Ashley and Katelynn did the most amazing job with me and my girls for my trial, engagement, portraits and wedding! I was so so so pleased! Ashley nailed my makeup with my engagement photos and continued to shine throughout. She was extremely responsive from day one and she listened and catered to my every concern and request. She made sure I looked and felt beautiful for my engagement, trial, bridal portraits and bridal boudoir and most importantly for my wedding!! Katelynn did my hair throughout and she was just as wonderful as Ashley! She did half up/down for my engagement photos and it was STUNNING! Everyone wanted me to wear my hair down for the wedding after (even me!) But I sweat too much and know my hair struggles to hold a curl lol. So for trial, bridals, and wedding i went up! The trials she did perfect! I was worried about the curled side bangs in my face thinking they would stick with sweat but she pinned them back and it was perfect!! Then for bridals she pinned them back as I asked and again stunning but after looking at photos from each, when wedding day came i told her "you were right, you're the artist! I should have listened to you! Lol the photos with the few curled bangs to shape my face looked better!" Needless to say both these women did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend!!!

Ashley and her team did hair and makeup for me and my wedding gals. We all LOVED our looks and had a great time! They took our inspo pics and made us all look fantastic. I have fine hair and they were still able to pull off the style I wanted. My tween daughters got the perfect amount of makeup to highlight their features and still look natural. Fantastic Experience with Ahsley
I had the absolute pleasure of having Ashley do my makeup on my wedding day, and it was the best decision I made. Despite not having a trial, she was flexible enough to have a video call given that I was overseas so that we could discuss what I wanted on my wedding day.
I wanted minimal make up and wanted to look as natural as possible and Ashley delivered just that. I had a 9 AM wedding but Ashley showed up really early and got my hair and makeup done in time so that I didn't feel rushed or stressed. The makeup lasted all day without ever feeling heavy or overdone or needing to be retouched.
She's incredibly talented and if you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled at her craft, I wholeheartedly recommend Ashley. She played such a special part in making my wedding day unforgettable.

Ashley and Veronica did an amazing job on both my trials and my actual wedding day. I did a second hair trial because I decided to get clip in extensions. At my second trial, Veronica did EXACTLY what I asked but I ended up not liking what I asked for because I didn't have the right thing in mind. Veronica was very easy to talk to and was very open to making any changes I asked for and my hair ended up looking PERFECT for my wedding day.
My makeup lasted all day. Ashley was even willing to come to my second location to be available to do touchups after my first look. What I loved most was Ashley made communicating with her and her team effortless which made getting exactly what I want so easy.

Loved my time here. I went for trial for bridal hair and makeup. Left feeling so beautiful. Then went back for wedding hair and makeup. My mother and maid of honor also. We had great time and all left looking gorgeous. The groom may or may not have shed a tear, lol. My hair and makeup looked amazing all night. To say that Ashley is amazing would be an understatement! From our first meet I loved her, she was kind, attentive, professional, she listened to what I needed and sent me out of my makeup trial still trying to pick my jaw up off the ground. I have never felt so beautiful in my life!

Not only are her prices very competitive for the area, the services exceeded our expectations. Our venue had a preferred vendors list and it’s not easy to get on the list; vendors have to be reliable, and provide great service. Ashley has great communication! My makeup and hair didn’t move all day at my wedding. My friend has already booked Ashley for her wedding next year. Also her studio is super cute for the trial, I hope I have an excuse to book her for a formal event in the future.

Ashley and the ladies were so professional and experienced. They were able to adjust to our schedule and have all the ladies done on time. Everyone's hair and makeup turned out so beautifully. It was a windy day and my hair looked great in all the pictures. I loved how my makeup turned out. I don't wear a lot of makeup and I have eczema. All her products were hypoallergenic and were safe to use on my sensitive skin. I highly recommend these ladies.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Courtney! I was a bride struggling to find an affordable person to do my hair and makeup. Then I found this company, the moment I reached out I got a quick response back and a understandable outline of how much I’d be paying! They not only did hair for my self and bridesmaids but also helped one of my guest to their hair! They immediately responded back to my messages a few days before and I sent them images of how’d I’d like my hair and they definitely fulfilled my expectations! Ashley is amazing and I couldn't be happier with the experience and makeup. She was early and stayed until everyone was happy with their look - which really didn't take that long because she does such a great job! I was having trouble finding lashes that looked right on me and she pulled out a pair that she said were her favorite ones and last pair and that she hadn't been able to find more of, but she didn't even hesitate to give them to me and they were perfect. The most amazing experience
I had the most AMAZING experience with Blush!❤️My wedding happened during COVID and my previous booked hair and makeup was not being accommodating what so ever. Whenever booking hair and makeup I was originally trying to book with Blush, but another company had a name almost identical and unfortunately I booked with them. Whenever COVID happened and the company I had booked with wasn’t being accommodating, I FINALLY had the correct number to Blush and called right away! Ashley was amazing and was able to work with me. I was able to schedule trails right away and she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. High-end artist, high-end look, low-end pricing
Ashley from Blush is absolutely phenomenal. I shared photos before our trial run that she was able to perfectly mimic on me. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with it. The day of the wedding, I had to get my makeup done at 9 am (we did pictures before the ceremony) and it looked just as fresh at midnight that night after all the dancing as it did that morning. I have since used Ashley's services for other events. She has always been able to perfectly match the look and intensity for whatever event it's for, whether a dramatic night out look or a softer, casual look for family photos. She has completely proven her worth to me. Her talent is only matched by her professionalism. She has always been reliable, flexible with my ever changing schedule. The quality of her work is amazing. A high-end artist that offers high-end looks for a low-end price is hard to find. If you're looking for your MUA for the big day or any other event, Ashley is your girl.

I've used Ashley three different times now. The first time was for my wedding. At my consult - which was the easiest consult I have ever scheduled by the way), we tried two different looks to see what worked best for me, we scheduled my wedding session, I paid up front because that was easier for me than remembering to pay on my big day, and Ashley gave me tips about posing for the camera to get the most out of my look. I looked so damn good that she ended up using one of my photos in her advertising. I was honored! My second visit was when I was in a friend's wedding. Ashley did the entire wedding party. I was brave and wanted to do an orange-ish lip. Ashley was 100% down for it and I looked lovely. Got loads of compliments. Again, paying was easy as I did it over the phone the day before and scheduling my makeup session was a breeze. Ashely even brought her little glider to the session and we all got to love on it for a minute or two. THAT'S SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE YALL. The third time I used Ashley, and this was a unique situation that she helped make really special and meaningful, was just two months ago. Due to covid 19, I had was unable to go to Blush do get my hair and makeup down for pregnancy photos. I was also unable to get professional photos taken. But, Ashely saved the day. She made me a personalized video tutorial with OPTIONS (can you believe she went to all that trouble for me?) so I could use what makeup I had on hand and do it myself. She reminded me about lighting and posing options and thanks to my husband who can really crop a photo, we achieved a handful of photos of me and my gorgeous baby belly. Her one-on-one attention to me, her care for me, and her constant customer service made me feel less upset that I wasn't getting the ideal experience thanks to covid. I love Blush and Ashley and you will too!

Absolutely amazing!!
I was beyond pleased with Ashley and the staff at Blush Makeup and Hair. They were so flexible and worked around my crazy schedule. Ashley is very professional and personable. She made me feel so comfortable and very important. In fact I was so impressed with her, I hired her for my oldest daughters wedding this past November. My daughter looked absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be booking her and her staff for our other two daughters proms, graduations and then their weddings! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with important days like that.

Flawless service!
I have hired Blush twice already! Once for my sisters outdoor wedding in 2014 and for my own 3 months ago. My sister doesn’t wear makeup or do her hair so we wanted a natural look that would last being outside. She was beautiful and her makeup was flawless all evening. Ashley and Alexis were AMAZING!!! This team was so sweet. They were on time and ready to go, they made my bridal party and I look and feel like princesses on my wedding day. They even took care of my mom who has sensitive skin, and made her look like the queen she is. Ashley gave me a flawless complexion, nailed my eyes with natural earthy shadows, and knew exactly the color to make my lips pop that also matched the wedding color scheme. My makeup stayed on the whole night, it never caked, and nothing ran. I couldn’t even feel the makeup on so I never had to touch or mess with my face. Alexis did a gorgeous job with my hair. She gave me the volume I wanted and accommodated to my last minute style changes. I couldn’t believe how beautiful my hair turned out, it was exactly the style I showed her and showed off my hair piece and veil perfectly. The way she did it made removing my veil easy without messing anything up. Just like my makeup, my hair never fell flat, never snagged, and looked fabulous all night!! Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my heart, you were so awesome to work with and we all had a blast with you! I would definitely recommend Blush Makeup & Hair to anyone!

The ladies were great and very flexible. I had to push the time up by and hour the day before and they were able to accommodate. I wasn't 100% happy with my hair and makeup trial but I was able to tell them what changes to make and they nailed the look I was wanting. So pleased. Great value for cost.

Ashley and her team were great. Contacting them was very easy and their rates are very reasonable. On my wedding day I was either crying or sweating and my make up did not budge. Ashley & Courtney are a dream team!
Ashley and Courtney with Blush Hair & Makeup were recommended to me by my photographer after I could not find any makeup artists at the bridal extravaganza in 2017. I wanted to be sure my face was flawless and stunning for my wedding day, so I knew I needed to do a few trials to make sure colors and coverage were right. I first did a bridal makeup trial with Ashley, timed right before a friend’s house Oscar party that is a black tie dress code. I felt like I had been transformed into Blake Lively for the evening, and it showed in the photos taken that night. One of my friends had mentioned she would be getting regular facials leading up to her wedding, so I inquired with Ashley about doing facials and she was also trained to do facials! Over the course of the year we met up for facials once a month and my skin regiment was perfected. Very few if any breakouts happened, and my complexion became so smooth. In the course of a year, my skin became Ashley’s perfect canvas. And in these monthly facials Ashley became more than a vendor - she was a wedding coach and mentor. We bonded over the time it took leading up to the wedding, which really helped my nerves for the day-of. Even though we tried at least 3-4 other makeup trials, we ended up using the same color scheme as the first time I had Ashley do a trial. She can attain any look you are going for by showing her pictures from a magazine, Pinterest, etc. and she will make your eyes naturally pop! I thought I had the worst eyelids to work with and she insisted I had great ones... but I still believe it is Ashley’s skill that can make the makeup come to life every single time.
Courtney is very talented with hair and she did a hair trial for me along with makeup from Ashley for the final picking/revealing of my wedding dress choice with my mom, future sisters and future mother in law. Courtney was able to do exactly what I asked for between the 2-3 photos that showed what I wanted. Courtney also gelled my husband-to-be’s hair, did an updo on my mom’s curly hair, and a half-up, half-down hair style on my bridesmaid’s hair. Ashley is professional and genuine. She tells it like it is and will make you laugh. Ashley is the first person you need to see to get ready for your special day - she will take care of you like a sister from another mister. Courtney completes the rockstar team - she is steady and calm, and always professional. They both traveled to the hotel where me and my bridal party were getting ready. They were on time and ready to start when we entered the room to get ready. Together they made my day start smooth and set the good mood for our special day! AND - for you ladies who sweat profusely like me, Ashley’s makeup will stay on well into the day after your wedding - so no need to worry about it lasting! I only touched up my lipstick once and I stayed looking flawless all through the night. The sooner you can book this dream team the better as they are highly sought after and will book up quickly. Also make sure you know how many people you will need makeup and hair done for to make sure you reserve them for the block of time you need.

Ashley did my mother and my hair and makeup for wedding day in San Antonio in September for 4 pm wedding. So I really needed makeup that would last and it did! My hair lasted pretty well too. Had consult for hair and makeup. Wedding day looked just like consult. Very pleased and would recommend to family and friends.

Blush was absolutely amazing! I contacted Ashley in a panic two weeks before my wedding needing make-up services for the day of my wedding (my previous make-up artist cancelled). Ashley was very kind in her response to my situation and responsive! Ashley sent Ava to do my mom's, my MOH, and my make-up on the day of my wedding and Ava was fantastic. My mom's make-up was amazing and everyone said how beautiful she looked! My MOH loved her make-up and I loved my make-up, too! :) And that best part was our make-up lasted all night. Blush hair and make up were amazing! We had 9 hair and make ups on the day of our wedding they provided 4 girls and they did a fantastic job. Our hair and make up stayed all night long which was a concern but shouldn't have been. We didn't do a pretrial because I did my home work and knew they would deliver and they did. They were able to provide the exact styles all the girls wanted as well as make up choices. All the stylist were friendly and were on time. Thank you for making us that much more Beautiful! I went to these amazing ladies for my bridal portrait hair and makeup as well as my wedding day hair and makeup. My Mother also got her hair and makeup done for my wedding day. They did such an amazing job, I felt so beautiful. From the trial run to the final, they made me so comfortable and they were extremely knowledgeable in all things beauty. Their prices are very reasonable, and for the great work that they do, I would have paid a lot more. They make you feel so at ease the whole time you are there and when I had any questions, all I had to do was give them a call and I would get a quick response. I have very, very thin hair on top, and they recommended a good place to purchase a hair piece and they made it look so natural. And my makeup, I can't even say enough about it, to say perfect is an understatement. I couldn't have dreamed of a better look for my special day.
I recommend Blush Hair and Makeup to any woman on her special occasion, you will be in great hands. I am very glad that I chose them for my wedding.

I didn't think it was possible, but Faces by Blush made my bride even that much more beautiful the day of our wedding. The makeup was tasteful and accentuated her features and her hair....well it was amazing. Her bridesmaids were beautiful too. Eight women had their hair and makeup done by 3 of Faces by Blush in a matter of 5 hours. Their attitude and personalities made the stress of the day melt away. It was refreshing to see how they were able to mesh well with all eight people and get the job done, the way it was meant to be done. The makeup stayed all day, like it was just applied. Everyone complimented them on their makeup and hair.

Oh my goodness, I had to cancel my first trial hair and makeup appointment and was terribly late to the second one and the ladies were super sweet and helpful about it! They gave me directions and worked with me despite my tardiness. Then on the wedding day we asked them to do 4 or 5 more bridesmaids' hair and they graciously agreed! They were very professional and they made us all look beautiful!

Ashley is wonderful! The make-up done for my wedding was perfect. She works with each girl on what they want and really does a stellar job at making everyone look smashing. She is quick and knows what she is doing. She is super sweet as well- and great at getting back to you when you have questions. I loved the waterproof seal that she uses to make sure that your make-up will still look spectacular even if you are a big time crier like myself. She also is willing to use make up that you bring if you are unable to wear the make-up that she uses. And the make-up she uses is really great and made for pictures- you will look flawless with it on. You won't go wrong using Blush. :-)

We recently got married at Marquardt Ranch. Ashley and her team at Blush makeup & hair did my makeup and hair for my bridal pictures and I LOVED it. They really took the time to listen to my request and do exactly what I wanted. The makeup and hair looked exactly like the pictures I showed them. On the day of the wedding they came out to the venue and did my makeup, my mothers, and my bridesmaids. Everyone was SO HAPPY with it. My mother is still talking about how much she loved the way her makeup turned out. Everyones hair looked great and they did exactly what each of us wanted. The makeup stayed ALL NIGHT, considering I danced to just about every song and sweated :). My hair also held up well even though I have about 10 pounds of hair, lol. They did what they could to create the hairstyle I wanted while keeping it in place. My husband loved my hair and makeup and said that I looked natural and beautiful. Ashley put the eyelashes on me and they looked so good and natural! The prices were reasonable considering they did such an awesome job and came all the way out to the venue to do hair and makeup. The girls were so fun and nice, the bridesmaids and I had a lot of fun while they were getting us all pretty. I highly recommend Blush if you are looking for someone who will listen to your requests, really make you look beautiful and natural, and be gentle with your hair. They so an AWESOME job.

I had tried 2 other makeup and hair companies in town before finding BLUSH...,THANK GOD I DID!!!! They did an amzing job and I've never felt so gorgeous. They're not only extremly talented but they're fun to be around. Felt like I had know these girls forever. They're the best in town! Trust me, I checked.

I called this company extremely last minute, but they were able to fit me in their schedule. These folks work simultaneously, so hair and makeup are done at the same time. You can be ready for any formal event in about an hour & a half if you already have the look in mind that you want. If you have time, do a demo session to try out. I will book with them again for my next Texas formal.

I hired Ashley and Stephanie with Blush to do my engagment session and our wedding day hair and makeup. Let me just say that my husband is a hair diva. It's hard to make him happy but Stephanie made him very happy! I loved her work too. Her hands are very delicate when working with my hair and it felt like a massage session as well as a hair session in one! :D
Ashley did my makeup and I loved it so much. My eyelashes stayed put all day and my makeup lasted the entire engagement session! I needed touch ups throughout the night on my wedding but that's because I was sweating like crazy dancing (my makeup never stays put regardless). :D
Ashley was very quick to respond to my texts, she gave me great customer service, and they were very patient with my indecisive hubby when he was deciding on how he wanted his hair. I never had to worry once about her as a vendor and I plan to use her and Stephanie again for my baby shower!

This team did a great job on hair and makeup for my bridal party. They did not charge us extra to come to our hotel which made our lives a lot easier. They were on time, professional, and fun. They were very efficient and got us all ready to go with time to spare. I don't normally wear much makeup and these gals just made me look and feel like a much more beautiful and glamorous version of myself. My now husband loved my hair and make up too!

I used Blush for my hair and make-up, and the hair and make-up of my 7 bridesmaids, for my 3/5/11 wedding, and I could not have been happier!!! I have always FEARED having my hair and make-up professionally done (due to a BAD prom hair experience) but Ashley and her team truly made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world on my wedding day. Blush was recommended to me by friends who had used Ashley's services before. With only one month until the big day I was able to secure a hair and make-up consultation and hair and make-up on my wedding day without a problem. Courtney was my hair stylist and she did an excellent job keeping my very thick and unruly hair curled and controlled. During the consultation she actually gave me a haircut to accommodate better what I had envisioned my Bridal hair to look like . On the day off the wedding everybody was on time and professional and they were a lot of fun to work with. Although I had only booked an appointment for myself, Ashley and Courtney were flexible and more then willing to help out with my Mother's and Grandmother's hair and make-up needs. I had never gotten my make-up done before and I was amazed at how big a difference it made. Ashley kept it simple yet she brought out a glow and radiance in my face that made me look the most beautiful I have ever looked. It held all day and all night with no touch-ups needed and to this day I like to pull out my wedding day album and marvel at the pictures.
I am very happy with the services and the results and can highly recommend BLUSH to every San Antonio Bride!

I had an excellent experience with Ashley and Stephanie, and I would recommend Blush to anyone. I live about 4 hours from where the wedding was being held and had previously traveled to try (unsuccessfully) another hair stylist and makeup artist. I found Blush about one month before the wedding, and Ashley worked with my limited travel schedule to arrange a makeup consultation. At the consultation, she was professional and patient as we found a palette that worked for me. Stephanie, the hair stylist, was brought on with just two weeks notice, and she was every bit flexible, patient, and professional as Ashley. They traveled to me the day of the wedding, and had fun with me and my bridesmaids while getting us ready. All the girls were happy with the hair and makeup, which stayed on all night. I did not retouch once. I was very impressed and would love to use Blush's services again.

The ladies at Blush are definitely by far the best makeup/hair artist in the area. Ashley did my make up and was beyond amazing, she is very experienced and professional, she knew exactly what to do, what colors would look best on me and she made me look amazing on my special day. Stephanie is also amazing she can replicate any picture of a hairstyle you show her, and even though I am so indecisive, and I changed my mind on the day of my wedding from what we originally did on the day of my trial she was still able to create a fabulous hairstyle. Every one in my bridal party, mother, and grandmother loved their hair and makeup as well, they went on and on about how amazing Ashley and Stephanie were. Everyone looked and felt absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day thanks to Blush :)!!!!!

Ashley and Jennifer at Faces by Blush made me and my girls perfectly beautiful for my wedding day. My hair and makeup were both beautiful and perfect and lasted all night. My bridesmaids all had beautiful hair.
They came to us, arrived right on time, and made getting ready a relaxing and fun event. Just what I wanted and all for less than in salon pricing.

I absolutely love Blush! Ashley applied my makeup flawlessly and in nearly no time at all, it stayed put the entire night. Shanna did my hair based on a picture I showed her the day of the wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. Along with another assistant the ladies did hair and makeup for me, my maid of honor and my mom and we all got so many compliments on how it turned out.

Ashley did such a great job with my make-up!!! I had my first make-up artist back out at the last minute, and Ashley was able to accomodate my busy schedule with no problem. She was always professional, friendly and she understood exactly what I wanted for my portraits and the day of the wedding. My bridesmaids were so thrilled with how they looked and the pictures came out great!
I plan to use her again for mother-baby pics and I always recommend her talents to my friends and people who need a true professional. Her pricing is also very reasonable compared to others. :-)

I contacted Ashley to do my make-up. She was very professional and experienced. Although i had to pay for the make-up trial, she gave the option of trying different looks and she also travels to your location which I thought was very convenient. I absolutely loved Ashley for my makeup. My makeup looked exactly like the test run. The colors she used were beautiful. Her flexible schedule allowed me to see her for my test run at a time convenient for me. The sealant was awesome!!! My makeup stayed out all day and all night. I liked her so much I continued to use her after my wedding. I've used her for friends weddings (as a bridesmaid), I've used her before important events, i've even used her for evenings that I wanted to feel extra pretty. I would highly recommend her. She's a makeup genius, her brushes are always clean, and she's super attentive to the look you're going for. Love Blush!

Ashley made my wedding day the best day ever! I looked great! Ashley worked with me on all the small details before hand. She asked the important question, what do I feel comfortable with and gave suggestions. She was wonderful to work with and made me feel comfortable. My make up right on target (my husband said I looked amazing to him). Ashley went above and beyond just doing my makeup. I have Vitiligo which creates large white spots all over my body and face. I was really concerned with my large spots on my elbows since my dress did not have sleeves. When photographed they become very obvious and become ghostly white. I had mentioned this to Ashley. She was kind enough to see if we could cover them. She took extra time and effort on my concern. The end result was better than I could have hoped. She knows her makeup! You could not tell I had makeup on my elbows. I highly recommend Ashley, she was professional and the quality of service was outstanding.

Blush Hair and Makeup! Love love love these girls. Ashley was very prompt at getting back with me and opened up her home for me to do my consultation. Jennifer was promts as well getting back with me and was open for what I wanted my hair to look like! I was more than pleased with the service I got from them! I felt like I had known these girls my whole life just after meeting them for the first time! I would recomend them to any bride! On the day of my bridal pictures they worked with me on the time for me to get beautified! They met me at 7 am to get ready and helped me every step of the way. The day of my wedding they were early and were done with me very quick so that we could take pictures. They are very warm hearted and would do anything to help out! I hired Ashley for my wedding, this past October, she is pleasant and extemely talented. I have nothing but good things to say about the company, all of my phone calls and emails were answered promptly. The day of the trial consultation she was very attentive to the look that I wanted and the makeup looked great. I had no doubts that I would hire her to do my makeup. The day of the wedding she arrived on time and prepared. My makeup looked great, I received so many compliments on the makeup. It also stayed on without any problems, at the end of the wedding I still looked like I had fresh makeup on! This is absolutely absurd! I recently used BLUSH for my wedding this past October as well, they were WONDERFUL!!!! Ashley is absoluetly amazing and has an incredible personality. Courtney did my hair and did a fabulous job aswell. The reason I chose BLUSH is because they had done about 12 of my other friends weddings! This means they have done at least 50+ people that I know personally and all have been thrilled!They're extremely talented, punctual, and a blast to be around. Don't let one "unhappy" client change your mind about this company. I will refer BLUSH to anyone who asks and I hope to use their services again in the future.

I was having bridal portraits done in San Antonio despite my wedding in Houston. I was referred to a different vendor who was booked the day I needed who then referred me to Ashley at blush. They were more than happy to provide services for just me for both hair and make-up. I met them at their designated site which worked well for my photo-shoot location. They gave a realistic analysis of my features and made a point to highlight the best and blend away my less fortunate aspects including a stress-pimple that you can't see at all in even the close ups. The false eyelashes made me nervous since I had never had them before but they were applied gently and the weird feeling faded away quickly. Definitely glad they encouraged them. While the make up was great, the hair stylist did the most amazing work. I had really long hair, and she took the time hand curling every strand and blending them into a piece of art. I ultimately had my wedding hair done local in Houston and that artist did not take the time, effort nor, I believe, had the baseline ability and talent that this team did. I wish I could have had them for my wedding day to try and replicate the look because it blended so perfectly with the classic and timeless style that I wanted with such a beautiful and soft appearance. I cannot recommend them high enough for their talent and value!

I found both Ashley and Jennifer very professional and great at what they do. After the first meeting I felt as if I have known them both my entire life. My makeup was flawless for my bridal portraits and on the day of my wedding. Even though I did get the sealer I did have to touch up my makeup only because both days were really hot days and I started to sweat my makeup off. My hair looked amazing! I have really straight and thick hair so curling it is a huge task but Jennifer was able to curl it all and it stayed curly all day long.

I was a little disappointed that the person who I paid for the make-up trial was switched on the day of. Although, the other lady did a great job, I had to show her pictures of what the trial looked like and we had to redo it since the palette left for her was wrong. So it was a complete waste of money to book a trial with them. The hair lady is great. She did a really good job and my hair held all day! The price is very reasonable, especially since they will come to your venue to fix you up. I would recommend them, but I would make sure the same person doing your trial make up will be the person at the wedding. Otherwise, don't waste your money on the trial.

Blush made me look beautiful on my wedding day! Love everything except for 2 things - which turned out to be major things. At my (costly) trial run, I was assured that the same woman who did my trial makeup would be the one to do it on my wedding day. That was not true. My wedding day comes around and the lady who did my trial was not the one who did my makeup on my wedding day. That was extremely disappointing but luckily she did a great job. Also, during my trial I found the PERFECT lip color. I am very picky about lipstick colors but I found the perfect one and loved it. She told me she would bring it on my wedding day and that I would have the exact same makeup as the trial. Well since she wasn't even the one who did my wedding makeup, she didn't tell the other lady to bring the lip color. So I almost had a meltdown (not kidding, definitely teared up) because she didn't have this perfect lip color. (I know it sounds silly but on such a stressful day, I just wanted everything to be perfect). The lady that did my makeup tried her best to come up with a color similar and it ended up working out in the long run. It just caused unnecessary drama. Overall it was good. Just make sure the same lady comes for your trial and wedding day. (Even though I was assured it'd be the same lady, it ended up still being a different person. And I remember reading reviews before I chose Blush of this happening and I was iffy about it but I thought I'd take the chance. Well it happened to me too.)
The hair part was great though! Same lady to do trial and wedding day and she was very patient when I didn't know what I wanted. Loved her and my hair stayed all day!!!

Wow.. now that I'm being asked these basic questions from the "rate my vendor" section, I'm shocked. My experience with Blush Hair and Makeup was the worst I have had with any vendor while planning my whole wedding. I had to fire Ashley after my bridal portrait session, the owner and makeup artist, because of her unresponsiveness. Though she did makeup fine and she showed up on time to her appointment, she NEVER answers her phone and it takes days, if not weeks to call back. I did have to retouch my makeup throughout the day. The sealant she uses burns. The sealant my second makeup artist used did not make my face feel like it was on fire. The hair girl she contracts to do hair is very professional, nice and attentive. I was happy with her even though my hair fell flat for my bridal portraits (my hair is rather thick and heavy). After the hair fell flat, we did another trail (for free) and she did my hair perfect! Too bad the DAY of the WEDDING, she used a smaller curling iron than she used for the trail and I had hideous Shirley Temple-like curl and early 2000's prom hair. I was so pissed when I saw my pictures! I would have gladly paid more for what I wanted, which was hair that looked like my trail and a makeup artist that is responsive. You can find a less expensive vendor, but I thought they would be more professional. I was WRONG, go somewhere else!

Hello. My wife paid Ashley to do her hair and makeup this past weekend. Ashley did her make up on the first trial run and for the bridal pictures. She told my wife that she was going to be the one to do her hair and makeup on our wedding day. Instead 3 teenagers showed up and did not know what they were doing. Her hair and makeup were not even close to what she had done before. The last thing I wanted to hear is that my future bride is having a mini meltdown right before it is time to walk down the isle because she doesn't think she looks pretty. Not to mention we spent $3,000 on photographers to take a thousand pictures and I can only hope she will find some that she likes. That is what this company was responsible for. My bride and I also sent her an email after the wedding letting her know how disappointed we were with there work and not surpringly got no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
