill Summerlin head of Boca by Design picked up his phone! He was exceedingly gracious and kind- in a short 10 minute conversation I was filled with confidence! I knew right then that there was absolutely no other place for the wedding.

Bill is a gentleman. His taste is impeccable. His confidence is born of deep experience. I have never met a man who works so hard to make the bride happy. You want the Chuppah of your dreams - he will make it happen for you. And when he says “honey let’s do the ceremony indoors because it might rain” even when the forecasters are not predicting rain, please, please believe him. His expertise is unmatched. His delight in pleasing his client is palpable. I wish every bride and groom what Bill gave us. And I wish we could do this over again just to stay in his company.

Let me begin by making this claim: I was lucky enough to have the wedding of my DREAMS, and the man who made it come to life was Bill Summerlin!!! HE is the man who brought my vision to a reality and is made my wedding THE wedding, and I am forever thankful to him for giving me my fairy tale special day!! From the initial planning process, Bill and I hit it off right away. He was patient, sweet, engaging, positive, and nonjudgmental. We worked together to capture EXACTLY what I wanted in my floral and decor, but it was a cooperative effort from him and his talented team to bring my preliminary ideas to life. Bill was always there during the entire planning process, answering emails at all hours of the day and night. He listened to everything I said, nothing was overlooked. He lives for the smile of his brides and clients, and I love that about him. When it came time to bring my parents into the picture for prices, I felt anxious and nervous to finally have to face the reality of budget slashing away at some of my ideas, but Bill's solution-based thinking helped balance our budget and my wildest ideas. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which can be a common feeling for brides during the planning process, and I always felt like he was on the same page as far as what I wanted and what was realistically possible to obtain. My wedding was BEAUTIFUL!!! I cannot recommend Bill and his team enough! I promise you will not be disappointed. <3

My daughter's wedding was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma and we had to plan a new one in 5 days. Most vendors could still accommodate us except for the florist. Could not have planned anything more beautiful than the flowers/bouquets/centerpieces they provided! A pleasure to work with. Everyone thought I had planned these flower arrangements for months they were so beautiful and perfect! Definitely recommend them!!

So happy with the work Carlos and his team did. I asked for a nautical simple look, not a lot of decorations and he did just that and more. Loved the small details on my bouquet, had some sea shells that I wasn't expecting. Really was happy with all their work.

I couldn't have been more happy with Carlos and the Boca by Design team. I met with other companies and no one else came close in artistry, responsiveness, flexibility, or creativity. Carlos was able to flawlessly execute my vision of old school Palm Beach glamour in different expressions throughout the ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, and late night. Absolutely in love!! I was beyond pleased with my flowers it was better than I had pictured it in my head. We had an arch for the ceremony and it was beautiful!! everyone kept telling me how beautiful the arch was and they loved the flowers. The centerpieces were exactly how I wanted them Carlos understood my vision and took it to the next level. My bouquet was amazing I had a hard time expressing what I wanted but he got me and exceeded my expectiations. I had met with/ spoken to at least 5 other florist before we met with Carlos from boca by design I can honestly say it was the best decision to go with them everything was flaw less.

What a fabulous experience we had with Carlos, Adriana and the rest of the team at BBD. Bill Summerlin at Boca by Design was amazing! From the start he listened to what my daughter and I wanted for her wedding! He implemented our vision to a tee and we can't say enough about him! He was very professional, creative and always available for our many calls with questions. The chuppah was exquisite as were all the flowers. Many of our guests said that the chuppah was the prettiest that they had ever seen. I would recommend Boca by Design without question!

Finding a florist that didn't break the budget was very difficult. Once I found Boca by Design and talked to Carlos, I knew they were the florist for us! He understood all of my ideas (which other florists did not), was always available with any questions and was really friendly. He personally delivered our bouquets to our hotel room before heading to the venue. The floral decor and rentals we got at the venue were so perfect and exactly what we wanted. They truly went above and beyond and it was everything I had imagined and more! Thank you so much!

We highly recommend working with Boca By Design...Bill Summerlin "LISTENS", he knows exactly what you want and listened very carefully to transform the vision the Bride and Groom had expressed and created the magical setting...it was amazing. He also came up with an idea that was so heartwarming. He suggested on the "name place card table" to put photos of loved ones who had passed (the Grandparents) so they would be with us in spirit. (We framed the photos in simple silver frames, and had the photos printed in timeless, black and white.) It was an unexpected personal touch that everyone was moved by. Boca By Design floral designers are the best...they are a team and all so talented...!!!

Carlos and his team were an absolute dream to work with. I could not be happier with our end result for our wedding decor! Our initial first meeting with Carlos was amazing he got my dream and vision and brought it to life and then some! Any question I had throughout the process was answered right away, any modification I had was quickly added and changed! Added bonus our florist package came with a free room at the Boca Resort so we used that room for the night of our wedding and we got upgraded to a suite for free as well, l it was a perfect ending to our night. I worked with Brett from Boca by Design. He is a wedding genius. I went in to my first meeting with no real idea of what I wanted and Brett came up with my whole concept and look just by talking to me and figuring out what I liked. We went with a very elegant and modern look at the Addison. I had a beautiful circle ceremony in the middle of The Addison court yard under a gorgeous chandelier surrounded by rose petals. He transformed my reception space into a lounge with modern furniture and LED cocktail tables. I will be working with Brett again if I ever have another event where decor is needed. Highly recommended!

Working with Boca by Design is one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. They are true professionals - they worked with us and were very flexible in adjusting the contract to work within our budget. Every idea we had, from our wedding ceremony arch, look and feel of the reception venue, flowers arrangements, to our guests' seating chart, came out better than we imagined. Brett and the Boca By Design team went above and beyond our expectations. They were easy to work with and also executed all of our ideas flawlessly. Brett made the process very easy and definitely gave us a sense of calm when working with him. The ceremony was decorated beautifully, especially the Chuppah. The reception was truly amazing and the floor wrap they did for us was great! We were even surprised by the Three Waiters, who sang opera for us during the intermezzo. Carlos and Boca by Design absolutely surpassed our expectations for our wedding day. From the first contact we made, it was so easy to tell that Carlos had a vast, professional knowledge of making our vision come to life. I provided him with a few photos and ideas, which he turned into something better than I had ever dreamed of. Simply put, the decor was stunning. From the flowers to the linens and candles as an added touch, everything looked perfect. We encountered what some would call a disaster the day before our wedding. One of the companies who provided the linens had damage to their warehouse, resulting in our linens being unable to be used. Although it was most likely crazy behind the scenes, Carlos handled the situation with such professionalism and grace and came to us with linens that were practically identical within hours. This is just a small example of how Carlos put 110% into our vision. We HIGHLY recommend Carlos and Boca by Design to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and decor at their event. Boca by Design did a fabulous job on my wedding last weekend at the Boca Raton Resort. We worked with Carlos Marquez throughout the planning process and he literally created magic on my wedding day. The theme of my outdoor wedding was rustic/tuscan with beautiful lanterns and white flower arrangements that carried throughout the church, cocktail hour, and reception. The church was breathtaking - the aisle was lined with lanterns and flowers and there was an impressive lantern display on the altar. The reception was above and beyond anything I could have imagined and words cannot do it justice. The only way I can describe it is like a magical secret garden! There were string lights everywhere, palm trees wrapped in lights, mini lights in the pool (which was in the center of the space), dark-stained farm tables with beautiful lanterns and flowers throughout, creative signs identifying the various bars and food stations (Martini Bar and Lobster station were the best!!!), and the list goes on. They orchestrated a mid-party firework show which was better than the fireworks I saw this past Fourth of July. I could go on for days but like I said, words just can't do it justice. Carlos was incredible and he brought my dream wedding to life. He is so talented yet also so kind, intelligent, hard-working, and has a great sense of humor. There was nothing too tough for he and his team to tackle and they operated with grace and humility from beginning to end. I give them 1000 stars for creating the most magical, memorable night of my life.

Deanna was very helpful and extremely attentive the day of my son's wedding. She was very responsive and very happy to do whatever I asked her to do whether it was just something small or big. She was also very sweet. I would definitely use Deanna and Boca By Design again.

When we met with Brett from Boca by Design to discuss the vision for the wedding flowers and decor, I just knew that he understood exactly the kind of look I was going for. We got married at The Addison which is such a beautiful venue, and I wanted to keep it simple. When we saw our samples, I had tears in my eyes because the flowers were so beautiful. On the day of, Brett and his team did not disappoint. Every detail was better than I had imagined! Boca by Design helped to make our wedding day breathtakingly beautiful. They were easy to work with as well, which is a huge bonus when you are an out of town bride!

Brett, Deanna, and Paul did an outstanding job on everything and helping us figure out what we wanted including able linens, lanterns, centerpieces, candles, the gorgeous chuppah and flowers and a special heart which was put there in rememberance of my daughter. BBD staff are flexible and professional despite our stress. Every detail was taken care of and they worked so well behind the scenes. I'd recommend them for any event. Thanks for the magnificent work. Everything was beyond our expectations.

The decor provided by Boca by Design was superlative. Everything from the aisle to the Chuppah, candles and last but not least the magnificent table centerpieces. The staff was extremely accommodating and open to making any changes that we needed. Completely professional and went out of their way to make us happy.
I would not hesitate to use them at my next daughter's wedding, in fact, I would never use anyone else after this experience. I am 101% satisfied. They made my daughter and son-in-laws wedding look like it was taken straight out of a magazine...so magical!

amazing sample presentation, Brett Woods and his team turned our vision into a masterpiece. He offered advice and thoughts on other design pieces for our wedding to ensure everything remained within our vision and dream wedding. Brett Woods was wonderful, he listened to the vision that my daughter had for the wedding and created it for her. The presentation was pefect.

I was very happy with the florest and all the flowers from the first meeting I knew Bret was the guy I needed to work with. Not only did he get to know me and my vision and likes he also was able to give great suggestions that would work for what I wanted and what I could afford in my budget. Everything turned out more beautiful than I could've imagined. If I had to do it again I wouldn't have changed a thing! Thanks to everyone at Boca by Design!

The event was outstanding. It was all in the capable hands of Brett, who listened carefully to each of my daughter's requests and then created her dream wedding. In combination with The Addison, the ambiance and decor you provided elevated the day to spectacular.

Carlos and his team were a pleasure to work with. From the first day I met Carlos I was at ease, he listened to all that I wanted and helped to bring my vision into reality. Carlos answered my numerous emails quickly and was so easy going even when I changed my mind and wanted to change things. The flowers and all that he did came out so beautifully and we got so many compliments. Being that I got married at the Boca Resort it was extremely helpful to have Carlos's input on various parts of the wedding as he knows the resort so well. I wish I could do the wedding weekend all over again-- I would not change a thing as it was all so perfect. Thank you Carlos!

I worked with Brett and he came up with a beautiful centerpiece. He was easy to work with and had great suggestions for adding a personal touch to our wedding. Near the end of the wedding planning I was getting burnt out and decided to give Brett free reins in designing a centerpiece to go with our theme. They were just what I wanted and needed for our theme and venue. So happy I went with Brett, he did an amazing job with my restricted budget! :)

Adriana, Carols, Bill, and the whole team literally took my breath away. I had a vision and they took it and made it 1000 times more wonderful then I could have ever imagined. They took my ideas and color scheme and ran with it creating more than I could have asked for. An incredible amount of care and energy went into my flowers. They treated me as if I was their one and only client paying attention to all the details. The flowers were all stunning, open, lush and in beautiful long lasting condition. They deliver quantity. creativity and quality with their florals and care with their personalities and hard work. From the bottom of my heart Thank You!!!!!!!!

Fortunately I had a prior relationship with Mariel of Boca by Design, but that only highlighted the experience. Mariel had great ideas and was very amiable to my requests. The pricing was very fair and the room looked just stunning..everything I imagined. I would highly recommend Mariel and her BBD team for any occasion!

Erin with Boca by Design was awesome to work with!! Being out of town she was so helpful in ever aspect. She understood my vision right away and I felt like I had nothing to worry about. She was so much fun to work with and everything turned out so beautiful!!! I am so happy with everything from the linen, flowers, lighting, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
