  Everyone Loved the Driver!

  Brittney at Blue Ridge Tours was so easy to work with - she was very prompt in answering my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet the driver, Woody, but he received GLOWING reviews from everyone. Everyone said he was a safe driver, friendly, funny, and apparently he even prevented some "wedding crashers" from attending our wedding!

  Excellent!

  Blue Ridge Tours was excellent to work with. Their drivers were professional, their office staff was communicative and organized. We had no issues, all of our guests were thankful for safe transportation, and they quickly refunded our security deposit after the wedding. What more could you want for a wedding?? Thank you Blue Ridge!!

  Brittney was the best!

  Blue Ridge Tours was an amazing partner for our wedding. Specifically, Brittney delivered best-in-class customer service from explaining the options, to booking our buses, to proactively reaching out about payment, to providing driver names and contact information in a timely manner. It was especially helpful that Brittney is clearly a Charlottesville-area professional—she helped us understand how the UVA football game would effect our transportation, and together we developed a timeline that would ensure guests arrived before the ceremony. The buses were clean, drivers were friendly, and everyone was safe; we could not have asked for more.

  We hired Blue Ridge Tours to take wedding guests from the hotel to the wedding venue- about 25 minutes away. I had called several bus companies for quotes but was most impressed with Blue Ridge. This company was much more concerned with safety than others I contacted or others that my friends had used. The office manager, Brittney was so helpful and easy to work with. She walked me through all of the steps in the process and sent me reminders when I needed to provide her with more information. She also helped me write-up the itinerary and provided the bus driver's contact information to me in advance of the event. On the day of the event, the bus driver showed up well in advance of the assigned time and did a great job. After the event, they quickly returned my security deposit. Unfortunately, I thought I had lost the check. Brittney offered to stop the check and send a replacement to me. In the end, I found the check but greatly appreciated her helpfulness after the event was over. Highly recommend!

  Brittney at Blue Ridge Tours is great. She was incredibly responsive and organized in helping us set up transportation from the hotel to our venue and back at the end of the night for our guests. Our driver (I apologize for forgetting her name) was incredibly sweet and everyone felt safe throughout the drive (even with 3 deer running into the road on the drive home!). I would highly recommend working with them!

  We used a 56 person charter bus and it worked out perfect for our wedding guests! The bus arrived plenty early to pick everyone up from the hotel, and it did two scheduled trips back (an early bird and end of night trip). We joined our friends and rode the bus back at the end of the night and loved it. It was nice that guests did not have to worry about driving 25 minutes through dark windy back roads after the wedding. Also, our driver was so friendly and helpful! He made sure to help all guests on/off. I would definitely recommend this company (not to mention it was better value than the other shuttle companies in the area). We couldn't have asked for better transportation.

  Great customer service

  Blue Ridge Tours provided shuttle service for our wedding guests to/from the hotel and our venue. They were very prompt and buses were very clean! I appreciated the speedy responses and excellent customer service I received via email from their staff.

  Solid choice for transport!

  Blue Ridge Tours was a great option for us. We had a room block at the Omni in Charlottesville and wedding ceremony and reception at Early Mountain Vineyards out in Madison, VA. it was super easy to contact and communicate with Brittney at Blue Ridge. I will say, the only downfall was having a 1 month policy for changing or cancelling any shuttles you book—so just keep that in mind when planning and booking, but overall super smooth and great experience!

  We booked 2 buses with Blue Ridge Tours to transport all of our 100+ wedding guests from Charlottesville hotels to King Family Vineyard in Crozet, VA. Throughout the booking process, they were very responsive and I found their quote was unmatched to other local vendors. I needed several stops made at the end of the wedding night for guests that were staying on the other side of town and they were very accommodating prior to the wedding. Come the day of the wedding, both buses were on schedule and all guests arrived to the wedding on time, which was extremely important to us and was a big source of stress for me throughout the planning process.
  
  However, after the wedding, as guests were getting on the return shuttle, there seemed to be a disagreement with where the buses were making drop offs at. Despite the confirmed itinerary sent to me 2 weeks before the wedding, one bus driver was very against this plan and started yelling at all of our guests. As I was coming outside to get on the bus, I immediately noticed all of the commotion/confusion and guests began approaching me asking what bus to get on. I asked the driver to pull up the itinerary on her phone, which she did, and it was then she realized that she was wrong. When it was all said and done, both buses made the previously agreed upon stops, which I am grateful for but the yelling/screaming done by the driver was not well received by myself or my guests. It's not quite the way you would like to end your wedding night.
