  Star Limousine provided excellent, timely service and even got us a white car - despite they could not guarantee it us in advance. They made it happen with a snow white luxury Lexus and it was amazingly stylish for a very reasonable price for our getaway experience! Super friendly driver, safe and smooth travels. Highly recommended!

  Hello Blue Star Limo,
  
  Our experience was more and better than one could hope for. Our limo was a wedding gift from a friend of ours and Jackie was great at assisting us with everything that was needed. Johnny our driver was a master at making Larry and I feel comfortable, and at getting us to our next destination on our wedding night. When we have need again I will definitely contact you and request Johnny. Thank You.

  We rented a party bus (with a stripper pole) for our wedding. SO. MUCH. FUN. We had a blast listening to music, dancing to the lights inside the bus and sipping on champagne. Blue Star was prompt with their emails, affordable, and on time. Couldn't ask for more!

  We used several of Blue Star's vehicles -
  
  A party bus took my bridesmaids and me from reception venue (where we got ready) to the ceremony venue, and then the whole wedding party back to the reception venue after the ceremony. This was awesome! The party bus was nice inside and the driving was smooth. We got the church and back right on schedule.
  
  A shuttle ferried guests between their hotel and the reception venue (it was a bit of a distance and the country roads at night are a little dicey). I didn't ride the shuttle, so I can't speak to it. I do know that many of my guests took advantage of it and I was glad we had it.
  
  An SUV took my new husband and me from the reception to our hotel at the end of the night. The driver was really friendly, and we all had a great time driving 45 minutes into town so we could be close to the airport. The car was clean and had plenty of room for my giant dress. It was also reasonably priced.
  
  I didn't deal with Blue Star directly (my parents booked the party bus and the shuttle while my husband booked the SUV), but my mom really enjoyed talking with them. She said they were very accommodating and easy to deal with. A relief during wedding planning!

  I went to several places but BLUE STAR LIMOUSINE was the place with great service, the limo had great lighting, comfort, service especially from Susy. I really recommend Blue star service for any event.

  We used this vendor in June 2014. I would NOT recommend using this vendor. During the booking process, the vendor took down wrong information, and it took three times for me to finally get a booking confirmation.
  
  On our wedding night, the driver showed up 15 minutes early (not a bad thing). We went outside to take pictures with the vehicle before we changed out of the formal attire. The driver insisted that we needed to leave at that moment (15 minutes early), and when we told him we were not ready yet, he started to call my husband and I on our cell phones. When we went back inside the venue to say goodbye, the driver then proceeded to poke his head inside the door trying to find us again (15 minutes before we are supposed to leave). Our magical getaway was spoiled by the driver insisting on paperwork being filled out, and the driver had the nerve to ask for a tip after the most unprofessional service I have ever had.
  
  If you have an option, I would recommend using another vendor. I expected this company would know better than to send someone with that attitude to pick up a just-married couple......

  Beware of this company!!!!!!!!I worked with thia company for my Bachelorette party. After the night was over I recieved an email full of lies.. The first lie was that there was a used condom on the bus. I wasn't sure how there was a used condom on a bus full of women. Second I was told someone vomited on the bus that was not true. Next lie in my email was the bus driver stated a lady said she would be peeing on herself if he didn't stop the bus so he stopped at a safe location and all the ladies startwd yelling at him. I the bride asked the driver to stop because I had to use the restroom he stopped the bus on the freeway that's when I yelled to him I waa not peeing on the highway. When I called the company to discuss these things the girl told me she had pictures I then explained i had video from the time my party got on the bus to the time we got off. She kept saying she would call me back each time it was something different the driver stated he didnt get his full amount of tip which if a person didn't get thier full amount of tip wouldn't you say something before you left. Then I was told i was being charged for glasses I broke on the bus. My party and I never used any glasses because I personally brought cups on the bus for my guest. The ending result the company went from saying I owed them $200 to owing $25. I wrote all of this to say the bus was beautiful but if your going to use this company please keep your recorders on at all time if not you will be paying a fee for something you didn't do. I was so disappointed because not only did I use this company my fiance did too and the lies our driver told was very upsetting. Especially about stating he stopped at a safe location when I have video showing he pulled me over on the freeway to use the restroom guess that was safe to him for a woman.. Really dissapointed in this company and will never use them again for any service
