Blumen Gardens is like a hidden gem! It’s so beautiful and cozy! Brittany and Bridget were great at communicating with us and answered all of our questions quickly. Our wedding turned out even better than imagined! Highly recommend!!

Got engaged in July of 2021 and started planning about a week after. I was SO excited. Downloaded wedding wire and started looking at venues to secure a date. Blumen Gardens was the first venue I saw and was immediately in love! From the industrial garden aesthetics to the inside rustic chandelier reception hall. I mean it is so unique and beautiful my husband and I were amazed! We couldn’t get a time to see it for 3 weeks or so since it was so busy post Covid and saw several other venues. They were all nice but once we got to see Blumen in person, there was no question it was the one. Bridget and Brittany are so helpful with any questions. They were patient, resourceful and even helped plan a layout for us for reception. Bridget is a coordinating Goddess! And Brittany! Omg Brittany, my wedding day would have probably been so so stressful without your help. You are a saint and so helpful and just enthusiastic in every way to help! Seriously owe you everything. You won’t be disappointed with this venue. Gorgeous outdoor ceremony space, cocktail hour courtyard and conveyor room. They have game rentals as well. The bridal suite is GORGEOUS!! Truly blessed to have found Blumen.

My wife and I fell in love with this venue the second we seen it. The staff there is amazing and helped us with everything we needed and more! At the reception we got so many people coming up to us and telling us how beautiful the venue is. Everyone, I mean everyone enjoyed themselves.

I struggled to find a venue that had a gorgeous outdoor space along with a pretty indoor space…until I found Blumen Gardens. It is such a unique space that my fiancé and I completely fell in love with. Every single area looks amazing in photos. Like others said, you have to find your own vendors, but they give you a list in case you want suggestions. I like this because then you have full control of all the costs. (I highly recommend Nats on Maple for food! It’s just 0.5 miles away) The bridal suite is made up of 3 huge rooms to get ready in which was so perfect. All in all, they truly thought of everything! I 100% recommend.

Blumen Gardens is not only a beautiful venue, but what really knocks it out of the park is their AMAZING staff.

Not only is it a beautiful venue both inside and out, with several picture perfect areas for ceremonies and receptions, but the staff is reason enough alone to book this as your wedding venue. Bridget, Aubri, and everyone at Blumen Gardens were so helpful and friendly. We can't recommend Blumen Gardens enough!

Blumen Gardens is a dream venue for an incredibly reasonable price. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and you can feel how much love and care Joel and Joan Barczak have put into the space. We really liked that you are able to utilize every part of the venue; from the outdoor garden area to the brand new bridal suite. The courtyard was the perfect back drop for our September wedding and the reception area is equally as stunning. You do not need a lot of decor or extras here because the space is already decorated so beautifully. I've visited Blumen during every season and every season offers a unique and breath taking look. You will not regret hosting your event here. Choosing Blumen Gardens was the easiest decision my husband and I made while wedding planning and I would choose it over and over again. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved our venue. I cannot say enough good things and know that you will love Blumen Gardens as much as we did.

Blumen Gardens was the PERFECT venue for our rustic boho wedding. We would give Blumen Gardens 10 stars if we could! First off, it was the very first and the very last venue my husband and I toured. We knew immediately from the charming aesthetic that we wanted to get married here.

The greenery and flowers around are the perfect backdrop - we didn't even hire a florist because of all the beautiful plants and natural beauty the venue offers. We opted to rent the new bridal suite which was absolutely STUNNING and big enough to allow even the largest bridal party room to get ready and celebrate. They even supplied us with 2 bottles of champagne, orange juice, and snacks.

We had an outdoor ceremony that required little to no decor on our end. The space itself is beautiful and we wanted to be married in the raw beauty of the space. It needs nothing else other than what Blumen Gardens supplies. So many places for stunning pictures.

My husband and I were on a specific budget and we were able to spend under that because Blumen Gardens allows you to bring in your own vendors. This allows you to spend as much or as little as you want on catering, bar, DJ, cake, etc.

The reception area was climate controlled perfectly for our early August wedding. The twinkly lights and charming chandeliers around the reception space made our wedding warm, inviting, and gave it a fantastical feel. We loved the vintage wall decor, bar, and hutch that we used to display our decor on.

Above all else, Bridget, the events coordinator was an absolute miracle worker and THE BEST AND EASIEST PERSON TO WORK WITH!!!! Throughout our 2 year engagement, she answered every question we could possibly have promptly and with patience. She helped create a timeline of the day, and a floor plan for the reception. The day of, she helped set up our outdoor decor and made sure everything was perfect. Bridget and her team directed vendors the day of, and also helped our bridal party get down the aisle - because of this, we didn't even need a rehearsal dinner! She was PARAMOUNT for a successful day and we owe her and the entire Blumen Gardens team so much for making our dream wedding possible. It was magical :)

Blumen was the perfect backdrop and setting for our wedding day. We felt like we were in Italy! We received SO many compliments on the venue and we could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Blumen. Bridget was awesome to work with and helped us out SO much! I just could not imagine getting married in a barn and I am so happy I found something much more unique!

My husband and I had our dream wedding at Blumen Gardens just a few weeks ago. So many of our guests complimented the beautiful venue, and cocktail hour in the gardens was a big hit. From getting ready in the beautiful new bridal suite, to our first look in the conveyor room, to our ceremony in the courtyard, to dancing the night away in the reception space, this venue was everything we could have asked for. We loved working with one of the wedding coordinators, Bridget, and she was very flexible as we had to replan our wedding date due to COVID, and then manage a rainy forecast the day-of. I would highly recommend Blumen Gardens to any couple. :) Another huge plus is that you really don't need to spend much on decor or florals. I made DIY centerpieces, but just a few candles or a nice vase would be enough with all of the natural ambiance and greenery in the space (both inside and out).

We planned our Midwest wedding from Oregon and were wary about choosing a venue we’d never been to, but after seeing photos of Blumen Gardens and having a conversation with Sam & Bridget we felt like it was the right choice. We weren’t wrong—Blumen Gardens is even more beautiful in person! The gardens are enchanting, the decor whimsical, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We had several guests who are in the wedding business and they said that Blumen Gardens was one of the best wedding venues they’d been to. With the exposed brick and plants everywhere, you can’t take a bad photo. Blumen Gardens staff answered all our questions and we had a lot with the long-distance planning. They also provided us with suggestions for catering and bartending services. We had the most magical day and would recommend Blumen Gardens to anyone!

Had a great time at Blumen Gardens! We fell in love with the place immediately, and the extremely professional staff made our decision easy. (It was the first venue we visited, and we cancelled our visits to the others!)

They took the time to make sure our concerns were addressed, our questions answered, and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went off beautifully! Sam and Bridget really took the time to make us feel cared for.

Blumen Gardens was the first place that we looked at and we knew right away it was the place we wanted to get married! The courtyard and outside patio area for cocktail hour were beautiful! The reception hall was stunning even before our decorations. The staff is very friendly and so easy to work with! They made sure that everything went smoothly and just how we envisioned our big day!!

Blumen Gardens was our first pick of wedding ceremony and reception sites. We didn't even bother looking at any others. This was our first place we visited when starting wedding planning and we looked no further. We got married on May 6th and our wedding was beautiful and so unique. Jane was so great to work with. She has a fun and bubbly personality and was always available to bounce ideas off of. We had so many people coming up to us throughout the night saying how beautiful everything was. The staff here was available to help us out throughout the whole planning process. We were very fortunate to get a nice day and have our wedding outside in the courtyard. Blumen Gardens pulled out beautiful plants to decorate with and everything looked beautiful. If you're looking for a unique wedding venue and ceremony site-this place is it! We are so happy we chose Blumen Gardens for our special day. Thank you for helping to make our wedding day a perfect memory!

Our wedding was absolutely stunning. The staff at Blumen Gardens helped us make our day perfect, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we dreamed of. I highly recommend!

I used Blumen Gardens as my wedding venue in May. We are so happy with our venue choice It is naturally beautiful and the staff used plants and decor that matched our wedding scheme. There were infinite locations to take pictures. We could set up the reception space however we wanted and their staff provided us with different options. The space is beautiful and unique. You are also to pick outside venues to bring in which helps any bride on a strict budget.

We loved having everything in one space. The outdoor ceremony space is so unique and intimate. And the outdoor patio to have our cocktail hour was so great! And the indoor reception space was equally as beautiful! Loved the high exposed wood beamed ceilings and all the rustic charm! Monica the event coordinator at Blumen Gardens was so friendly and easy to work with! She answered all our questions in a timely manner and we enjoyed having her around for the day of our wedding. If you are looking for a place with rustic charm, a beautiful garden backdrop, and excellent customer service than Blumen Gardens is your perfect place to host a truly memorable wedding!

My husband and I are so happy that we chose Blumen Gardens as our wedding venue. Every single inch of the property is beautiful. We loved it, and so did our guests. Our pictures turned out beautiful (our photographer LOVED this venue!).

We also appreciated that the venue was very flexible on DIY-ing and using other vendors (no required catering company or anything like that!). This helped us save money and pick out exactly what we wanted. I will note that this was the most expensive venue that we looked at, so it was nice to be able to choose less expensive options in other areas (for example, we bought our own booze and saved a ton here by just hiring bartenders - much cheaper than drink packages offered by some other venues we looked at). Having their recommended vendor list was useful, and we had good success hiring our bartender and caterer off this list. We used Blumen's clean up service, and thought this was worth it for the cost and stress it saved us at the end of the night.

Bridget and Sam were clear and responsive. We enjoyed working with them. The owners are also lovely - they opened up the room the next morning (on a holiday - Labor Day) so that our parents could pick up decorations. We'd pick this venue again!

Blumen Gardens is the perfect spot for a spring, summer or fall wedding. The decor of the property is 'vintage garden chic'. We loved that we did not need to over worry about decorations because this property is beautiful on it's own. Our guests enjoyed walking the property & browsing around the store while they sipped on their cocktail hour beverages. The staff was kind and responsive and worked well with all of our vendors. This is a property you MUST see in person to fully appreciate.

Blumen Gardens is a wonderful venue! They are very accommodating and available. My only thing is that you have one day to set up and take down things. So, this was quite stressful. Also, during the process, the shop is open. So, you were unable to set things up in certain areas due to the public access to certain locations. On wedding days, I think closing the store a little earlier would be beneficial to those who rented out the venue since the venue is not too cheap. However, they were very great. The venue, people, and decoration was great!

We had our wedding at Blumen Gardens and it was beyond beautiful! Which is the reason why we chose this venue! It’s has a beautiful garden, courtyard and event room. It has a vintage feel and rustic look that is breathtaking and exactly what I wanted for my wedding day! There’s no bad area to snap a photo! I will always cherish Blumen Garden as it provided us with the most perfect wedding day we could have asked for! We wanted a unique venue that we could sort of make our own! The price is right because you basically pay to rent the space but get to choose all your own catering, bartending, and decorating options! Very DIY yet you barley need to decorate as it’s already so pretty inside and out! They are very professional, prompt, patient and helpful with all the questions we had! Planning a wedding is not easy but they made it worth while! Our only disappointment was that we did feel that we got “nickel and dimed” for a lot of different things, although we wouldn’t change a thing, be sure to get all the fee’s up front. My only two major upsets were that if I wanted to set up my wedding centerpieces, etc. the night before, but they were going to charge me $50 per hour, even though we wouldn’t have taken up any staffs time and were open to the public anyways, why they were asking for a fee was questionable and upsetting. So we instead set up the morning of the wedding day which made things stressful on my end. The other upsetting and very surprising part was that we’re were charged $250 just because we stayed an hour longer to clean up the venue of our own things. Even though we followed there rules to end our reception at 12:00 midnight. We were completely unaware of this fee. We also wish they didn’t charge (per bag) for ice, it should just be included in the rental fee. Other than that, it was a great venue and would recommend it to friends and family!

We were recently married at Blumen, and want to share our positive (and a couple less positive) thoughts! Blumen Gardens is an absolutely breathtaking and magical place, with great indoor and outdoor spaces, which meant we needed to buy little decor for our wedding. Our wedding went even better than expected. The bridal suite was so nice for getting ready, there are many areas for photos, and the proximity of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces helped the day flow smoothly! We also used Blumen for our alcohol/bartending - and the bartenders were great! In general, the staff was professional and kind. We would recommend the venue to others and will forever be enamored with the space and our wedding photos! As promised, I should note a few things that were less positive or that we wish we knew before we booked. The venue is fairly expensive for the area given that so little is included. Linens are, for some reason, a substantial additional cost and the alcohol packages are pretty pricey. And for some reason, the basic arch that is supposed to be included and present was mysteriously not there for our wedding, but was there for the rehearsal - still not sure what happened with that or why the arch was missing. We were told we would be able to put belongings in a bin to be able to access as needed throughout the night (because the bridal suite is closed after the ceremony), but day-of learned this was not an option. Sometimes communication was a bit slow and added costs were not fully transparent. A couple other notes - the venue says it fits up to 200 guests - we had 125 (felt perfect for that venue!) and I can’t imagine many more fitting comfortably in the reception space. Also, note the venue coordinator is there to make sure everyone follows rules - not to aid in making the day run smoothly - you absolutely will want a day-of coordinator and should not expect anything more from the venue staff. While taking photos before the ceremony about 20 shoppers saw me in my dress, I obviously knew this was likely but it’s good to note that you are restricted in where you can go before the ceremony for photos and the space is not exclusive to your wedding until the store closes. Overall - very positive things, and a day we will always remember. :)

They did a wonderful job of decorating. Got many compliments on the uniqueness of the venue. All in all loved it!
