Katie and all the staff at Blue Canyon made our day easy and perfect. She made great suggestions to make sure we had enough food, but not too much to cause a waste.

I had my rehearsal dinner at blue canyon and it couldn't of gone better! The staff was awesome and the room was set up how I wanted to and everything! It was perfect !

I had my wedding rehearsal dinner at Blue Canyon last week. It was a big hit! It's a little out of the way, but totally worth it. The view was stunning from the back room. We felt like we were tucked away in our own private cabin in the woods! The service was great and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you have a large group!

We hosted my son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner here. We were immediately taken with the ambiance which is warm and inviting yet elegant. The food is delicious - familiar, with an unexpected twist. We had over 30 guests and everyone was served each course at the same time with a smile. The staff made planning easy. Happy to make suggestions, accommodate with tables for gifts, photo display, etc. They make all expenses clear before hand so you know exactly what to expect. We were delighted, still talking about it and wanting to return.

We and our guests absolutely loved the food and service provided for our rehearsal dinner. It was a bit more of a splurge but absolutely worth it! Every guest loved their meal and it was beautiful at night.
