Delicious food!
EVERYONE was so happy with the way our food tasted at the wedding! All of our guests have made a point to tell us how delicious the food was! Signature catering had great customer service and were very easy to work with! We are very happy with this company! -

Everything was GREAT! It was such pleasure to work with Blue Marlin! I would recommend Blue Marling any day!!!! The price was great and the service was outstanding! The staff providing my husband and I a private meal before we greeted our guest. Thanks Blue Marlin for helping make our day special.
P.S The shrimp and grits were AMAZING!!! -

We rented the Vista Room for our small Wedding. They were fantastic from start to finish. We did not have to sweat the small stuff with them. We had just under 50 people and they worked with us at every turn. They even worked with us up until the morning of the wedding. They have a fantastic staff who took care of us and every single guest, they were helpful and did everything possible to make our wedding special. We didn't have a care or worry in the world. The food was amazing (always is) and I can't wait to go back for dinner/ lunch/ anniversary! -

Blue Marlin Signature Catering allowed us to provide exactly what we wanted to feed our guests within a reasonable budget. Other, larger, more popular catering companies quoted us outrageous prices for meager fare for my small, 40 guest wedding and were impossible to get in touch with. Kay with Blue Marlin was always easy to reach and she quoted us around 1/3 of the price for much better food (choice of petit filet, salmon, or a vegan meal with sides, hot appetizers, cake cutting, etc) and delivered well beyond expectations. Our guests are still raving about the food. Kay was a joy to work with and made so much of wedding planning so much easier for us, as they bundle rentals through party reflections, bar tending service through a few businesses you can choose from, cake cutting, and alcohol all into your catering package with zero hidden fees or hassle. She arranged delivery and returns and set up for us and it really helped keep wedding planning low stress and low cost. We plan to use Signature Catering for many events and years to come. -

Blue Marlin did a wonderful job catering our wedding! Kay was amazing to coordinate with and was very flexible with changes I wanted to make up to a few weeks before the wedding. The whole staff was great and even packed up food for us to take after we left the wedding so we were really able to enjoy the food! -

We had to scramble a little towards the end with our caterer, as we had someone cancel on us towards our wedding date. While we did get off to a rocky start with Blue Marlin, the result was great, we were able to get a menu put together in no time, and the food was fantastic. My wife was able to visit the kitchen and sample the menu, and we knew it would be perfect. Everyone was raving about how great the food was, particularly the shrimp and grits. Despite the great food, there were some minor snags on the big day. The catering coordinator was sick on that day, and no one stepped in to fill that void. Thus, our entire gluten free option was not fulfilled. What’s more, we were not compensated for the missing, unused, and unserved food. It did seem odd that no one was able to pick up the slack when a team member was out sick. Also, Party Reflections was contracted through Blue Marlin for some of our needs on the day. Since it was raining on the wedding day, Party Reflections had brought a tent to put over the DJ Booth. We were assured that should we decide to not put it up, or even unload it from the truck, we would not be charged for the tent. We never ended up using the tent, leaving it on the truck. We were told we would be credited for not using the tent, but we still have yet to be credited. And it’s not for lack of trying, either. We have placed four calls to Blue Marlin, and spoken to them twice, and each time, we were assured that it would be looked in to. And each time, we have not heard anything back. Although the communication and planning was off, and we are still waiting for loose ends to be tied up, based on the incredible food, we recommend Blue Marlin for your next event. -
