Blush Makeup and Hair were so responsive and helpful for our late summer wedding. Our marriage was during peak season. Nikki & her staff were organized, professional and gracious. A couple of my girlfriends and I were out of town guests for a wedding in Buffalo, NY and had the pleasure of working with Nikki for our make up the day of the wedding. Beautiful Wedding Makeup
Nikki and her assistant did an amazing job on myself and my bridal party’s makeup. Nikki was very easy to communicate with and was patient as I tried to decide how I wanted my makeup done. She is extremely organized and professional; everything went so smoothly the morning of my wedding! I chose to have the airbrush makeup applied, and it lasted the whole day. I decided to choose Blush after reading a lot of online reviews, and I am SO glad I did. I was looking for a vendor that did both hair and makeup and would travel to my wedding spot. They arrived on time the morning of my wedding and did hair and makeup for eight women right in my bridal suite. They were extremely professional and did exactly what I hoped for with hair and makeup, even though it was slightly different from my trial. I felt like a gorgeous winter queen at my wedding. All of my bridesmaids were so happy, too -- seriously can't say enough good things about Blush.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Blush! I got married on 7/17/22 and I'm so happy we booked with Blush. We had 9 girls getting ready at my in-laws' home in Pendleton and Nikki and her crew arrived on time and got everyone done with time to spare! Absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Extremely professional, warm, and supportive group of women. My mom did my hair for me and Nikki did my makeup - I didn't need any touchups during the day, even though I couldn't stop crying!! I only used one sheet of blotting paper before the ceremony.

Best Wedding Hair I’ve EVER had.
Casey Carminati, a representative of Blush was amazing and made me feel so beautiful. First time meeting her, right away she made me feel so comfortable and gave me a bomb up-do which is a challenge with my thick lion hair! I will continue to go through Blush based on Casey’s professionalism alone. It’s hard to trust people right away and some stylists can come across as rude but Casey was and is a talented angel. I have already booked her services for the next wedding I’m in. Definitely would recommend!

Efficient, talented pros!
I could not believe how quickly the Blush hair and makeup ladies worked on the morning of my wedding. They got through four bridesmaids, two moms, and me in no time at all (a little over 3 hours total). They built in extra time, which helped the day go smoothly and gave us time for a relaxed lunch. Everyone’s hair and makeup turned out beautiful, and my updo didn’t budge all day, even after three full hours of dancing! They were also great to work with during the lead up to the wedding. Sam was so helpful and even hooked me up with a free second hair trial when my original stylist left the salon prior to the wedding.

I used Blush Makeup and Hair Salon for my wedding day and I couldn't be happier with their service. They came to my hotel room and were able to provide hair and makeup service for me, my 6 bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law, and my husbands aunt, all in time for my ceremony. They were very accommodating and nothing but profession the entire time. They worked with me during three pre-wedding hair and makeup trials so we could perfect everything to match my dress. I absolutely loved the way my hair and makeup turned out and can honestly say I feel like they made me look beautiful for my special day. I would highly recommend them for your wedding.

I had contacted Nikki about her services after I had a terrible experience with another makeup salon in the area. I had reservations that I was going to have a similar situation and boy was I wrong...Nikki was absolutely AMAZING. She was so professional and has one of the most impressive portfolios of experience and high profile establishments. Nikki was absolutely awesome about keeping in contact about everything was priced EXTREMELY FAIRLY. There were no hidden fees for services and she included so much in her pricing like lash application. She did a trial on me and suggested to do it for my shower which was an awesome idea! I was able to show off my trial and received so many compliments from my guests. I was very unsure about using airbrush makeup as I have never tried it before and my skin tends to get oily so I was so glad she tried it for my trial before I made a definitive choice to have it. She told me to let her know after the shower how I liked everything and make sure everything worked with my skin. I had one change I wanted to make for the wedding day and she seamlessly took care of it! PS I LOVED THE AIRBRUSH MAKEUP!! I had originally booked all of my bridesmaids with traditional foundation and decided to change them to airbrush as well after my trial and I was able to change that no problem. Nikki had contacted me the night before the wedding to get room information which I appreciated because there was an issue at the hotel that made our check in process go a little longer than expected so I was glad she checked in with us to make sure we didn't forget to let her know. On to the day of the wedding, Nikki arrived right on time and was totally prepared with her chair and all the equipment she needed. She helped us move furniture around in the suite to get everything where she needed it to go. She was so easygoing and efficient with getting everyone's makeup done in a timely manner. I had 6 people getting makeup done and she was done in an amazing amount of time. She helped keep me calm throughout the whole process and even helped me figure out how to get my veil into my hair. She was great about being able to share the space with another vendor (hair). My makeup lasted on my face all night long and didn't budge at all. We took outside photos and it was so cold that I thought I was going to have a makeup mess when I got back into the Statler as my nose was running. But the makeup HAD NOT BUDGED! I was so impressed. I am very particular about how my makeup is done and it takes a lot to impress me and Nikki went above and beyond my expectations. She listened to everything I wanted. I showed her a few pictures and told her what I did and didn't like about each of them and she was able to give me the best of it all. She used a lot of the same products I use in my own routine which I also enjoyed because I knew she was using high quality products that I already knew worked for me. I would recommend Nikki to absolutely anyone for any occasion!!

Working with Nicole was so easy and stress free! From my trial, to organizing the timeline for the day of the wedding she was so helpful, especially since I was planning from out of town. Nikki and her team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, beautiful and happy on my wedding day. Stephanie did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and the moms' makeup - giving each girl exactly what she wanted. It look natural, so pretty and lasted all day and night. The same goes for Casey and our hair. She did something unique and amazing for each girl and me! I absolutely loved it! Nikki did my makeup, and it was better than I could have even imagined. I went with the airbrush - it looked natural, felt great and didn't go anywhere. Exactly the look I wanted and went so well with my dress. 16 hours later and hair and makeup was still flawless!
I’m not even kidding! Nikki did my airbrush makeup and touch ups (which I HIGHLY recommend opting for.. it’s so worth it if you’re doing photos outside between first look and ceremony!). And Leah did my hair! Throughout the planning process, Nikki was so accommodating with the numerous changes to the lineup of who was getting which service. We had a large bridal party but her team got us done in 2.5 hours. They were kind and professional, and made sure that everyone was happy and confident before they left. My day would not have ran so smoothly without them!

I had my original makeup artist cancel the week of my wedding. I was then put in contact with the owner of Blush - Nicole R. With all of her set appointments she managed to squeezed my party and I in and practically saved the day and all the stress that came. I highly recommend this salon not only because they are accommodating, but because they are extremely personable, professional, and their makeup artistry exceeded all of our expectations. They are truly worth the book for your special day. I will 100% be using them again if I need my makeup done for another event.

Because I live two hours away from Buffalo, I wasn’t able to do a trial run for hair or makeup. My brother-in-law was married in Rochester, NY over Labor Day Weekend 2018. For the wedding day, my mother-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law, my niece and I were interested in professional hair services. On a wedding day that showed a heat advisory on temperatures, an outdoor ceremony and a reception venue without A/C, we were all thoroughly impressed with how well her hair styles held for the day and looked great even after a long wedding day of pictures, dancing and celebration. I have nothing but good things to say about Blush Makeup and Hair. From my bridal trial appointment to my wedding day, everything was perfect. Nikki was a pleasure to work with, and she was very accommodating to all my needs. She listened to my opinions and made changes when I asked. On the day of my wedding, Nikki and her team drove over an hour to do hair and makeup for my bridal party. Most other places I looked would not drive that distance, so I was very impressed that they were so committed to their clients. When I had my hair trial, it was did not look exactly like the photo I had brought, but it still worked out perfectly for the occasion I was wearing it to, my bridal shower. On my wedding day, I mentioned that my hair did not look exactly how I wanted it to for my shower, and they absolutely nailed the look! The staff from Blush Makeup and Hair Salon went above and beyond for my wedding day! Nicole's flawless airbrush makeup left me, my bridesmaids, and family members feeling amazing and ready for our full day of festivities! I decided on a Blush package that included 2 hair trials (if needed to decide) and a touch up of my hair and makeup at my wedding reception venue. I'm so happy I made that decision! I needed that touch up after getting caught in a small rain shower during our photos after the ceremony. I also found a wonderful hairstyle months after my first hair trial and Casey happily adjusted the plan for my wedding day hair. She is an absolute expert, and I'm so grateful I had her for my hair stylist. I don't usually write reviews, but Nicole is amazing! Not only is she a master in her craft and does make-up flawlessly, but she's was also so helpful and supportive the day of my wedding. She is super flexible and was willing to do my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-laws make-up the day of, even if it was a last minute request. She also was willing to do flower girl make-up which looked natural and beautiful. I would recommend Nicole and her team to any bride-to-be! She will make your day that much more special and put you at ease while making you look like the most flawless bride.

What can i say about Nikkie , she is AMAZING. I looked so amazing, I was left speechless. Everything was perfect - she went way above an beyond to make sure that I looked amazing. My dress did not fit, and she was ready to have another one there in 15mins. She stayed with me through my first looks and after my ceremony to give me a last min touch up. This service is way beyond the scope of our contract. Not to mention, I looked flawless - along with my mother and friend. It was an amazing experience. I 1,000% recommend her and her staff for ANY EVENT, or if you just want to have a fancy night out, go to her salon and get done up. Oh, and my makeup stayed flawless the entire night (lots of dancing and it was a very hot day), my eye make even made it to the wedding brunch the following day. She has done my wedding, a friends wedding, and a friends event, all which were flawless. 10/10 service.

Nikki and her team did my bridal party’s and my hair for my wedding this past June. She’s very talented and I couldn’t have asked for more perfect makeup and hair on the big day! She was very easy to work and accommodating with for the trial and planning of other bridal party members to be included. They came all the way out to Gasport, NY for my wedding at Becker Farms to get us glammed up at the farmhouse. The prices are very fair and the quality is top notch. I’m very pleased with the way everything turned out and highly recommend Blush for Makeup and hair!

I am so happy we chose Blush hair and makeup for our wedding! I had a bridal party of 7 including myself and they did all our hair and makeup on the day of the wedding with time to spare! Everyone's hair and makeup turn out beautifully! As far as myself I was unsure what I wanted to do with my hair and makeup! They allowed me to have two trials to ensure that I was happy with my decision! On the day of the wedding my hair turned out perfect! As far as makeup on the day of the wedding Nikki herself came to the house to do my makeup. She did an unbelievably amazing job! I have never felt to beautiful in my life! After she finished she evens stayed to make sure no one needed touch ups after changing. She also helped me put my veil on! I Highly recommend them!

Nicki was amazing!! I had to contact Blush Makeup and Hair last minute after I had 2 terrible trials with another salon. Nicki was so accommodating and I was fortunate enough that she had space to fit me in the morning of my wedding. During the hair and makeup trial, she asked a lot of questions to understand what I wanted to look like on my wedding day and was able to get it right in one shot! She was very flexible as I kept changing the number of girls getting both hair and makeup done. She was easy to communicate with and made everyone look AMAZING. Her pricing is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and thats great quality!

I absolutely loved working with Nicole and her team. Everyone was so professional and kind and really focused on the person's vision for makeup and hair, whether it was natural or dramatic they catered to your wishes. One of my bridesmaids needed her hair redone and there were no questions asked or hard feelings, everything was very smooth. Nicole really worked to finalize a timeline to make sure we were on time and I so appreciated that everything was timely, we were actually able to relax before the craziness of the day. Nicole did an amazing job on my makeup and the airbrush lasted all day.

Nicole stepped up to the plate 5 days before my wedding after my make up artist bailed! I was lucky enough to have been referred to her by a friend last minute and also lucky for me nicole had a last minute cancellation! I am not someone to wear make up and neither is my mom but we were beyond happy with our make up! It was completely flawless and the rest of my bridal party thought the same. I can’t say enough about Blush! From my first interaction with Nicole 8 months before our wedding, she was excellent. With our wedding day being such a popular date, Nicole did some rearranging to accommodate myself and my wedding party as most of her artists were booked. Laura (our makeup artist) was absolutely incredible and made us all look beautiful! She was prompt the day of the wedding, catered to all of the girls’ individual makeup styles and made us all look amazing! My bridal makeup was as I expected from the makeup trip but she added little twist to my eyeshadow that made my eyes pop more than they did during the trial and I was so happy with her decision. I would highly recommend Blush for bridal/wedding party makeup.

Nikki helped us out in a pinch! My original makeup artist tested positive for COVID the morning of my wedding!!! She contacted Nikki who agreed to the job with maybe 5 hours notice. She did amazing work and really customized each of our looks (mother of the groom, mother of the bride, bride, and sister-in-law). And I see other reviews have said this as well, but yes, your makeup will stay on as long as you need and then some!! It looks amazing in our photos and I couldn't;t be happier.

I hired Blush for both makeup and hair for myself and my bridesmaids, and I am so happy that I did! Nikki did my airbrush makeup and it looked absolutely perfect! For my wedding, Alex was my hair stylist and Nikki was my makeup artist. They were both phenomenal! Nikki was ahead of schedule which eased my wedding morning nerves! I had absolutely no issues with my makeup staying put for 12+ hours!! Nikki is so kind and personable and she made me feel the most beautiful. Alex is a rockstar, she did 7 girls' hair and never fell behind. She listened to each person and made sure to give them exactly what they wanted! As the bride, I wanted to change my hair style after the ceremony, so Alex came back to the venue hours later to do that for me! Sam was so easy to work with throughout the planning process and gave us an amazing timeline. My only regret is the makeup artist who did all the bridesmaids makeup did fall quite a bit behind so she had to travel with us to the venue from the Airbnb.

Being a girl from the midwest and moving/having my wedding in NY, let me tell you I could not have found a better hair, nail and makeup artist team in the entire state. I found Blush online and went with my gut feeling that these guys would do an outstanding job, lol so without any trails (shortage of time as well), I signed the contract with them. So I called Blush in a panic about a month before my wedding after a less-than-awesome trial at another salon in the area. I was planning a wedding from out of state which is always extra stressful. And somehow, they were able to fit in my October wedding. Nikki was incredibly gracious with my +/- number of girls/services, and I did a trial with Leah for my hair. ZOMG y'all do fantastic work, and the day-of energy with Leah, and Dree, and Nikki was just straight up MAGICAL. It was getting ready with my favorite people, but some of my favorite people were incredibly talented hairstylists and makeup magicians whom I had just met. Seriously, magicians. None of my posse really wears makeup or does much special with our hair on the regular.. WE LOOKED LIKE THE BEST VERSIONS OF OURSELVES. Emphasis on ourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Nikki and Her girls are phenomenal! They by far exceeded my expectation. The makeup and hair was flawless, but beyond that, she was like a bridesmaid, and an amazing one! She helped get jewelry on and arranged for certain photos. She went over a checklist and she made sure I had everything I needed. She helped fix my dress to walk down the aisle. I LOVE Blush Hair & Makeup!!!
I hired Blush makeup and hair for my 11/24/18 wedding. Nikki was AMAZING, she's the owner, she's sweet, responsive, helpful, flexible and just overall amazing to work with. I went in for a trial and she took her time with me to make sure i liked my makeup, and shes truly an artist, like, the best makeup i've ever had. The day of the wedding, Nikki and her team came to our hotel room, they were on time, and handled all 9 of us and we were done on time. My hair was done by Leah, who was also incredible. My hair was just beautiful, i got lots of compliments and man was she fast! She also came to my venue for touch ups later and redid all my girls, and even left a little sample foundation in case i needed it later, so sweet. Overall i would HIGHLY recommend blush for hair and makeup services. I couldn't be happier with how everything came out!!

Niki is amazing! She blended my tan lines and hyperpigment so well that I was absolutely flawless for my big day! I looked stunning from the minute she was done all the way until 4 am. I had an outdoor wedding on a very humid day and her makeup didn't budge at all! It was such a relief to not have to touch up or fuss with my face at all and I could concentrate on enjoying the day instead. Thank you so much for helping make my wedding day amazing!

I'm so glad I went with Blush for my wedding hair and makeup. Nikki, Maddie and Brittany came to my hotel suite the morning of my wedding and did a wonderful job! There were 7 of us getting our hair and/or makeup done and I never once felt rushed or stressed. The whole experience was very relaxed and fun, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day! I opted for the airbrushed makeup and I'm so glad I did because it lasted all day even through the humidity and my oily skin. I definitely recommend using Blush for your wedding day hair and makeup.

Loved my Blush experience with Zia!
Make-up for me was one of my biggest concerns for my wedding day. I have a scar on my face and I had no idea what to expect when it came to bridal make-up. As soon as Zia greeted me at Blush Salon, I knew I was in good hands. Very warm, friendly, and positive, she wanted to give me the best look for my day. She made me feel so beautiful and confident, I felt like the luckiest person to have landed her as my make-up artist. Thank you a thousand times, Zia, and for any future bride, choose Zia! I received so many suggestions to use blush for my hair and makeup, and I’m glad I did! They were easy to work with and did a phenomenal job! They traveled to me the morning of my wedding and were very professional! Casey did my hair in Hollywood curls/waves and they were breathtaking! It turned out stunning and I received so many compliments! It was exactly what I wanted and more! She made sure my hairpieces were secure too! The owner Nikki came to do my makeup and it was flawless! The airbrush lasted the whole night!

Nicole was amazing! Everyone in my party who had their makeup done loved how it turned out. Not only that but there was a gap in time and she stuck around for the photographers and to put on my veil. There was a hiccup with my venue concerning the decoration of my ceremony, but Nicole used some of her spare time to help out. My day was amazing and it wouldn't have been as amazing if Nicole had not been there.

Make-up Trail
Niki is a beautiful person inside and out. I understand her busy work life and her dedication as the owner of this genuinely reliable salon. She took the time out of her schedule while her daughter was having surgery ( I would have rescheduled if I knew!!) to come into her closed salon to have my make-up trial for my engagement photo shoot. Make-up was very tasteful and gave me full knowledge before to the products she was using since I have sensitive skin. I can't wait for my hair trial and to use her and her team on my big day!

The team at Blush Makeup and Hair was so accommodating and friendly! They drove over an hour to do hair and makeup on site for my bridal party as well as a few others. Everyone that had services completed by Blush was impressed and very happy with what they had done! Blush used up to date makeup techniques and made sure to ask the right questions so that everyone got exactly what they wanted out of the experience! Highly recommend!

Nikki and Rebeka were AMAZING!! Especially considering I live in CA and was planning from across the country, we only had 1 makeup trial and Nikki nailed it on the first go! The hair and makeup for myself and my girls was so phenomenal it held up more than 12hrs and truth be told, I washed all makeup except for my eye makeup off and I wore my eye makeup thr next day as well and it still looked fresh! Seriously they were worth every penny and I would gladly work with them again!

I took a chance, was very happy
I live out-of-state and had to take a chance that this salon would make me feel comfortable and do a beautiful job on my hair and makeup. Making an appointment was easy, the salon was clean and the stylist was fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. She did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup and I felt ready for my wedding. Best of all, the prices were extremely fair. I feel like I got a great deal for what services I had received. Thank you Blush!!! PS...the owner was such a sweetheart.

Flawless Faced!
Nikki is a true professional. She listened to what I liked and wanted and she nailed it! My make up lasted all day and night, even with rain and sweat. Last minute I changed the location of where we were all getting ready, which was further travel for Nikki and her assistant. Nikki’s response was “whatever makes your day the easiest for you”. She is easy to work with, but mostly our make up was flawless and that truly made my day special. I recommend and I will be using her again for sure!

Nikki and Casey from Blush Hair & Makeup were incredible. Highly recommend! Nikki was very accommodating and super easy to work with. We had to revise my hair/makeup timeline several times based on the my girls requests and it was not an issue. Nikki also is very talented at what she does - makeup! Casey was our hairstylist and I HIGHLY recommend her as well. She does a great job. She is able to take your hair ideas/pictures and re-create it very quickly! I cannot say enough great things about these ladies. Its definitely worth the price. You pay for what you get!

Nicole gave me the look, the glow, the shine that any bride in this world can only imagine. She put on JUST THE RIGHT amount of makeup that showed off all my features. The makeup she used never came off the whole wedding, when i cried, and when i sweat the most, haha. She is a lovable young women. Nicest Stylists, STUNNING Hair Results
I couldn’t rave more about Samantha who did my Hollywood Waves for my wedding day! She was so kind and easy to work with and she ensured that my hair vision exceeded my expectations. The salon is great and allows for a free second wedding hair trial if you aren’t fully satisfied. My second stylist Alex day off was also great with my bridesmaids. 10/10 recommend and ask for Samantha!!

Blush was amazing for our wedding hair and makeup! Laura and Brittany came to the venue to do my hair and makeup, as well as 7 bridesmaids and 1 flower girl. They did an amazing job and even finished ahead of schedule!! Laura did my trial and my hair and makeup, and I could not recommend her enough. She knew exactly what I wanted after the trial and did a flawless job. Plus, she was easy going and friendly. Love them!!

Beautiful airbrush makeup
Nicole from Blush Makeup and Hair was a great fit for my wedding day! She was responsive leading up to the wedding and very communicative on the day-of – there was some rerouted traffic patterns that led to her being a few minutes late, and she called me right away to let me know. I and one of my bridesmaids had airbrush makeup done and it lasted beautifully throughout the night. When I didn’t know quite what I wanted, Nicole was happy to make suggestions and let all the bridesmaids weigh in. She did my makeup in record time and helped keep the hours before my wedding relaxing and easy-going. Thank you Nicole!

I can’t say enough about Niki from blush makeup and hair!! Not only did she do a trial for me, but for my mom as well!! She looked at ideas I had for my makeup and truly brought them to life! On my wedding day she came to our venue to do my makeup, my moms and my Oma’s. The airbrush makeup was flawless and stayed on all night through some rain showers and lots of sweaty dancing! She even came back after my ceremony and touched up my makeup AND my hair!!! She’s amazing!!!

Our makeup artist Johnnie was fantastic. She listed all our options (airbrush, regular, etc.) but then didn't push anything we didn't want. My bridesmaids and I all loved the looks she created for us! Our hair stylist Evelina was nice, but did not do the simple updos we wanted (e.g., Gibson tuck), though each of us showed her pictures. We still looked good, but our hairstyles did not meet our expectations. Both Johnnie and Evelina were very flexible when a bridesmaid jumped on board for both hair & makeup last-minute. (We also added a blowout last minute for Evelina, and she was fine with it.) Both got us ready an hour before the deadline, so we could relax and have one more mimosa. Nikki, who is the owner/coordinator of Blush and who I spoke to to arrange everything, was extremely responsive and communicative. Very lovely to work with!

I booked Blush for hair and makeup on 9/13/19. Blush was pretty amazing, their work is beautiful. Casey killed it with hair!! She did exactly what I wanted and made it look perfect. My makeup artist was great too, she seemed to be a little distracted because she had another wedding to go to but I can't say anything negative about her work. Both did a great job!

Casey and Nikki from Blush did the hair and makeup for my daughter (matron of honor) and I for my wedding. Casey also did hair for 4 of my family members. Personally, I have never looked better. I washed my hair, put a little mousse in, and let it dry. Cssey was able to style my hair just like I wanted , and my daughter absolutely loved hers as well. Nikki is so professional and suggested we do airbrush and false eyelashes, and it worked out beautifully. The pictures came out so well, I think I looked much younger than ,my age. Thanks Blush, the wedding was fabulous. These pictures are not from professional photographer, but they still look lovely.

Flawless Makeup
Nicole is the owner of Blush makeup & hair. I got married back in July of 2019 and wanted to make sure I had a flawless look for my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better makeover from Nicole. Nicole took her time and made sure I loved everything before she left. Nicole is not only professional but extremely talented if you want to look like you have walked out of a wedding magazine. I highly recommend Nicole for your makeup!

Wedding hair and makeup
Nikki did my make up and Rebecca did my hair (sad to hear she no longer works there, she was amazing). They did a wonderful job and were extremely quick to get my bridal party of 10 women done! They were also really fun to be around while we were all getting ready! It was 95 degrees on my wedding day so it was really a miracle to have my hair and makeup look phenomenal all day and night! Would definitely recommend to any bride who wants to feel like a princess on her wedding day!

Nikki and her team did such a great job making sure that me and by bridesmaids look perfect on my wedding day.
