  Never felt prettier than on my wedding day

  Samantha, Lourdes, and Savannah made the dream team for getting ready glam for my wedding! The studio was beautiful and welcoming, plenty of room for my bridesmaids, mom, and MIL to move around and enjoy. Everyone was very impressed with how Samantha made inspiration make up photos come to life and how Savannah and Lourdes made our hair just perfect for the day. My hair and makeup were extremely long lasting - I got my makeup done around 7-8am and my lipstick/stain was still there after eating, drinking, and kissing (lol)!
  
  A great company to work with and I definitely will be coming back for non-wedding related glam.

  Absolutely amazing!!!

  Hair and makeup for a wedding party and everything was amazing! Everyone’s hair and makeup looked so good! The ladies at Blue Waves were the best!

  Soft, romantic glam and natural styles ✨

  Samantha and Christina did such an AMAZING job for my engagement shoot this past Monday in Asheville. I wanted to find a local make-up artist who specialized in soft, romantic glam and natural styles. Prior to the shoot we chatted about inspiration photos, likes vs dislikes, and overall styles. Samantha really took the time to learn about me. She and Christina were so easy to talk to and even gave me tips for everyday styling and comfort. I was really nervous about booking the right HMUA when it came to a destination engagement shoot, and I’m so happy I made the right decision to go with Blue Waves Studio. I also found that the pricing was so much more affordable than other studios in Asheville. 100% recommend them for your hair and make-up needs!!! (📸: Blue Waves Studio)

  So glad I found them!

  Samantha and Tina were absolutely great to work with. They were both very flexible with our schedule and very kind. Tina styled my hair for a trial and also the morning of the wedding and her work was absolutely wonderful! Highly highly recommend Blue Waves Studio

  Incredible Bridal Hair + Make up!

  I loved working with Samantha and Mandy on my bridal hair and make up trial and on the wedding day! My hair and make up were better than I could’ve even hoped for and I’m so thankful for such a great experience! Highly recommend!

  Bridal Makeuo

  Samantha really pays attention to detail in applying bridal makeup . She listened to me as a client and with her artistic skills gave me the look I wanted. She was on time and on budget and fun to be around- she has a way of turning a potentially hectic event into a relaxing spa experience-I highly recommend her for all you makeup needs. I am scheduled also to get my first tiny tattoo and looking forward to it!

  Make up trial for engagement photo shoot

  I had an amazing time getting ready for my engagment photo shoot thanks to Samantha Olsen! She did a great job listening to exactly what I wanted for my make up and I really appreciate the time she took to make sure every detail of make up was neat and perfect! The pricing is great and worth it! Samantha was so kind and responsive!

  Great Wedding Day Experience with Mandy

  Great experience!

  Samantha and Victoria were my stylist for my elopement at the Yellow House Inn. Both ladies were very timely, professional and did excellent work. They are very comfortable in new environments and very efficient at their jobs. They cater to what you like in terms of your style. 10/10 recommend. My hair and makeup stayed fresh and in place all night.

  Amazingly wonderful!

  Samantha is amazing! She was unbelievably kind and compassionate. She worked with me one on one to nail down the exact look I was going for. She took into consideration all that I was wanting and was very thoughtful in her makeup choices (as I can be picky). I mentioned that I have sensitive skin and she did a great job of using products my skin was comfortable with already. Samantha has great attention to detail and made sure I loved the work along the way. Her studio was immaculately clean and organized and I felt very comfortable during my session. She made me feel so beautiful and confident on a day that was so special for me. I received so many compliments from my family and friends on how good my makeup looked that day. I highly recommend her services to anyone!
