Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kerry and her team. She was kind, approachable, and made the planning process feel much less overwhelming. For our multi-day wedding weekend, she handled all the logistics seamlessly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the moment. We also really appreciated her vendor recommendations — everyone she connected us with was professional and easy to work with. We loved that she knew the local Tahoe area so well. Lindsey Cawley and Blue Sky are THE wedding planners to work with!

Blue Sky Events, and particularly our AMAZING wedding planner, Lindsey Cawley, were simply the best to work with. Due to venue constraints, we had to pull off planning our wedding in 5 months. I wasn't sure it was possible, but Lindsey assured us that we could absolutely make it happen, as long as we got moving quickly. I've talked to a lot of friends who planned their own weddings without a planner, but I absolutely could not have imagined doing that, especially not around Lake Tahoe. Lindsey had a) the list of every single step and detail that needed to happen, b) direct, personal connections with all the best vendors around Tahoe, and c) years of knowledge about what to plan for, what to expect, and how to navigate the days leading up and the day of. The very best gift that Lindsey gave us was the peace of mind that every detail had been taken care of so that we could just be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. That was simply gold. Blue Sky does charge a fair amount and only offers one flat rate, so they may not work with every budget. If you do go with them, though, they will give you absolutely full service. Lindsey answered every single email and phone call and was always willing to hop on a meeting to chat (even when I went on and on and on....). She organized all our vendors for us and even called the county clerk about our marriage license questions. She truly was the expertise we needed to create a day that was perfectly detailed. She was also completely willing to work with us on the budget we wanted to work within (within reason). She offered us all possibilities on things we hadn't thought of, but whenever we said we didn't want something or wanted to cut down money on something, she was completely fine working with that and didn't pressure us at all to "do more" or get something "fancier" or anything. I felt completely comfortable saying exactly what we wanted and trusting that she would do her best to make that happen without judgement.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lindsey throughout our entire wedding planning journey, and she truly helped us create our dream wedding. From the very beginning, she took the time to thoughtfully listen to us and understand our vision, ensuring every detail reflected who we are.

Lindsey is not only incredibly organized and professional, but she also handled countless details seamlessly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy the day. Thanks to her expertise and relationships, we were connected with an amazing team of local vendors including our florist, cake designer, musicians, photographer, and videographer.

Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, and we owe so much of that to Lindsey’s dedication, creativity, and care. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely Outstanding!!!

We were lucky enough to have Kerry as our wedding planner and could not imagine pulling off a destination wedding without her! From the first meeting Kerry was outstanding. She was personable, organized and offered great tools to keep us on track throughout the process. She was very professional, always punctual and all with a calming demeanor that felt like a breath of fresh air in the middle of our hectic lives. We really appreciated her style. Blue Sky has great relationships with all of the vendors which made it easy to brainstorm ideas and personalize our weekend. Kerry kept us on track, thought of everything and made sure that when our wedding came, all decisions and planning were done so we could just be present and enjoy it all. And that we did! Thank you Kerry and Blue Sky! You made it happen and it truly was one of the best days of our lives!

Best planning services

Loved working with Kerry at Blue Sky! We got the month of planning package and it was worth every dollar. The second Kerry started worked with us, she took on so much of the little (and big) things we weren’t even thinking about and it relieved a lot of stress for us. The weekend of our wedding went so smoothly because she was so attentive to detail. Kerry was also such a good personality match for us because she could really tell when we were overwhelmed and was great at tempering that. We are SO appreciative, highly highly recommend.

Want For Naught

After having just gotten married this past weekend, I can confidently say that Blue Sky Events (specifically, Lindsey and her team) were simply incredible. Not only was Lindsey friendly, helpful, and responsive in the early planning stages, but the day-of services were truly incredible.

Lindsey and her team made sure that our vision for our wedding day came to fruition, which is now going to be one of the most special days of our lives. One small detail that we hadn't discussed with Lindsey and were pleasantly surprised by was her team taking care of us on our day. You hear so many stories of newly weds saying that their day was amazing, but they didn't eat, or didn't get to try their signature cocktails, etc. As soon as our ceremony ended, they pulled us away to have 5 minutes to ourselves, brought us our signature cocktails and one of each of the passed appetizers. As soon as dinner was ready, they brought us full plates of everything before all of our guests, giving us the opportunity to get to enjoy the food and get some calories in our stomachs before doing the rounds to say hi to everyone. While my now wife got changed out of her wedding dress into her "after party" dress, they brought us each donut platters (which we were so looking forward to) to enjoy before getting out to the dancefloor. This may seem like a small detail, but it really made the entire evening just that much more special.

After the wedding ended, they cleaned everything up for us and locked it away in storage, allowing us to go to our after party and continue to enjoy the evening. At each step of the process, Lindsey and her team exceeded expectations. Thank you for everything, we cannot express our gratitude in words.

From Calm Nerves to Perfect Memories

Working with Kerry from Blue Sky Events was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, she took the time to sit with us, learn our story as a couple, and understand exactly what we wanted our wedding day to feel like. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She thought of everything, kept me calm when the stress kicked in, and somehow kept the entire day running perfectly on time. Kerry coordinated all of our vendors flawlessly, problem-solved before we even knew there was an issue, and made sure every element reflected our vision. She even made sure my husband and I took a moment to actually sit down and enjoy our dinner.

We also had the pleasure of working with Lindsey, our second coordinator, who was equally incredible. She literally cooled me down before the ceremony on our beautiful August day, walked me to the aisle, and reviewed all of our vendor contracts to make sure everything was clear and correct. She was so helpful in every moment and brought such a joyful, calming presence to the day.

Kerry, Lindsey, and the entire Blue Sky Events team made our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and exactly what we dreamed of. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing Wedding Experience

Lindsey Kaylin, and the team at Blue Sky Events was incredible from start to finish. My daughter and I first met with Kerry to discuss our needs and she was clear and knowledgeable, able to answer each of our questions and make us comfortable with the process ahead. We then began working with Lindsey, who was our lead planner. She made each step of this process joyful, calm, and fun. Lindsey worked closely with my daughter to bring her vision to life. On the day of the wedding, Lindsey and Kaylin supported us each step of the way and we worried about absolutely nothing, instead feeling free to just enjoy the day. Highly recommend Blue Sky Events for Tahoe area weddings!

Lindsey was great to work with as our wedding planner! She is very knowledgeable about the Palisades Tahoe wedding venue and gave us some helpful tips! We had a special request on doing laser show for our wedding dance floor, and Lindsey was very helpful in liaising with the venue to figure out a solution for us, and the laser show turned out amazing! We also had some last minute changes due to weather condition, Lindsey handled it very well and guided us through it all, which we really appreciate!! We would highly recommend hiring Blue Sky Events and Lindsey for your Tahoe wedding!

Couldn't have done it without her!

We worked with Alicia to plan our June wedding at Valhalla. Since it was a destination wedding and I was finishing up grad school, we needed a lot of help. Alicia knew all the best vendors in the area and did so much of the behind the scenes work. Valhalla is a venue where you need to bring in a lot yourself, so there was a lot of coordinating. On the day of my wedding, I did not worry for one second. The entire thing ran so smoothly, every vendor was easy to work with and fun (because Alicia helped us get such great people). I also had help from Lindsey, so I can vouch that working with both of them is great. Definitely recommend Blue Sky for any tahoe wedding but especially Valhalla.

Lindsey was amazing! She was very organized and communicative. She gave us the best band recommendation ever (Bread and Butter were awesome!!!!). Our hearts melted when we saw the venue fully decorated and exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. It was magical and we owe a massive kuddos to Blue Sky for helping us create the wedding that was absolutely tailored to us! It was perfect. We wanted to take some of our floral decorations home. You pay a lot for those beautiful flowers and we didn't want them to go to waste. We had forgotten to bring something to bring the flowers home. Lindsey went above and beyond to help us make that happen at the last minute. We enjoyed our flowers at home for several days after the wedding. Loved that! Thanks Lindsey!

Exceptional, kind and supportive wedding planning team!

It was truly a delight working with Alicia and Kerry for the year or so leading up to our wedding. We were specifically looking for a wedding planning team that understood our vision of having a wedding weekend event celebration that really indexed on bringing the community we love together. They were very thoughtful and helpful while we were creating the vision for the weekend, suggesting fun ideas and additions and thinking through the practicality elements of the weekend. Once we had the vision tied down, Alicia was absolutely seamless at putting everything together, fully handling all logistics - we always had absolute confidence and trust working with her! It was honestly a very calm and fun experience working with them!
When it came to the week of the wedding, unexpected weather (snow!) came up in the forecast just 3 days out! Alicia worked with us to help us still make our wedding all that we planned for. We ending up creating a two-part ceremony, one in the sunshine/warmth of Friday evening and another ceremonial celebration on the Saturday with the snow! SO SO glad that we had Alicia and BlueSky as the team figuring it all out last minute -- they listened to our desires and requests and really pulled out all the stops to make it happen! 100% recommend. We had the MOST fabulous weekend, with such low stress and really just the best time. THANK YOU TEAM! Run don't walk to get them for your wedding/event!

Incredibly Professional & Talented

My husband and I got married at Sorensen’s in June of 2023, and were fortunate to have Blue Sky Events and Alicia Buonacorsi as our wedding planner. Alicia patiently and professionally guided me through the process despite me being incredibly busy and distracted with work.
I appreciated how organized Alicia was and the attention to detail she had prior to, as well as over the course of our wedding weekend. It was such a relief to know she had a handle on everything!
Additionally, it was impressive to see her manage multiple weddings in the time leading up to my wedding, but still made me feel like I was her only focus.
On the day of the wedding Alicia was everywhere she needed to be but also sort of invisible— in the best possible way, if that makes sense!? Even the band that played at our wedding commented on how professional and easy she made everything.
I highly recommend Alicia and Blue Sky Events for your wedding or any special event!!

Wonderful experience working with Alicia!

I am so pleased that we chose to work with Alicia and the blue sky team for our wedding planning. Our timeline was quite short and I had a very specific vision for our winter wedding at Edgewood. Alicia was so helpful in keeping us organized and on task and had so many connections within the industry to help pull everything together. The weather the day of our event did not cooperate and Alicia was great about handling the last minute changes to move everything indoors. Our wedding day was stress free and beautiful thanks to Alicia!

Alicia from Blue Sky Events was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly organized, flexible, detail oriented and we couldn't have brought our special day to life without her. She provided us with resources to keep us on track, reminders to meet deadlines and help with budgeting, made amazing recommendations for vendors that we were absolutely thrilled with and thought of everything we didn't even know should have been on our radar. She accommodated our very busy schedules, having meetings at awkward times and promptly responding to all of our questions. The day of the event, Alicia ensured everything was taken care of, leaving myself and my husband to fully enjoy our special day. Lindsey made our day FLAWLESS

Lindsey, our event planner, was absolutely the reason our wedding was as perfect and flawless as it was. The Google Docs she provided to keep us organized were a life-saver, and she and Kailyn made sure everything on the actual day went out without a hitch. We heard from multiple guests how incredibly smooth everything went, which we owe all to her.

I was a fairly indecisive bride in the beginning and appreciated Lindsey's guidance on what I wanted my look and feel to be as well as finding the most perfect vendors for us to work with. We absolutely loved all of the vendors she recommended and how they (with her oversight) brought our wedding vision to life. We can't thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone! I felt 0 stress the entire wedding day, which is every bride's dream. Highly, highly recommend Blue Sky Events and Lindsey for your big day!

We want to thank Lindsey for helping make our wedding perfect! We got married at the Hideout over Labor Day weekend. We had unexpected weather that resulted in us changing locations for the rehearsal and updating our floor plans for the wedding day. Alicia at Blue Sky Events made my wedding day PERFECT!

Blue Sky Events made our wedding day absolutely magical. From my initial conversations with Kerry to the month of planning services with Alicia, they truly knocked it out of the park!! Alicia went above and beyond to make sure not only our day went smoothly but more importantly that I didn't have to stress any of the fine details and could enjoy the magic of our wedding day. From coordinating vendor schedules, running our rehearsal, to making sure my hair looked perfect before walking down the aisle to even bustling my dress before our first dance she DID IT ALL and I am so grateful for her help. Blue sky events is your dream team!

WOW, I don't even know where to begin...Lindsey and her team were BEYOND amazing. She not only sends you all of the necessary info in google docs, but she uses her creative and intuitive nature to make the MAGIC happen. The weather didn't want to comply on 6/10/23 for my wedding, but Lindsey DID NOT FRET. she made power moves, rolled with everything so seamlessly, and what do you know.. the rain stopped. I could NOT and WOULD NOT have had the best wedding day without Lindsey and her awesome team.

Amazing team!!

Kerry and Alicia were so amazing to work with! They helped us every step of the way and made the planning experience painless and fun. They have so many connections and resources in the area. With her many years of experience in the business, she immediately brought valuable ideas and referrals to all of our conversations. We cannot say enough pleasant things about Kerry and her team at Blue Sky Events. Kerry and her team were incredible throughout the entire process. From early planning days, vendor negotiations, idea conceptualization to weekend execution. We had lots of particular detail requests and she took every step to ensure our day was smooth and special. Blue Sky Events helped us plan the wedding of our DREAMS!

Working with Blue Sky Events was the key to making our whole wedding vision come together - Kerry was there every step of the way to help answer design questions, help us reserve rentals, plan the schedule of the day, and everything in between. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, I can't encourage you enough to just go for it! Definitely the best use of our money, as Kerry and her team relieved SO much stress leading up to the big day, and on the wedding day itself! I knew all of my plans were in good hands, so I just got to sit back and soak it all in :)

The Absolute BEST!

Lindsey was unbelievably amazing to work with. From the first call I felt like we had found someone who understood everything we were hoping for, as well as everything we were worried about. Working with Lindsey was like working with a good friend who already knows you, but also happens to know anything and everything about wedding planning.

She is wildly organized, quick to respond, and thinks of EVERYTHING. There were some bumps along the way with our venue and she hopped in immediately to take over with them, ensuring we didn’t need to worry about anything. She had a backup or a detailed plan for anything I could think to worry about, so I was able to relax and enjoy the planning process!

The day of was an absolute dream, the way Lindsey and her team put everything together was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. No detail was looked over (her “bridal bag” of potentially needed items/extras is seriously impressive), and we were able to enjoy every second of our entire weekend, knowing all was taken care of. Multiple guests have made comments about how incredible the day was, and that’s all a testament to Lindsey.

We highly, highly recommend Lindsey and Blue Sky Events. They’re a dream to work with and go above and beyond!!

Blue sky events is a must for your wedding planner

We were so fortunate to find Blue Sky Events for our wedding in July 2022. From the moment we first talked to them in September 2020 they have been amazing. We were also so so so lucky to be set up with Lindsey. I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about how amazing Blue Sky Events and Lindsey are, but the main qualities we loved was their great communication, organization, and attention to the details. We had planned our wedding for two years with Lindsey due to COVID and throughout those two years she was so quick and detailed in all of her communication with us. It was so nice to know that when you sent an email it would be responded quickly and thoroughly. She is so extremely organized, which I loved as a very organized person as well. She made sure that everything we needed was in ordered and she worked with all the vendors to make sure that day of, everything would run smoothly. She also had the most organized and detailed wedding weekend schedule I have ever seen. Lindsey thinks of every detail (one's I had never even thought of). She helped us find all our amazing vendors, the perfect people (photographers, videographers, etc) and items (linens, welcome signs, etc) to bring our vision of our wedding day to life. We were never stressed through out the wedding process because of Lindsey. She made sure that every detail and everything we wanted worked out. Everyone told me that I seemed like the most relaxed bride during the wedding process and even on the wedding weekend and it was because I knew I did not have to worry about anything but just enjoying the process and the moment. We can never thank Lindsey and Blue Sky Events enough and we would recommend anyone having a wedding to hire them! We promise, you will not regret it!

Lindsey & BSE are amazing

I was lucky enough to work with Lindsey on my wedding in July. We clicked immediately in our first phone call. Lindsey was the only person to help me feel calm and collected on my wedding day. As an event person, I had a really hard time letting go of the control until I spoke with Lindsey. I felt like we were able to work together to make my dream wedding come true. She solved every problem thrown at her both before and during the wedding. She put in hard work, never complained, and made me feel like a bride. I loved the planning website available where I kept all my documents, budget, dream board, and more. This company is amazing and I can't thank them all enough. Lindsey really saved the day on my wedding and I can't thank her enough.

Lindsey is amaaaaazing!

Lindsey from BlueSky Events was our coordinator and she was our MVP of the whole weekend. From a year out or more we were able to contact her via email with any questions and I swear she would always get back to us within 30 minutes or less. She was super knowledgable, positive and when she didn't know an answer, was quick to figure out how to find the answer and who to talk to. She helped me stay organized with the online portal they have, worksheets and just overall checking in. I was able to put her on every email thread with vendors so she was looped in and stayed on top of what our plan was. Day of, she kept everything going smoothly and I honestly didn't have to stress about anything. I know that sounds crazy, but it's true. THANK YOU LINDSEY for helping our magical wedding weekend come to life!!!!!!!

Amazing and so flexible!

Kerry at Blue Sky events was absolutely amazing to work with. She stayed with us though multiple wedding postponements due to covid and a venue change due to fires. She flawlessly executed every detail of our wedding with never having been to the new venue and arriving just a few days before to check it out. Professional and Heartfelt - Wedding Planning at it's best! Extraordinaire

Kerry and Blue Sky helped us navigate the choppy waters and smokey skies of a covid-delayed and wildfire-threatened Tahoe wedding with an amazing mixture of compassion, patience, optimism and expertise. We wouldn't have wanted to attempt this without her - and quite honestly we couldn't have! She was there every step of the way for the better part of 2 years and never once mentioned the need for more compensation for her efforts. Kerry is a 10 out of 10! If we had more daughters, she'd stay on our speed dial!

Blue sky Events is fantastic!

Kerry at Blue Sky Events was amazing. From rearranging our daughters wedding 4 times due to Covid and once for the Tahoe fires, she hung in there with us every step of the way. The last cancellation, we had to move the wedding to the Napa Valley and had 6 weeks to redo everything. We couldn’t have done it without Blue Sky Events!!!!
Kerry organized the rehearsal in the middle of a rain storm and the wedding went without a hitch! And all our guests loved her and her assistant too!

Best Wedding Planner Ever!

Kerry, our wedding planner, and her team were wonderful from start to finish. She kept us on track (in a very low key way) with planning and vendor meetings, helped us to make decisions and payments on time, and kept us from going crazy with all the details. Working with her was like having a very, very competent friend. She has great relationships with all the vendors we used and we got very positive feedback from all the staff at our venue who were working with her for the first time. Our wedding ceremony and reception were all we could have hoped for and we didn’t spend one minute of the evening worrying about details because we knew Kerry was on it. We can’t imagine anyone could do as good of a job as Kerry did and we are so grateful we got to work with her!

My husband and I were lucky enough to come across Blue Sky Events for our big day. Kerry and her team quickly answered all of our questions in the beginning and made sure we were paired up with only the best planner! Lindsey Johnson was our planner and are we so blessed to be graced with the Fairy Godmother of weddings herself. Planning with Lindsey is like planning with your well experienced best friend. The best money spent

Kerry and the Blue Sky team were critical to creating the best day for our wedding at Edgewood Tahoe! I'm head of marketing for a company, so I plan conference events and international destination parties. Because of that reason, I was hesitant to even hire someone at all. Kerry & the team not only handled everything we asked, she thought of every other detail that would have been lost on us. We had to move our wedding due to the wildfires (which was so stressful), and Kerry helped immensely. Even just talking with her on the phone to consider our options was so soothing to our nerves. We are from out of state so that's just one more reason to hire someone local who knows the amazing Tahoe wedding family!! We highly recommend Kerry and hope to work with her again on other non-wedding events. We are so grateful BSE were a part of our day!!

Truly the best!

We had an amazing experience with Blue Sky events. I interviewed multiple wedding planners in the Lake Tahoe area and after initially speaking with Kerry on the phone, it was very clear that they would be the right fit for us. We had a unique venue that required a lot of extra attention as it isn’t a typical wedding venue spot. Lindsey was our lead planner and she was a pleasure to work with. All of the little details were taken care of and on the big day I was SO thankful she was there to tie up all the loose ends and keep us all on time. I would highly recommend using blue sky events to anyone looking for a Tahoe area wedding planner!

The Blue Sky Team is the best, no need to look elsewhere

My husband and I live in Nashville, TN and were engaged in Dec 2020 and decided in Jan 2021 that we wanted to have our wedding in a place special to us...in May 2021, across the country in Lake Tahoe! We found Kerry and the Blue Sky team through a venue we had found online. We called to see if she was available and what she thought of our dream wedding and she was nothing but positive and supportive from the first minute we spoke. Kerry was the best planner you could ask for - responsive, supportive, energetic, creative minded, and all-round wonderful. Planning an out of town wedding would seem stressful to the outside, but we had nothing but confidence and trust in Kerry throughout and she delivered over and over. She even went above and beyond helping support our Mom's as they needed help planning in other areas as well. I will forever be grateful to Kerry for helping us achieve our dream day in the most beautiful setting imaginable. She literally made a dream come true!

Blue Sky (and Lindsey!) are the BEST

Our wedding simply would not have been possible had it not been for Blue Sky Events and Lindsey, our incredible planner. She was helpful, organized, calm, and thoughtful at every step of the process. I instantly felt my stress level go down every time I talked to Lindsey. She completely understood our vision for our wedding and made sure every detail was just right. Our venue had some challenges (like an oven that didn't really work!) but I barely knew there were any issues because Lindsey just handled everything. From my first call with Kerry, I could tell that Blue Sky Events was a great company and that they would have really great planners working with them but Lindsey completely exceeded my expectations. If I was planning another event in the Tahoe area, I would hire Blue Sky again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic, ended up saving us money in the end.

We had our wedding at a complicated venue and had to delay it through Covid. Blue Sky was incredibly helpful throughout in making this happen, and effectively providing services to plan two weddings instead of one at no additional cost. Our planner at Blue Sky was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, making many suggestions that ended up saving us a lot of money without compromising what we wanted for the wedding in any way. Their experience working with vendors in the greater Tahoe region was invaluable. Hiring Blue Sky was the single best decision we made in planning our wedding.

The perfect wedding planner for the O.C.D. bride!

I can't thank Kerry and her team enough for their wedding planning services. From the start, Kerry and the team exhibited nothing but professionalism, candor, and a depth of knowledge in the wedding and events industry. She openly listened to some of our odd-ball ideas and were enthusiastic about all of it. It's no secret that 2020 was an awkward year to plan a wedding, and Kerry accommodated all of the date, venue, and guest count changes with ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the Tahoe area, since we were planning this as a destination-lite wedding from Orange County. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, and we truly felt like guests at our own wedding. I can't thank Kerry and her team enough for allowing my writhing nerves to be stilled, especially on the day of our wedding.

Amazing. If you need help higher them now

I hired blue sky events for my wedding because the venue didn’t offer a wedding coordinator. I’m beyond thankful for hiring them. The day of my wedding everyone commented on how calm I was and I have to give the credit to them. During my process I had a transition from one coordinator to another and it’s like nothing changed. I was kept informed on every process, email and decision that was made. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. If you need anything they are the ones to choose!

COVID Wedding Revamped into a Perfect Elopement

We hired Blue Sky Events over a year ago (spring 2019) and felt lucky to work with Lindsey! As international clients, she was flexible with scheduling Facetime meetings across different time zones and her communication via email was thorough and timely. Throughout the planning process, she was knowledgeable about the Tahoe area and recommending professional vendors. When we came to town for tastings and trials, she organized an itinerary to fit our busy schedules and needs. Then, COVID hit. She helped plan out alternatives options; finding new wedding dates, communicating with vendors, resigning contracts, and updating us on California's reopening plan. All the time while she kept cool and calm, which helped us out a lot! Then we switched ideas and decided to go from a full 130 person wedding to an intimate elopement, she suggested different alternatives to make our day extremely special. When the day finally arrived, she went above and beyond as our wedding planner. Picking up our rentals, setting up our dinner table, coordinating with our several vendors, and creating a thorough itinerary, were just a few of the amazing things she did for us. The day was absolutely special and wonderful, although it was different from our original plan. We would hire them again in an instant! And if you're still looking for a wedding planner, don't look any further, go with Blue Sky Events!

Book Them. Immediately.

My husband and I hired Blue Sky Events for full service wedding planning, and it's possibly the best decision we've ever made. For the 10 months leading up to our September 2019 wedding, we worked closely with Lindsey (whom we ADORE and now happily call a friend), and our Big Day was everything we could have wanted and more. We received focused, individualized attention from Lindsey, but the benefit of the full Blue Sky team - in fact, the whole team even came on a venue tour with us! Their connections, years of experience, and words of wisdom made our wedding planning process seamless and even joyful, and we just can't recommend them enough.

The weather on our Wedding Day was how we knew Lindsey and Blue Sky were the real deal. Our Big Day went from sun, to rain, to sleet, to multiple inches of snow (in September!) which was not exactly what we had been planning for. However, since she was paying such close attention to the weather forecast, Lindsey helped us get ready for all possible outcomes leading up to the wedding and ultimately, the day was beautiful, magical, and went off without a hitch despite some quick pivoting to Plan B. As a guest, you never would have known that Plan B wasn't what we had been planning from the beginning. Lindsey is why we had an amazing wedding and why we got to ENJOY it, instead of spending any of our precious time worrying or coordinating.

If you're getting married or having a major event in the Tahoe/Reno area, go with Blue Sky! You will be so happy you did.

Intimate. Magical. Perfection.

We are still floating above the clouds in the dreamy BLUE SKY from our perfect wedding. We wanted our day to be intimate and magical. It was everything we hoped for and more. We had only been to Lake Tahoe a few times and when we decided to get married in that spiritual place, I began researching wedding planners. Blue Sky was raved about over and over. Kerry and Lindsey are legends of Lake Tahoe events. Our vision was an extremely small wedding and I was not sure they would take on something so low key compared to all the extravaganza weddings and events they do. To our joy they took our tiny event and made it the wedding of our dreams. Lindsey. Lindsey. Lindsey. Also known as The Wedding Fairy Godmother exceeds all the fabulous reviews written about her. She listened to my vision, asked tons of questions, sent pictures, emailed and phoned and was always tweaking and perfecting. We live in another state and didn’t arrive until two days before the wedding. She handled everything and left us to thoroughly enjoy this special time without an ounce of stress. She planned, coordinated, and confirmed it all down to the smallest detail. My Wedding Fairy Godmother granted every wish with creativity and passion. Best Wedding Coordinators on the Lake!

Blue Sky Events was absolutely amazing. Lindsey was our coordinator and she knocked it out of the park! We used Blue Sky for the month leading up to the wedding and the day of. They were familiar with our venue, vendors, and knew all the tricks to make things look extra good! We were blown away by their skills and abilities to pull off our dream wedding. The best decision we made throughout our wedding process

We were uncertain about hiring a full time planner for our wedding reception, but it turned out to be the best decision we made throughout the entire process. Many of our guests commented that this was the most enjoyable wedding they had been to, none of which would have been possible without Aimee.

My husband and I have very little event planning experience and really had no idea what we were getting into. Aimee guided us through the process, giving advice and suggestions while also making sure that the end result was reflecting what we wanted (which Aimee also helped us discover). Aimee was completely open to some wacky ideas we had, including setting up a retro arcade that she managed to keep a surprise from our guests until we moved inside after an outside dinner.

Not only was Aimee helpful in planning our wedding, but she ensured everything ran smoothly day of. We were so grateful that we could relax and enjoy the party we had spent months planning, knowing she had everything under control.

We'd highly recommend Blue Sky Events to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Tahoe area.

Incredible! 11/10

We cannot recommend Blue Sky Events enough. We elected the Day-Of package and worked with Chelsea, who is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, so on top of everything, and so knowledgeable about vendors, processes, details, and even the ins and outs of the marriage license process. When our DJ became unavailable the night before our wedding (yes that happened), Chelsea handled everything, securing a new, absolutely amazing DJ within hours. Our wedding day was beyond even what we imagined and we are so thankful to Chelsea and the Blue Sky Team for help making it what it was. Look no further - you've found your wedding planner.

Hire Blue Sky if you want the best day of your life!

I was not sure if I wanted to spend more money and hire a wedding planner, but oh my goodness it was probably the best decision I made to hire Blue Sky Events! Aimee Salcido is MY SAVIOR! She was my month of and day of planner and I can't even begin to express my gratitude for everything Aimee did. My mom actually recommended Blue Sky because she had friends that knew the owner Kerry. I was hesitant but it made all the difference for my wedding. Aimee took on every detail, she was thorough, communicative, honest, and made sure I never took on more than I needed to. She kept me calm and if I needed anything, she was always there! I never felt like I had to rush from one thing to the next on my wedding day, she worked seamlessly and professionally with all my vendors to make sure I had the best day of my life. It was also a bonus that she had worked at my venue before and knew all there was to know, which was extremely helpful considering I was planning a wedding in Tahoe when I lived in Colorado!

I urge any bride in the Tahoe area to hire Blue Sky if they want to feel calm and supported on their wedding day, taken care of throughout their planning process, and desiring the best day of their life, with their vision carried out with perfection! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Best Decision

No words can express how thankful we are that we decided to get a planner. We were crazy and decided to plan a wedding in 4 months and having Chelsea is the main reason we were able to pull it off. She guided us, was patient, took time to get to know who we are, was responsive, beyond helpful, and knows Tahoe weddings inside and out - the best vendors, places, etc. She didn’t force any vendors and really took time to think about who we are, what’s important to us, and what vendors would work best with us - which is priceless when it comes to navigating choosing all your vendors. She went above beyond (like driving all around the lake to get us a “to-go” cake tasting while in the midst of a storm) and we truly couldn’t have done it without Chelsea! If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner - DO IT! You don’t know what you don’t know, and most of us have not planned a wedding before - BSE was completely worth it!

Wouldn't have made it without her

Our coordinator was Aimee and our wedding was a destination. We live in NY and had the wedding in Lake Tahoe, CA. Aimee is amazing and made our day as perfect as it could perfectly be. Especially since it was a destination and we couldn't meet any of our vendors in person until the wedding day. She was there every step of the month before planning ensuring no detail slipped through the cracks. The actual day of the wedding proceeded as smoothly as possible due to her help.

Highly recommend!!

My husband and I worked with Chelsea to plan our wedding, and her organization and expertise was invaluable. We were planning our Tahoe wedding from Washington, DC, so it was super helpful to have a local expert. I researched and interviewed multiple wedding planners in the area, and Blue Sky rose to the top of my list because of their positive attitudes, their welcoming energy, and their attention to detail. The week of our wedding, Chelsea made sure that all of the details were taken care of, and her coordination the day of was amazing! We never worried about anything the day of, and the event was perfect. Many of our friends and family told us that they had never been to such a wonderful, well-executed wedding.
We also really enjoyed Chelsea's personality - she was fun, laid back, but also very competent and took our opinions seriously. The day of the wedding, she made sure we were feeling good and happy, and after the ceremony she put together a plate of our appetizers for us with our signature cocktails to make sure that we got to enjoy everything. She was amazing, and we would highly recommend Blue Sky Events for planning a beautiful, fun, smooth wedding!

Could not have lived without them!

Lindsey Johnson from Blue Sky Events was our wedding planner and by far, the most valuable resource to our wedding. I researched a ridiculous number of vendors on my own and felt overwhelmed trying to figure out who I could depend on and who would be able to do a good job. As soon as we hired her, she gave us her list of trusted resources and made everything a breeze! People were shocked to see how relaxed and stress-free we were about wedding planning and it's all because of Lindsey. She was super responsive and professional. The day of, she kept everything running smoothly, resolved all hiccups that I wasn't even aware of until the following day. She even did all the little things - had champagne and snacks in the bridal waiting room before the ceremony, put the notecards for my thank you speech at our table, made sure the wedding cards were safe and back in our room at the end. Most of all, she was kind, understanding, funny - everyone told us that she was wonderful and genuinely enjoyed being around her. It's definitely a bit of an investment but if you're able to, it will save your life.

AMAZING wedding planning

Planning a wedding in Lake Tahoe was a daunting task from out of state, let alone at a venue that is a private property, requiring us to bring everything in ourselves. Being someone who likes to organize and plan things on my own, I was looking for a month-of wedding planner to help out. I was lucky enough to come across Blue Sky Events in my search and couldn't be happier with our choice. We spoke to Chelsea on the phone and she immediately impressed us with her professionalism and knowledge. We met with her in person when we were in town, but mostly communicated via email and phone. She always responded promptly, even in the midst of a busy wedding season, making us feel like a priority. Chelsea was SO MUCH more than a month of planner. She gave us incredible vendor recommendations when some of ours fell through, did the entire rental order which would have been a huge headache to figure out, and organized the rehearsal and the whole wedding day schedule down to every last detail. From the ceremony schedule, to the layout of tables and food stations, she handled it all perfectly. Our family and friends were honestly floored by how incredible Chelsea was, pulling it all off with a smile. She made every effort to ensure we weren't stressed on our big day, and I am forever grateful for that! I highly recommend hiring Chelsea from Blue Sky Events!

I had a great experience working with Blue Sky Events and specifically, my planner Amie, for my wedding this summer. I do a lot of event planning as part of my day job, so my bar is pretty high, and I was extremely satisfied with their services. In particular, Amie did a wonderful job recommending and helping me manage my vendors, and coordination in the week of my wedding and on the day itself was outstanding. The whole thing went off without a hitch and was extremely low stress for me, thanks in very large part to Amie and her team. Would definitely recommend.

Where to begin? During the initial planning stages of our destination wedding to Lake Tahoe, we somehow thought we could handle everything ourselves from the other side of the country. Reluctantly, we reached out to Kerry and her team just to say we at least explored the idea of engaging with a wedding planner. Coming from someone who is a total DIY'er, we completely changed our tune- and it was the best decision we made. Kerry tailored the perfect package for our needs.

We were absolutely blessed to be paired with Lindsey Johnson. From day one throughout the next eleven months, Lindsey was not only extremely attentive, she continually hit home runs with her recommendations and suggestions. Having a local planner proved to be intrinsically valuable. Even though we picked out most of our vendors prior to engaging Blue Sky Events, she already had amazing working relationships with them from past events. Having that familiarity on your side goes a long way in removing some of those "unknowns" and the stress that comes with it.

Our ceremony and reception took place at the top of Heavenly Ski Resort at the Lakeview Lodge. From a logistical standpoint, this isn't the easiest venue due to vendor loading times, etc. Due to her vast experience of working with both the venue and our vendors, she was an absolute maestro in all communications leading up to, and day of our wedding.

As everyone knows, SOMETHING almost always doesn't go as planned. That's the beauty of life, I suppose! In our case, we had a massive hail storm right before our wedding ceremony was to begin. Lindsey knew how much an outdoor ceremony meant to us, so she immediately took charge and worked with the venue staff, our officiant, and our guests who were patiently waiting at the bottom of the tram to make the necessary adjustments to make it happen. And it was perfect!

We would not have been able to pull off our wedding without Chelsea from Blue Sky Events. We planned our wedding in Lake Tahoe from across the country and while we could do a lot of the research and emailing ourselves, having someone local was invaluable. We didn't have the budget to have someone plan all the details of the wedding, but Blue Sky Events let us choose a plan where we could have a few hours with Chelsea before the wedding to review our vendor choices, have her create a detailed itinerary for the wedding day, and also be physically present the day-of to meet the vendors and make sure things went smoothly. Having someone local review our vendors and make suggestions for people to contact gave us confidence that we weren't missing any red flags and having someone there to orchestrate the day meant that our friends and family could fully enjoy the wedding. Lindsey planned our wedding from start to finish and I don't know how we would have done it without her! I realized I was in over my head towards the end of my wedding planning. I had too much going on and not enough will power to pull all the strings together. I checked with many wedding planners, some flat out refused a day of or month of event planning process, some told me I couldn’t afford them (very rude...). But Blue Sky Events made me feel extremely welcome! They didn’t make me feel bad for forgetting details I forgot to tell them till a few weeks before hand, and they really took hold of all the strings and pulled it together. Thank you specifically to Aimee who really made my day come together perfectly (even after a fire marshall almost put a kaibosh on the whole thing for no real reason. She handled it and if I didn’t have her there it would have been a major issue). And I believe her assistant’s name was Keri (pronounced curry. I am so sorry I don’t know the spelling of your name. I hope I got it right!). Thank you for helping out and making my day super special! We really had a wonderful day all thanks to you guys :)

Perfect Planning, Perfect Day!

Kerry Hawk and her team at Blue Sky events are BEYOND AMAZING! They are delightful to work with and truly make wedding planning a more relaxed and enjoyable process than we imagined possible.

They have a "can do" attitude that means the sky, literally, is the limit because they'll make anything possible. For example, we wanted to parasail away after taking our vows and this seemed daunting to some folks, but Kerry said "fabulous, let's do it!" and it was a highlight of the day. Kerry turns challenges into opportunities.

Kerry and her team were always available for questions by phone and email and met with us repeatedly at the wedding venue, with the caterer, and with the florist. Her attention to detail, timelines, organization and follow-through are impeccable!

Our wedding was at a particularly complex venue and due to Blue Sky's expert planning, logistical savvy and personal connections with our many vendors, everything went off without a hitch (except we did get hitched!).

And all of this is more remarkable because Blue Sky's event planning rates are shockingly reasonable (to be frank, we worked briefly with another wedding planner who was 3 times as expensive and not nearly as easy to work with).

And if, like me, you inadvertently try to walk down the aisle without your bridal bouquet, Kerry and her team will save the day!

Kerry is kind, creative and fun. Her team is professional and able to respond to the crazy unforeseen circumstances that are inevitable with any complex event. After our wedding, numerous guests commented on how terrific the Blue Sky team was. They'd be a tremendous asset to anyone planning to walk down the aisle. We'll return to Blue Sky for any future events we host in the Tahoe area.

Blue Sky was indispensable in planning my daughter's June wedding. We hired them for the full weekend as we had events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, extremely professional. We started with one planner, who transitioned out during our planning process for personal reasons, and Blue Sky made sure the transition to our new planner was seamless. They listened to what my daughter (and I!) wanted, provided very good options and advice, kept track of the budget and handled all of the details. Their promise to me was that they would deal with the stress of the weekend and I would be able to enjoy the whole event. Promise kept! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We got married at Heavenly on Sep 10th 2017. We were originally not thinking of getting a coordinator, but soon realized that we needed one, even though our was a small wedding (60 people). We talked to Kerry at Blue Sky Events and decided to hire them. Kerry was very professional and helpful. Lindsey was our day of coordinator, and let me tell you, she is as good as they come! She made the planning and our big day a breeze. Everything, and I meant EVERYTHING, went great! We were prepared for a few hiccups on our big day, but there were none. The whole day was like a dream, and we are sure that its because Lindsey was always stayed on top of it. We are very thankful and appreciative of Lindsey, Kerry and the entire Blue Sky Events team for making our day so very special and stress free! I would highly recommend them!

Our planner, Lindsey, was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! Our first planner actually left the company midway through our planning, but honestly at the end of the day I was happy she did because we ended up with Lindsey. She was wonderful - super responsive, full of lots of helpful suggestions, and very experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for her to do and she really made the whole planning process very easy for me, my husband, and my mom :). From the first contact with Kerry, the owner, everything was smooth and easy.

Our wedding day turned out perfectly. And I mean PERFECTLY. Not a thing went wrong (and not in the "the bride didn't hear about it" way - literally nothing went wrong), and I credit Lindsey with making that happen. Thank you so much! I would recommend Lindsey and Blue Sky in a heartbeat.

I received the full service package with Blue Sky Events since I live about 4 hours away from South Lake Tahoe and I could not have been happier with everything the staff did. My husband and I met with Kerry to begin with and she was very personable and understanding of our situation and time constraints. The pricing can seem off putting at first for someone who has never planned a wedding before, but their services and efforts are worth much more after everything is said and done.

We mainly worked with Melissa and Lindsey during the whole process. Melissa did leave Blue Sky Events in the middle of our wedding planning process, but Lindsey picked up right where Melissa left off and the transition was seamless. I have to admit I was worried when this happened due to creating such a bond with Melissa, but Lindsey and Kerry made me feel reassured that nothing would be dropped and nothing was. The vendors that were recommended by Blue Sky were fantastic. Kerry, Melissa, and Lindsey were responsive to everyone one of my emails. Even to the point where I would be emailing Lindsey on her day off thinking she would get back to me the next business day, but she would get back to me that night. I was amazed and thankful due to my anxiety was running high when it was getting close to the wedding.

The wedding occurred at Edgewood late September 2017 and now since the wedding and planning is in the past, I am still impressed with Lindsey's professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. She was there during every anxiety ridden moment, especially during interactions with family members that do not understand wedding etiquette. Overall, our wedding day was perfect and Lindsey was with us every step of the way on that day.

If you are thinking of getting a wedding planner, please go with Blue Sky Events. You will not be disappointed at all!

Kerry just made our wedding everything I had imagined it would be and more! I hired her and her company as a month of coordinator for my Edgewood October 7th wedding. She did everything from small favors to herding my sometimes oblivious family.

I explained my wedding vision to her and she delivered perfectly. I couldn't be more grateful for the help and support that she gave to me and my family on that special day.

I would highly recommend Kerry and her company. I'll be calling them for our 10th wedding anniversary celebration ;)

Chelsea and the team at Blue Sky were brilliant! They made it so much easier to plan a Lake Tahoe wedding from far away - helped match us with fabulous local vendors and keep track of all the little details, making the planning process much less stressful. Thanks to Chelsea's attention to detail, we didn't have to worry about anything on our big day - it went perfectly! We would definitely recommend them!

Hiring Blue Sky Events is the best decision you will make for your wedding!!! Words cannot do our experience justice for how much we loved working with Lindsey and the immense amount of support and relief she gave us planning the wedding and coordinating on our wedding day! After a couple of months trying to find vendors for our destination wedding in North Lake Tahoe I started to get anxiety about the task I had taken on, so I switched my search to wedding planners. Blue Sky Events was a clear first choice based on their response time, friendliness, what they offered and price! You get so much for your money…piece of mind being the most important! Lindsey was assigned to our wedding and we could not have been happier with the services she provided. She helped me pick my vendors, understand wording in contracts and stay on track with planning. My husband and I flew up several times and Lindsey made herself available to join us while we were meeting vendors and gave great advice. She responded quickly to questions or concerns and followed through with everything discussed. Leading up to our wedding weekend I only stressed about minor details and never had any major stress because Lindsey had it all under control. The weekend of our wedding we were not the only people impressed by Lindsey, our family and friends also saw how helpful and organized she was making everything run so smoothly. There were even some bumps in the road on our wedding day that my guests and I were never aware of because Lindsey fixed the situations before they affected our wedding. My parents even appreciated Lindsey so much they mentioned her in their speech! The bottom line is Lindsey and Blue Sky Events are extremely helpful, friendly, organized and professional. Hiring them is the best decision you can make to have an enjoyable, much less stressful engagement, wedding planning and wedding day experience.

Planning a destination wedding for our daughter's wedding in South Lake Tahoe @ Edgewood Golf and Country Club seemed overwhelming in the beginning but finding (on Yelp) and hiring Blue Sky Events made the task smooth and simple! Kerry was our initial contact who was with us from the start. She then assigned our wedding details to Lindsey who was FABULOUS! She guided and directed us with professionalism, listened to every detail! We feel so lucky and blessed to find the right fit for our needs. The Blue Sky Events team deserves more than 5 stars *********! As a professional myself, working in the customer service -real estate industry -details and communication are key components to a successful event/transaction! Kerry was amazing! She is super on top of every detail! A true multi-tasker and detail oriented planner. Couldn't have done this without her. The guests were in awe of what a great job she did (although I let them think I had more to do with it than I did) She will do a great job for you!

Chelsea at Blue Sky Events did an amazing job planning my wedding. I was in Grad school during the planning process and Chelsea kept my mother and I on track, while helping me not get too overwhelmed. In the beginning, she gets an idea of who you are then recommends vendors based on this. My idea of a wedding was a great party, with most of it taking place outside. My parents wanted something nice, that they would be proud to have family fly across the country for. My ceremony was at Camp Richardson and the dinner and cocktails were on the lawn at Valhalla with dancing inside the hall. Everything was perfect. Many of the decisions about details were overwhelming for me and in a lot of cases I didn't really care, or couldn't decide. Chelsea would go through the details with me and make it easy. Instead of presenting too many options I could just say "yes, lets do that" or "no, that's not important to me". Chelsea was always available during the week and she was always very patient, even when me, my mother, and my sister were conferencing with her :0! In the end my wedding was so fun. My parents were also very pleased and proud of the end product that extended family flew so far to attend. I would definitely recommend Blue Sky Events to help plan your event. I am confident that all of the planners are amazing, but if you do get Chelsea, consider yourself lucky.

I don't even know where to start! Chelsea was my wedding coordinator and did such an amazing job! She was so helpful from day one and we really got along well. I was planning a destination wedding and I couldn't have done it without her! Everyone kept asking how I was so calm pre-wedding and I kept answering "Because Chelsea is so awesome, she's taking care of everything!" She was in contact with every single one of my vendors to create a detailed itinerary that made the night go so smoothly. There were some last minute changes and she took care of all the details. I could go on and on but I will end by saying I definitely recommend hiring Chelsea and Blue Sky Events as your wedding coordinator!

We were thrilled that Blue Sky Events was available for our wedding date. Chelsea and Kerry are very knowledgeable about Tahoe venues, vendors and the unpredictable weather patterns for the area and helped us set realistic expectations. They both gave excellent advice regarding the the pre-planning and day-of details, including where we should prioritize our time and what makes the biggest difference to our guests and to us. Chelsea was always easy to reach and very responsive. We had some last minute challenges (with weather of course) and Chelsea was 100% focused on working with our venue to make sure things happened the way we wanted, on time, and without adding any stress to us. Her patience and multi-tasking ability is impressive! She was there the entire night making sure we stayed on a timeline and was a great point person to all of our vendors and guests. If you plan on enjoying your night to the fullest and not worrying about details -big or small-I would say that hiring a coordinator is essential! I do not know how anyone does without! I would highly recommend Chelsea, Kerry and the rest of the Blue Sky team! I just want to re-live that night over and over! :)

Kerry and her team at Blue Sky Events made our daughter's wedding completely beautiful and personal and completely stress free which was my favorite part. They have really creative ideas which we never would have thought of and made sure we were on schedule for everything from the dress, flowers, lights, catering, pictures, cake, venue, bar, and all the rest. We appreciated and loved every detail. Kerry personally organized the rehearsal and made sure we were all comfortable with the order of the ceremony and who went where and when. They even made arrangements for kid activities and parking. Kerry's calm demeanor put us all at ease. We trust them completely.

I had the pleasure of working with this great creative team for my wedding in August at Jacobs Family Berry Farm. From the very beginning, I was able to trust Kerry and her team with my ideas - which she took to an even grander level..... with my concerns- which were noted and referred to throughout the planning process... and with which elements were most important to our family. The communication and detail between this team of creatives and other vendors involved in the production was second to none. I got thorough and detailed updates throughout the planning process. The team at Blue Sky Events were professional and organized and thoughtful down to even the few days prior to the wedding - checking on our own last minute nerves ! - The wedding Blue Sky Events put together for us was magical. It was more than I could have ever even dreamed of .... starting from a simple Pinterest board and showcasing amazing details. They were in sight at every timeline change, they were attentive and thorough with the sequence of events we decided on. They were perfect with music cues and cake cutting.... all the way down to a surprise exit. Truly a memory to last a lifetime. I would highly recommend Blue Sky Events for any event in the future. As far as weddings go, they are masters at what they do!

We were thrilled with our South Lake Tahoe wedding! Blue Sky did amazing job of juggling 80+ out-of-town guests and myriad vendors. Our ceremony was in one location and the reception was in another...so there were a lot of logistics. All was handled in a professional and proficient manner. No wedding goes on without a hitch but our small issues were handled immediately, without notice to any of our guests. My husband and I would highly recommend Blue Sky Events to any bride and groom. Thank you to the Blue Sky Events Team for making our wedding one for the books!

I could not imagine planning my wedding without Chelsea and Kerry!!! The Blue Sky Team was so helpful and informative in the months leading up to our big day. They had great suggestions and helped bring our vision of the wedding to life.
Unfortunately, we had some bad weather on our wedding day and we had to move the wedding to the back-up venue at Lakeview Lodge on Heavenly 3 hours before the ceremony was to begin!! Blue Sky handled everything!!! Every vendor was contacted and notified, all of our decor and personal items and decor were moved. I was able to enjoy getting dressed and ready without the stress of coordinating a venue location change. I don't know what I would have done without Chelsea! She was so organized, helpful and kind every step of the way.
The ceremony and reception ran so smoothly and everything was beautiful! I highly recommend the Blue Sky Team!
