    Amazing service!

    The employees were so kind with helping select dresses, and making the entire process enjoyable for my family. The lady who helped me was patient, and offered a lot assistance the whole time. It was a great experience :)

    Veil Sourcing

    Katie was super quick to respond to my request for a veil after another bridal store in the Bay Area lost my veil even though I had ordered it together with my dress. She helped me source and order it all in 2 days!

    Beyond amazing!

    Had the best experience with Blossoms. Krista helped me find my dream dress! I had already tried on so many dresses at other bridal shops and was feeling so discouraged. She encouraged me to try on other styles I haven’t tried before just Incase I might find one that I liked more than I was looking for. I found and fell in love with the dress and not only did they help me with my budget, they gave me my veil for free and gave me a military discount on top of that. Krista was amazing! She was so patient and didn’t rush me. I tried on so many dresses and definitely stayed way past my time limit. Katy was also amazing. She made sure the dress would be there in time if the wedding had to be sooner than expected and she also made sure the alterations and were exactly what I wanted. She even gave me tips on how to talk in my dress so I didn’t trip or step on it. Beyond happy with my experience with Blossoms. Thank you Krista and Katy for helping make my wedding dreams come true!

    Amazing Staff

    I happened to walk by this place every day as it was literally next door to my apartment complex. I walked in not having any plans looking for my wedding dress. I was immediately impressed by the huge selection they had! Within 5 mins I had 8 dresses I wanted to try on! Even though I didn’t have an appt the staff was willing to let me try the dresses on and this was on a Sunday and they were busy. They were so flexible and friendly!! I told them the style I was looking for and they gave me other alternatives that I loved! I literally had to go back another time to review my choices and select my top 3 and then even another time to make my final decision. The staff was great at giving their opinions and so easy to work with! I moved to Chicago shortly after and they were fantastic about shipping the dress to me and sending over the alteration recommendations so I could work with my new seamstress!

    Highly Personalized, Experience Lots of Variety

    I had SUCH a wonderful and special experience shopping for my wedding dress at Blossoms, and I highly recommend booking an appointment here if you are in the area! They have an insanely wide selection, private dressing suite for try-ons, and the most amazing consultants.

    Stephanie was my consultant and once we settled into the suite, she sat down with me to talk about what I was looking for, what I liked and didn't like about dresses I'd tried on before (I had been to two other stores earlier that day). She really wanted to hear from me about what I liked about the various dresses and what I was envisioning. It really helped quickly develop my trust in her and when she said she knew exactly what I was going for, I felt confident that she really did.

    She brought out dresses for me that really nailed what I wanted (minimal, chic), that were all so lovely. Still, I was struggling to find a standout among those dresses, so Stephanie asked if I was open to trying something totally different, just to help recalibrate. She thought it might help, since I'd been trying very similar dresses, and I thought that made a lot of sense. We started trying on dresses that were just completely different and honestly, a couple that were exactly the styles that I knew I didn't want. And, sure enough, that move definitely helped! It was really amped up the fun of the experience, trying on styles that I just did not ever picture myself wearing. Katie, the owner, was really attentive as well. She'd pop in to check on us to make sure we were having a good experience, and she was happy to brainstorm with Stephanie, too, about dresses for me (both ones that fit what I was looking for, and ones for when we decided to try on very different styles). And as it happens.. among those dresses that I thought weren't for me, I found my dress!

    I cannot say enough good things about the support, attention, and kindness my family and I received at Blossoms. Stephanie was so attentive to all of us, and was very aware if we needed a break or needed to switch things up. I had really positive experiences at the other stores I had gone to (BHLDN and David's Bridal) but they did not compare to the level of attention I got at Blossoms.

    Even if I walked away without having found my dress, I would have left happy.

    I live in NC but wanted to look for a wedding gown while I was visiting my mom in CA. Blossoms had tons of dresses to choose from in my price range of $900-$1300. I was helped one-on-one and even given my own private suite for trying on dresses. Staff was really non-judgmental about my choice to have my fiance help me pick out dresses, and when I asked them about suits for my gay bridesmaid. The lady who helped us was super quick about picking dresses I liked, and having veils/belts/earrings/whatever ready in a jiffy. Even better, when I said yes to the dress, they honored my fiance with a military discount, and was able to ship my dress all the way to my doorstep in NC! They never once pressured me out of budget. Now I am buying my bridesmaids dresses there too on discount, and all my bridesmaids have to do is call and give measurements and a card number over the phone, and their dresses will be at their doors in MI and WI too!

    This place deserves 6 stars for kindness, adaptability, and bang for its buck. I would recommend anyone for wants to feel special when picking out their dress to visit Blossoms.

    PS-My sister got the most glam!!! prom dress here too! Love it!

    I found Blossoms Bridal at a wedding fair. Booking my appointment was easy. I had a certain style I was looking for. Open sheer back. The owner booked the Couture room (a private room in the back). Once I arrived I met Stephanie. She is amazing. If you plan to book a consultant ask for her. I ended up saying "Yes to my Blossom dress" on my 3rd try. I ended up with a Sophia Tolli for $1900 (before tax). If you are on a budget they have other affordable dresses. I was lucky to try book my appointment during a not so busy weekend. I placed my order on Nov 7th, expecting my dress to arrive in May and it arrived in January. Much earlier than I expected. They are storing my dress until May when I go back for alterations.
    Make sure you budget for alterations. It can range up to $600. The hem (make it shorter) alone is $225.
    The negative part I see with this location is the overbooking. The store is not big and people without appointments can easily walk in and look at dresses. It can get a little crowded and overwhelming. I think they should have a receptionist to prevent walk ins during busy times.

    Stephanie was amazing! My sister and I were both shopping for dresses and they found the perfect dresses for both of us on the same day. We had tried 6 other shops previously with no luck. And the best part is, they were able to work a deal with us to fit both dresses into my mom's budget! Huge savings and awesome service! Love them! We drove two hours and went out on a limb to try them. So glad we did!

    All employees were incredibly kind and helpful. The selection of dresses was great. The girls helping were great in helping me get in and out of dresses and showing different accessories that could work with dresses. Would definitely use them again and again!!!

    Katie was so patient and helpful with me as I was trying to find a dress, because I had no idea what I wanted and I was super picky. The most important thing to know if you are petite and looking for a wedding dress is that Katie knows how to pin the bigger sizes so that you actually have an idea of what it will look like when you order it in the right size!!! This is apparently a rare talent, as I went to more than one place to search for my dress. They have a larger selection and broader range of sizes than most other boutique-type stores, and they offer discounts to your bridal party if you buy your dress with them. My bridesmaids, my fiance, the groomsmen, the fathers, and the grandfathers are all getting their outfits here. They also do amazing alteration work, and it's fun to browse the party/prom dresses in the back of the store. I also noticed they have Indian-style wedding dresses, if that is what you're looking for.

    Joyce was amazing at helping me find a dress that fit the style and overall feel of our wedding. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon she was able to give me lots of personalized attention and I never felt rushed or pressured.

    What can I say ! I was so pleased with Patti . She took the time to explain and show different styles of dresses .. If you ever go to blossom bridal ask for Patti . I left with a great experience and bought my dress that day !!!

    Katie is the BEST! I had previously gone to several other places to look for my dress, from small boutique salons to the "big box wedding shop" DB. I found the smaller places to have minimal dresses in stock (and most prices were above my budget (about $1000). DB was just a horrendous experience, with sales reps who were unprepared, could not offer any advice or help on what to try, and was so stressful that by the time I went to Blossom's, I had pretty much given up on getting that "Say-yes-to-the-dress" moment. Well, I was wrong! I went to Blossom's with my MOH, and noticed right away that the store had A LOT of sample dresses in different styles from different makers (it was actually almost overwhelming to walk in and see so many). Our appointment was with Katie, who immediately asked me questions to determine my style, what I've looked at, what my budget was, what I didn't like, etc. I came in thinking I wanted a satin ballgown with pick ups, and although Katie picked out some dresses based on that description, she also brought out other dresses she thought I should try. One of those turned out to be THE ONE! (And the funny part is the dress was pretty much the exact opposite of what I thought I wanted!). Katie is truly amazing, she's more than happy to pull dresses based on what you ask for, but she also knows how to pick dresses based on your body type as well. She also discounted the price to get it within my budget, and alterations was also very affordable. I couldn't be happier with my dress and would definitely recommend Katie and Blossom's for any bride in search of her perfect gown!

    After a long battle with finding the perfect dress for almost 6 months, a hopeless bride to be and thirty something dresses later, Katie (the owner) pulled a dress for me and told me, "Just try it on, you will never know.". I wouldn't say I fell in love with it immediately, but the longer I had it on and more days I had to think, I may have found my dress. Katie was super patient and told me to come back with my bridesmaids and family and try it on again for them to see. She never made me feel like I was being too difficult or being a demanding bride. Instead, she made me feel like I was an important client and that she is very willing to work with me. Thank you Katie for an amazing experience!

    I can to Blossoms because it was recommended by a friend. They selected a wide variety of styles of dresses, some that I would never have thought of for myself. I bought a Kitty Chen gown and per the owner she knows the designer personally. It took a year for my dress to be made and it was over my budget, but I would never change that. The overall experience was wonderful. They also have a wide selection of accessories to choose from and that made the experience ever better.

    My experience at Blossoms Bridal is something I will always remember. Every bride must experience what they have to offer. Their wide range of dresses and the quality is excellent. I got my Wedding outfit from Blossoms and I totally love it. They did a great job on the alterations too. Not to forget, I had to take my dress to India, and had just 2 days to leave. They did the alterations very well in such a short time. Their customer service is top noch and these guys know exactly what they are doing. Thank you Katie and Stephanie for helping me find what I needed and takiing off the stress I went through in finding the right outfit for my wedding. These lovely ladies, take alot of interest in what you are looking for and go out of their way to get you the right outfit. They have a wide range of about 1500 dresses in their store and their prices are reasonable for the good quality of dresses they house. I checked 14 stores before I found Blossoms. I couldnt ask for more. I will always remember your guys for making my day all the more special.

    I was very satisfied with my beautiful wedding gown and my bridesmaids, maid and matron of honor dresses. My mother's dress was purchased from them as well. They were very flexible with us. Whenever we had fittings they were professional and made us feel very special. Thank you Blossom!!!

    I bought my dress at Blossoms for a September 2013 wedding and they were very easy to work with. They stayed within my price range and gave me a huge discount on the La Sposa dress I wanted. In addition, they also gave us a discount on the alterations. My only issue was the alterations needed to be fixed as the hemming was still too long and the dress had to be cleaned again because they had gotten it dirty. However, once alerted to the problem they did a wonderful job resolving it. I was so pleased with my dress and have already recommended them to two other friends getting married in the area.

    I bought my dress here, it was beautiful dress however the detachable sleeves didn't arrive in time for my wedding day. I wore it strapless.

    They were very kind and tried to send the sleeves, however the didn't solve the problem in time.

    Where do I start? I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with Blossoms. I couldn't find the wedding dress I wanted anywhere. I was 3 months away from my big day and could not find the dress. Every store told me it would be 6+ months to get a dress ordered. When I contacted blossoms, it was a dream come true. Not because they had my dress but because I got to talk to Katie. She went above and beyond to be sure I had the dress I wanted. She had ordered same dress, size and color for a bride who's wedding isn't until next year and was able to get her to agree to give me her dress while she ordered a replacement for her. Not only that, being 100s of miles away from her store, she still managed to help me get my dress altered. Just a great person looking to make every bride look and feel their best. I would highly recommend them if you're still looking for "the dress.'

    Would definitely recommend Blossoms! The store is VERY crowded right now because they lost their prom store to renovations so now all dresses are under 1 roof. My stylist pulled a dress that I had never seen, based on what I had told her I liked and pictures I brought, and it ended up being THE dress. It turned out beautifully! Alterations are VERY pricey and the gal that does them doesn't speak great English but does GORGEOUS work.

    I can not say enough good things about my experience at Blossoms. Patti was an incredible consultant! She's a great listener, knows the stock inside and out, and has an amazing sense for knowing what dresses really fit a girl's style and personality.

    Originally, my consultant was Katie - she was super sweet but I don't think she really listened during our consultation, because nothing she pulled was at all my taste. About 15 minutes into the appointment, she told me she had an errand to run and that she was turning me over to Patti. Although I was a bit put off by that (why start the appointment if you know you aren't going to finish it?), it turned out to be the best thing that happened during my dress search.

    When Patti took over, I tried on 1 more of the dresses Katie had pulled. Patty could tell that I wasn't thrilled and after listening to my feedback, told me to not bother trying on any more because she was going to pull another batch that she thought would be more my style. She nailed it! I liked every dress she pulled but after listening to my thoughts on the first couple, she pulled a dress that I absolutely loved. It's totally unique and so very 'me.' She somehow managed to take my hodgepodge of comments and pull a dress that was incredibly perfect. The woman is a genius!

    Forward 5 months to picking up my dress. I wasn't having my alterations done at Blossoms (it's just too far from where I live) so they said I didn't need an appointment. When I got there, it was super busy but Patti not only remembered me, she managed to find me a room to try on my dress and then spent another half an hour while I tried on about a million veil options. I'm pretty sure she was with another bride for part of that time, but I felt like I was the only customer in the store with the amazing service I got from her.

    The only caveat is that I did find the dress for less elsewhere but they price matched so I got it for less than the list pric. Go visit Patti - she's the best!

    The owner of this store is absolutely incredible. After the girl attending to me brought out dresses that were not at all my style, the owner came to check on me and asked me about the dress I had on: what I liked and didn't like about it. Exactly what I needed to be asked! She came back with an array of dresses that were much more "me" and the very last dress I tried on was the owner's pick for me to try on. That very dress was the dress that I wore on my wedding day! She had it rushed for me to have in time at no extra cost and found my mom her dress as well! Katie is amazing and the store is full of so many options. I would absolutely recommend this store to any bride-to-be!

    Patty was absolutely amazing the staff made planning my wedding attire very simple and easy we did have some alteration issues with my maid of honor dress but they rectified the issue quickly and return the cost of alterations. would do business with them again for anybody else's wedding

    My experience with Blossoms was very pleasant. A long time ago, I bought my senior prom dress from them, so my mom suggested returning for my wedding dress. We were assisted by Christine (for disclosure's sake, she is a family friend so there was a connection there before our experience this time). From the moment we walked in, we felt like every employee cared about how I looked and felt. Christine listened to me explain all that I wanted from my dress, from specific details (sleeves, deep neckline, lace) to abstract thoughts (a woodland princess that fell into a bed of white flowers and rolled around until her dress transformed into a magical gown). She instantly knew exactly what I wanted, and brought out THE dress that I ended up saying yes to at a later date (with more witnesses for the big moment). When we asked if she had recommendations for jewelry, veil, shoes, and other details, she brought out specific products, without feeling like she was going for an "upsell". It was a genuine suggestion, and we ended up going with her recommendations, with zero regrets.
    The .7 stars lost on our rating was one hiccup we had during the alteration process, which had nothing to do with the sales staff or management, and entirely to do with the seamstress and her poor scheduling skills. We had an appointment for our final fitting (it had already been altered, and it was time for the pickup appointment) and a week before the appointment, we were informed that the seamstress was going to be on vacation. We couldn't reschedule, because I was traveling from out of town and couldn't arrive earlier or leave later, so we ended up just picking up the dress without having the seamstress look at it one last time. That being said...it needed zero extra alterations so she probably didn't need to be there anyway! But the added stress of that call was very frustrating.
    Overall, I recommend that EVERY bride in the Bay Area try Blossoms.

    I scored a wonderful sample dress at blossoms! I love the dress and sash I purchased with them. Their pricing is reasonable and they have a large selections of dresses. All the ladies have been very helpful. We were so pleased with our experience that we went back for dress for our bridal party. Just try to avoid shopping on a Saturday during prom season.....so busy!!!!

    For my initial wedding dress shopping my experience was great! I had a consultant all to myself and a huge fitting room private from the main shopping area. Designer gowns at a great price plus optimal service equals a happy bride.

    I purchased my wedding dress through Blossoms. My experience was good, although I could definitely tell the person helping me was new and didn't have much experience. Besides that I was in and out pretty quickly! I found a great dress at a great price! ( I am scared to see what the alteration cost will be once it comes in since I feel like they ordered a size too large) overall I would recommend!

    I went back here a second time to try on the dress I was planning to get. My first visit, I wasn't thrilled with anything about it but they had the dress I was looking for so I went back. My visit today was SO much better than the last time. They brought me the dress and helped me with selecting belts and veils to try on. I worked with Jenna and she was great. We went first thing on a Sunday morning and we were the only people there, which was nice. I did end up buying my dress from them. I am a little concerned because they have so many negative reviews with the process of receiving your dress months later so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this goes smoothly for me. In 6 months, when I receive my dress, I will update my review with that information.

    Blossoms Bridal was good enough to get it done, plus they carried the designer and dress that I was looking for. My consultant was supper friendly and really excited for me. I had a few problems, but in the end it all worked out. When I purchased my dress we never discussed color, and I ended up with an Ivory dress without ever talking about a white dress. When I came out of the exciting, wow I found THE DRESS fog, I realized that I hadn't gotten a white dress like I wanted. Even though I placed my order 8 months in advance and I called a week after placing the order, they were unable to change/correct my order. My fault for not checking the fine print, but still a little disappointing. Also, the alteration options were very limited. My dress had a cute little edge on the bottom of the first tulle layer, but Blossoms was unable to replicate it. In fact if they have to take the hem from the bottom, you are our of luck and must live with an unfinished edge. I chose to not hem my dress, but if you need alterations consider taking it to another place. I would recommend this location, just because they have a great selection of dresses, but be sure to take a breath and review your order carefully.

    This was a big and important purchase for me, so it would have been great if the experience was better. In store, people were nice and helpful, but trying to get ahold of people once home was very difficult. In my opinion, it shouldn't take several days to get phone calls returned and nearly THREE weeks for an email reply. There was one day when I called and was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes, an hour later still no one had called me back, so I called again, and again was told I would be called back in 5 minutes, and all I wanted was an emailed receipt for my expensive purchase. In a separate incident, I got an email reply nearly three weeks after sending an email asking a simple question (I was avoiding having to phone because of my last experience), the person said they were bad with emails and calls but to text them. Text??? I'm youngish, I get the texting thing, but is this a professional business or not?
    Like I said, in shop was fine, but I shouldn't have to feel like I am bugging people when I call asking for a receipt or asking for a general estimate of when my wedding dress will arrive. It would have been much easier to get my dress altered at the store, but after my experience, I have decided to go elsewhere.
    Like I said, buying a wedding dress is a huge deal, and other stores I visited treated it as such; I wish the place I actually found the dress I wanted would have been the same special experience.
    I DON'T want any follow up questions or phone calls; I'm just glad I have my dress and can move on.

    I initially was very happy with the service I received when purchasing my dress. I then tried to set up time for my bridesmaids to come try on dresses. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me, after nearly daily calls. I even went in and they told me to call and set up the appointment. After FINALLY getting the dresses ordered (as we were running out of time), I saw some shoes that they had on display that I thought were "the ones". Unfortunately, the shoe was not my size. I asked if they could get them or had a different size and they were incredibly unhelpful. They refused to order my size and really were not interested in selling shoes. Wedding shoes are so hard to find, and when I finally found the ones that absolutely matched my dress, I can't get them and they weren't willing to help. I am still trying to find a shoe now and am very disappointed in how unfriendly the lady was who "helped" me with them. She just was not interested in the sale nor willing to help.

    Brides stay away.

    If I could give a negative star I would.
    I ordered a wedding dress that arrived filthy, dirty, and smelled like trash. I understand it was a sample sell dress but sample sell does not mean dirty merchandise sell. I called spoke to a lady who said she would call me back. She didn't. I emailed. No one emailed me back. So I paid UPS shipping to send it back. Instead of apologizing and fully refunding me, this place charges me a shipping fee and restocking fee. The audacity. I paid for my own shipping and a restocking fee is a joke. Why would I pay for them to restock a dirty dress. I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. We as consumers have rights.
    Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to be crooks. I should be focusing on my wedding.
    Brides stay away, this bridal store doesn't care crap about your experience or special day.

    The store sized me 2 sizes too small, and provided poor quality alterations. I had to buy a completely new dress two months before my wedding.

    In November 2022, Stephanie was the associate who sized me for my wedding dress purchase. While I usually wear a size 4, Stephanie had recommended I order a size 0-2 according to my measurements so I took her advice and ordered a size 2. Fast forward to June 2023 when I came in to try on my dress, it was two sizes too small. I could barely get the dress over my hips let alone walk or sit in the dress. After later reviewing the sizing guide - I realized Stephanie had recommended I buy a size 2 based on my smallest bust measurement but my hips were measured to be a size 6.

    I was devastated, I returned to the store two days later asking for the manager Katie to be present so we could work out this issue, as I was contemplating taking the dress to another tailor for alterations. After speaking with Katie, she denied that they had measured me incorrectly. Instead, she insinuated that I had gained weight and it was my fault I could not fit the dress. When I returned to the store, the dress had been altered without my consent, by a tailor who never took my measurements, and all of the seams on the front of the dress were altered after I was told they would be left untouched. Even with the alterations I could not sit in the dress without hearing the dress rip. Following this, I asked for a refund. Katie declined and offered to order another dress through Blossoms. I could not trust my money with Blossoms so I took my business elsewhere. Luckily, I was able to find the same dress in a size 6 through a different trusted tailor who provided high-quality alterations that fit perfectly. I went over my wedding budget by the exact cost of the extra wedding dress I was forced to purchase and lost 10 lbs from stress related to the situation.

    I would highly recommend AGAINST anyone doing business with this store. Their employees are unhelpful, they size patrons incorrectly, and their manager is rude, unprofessional, and only motivated by making money.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT BLOSSOMS BRIDAL! I was talked into buying a stock wedding dress that was 6 sizes too big and Blossoms assured me they could alter it to make it perfect.

    I called to set my first fitting at 12 weeks out (as I was concerned with the amount of alterations that were needed) and the staff member gave me attitude that I was calling to schedule the fitting that early. After I pushed, they reluctantly scheduled my fitting.

    The seamstress was abrupt and frustrated with the amount of work she needed to do. Then they called 2 days before my second fitting to say it wasn't ready. When I finally had the 2nd fitting, it was AWFUL! The dress gapped from my body, the zipper pouched away from my back and you could feel the bulkiness of the dress as they just overlapped all the material trying to size it down. 2 1/2 weeks from my wedding day and I didn't have a dress I could wear! Not to mention the alterations cost more than the dress!

    They were unwilling to resolve the issue and wouldn't refund the dress cost. I had to go find a new dress that wouldn't need alterations 2 1/2 weeks before I left for my wedding...awful customer service and excessively expensive! Would NOT recommend them to anyone!

    The store listed a Casablanca 2138 as in stock and available at $599 as of 5/31/17. I called to verify and potentially purchase, but was told they had to locate the dress... for ME to call back the next day. I called twice only to be told that they couldn't locate the dress after all, but that they found a similar dress, style # 2053. The "similar" dress looks NOTHING like the original listing. Simply bait and switch at its best. I read reviews prior to calling and they live up to the negative experiences posted. Shane on you Blossoms Bridal.

    Worst customer service I have ever received. Placed an order online on Sept 14 for a wedding on January 10. My account was charged by the next day. I never received a confirmation email. I never received a call. I was never notified by the company about my order in any way except for the Paypal receipt showing my account had been billed. By October 4, I was obviously concerned that I had not heard anything and that the wedding was only a few months away. I sent an email to the administrative account on the website that the payment was processed through. I did not hear anything for two days, so I called their location. I was told that the person who could help me was not available, but would call me back by the end of the day. I was not contacted for over 24 hours when I received a highly informal, grammatically incorrect, and un-spellchecked text message to my personal cell phone (without being asked if text messages were an acceptable means of communication for me) from a sales associate named Katie who informed me that my order had not shipped and that it was possible that the item may not get there by my event date (she said it takes 3-4 months to get items). I was given the option to cancel the item or expedite the shipping. Since I was asked to provide an event date when I ordered the item, I should have been notified immediately that the timing may be an issue, NOT two weeks after the order had been placed. I canceled the order and asked that a manager be notified about how poorly the situation had been handled. I was rudely informed (also via a grammatically incorrect and misspelled text message) that I HAD been informed immediately after receiving the order via email and that they did not have a phone number to call me (except none of my three inboxes or Spam folders have any emails from the last two months from their server and my phone number is listed on the PayPal account they were able to bill immediately).
