Wonderful experience as a big girl

I couldn’t thank Blush Bridal enough! I was amazed at their selection, especially as a big girl. I was not originally planning to go to Blush, but after some disappointing appointments else where I went for it. My time at Blush was the first time I truly felt bridal and deserving to be a beautiful bride. I am so appreciate of their effort to focus on every bride. I love their fitting rooms. It’s very intimate and perfect for you and your gang! Their consultants work incredibly hard to see what you like and don’t like to find you the dress and they are very patient as well. I didn’t feel rushed the entire time. I even ended up buying a headpiece/headband from them. I love my entire Blush look!

Amazing Personalized Experience!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Blush Bridal Lounge. It was my first bridal appointment and my stylist Nessa, along with the rest of the staff, made me feel right at home. With COVID they have implemented many safety measures which included wearing a mask and sanitizing and hands and the bottom of our shoes before entering. They have individual rooms for each of their brides with comfortable couches for your guests which makes the entire experience feel more personal. Nessa asked me about what I was looking for and looked through my Pinterest and within a minute knew exactly what I was looking for. As a plus size bride, I was nervous about dress shopping and whether I would find something I liked in my size, especially because I don’t generally like trying on clothes, but they have a large inventory of plus size dresses and she was able to pull so many different dresses in the style I liked. Talking with Nessa throughout the appointment made everything so fun and exciting, we swapped stories and got to know each other - I felt like I was talking to a best friend the whole time. She looked through the dresses and the first dress that she had me try on was everything I asked for and more. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love right away & so did my mom. She also found a perfectly matching veil to try on with it and it just sealed the deal. We tried on some of the other dresses as well, for good measure, since it was my first time trying on dresses, but she got it right on the first try! I had to try it back on and I ended up saying yes to my dress! The dress ended up being half of what my budget was, leaving me plenty of room to buy the veil and have leftover for alterations once it comes in. I was very happy with my experience at Blush Bridal and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great dresses & an amazing personalized experience 💕

Loved Blush!

I had an appointment here in June 2019 for my November 30 wedding. The sales people were so kind and accommodating every step of the way. They have so many beautiful dresses with a wide price range. I ended up purchasing a Badgely Mischka gown that Blush custom-lined. They kept me updated on the shipping timeline (about 4 months). It arrived mid-October and I used one of their recommended tailors (Couture Alterations) to get the alterations done quickly. I also went to Second Summer, Blush’s sister company, to pick up a veil last minute. Everything turned out beautifully and I have been recommending Blush to all of my friends!

Incredible customer service and overall experience

Blush was the first place I went to try on dresses and I felt like a goddamn queen. Nessa is a genius and knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn’t verbalize it myself. The salon itself is impeccable, perfectly setup, and very professional. I went to another salon after this one because I felt like I needed to since it was my first one. I was SO disappointed as they didn’t help me into the dresses or with the trains, I was left to stumble into them myself. This was NOT the case at Blush, like I said they treated my family and I like we were their most important customers. They even squeezed me in when I wanted to come back that afternoon and try on “my dress” when I realized it was the one. The salon experience along with the ordering process all went smoothly and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Low Pressure, Beautiful Shop!

I had such a wonderful experience at Blush shopping for my bridal gown! The ladies were all so sweet, and really took the time to try and figure out what I liked and what I was looking for to fit my outdoor Napa vineyard wedding. The shop is gorgeous and has a great selection of dresses. I highly recommend Blush! Thank you ladies!

By far my favorite wedding dress shop!

I can't say enough good things about Blush! It was my first of many bridal appointments and I am SO grateful for that. They set the bar so high that I knew better than to settle. This store has by far the best selection I saw around Austin (I've been to four others), with a huge range of styles. Although I ended up with a more traditional color, I was originally looking for a blue or pink dress, and they had beautiful options. Kat was the salesperson who helped me and she was AMAZING. Somehow, she looked at ~60 dresses on my pinterest board and made sense of it immediately. She made me feel so special and important, and worked with me to make adjustments to the dress I loved to make it exactly what I wanted. She also went above and beyond to be sure she was at my return appointment when I purchased the dress. Go to Blush and make it your first appointment!

Wonderful from start to finish!

I made the drive from San Antonio to try Blush after following them for a while on social media, and man am I glad I did! I had been to 3 other bridal salons before coming here, and I've got to say it was the BEST experience I've ever had. Nessa was my consultant, and she was absolutely phenomenal. We swapped stories on life, love, and family, and she truly made me feel more beautiful than I've ever felt in my whole life. We laughed and cried together, and everyone went out of their way to help me find the perfect wedding dress for my budget. Thank you Nessa and Kristen! Not only did I leave with the most beautiful dress, but I feel like I left with new friends.

If you are looking for a bridal gown, Blush should be your first and last stop. I can promise you that whatever you're looking for is in this shop, and the customer service is hands down beyond compare. It was absolutely the best experience of my wedding planning so far. I'm truly grateful for having met Nessa--she's absolutely gorgeous inside and out! THANK YOU BLUSH!

Great team and great options

Getting my dress was one of the things I enjoyed the most leading up to the wedding and going to Blush Bridal Lounge had a lot to do with it. Everyone there is great! I worked mostly with Abby and she was so sweet and helpful. I must have tried on at least 30 dresses between 2 appointments before finally saying yes to the dress but she never rushed me. Instead, she helped me narrow down my options and find the perfect accessories to go with my final choice. No one was ever pushy and it didn't feel like they were only there to sell me a dress. They genuinely wanted me to find one that I liked and were respectful of my price range. I loved working with Abby and I loved my dress. I highly recommend visiting them!

Abby is wonderful!!

Highly recommend Blush! I went to seven bridal salons to find the dress and absolutely loved Blush! Abby was amazing and so patient as I went to their shop three times to make sure it was the dress. She answered all my questions and called the designer several times to see if the changes I wanted were possible. She never pushed me into saying yes and I felt so comfortable with her. Will recommend Blush to all my friends when they get married.

Working with Kristin and the team at Blush was nothing short of a pleasure. I was looking for something a little different with both lace and beading, and Kristin happily helped me find many options. I am a curvier girl with a bigger chest, so I was nervous about wedding dress shopping and finding something that would work with my body. Not only did Kristin pull dresses that worked well for me, her and Erica called my dress designer and worked with them to customize the back of my dress so that I could wear a bra (it was originally backless, which was definitely not going to work). I went into Blush multiple times to try on different dresses and pick out accessories, and they were always super warm, friendly and professional. And the value on their dresses cannot be beat! I'm from Miami originally and went dress shopping there as well, and the prices were night and day. I would highly recommend anyone in Central Texas come check them out!

I worked with Jaime at Blush Bridal for my wedding gown. They had a wonderful selection in my price range and the experience was fabulous! Jaime allowed us to pick a few gowns to start with and then pulled several amazing options including the dress that ultimately chose. To top it off, she pulled an amazing veil that went perfectly with my dress. Service after ordering was prompt and professional. I found my dress in December of 2013 at a bridal boutique in Boston, Massachusetts. It was an Enzoani gown, and it was breathtaking. However, due to unforeseen events, my fiancé and I needed to make the difficult decision to put off our wedding until further notice. I never purchased the gown.

Flash forward two years and two months, and I was finally ready to go dress shopping again. I called Blush Bridal to make an appointment and casually asked about the Enzoani brand on the phone. I was quickly told that they were having an Enzoani trunk show on the same weekend that I had made my appointment. They could order dresses to be sent. I asked them if they could order "my dress"--the Ghislaine. They said they would try.

I didn't get my hopes up. When I arrived at my appointment, I was led into a dressing room--and there, already hanging up on the rack, was "my dress." Blush Bridal had gone above and beyond by getting in a dress that was over two years old for me to try on. It was a miracle. Although I didn't need to look at anything else, I appeased my guests by trying on a few other selections. However, when I tried on "my dress," even after two years and two months, I knew it was the one.

Blush Bridal, you made me believe in possibility again. Thank you for going above and beyond by getting me my dress! I felt so beautiful and special on my wedding day because of you.

As someone who does not like to be the center of attention, I was very nervous to go and try on wedding dresses. Blush was the first place my mom and I went and we absolutely fell in love with it. Jaime was so lovely to work with and made me feel so at ease. She listened to what I was looking for and our budget. Anytime I started to look above my budget, she kindly let me know so I didn't try anything on that would break the budget. I ended up finding my dress that day and came back and bought it the next day. I also got my bridal accessories there. The shop is so much fun and I would recommend it to anyone. MY dress also came in early which was much appreciated!

We worked with Jaime at Blush and we feel so blessed to have had her as our consultant! She was so much fun, made everyone feel comfortable and at home, and helped pick the perfect dress! The only negative comment I would give would be directed toward the designer, Enzoani. My dress came in and spelt like fish, and had black threads all in it! Naturally I was upset, but I called Jaime and they did a complimentary treatment and made the dress look, and smell, perfect! This shows how awesome their customer service is. They kept great contact with me through the entire process, and treated me like a princess. Thank you Blush Bridal!

Blush Bridal was amazing! I saw they were having their first sample sale on a Thursday night, I called them and I was able to schedule an appointment for Friday morning. I tried on several dresses, but they ended up picking my dress! I left without purchasing a dress, I called them 10 minutes later with questions about customizing it. Shortly after that call I called them again and had them set my dress aside. They created time for me to come back in the day to try the dress on again and I ended up getting it. They were very accommodating and did not pressure me AT ALL! I would recommend any future bride to go there!

I had such a great experience at Blush! Unfortunately, I couldn't fit into the sample of the dress I loved, which was a little upsetting at the time, but Kristin made me feel beautiful and was so supportive throughout the appointment. She did everything she could to help me - including calling the manufacturer to see if they could loan the store a dress I would be able to fit into (sadly, they didn't). Eventually, I was able to try on a different dress with a very similar fit and made the decision to buy my dress without ever trying it on. It was a scary decision to make, but again all the ladies working at Blush assured me it would be alright and it was! I absolutely LOVED my dress and the veil and belt I purchased from Blush as well. I was very pleased with my experience and so thankful to everyone there, especially Kristin!

My entire experience at Blush Bridal Lounge was delightful. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt special and completely taken care of. The environment is charming and the staff is delightful. They are efficient, detailed, and fully committed to taking care of every detail that makes shopping for a wedding dress a positive, memorable, and magical experience. Making an appointment ensured that I had a bridal consultant dedicated only to me during my initial visit as well as when I came to try on my dress after it arrived. I was afraid that I would have a hard time committing to a dress (it's such a big decision!), but she was fabulous at listening to my vision, assessing my personality, and helping me find dresses that fit my style and my budget. In addition, they even helped me figure out where to find the perfect shoes after I called them desperate for ideas after exhausting all of my other options. I was so happy with my dress, and now that it's all over, I'm actually really sad that I don't get to wear it again. Thank you, Blush Bridal, for being such a positive part of my wedding story.

I actually came into Blush Bridal Boutique by myself since the friends I usually wedding dress shopped with weren't available. The Blush team was very sweet and helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they brought several beautiful dresses for me to try on.

They have great large dressing rooms. There's enough room for a few friends to sit and for you to change all in the same space. I thought it was nice and private if you're just there with your girls. :)

I ended up finding my dress and came back with a friend to try it on again. Blush was very efficient in ringing me up and putting in the order for my dress (and veil). My dress came in earlier than anticipated, which was great. You pay half up front and then half when you pick up your dress. They also gave me a little bottle of celebratory champagne as a congratulations on finding my dress. Super cute. Blush made me feel very comfortable and I would recommend any future-bride to come in to at least try on some dresses here.

I have been to many bridal appointments, waffling between two dresses. Jamie, at Blush, was by far the best consultant I worked with throughout the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable about what elements were structural to a dress, what COULD be changed but would fundamentally change the fit of the dress, and which designers would be helpful (or not) with customizations.

Blush had a great selection of lace gowns <$2000. Jamie made great selections for me, but I kept preferring a dress from a designer Blush doesn't carry. She was very gracious when I reached the decision that the other gown was the winner and gave me tips on finding an seamstress to finish that gown's hem.

I wish Blush had carried the gown I decided on--I would have loved to give them my business.

I found the most perfect, unique, classy and stunning dress at blush bridal! The ladies were so helpful and everything was perfect from start to finish (they even referred me to an excellent alteration lady). I 100% recommend this boutique to find the perfect dress!

I can not say enough good things about Blush. I purchased my wedding dress at a store in North Carolina, which turned out to be a nightmare I am still dealing with (my wedding is in three weeks, I ordered my dress 11 months ago, and I still have no wedding dress. The store refuses to give me a refund and I have since had to purchase another dress.) I went to Blush to order my veil and talked to Kristen about the situation with my dress. She went above and beyond what she had to do, contacted their rep for the designer, and called me back the next business day with information. She talked me through what my options were and listened to me complain. She could have easily said that stinks for you and done nothing else, especially since I didn't purchase a dress there (I desperately wish I had, then I would never be in this situation). So thankful to have come across a genuinely nice person in this awful experience. I will forever be recommending and sending business their way.

I had an amazing experience with the wonderful ladies at Blush!

Kristin, Blush manager, was so incredibly helpful, positive, and a delight to work with when I came in for my first appointment. After selecting my favorites dresses from around the store, Kristin and I moved to the dressing room where my appointment was fun, full of laughter, and was overall an amazing experience. Kristin made me feel very comfortable with sharing my opinions and she never pressured me to wear anything that I didn't want to try. Her experienced styling helped put together my dream wedding ensemble by pulling the most perfect accessories! I left the store with two dresses in mind and no pressure to buy anything that day. It took me about an hour to decide on a dress and went back a week later to buy my dream dress!

The other associates at Blush that helped me buy my dress that day were so accommodating to myself and my lovely bridesmaids. Blush is the place to be! I am so happy I stumbled upon this lovely bridal store. Thanks ladies! ❤️

The ladies that run the store are awesome!! I bought my dress and jewelry from them. I also used their referral for my seamstress. Dress are very nice and payment plans are great. I highly recommend this place to find a dress and your bridal accessories!

Blush provided me with a great shopping experience to find my gown. Its definitely NOT the place where they cram as many dresses onto one rack as they can and you have a tini tiny bathroom stall to change in. The staff was wonderful and even helped to photograph my "yes to the dress" moment with my mother.. including props! It is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a one-on-one relaxing experience.

After searching and searching and probably trying on more than 30 dresses, I found THE one at Blush! They had a great selection of different styles in a wide price range, which was really helpful. They also allowed me to take pictures of the different styles so I could make comparisons (apparently, not all bridal shops let you take pictures!). I also could not have been happier with their prompt communication and updates on the status of my gown order. The gown arrived on time as expected without any issues and they really made the whole process of ordering gowns so easy! Would definitely recommend as a place you MUST check out if you're shopping for gowns!

I love Blush Bridal! They made finding a wedding dress really fun and seamless. I literally was done in 30 minutes! I tried on about 7 dresses and the first one I tried on was the one.
The store is really great- it's a cute little house that has been gutted and the inside has wood floors. Every room is lined with wedding dresses. The fitting room is what was the office with a small seating area for guests- would not recommend having more than three guests with you.

I tried on well over 50 dresses and went to at least 8 different stories. The small bridal shops/boutiques were definitely my favorite. They ladies here were extremely friendly and helpful and I had their full attention from the second I walked in. My dress was absolutely gorgeous and unique.... unlike at David's Bridal.

I was able to get an appointment because they do call back if a spot opens after a cancellation. I had 4 ladies with me and we all fit comfortably in one of their fitting studios. I loved the selection of dresses here and it was literally less than an hour and I had bought a dress and the accessories. Prices seem fair and the range of styles was amazing...I had been to two other places before coming to Blush Bridal Lounge and I honestly can't remember what I even tried on before then. The quality and designs offered at Blush, unlike others, are unforgettable. One of my bridesmaids got in engaged and bought her dress here months later because I raved about it to her at their engagement party :-)

Blush has gorgeous selections. This is my favorite wedding dress shop in Austin. There were so many selections with a variety of price points. They also have great accessories. Veils and belts are also affordable. They have great seamstresses in house. Also, they have an "outlet" store, off Anderson, which is helpful for those on a tight budget.

Olga also did my alterations and she did an amazing job.

Very friendly and a very cute shop! My work schedule is busy and it's hard for me to plan appointments around work so they squeezed me in between appointments. I love love love this place! It's small and quaint. So, if you're looking for more a private setting to try wedding dresses on with your mom or maid of honor, this place is perfect. Erica is fantastic, and nothing in her store was more than $3000.00, which was awesome because I felt like I could try on anything in her boutique and not be disappointed I couldn't afford it. Erica goes to market several times a year. So, she's current with all the latest wedding fashion. And, it seems as if everyone I talk to in the wedding industry (at least as far as gowns and alterations goes) knows her...even outside of Austin!

If you're looking a dress that you couldn't find at David's Bridal, and if you want to have that experience of trying on your wedding dress without 85 other people you don't watching you, this is the place!

I LOVED Blush Bridal Lounge! After a day of wedding dress shopping with no luck I was told about Blush by another shop, I immediately called them and like it was destiny, they had a cancellation and was able to take me right away! I loved Blush Bridal!

For some reason, at many OTHER dress vendors I tried, wedding dress shopping is actually not fun at all!
It involves a pushy sales team trying to get you to buy a dress that they want you to buy, or telling you that there are not many options in your price range (full disclosure mine was $2000 which there are PLENTY of dresses in that range), or a dress might be hard to get because they are going to discontinue it, etc. I found that choosing a wedding dress was really stressful and for a while it was my very least favorite part of the planning process. I even pushed it off after my first dress trying day because I was so annoyed at the whole process.

But luckily Blush was different - first, my sales lady was so sweet and non-pressuring, you have your own large private room to try on the dresses and you can walk around the store and choose what dresses you'd like to try on without someone bringing you dresses that they want you to try. They carry lots of Enzoani dresses (which are so pretty) and the dress I ended up buying was the Blue by Enzoani Casablanca dress which I absolutely LOVE!! I received so many compliments on my dress and I loved knowing that I made the perfect choice and would have no dress regret!! (note: whatever you do, do not get pressured into buying a dress you don't absolutely love. I highly recommend sleeping on it for a few days before purchasing because this is a very big decision and you need to LOVE your dress.)

I visited eight bridal shops on my wedding dress hunt in Austin, and Blush was by far my favorite and best experience. (I did find my dress here, after all!)

First, the boutique itself is exactly what you picture a bridal boutique to be: quaint, vintage, luxe, well-lit, and full of beautiful dresses and accessories. Trust me, the same cannot be said for all bridal shops. I've been in some that are dank and run-down looking, and Blush blows them all out of the water.

The associates were helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable the whole time--never had that "Pretty Woman" moment, if you know what I mean. They also have a great "same-day" policy (or, at least, they did the day I was shopping!) where you receive a discount if you buy a dress the day of your appointment. We actually ended up returning to Blush at the end of the day after two more appointments to purchase the lace, fit-and-flare Tara Keely dress I had fallen in love with. Between the fabulous dress itself, the great experience at Blush and the fantastic deal we were going to get on top of that, it was as if the stars had aligned that day. I highly recommend Blush for Texas brides!

I had a wonderful experience at Blush Bridal Lounge! I am SO in love with my dress. The ladies at Blush were very professional and helpful during the entire process. I ended up going to a couple other places after Blush, and came back to purchase the first gown I tried on! They have wonderful lighting, and large fitting rooms so your mom and girlfriends can come lounge while watching you try on the most beautiful gowns in town. Blush is the only place in Austin that carries the brand Enzoani, and their gowns are the most elegant, flattering ones I tried on. I highly recommend the Blush Bridal Lounge experience as they made the process easy, affordable, first class and beautiful.

I bought my wedding dress from Blush Bridal Lounge, and it was the best experience ever. The girls there were so nice and friendly, and they had a great selection of dresses! The dress I chose was the 3rd one I tried on. When I decided it was the ONE, I thought the price tag would for sure be $5-6k... but it was only $1500!! The quality and detail of the dress was absolutely incredible, and it fit perfectly! The only alteration I had was to sew in a bra. The boutique is so cute and relaxing. I didn't even bother going anywhere else to look!

I went to over 10 different stores in Austin and the DFW area. I wanted a relatively simple gown and I found it here. It was a fit to flare, sweetheart neckline, with an attached swarovski crystal belt. I fell in love with it and it was the dress I could see myself getting married in. They were extremely professional and responsive.

My only complaint was during the measuring process. When I went to get my dress altered, my alterations lady said that they should have ordered one size down from what they did. I asked them about this when they ordered it. It just resulted in having the alterations being a bit more challenging because she had to take the dress in a lot.

Thank you thank you THANK YOU Kara at Blush Bridal! I had the most amazing experience with my "crew" (my bridesmaids, mother, and grandmother). Kara was so incredibly helpful (without being overbearing) and seemed to mysteriously know when I needed space to think or chat with my crew without her present. She helped me stay within my budget and was quick to warn me if I'd chosen a dress to try on that exceeded my budget. I felt comfortable telling her my true opinions on the dresses I tried on (I had a lot of "absolutely not"s), which I think ultimately led to her being able to pick "the one" for me!
I loved the beautiful, unique, huge, amazingly-well-lit rooms for trying on the dresses. Other places I went to were cramped with the five of us in there, had average lighting, and didn't have a curtain to "reveal" each of the dresses to my crew like Blush did.
Even though I found "the one" the first time I visited Blush, I needed time and space to think and completely come to terms with the purchase. Kara did not pressure me one bit to purchase the dress on the spot, which meant so much to me.
I highly suggest making Blush a part of your wedding dress shopping experience and asking for Kara to help you. You will not regret it and she will make sure you find "the one"!

Blush was fabulous at helping me pick out my dress! I could not be happier with the dress! You are supposed to pick up the dress within a certain amount of days of it coming in but they were super flexible with that because my schedule was crazy and I was trying to figure out where to keep it. I worked with Jamie at Blush to find my wedding dress. She had great knowledge of the shop and their inventory, and pointed me to some beautiful dresses that were right within my budget (and even noted to me that my dress's designer was having a trunk show at their shop in a few weeks, which meant I could get my dress with a 10% discount). She also suggested combining a dress and a topper for a really stunning, unique look. My dress came in right when they had estimated. Blush doesn't do in-house alterations, but gave me contact information for several local trusted tailors (I used Kira Kouture from their list, and she also did a great job).

Amanda at Blush Bridal was AWESOME to work with! She actually helped me find THE dress just by watching what I liked and what I didn't like. I purchased my dress from Blush Bridal. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying the "wild card" dress that the stylists picked for me. I'm not sure how their prices compare, but I couldn't find a dress anywhere else that I loved more than the one they picked.
I do wish they gave more input on seamstresses. They give you a list of names, but no reviews. I did use on their list and she was great (Marianna)! But it's kind of a shot in the dark and Blush didn't have much input on who to use.
Overall, I liked the people and loved my dress!

Multiple Errors On 5k Custom Orders

Staff made multiple errors when inputting a five thousand dollar custom order that I never received a single apology for nor any efforts to contact the designer to fix multiple issues with two separate dresses. Was told to go elsewhere and see if a tailor can make the changes for me. Will cost hundreds more to fix all of the errors with a tailor. If they can even be fixed considered one $2200 needs to be completely redone on top. They also sold me a $300 "cathedral length" veil that is over a foot too short for my dress. I can not recommend this shop.

Terrible customer communication!!!!!
Received no notice when my dress arrived (arrived 3 months after the set receiving date)
They neve ordered my veil, once they finally ordered it they charged it to the wrong card and I wasn't told when it came in.
I am so happy to be done with this place, will not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!
