I could not have asked for a better catering team. All of the food was delicious, the whole team was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and attentive and also fast! We welcomed them to the dance floor and had a blast dancing with them. Truly an amazing team. We had a few calls with the before the wedding to make sure everyone was on board. I will forever recommend them. Also who doesn’t like pizza and this pizza was absolutely incredible. Thank you so much blue ridge pizza co team! -

Absolutely unbelievable!
I can not even begin to express how grateful I am for Melissa & Jay and their wonderful crew. Besides choosing the groom, this was the BEST decision we made for our wedding :) The food was absolutely amazing, such good service and quantities our guests were raving and full! They were so incredibly thoughtful and intentional about taking care of our guests (getting my sister in law with a newborn food and taking care of her, making sure the groom and I were fed and had drinks, taking care of my elderly guests etc etc) they went ABOVE and beyond. Our wedding coordinator last minute got sick and I was absolutely worried about everything, they came early on the wedding day and I trusted Melissa, she absolutely ensured everything was what I dreamed of. If you are looking for a thoughtful and incredible catering, look no further I would choose them again in an instant. ❤️ the absolute best we will be searching for their events to visit them again. -

We had Blue Ridge Pizza for our wedding welcome party this weekend and it was a HUGE hit with all of our guests. The pizza, salad, and mini desserts were all delicious. The staff were on time and so friendly and efficient. They even boxed up leftovers for us. We highly recommend them for any wedding events!

Truly a great experience working with BRPC for our October wedding. The food was phenomenal – everyone absolutely loved it. Definitely get the appetizers too! They make more than great pizza. Zero issues with timing, even with serving 100+ guests and vendors, and people even got to go back for seconds and thirds! If you’re looking for a company that’s easy to work with, communicative, makes delicious food, and leaves a lasting impression on your guests – definitely book BRPC. -

Blue Ridge Pizza was a phenomenal pick for our rehearsal dinner. The team was incredibly kind and efficient and the food was so so great. BRPC was wonderful to work with! The food was delicious, and we got to have a bunch of variety. At first, when my husband and I said we were serving pizza, we got a good bit of flack for it. At the wedding, we had people coming up to us apologizing that they judged our choice, and that it was such a great idea and that they were heading back for seconds!
Melissa and Justine also do wedding coordinating and it's a must have! They brought my ideas to life, and even gave me more ideas. They have an eye for detail and helped make my wedding amazing. Melissa and Justine are so nice and easy to work with. I would 10000% recommend them and Blue Ridge Pizza! -

We absolutely recommend Blue Ridge Pizza Company to cater your wedding! Justine and Melissa were receptive and communicative during the planning phase. The pizzas were made hot, fresh, and craveable. Even our guests with dietary restrictions were accounted for and served delicious options. The service and bartending team were incredible- special shout-out to Tracy for keeping the wedding party in good spirits. Thank you for helping to make our wedding so amazing! Well done BRPC! -

Melissa, Jay, and the entire team at Blue Ridge Pizza Co. are truly phenomenal. My husband and I were married in a very small ceremony in January 2021, but wanted to plan a belated celebration with all of our family and friends for when he returned from a military deployment. We had dreamed of having pizza at our celebration, so hearing about Blue Ridge Pizza Co. from our venue coordinator was so exciting. Not only did they provide exceptional, fast service and amazing food (the appetizers are just as wonderful as the pizza, which is saying a lot), but every member of the team is extremely kind and truly caring, ensuring all of our guests had a wonderful experience. The team was also present in the entire planning process, which began over a year before our date, to ensure the day was a complete success. The online portal Blue Ridge Pizza Co. uses for communication is super user-friendly, which, combined with Melissa's attention to detail and organization, was such a gift to me as I planned. Prior to booking, we received a free pizza tasting while at Polo at King Family Vineyards, which was in addition to an incredible "to-go" tasting Jay made a few weeks prior to the wedding so my husband could also enjoy the tasting experience once he was home. In short, Blue Ridge Pizza Co. goes above and beyond to support you during wedding planning and totally delivers a crowd-pleasing experience for your cocktail hour and reception. Our celebration was better than we could have hoped or dream, much thanks to Blue Ridge Pizza Co! While I am so happy to have enjoyed such a wonderful day, I am going to miss emailing with all of the Blue Ridge Pizza Co. team, as they are such a joy to interact with. My now husband and I had Blue Ridge Pizza as our wedding catering and we could not have been happier! Not only is their food amazing but they were so easy and enjoyable to work with as well. They were willing to work with our dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten free) and our budget and we always felt as though they had our needs top of mind. They also provided the best bartenders and offered bussing services! We highly recommend using Blue Ridge Pizza for your catering needs!! -

We pivoted our rehearsal dinner plans 3 weeks before our wedding and hired Blue Ridge Pizza Co. We had the best experience working with them under a tight timeline. Their reposes time is unmatched and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Our guests LOVED the pizza (as did we). Can not recommend Blue Ridge Pizza Co enough! -

I cannot recommend them enough! We hired them for dinner, full catering, and bar services. The food was amazing! We got to do a tasting and then choose four different types of pizza, plus a salad. Everyone commented on how delicious and unique the pizza was and the food service was fast and smooth. They even packed some pizza for us to take home after the wedding. They were amazing in terms of setting up and breaking down our wedding as well. We had a lot of last minute changes due to rain, but they handled it all and never bothered me or the groom with last minute changes. Having them there made the whole day feel stress free and smooth. They were also really responsive to emails and questions throughout the planning process. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Hire them! -

BRP company literally made our catering experience a breeze
We needed a full service caterer for our venue, and they provided above and beyond
For the preparation running up to our event, Mellisa was on it !
She guided us through this difficult and especially stressful 2020 bridal season
The night of our event the staff were Very professional and friendly
The quality of the pizza and the appetizers were amazing. Our guests raved about the food
The father of the bride who was stuck behind the DJ console, asked if there was any pizza left later in the evening and a hot fresh pizza was specially made
We could not be happier with our choice to use BRP for our wedding

Blue Ridge Pizza Co. catered day 1 of our 2 day wedding event at Walden Hall in Reva, VA and they did not disappoint! We were looking for great tasting food with a laid back vibe and the BRPCO team delivered the pizza and then some! Nikki and Yannick were so easy to contact and very responsive during the planning process, which, by the way, was super easy. They were probably one of the easiest wedding vendors to work with in terms of simplicity of their contract and the least amount of planning time required. The hardest part was narrowing down the menu options since everything looks so good. We felt at ease knowing that they would have everything covered. During the event, the team worked nonstop to get the food out to our guests. Everyone loved the appetizers, salad, and of course, their amazing pizza! I highly recommend Blue Ridge Pizza Co. to cater your next event. -

Beginning with their clear, concise, and consistent communication, this is what set them apart from others and took a lot of the hectic stress out of dealing with vendors. On the day, they seamlessly worked themselves into our reception. Their setup was not intrusive and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the food out and set up on a tight time schedule. They offer a TON of pizza varieties and this was perhaps the biggest challenge picking which ones to use! Their pizza was excellent (quatro formaggi was my favorite); salad and sides were fresh. and their display was minimal and aesthetic and fit nicely into the wedding. They provided more than enough pizza for the number of guests we had and even though everyone loved the pizza we still had left overs to enjoy for days after! Great pizza, professional company. -

We met with them at a beer festival to do a tasting and it didn't take us long to be convinced we would be using them for our rehearsal dinner. We had rented our venue for the whole weekend so it was important to find a vendor who was willing to travel out to our venue location to cater our rehearsal dinner and it was also important that the food matched the laid back atmosphere we wanted for the night. They offered a pizza, salad, and pie package that ended up being perfect for that. We chose 4 different types of pizzas that they made right out of the wood-fire grill they brought along and everyone loved them. We still get comments from our guests about how much they loved the pizza. Their salad was also delicious and the pies they got from a local pie company were amazing. Not only was their food great, but their management and team were so nice and accommodating. They worked mainly with my mother and father-in-law and they also comment regularly on how much they enjoyed working with them throughout the process and the day of the rehearsal. I would highly recommend them not only for rehearsal dinners but they would also be great for a wedding reception. Some friends of ours that came to our rehearsal dinner have already booked them for their next family function. We hope to come back to town soon and find out where they will be serving so we can enjoy their food again!
