    Highly recommend Mary and Blossom Events!

    I found Mary through my wedding venue and hired Blossom Events for month of coordination. Mary was so great to work with and answered all my questions leading up to our wedding, far before our month of was reached. She made sure to check in with all of our vendors and made sure they had everything required by our venue.

    The day of, Mary and her assistant Rosa were on top of everything! Our wedding went off without a hitch and if anything went wrong, I truly did not notice. Mary and Rosa were attentive to me and my husband and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend Blossom Events!

    Mary is the best!

    We hired Mary for month of coordination services and she went above and beyond to make our wedding everything that we had dreamed of! She was so helpful with setting up our timeline, making sure that there were no little details that we were forgetting, and communicating with all of our other vendors. She also assisted us in planning our rehearsal dinner and was able to find us a hidden gem of a venue for that event and helped us stay on budget.

    I can not recommend Blossom Events enough to future brides and grooms enough! Our whole weekend ran so smoothly and Mary was able to make out vision come to life!

    Mary and her team were on point 100% and absolutely amazing!!!

    My wife and I were planning our entire Palm Springs wedding from where we lived in New York City. It was an event to remember thanks to Mary and her team!! Mary was incredibly detail-oriented, and helped us every step of the way! She gave invaluable advice and we felt reassured that no detail will be left untouched. She was always available on short notice and very easy to communicate with during the entire wedding planning process. We recommend her 100%!!

    We booked Blossom Events for both planning and floral services. Mary and DeAndra were the best to work with! We had a quick turn around time but always felt at ease working with Blossom Events.
    Mary was helpful in simplifying the entire process from recommendations, planning, rehearsal dinner, and day of events. She also helped with last minute ideas and decor options the day of the wedding. I didn't question or think twice about last and final touches with Mary.
    DeAndra was so amazing to work with. She exceeded expectations on all fronts. I gave her my vision and budget up front. I wanted a very clean and elegant look. She met with my husband and I at the venue and that was that. Delivered on all fronts; from finding the perfect arch, centerpieces, and even putting together the most amazing flower wall. I was wowed by how it all came together. Super grateful to have worked with DeAndra.

    We booked planning services with Mary and floral services with DeAndra for our wedding and they did an incredible job. Mary was on top of it and made sure things were handled in a timely manner. She had amazing referrals for different vendors - desserts, photographer, mc/dj. When I was not happy about a photographer I had booked in the beginning, she was a pro at handling it and quick to refer me to my super talented photographer. Throughout the year we spent planning, whenever she would come across a new vendor or had a new idea, she immediately reached out. Wedding planning would have been way more stressful without her.

    DeAndra was also very easy to work with. She had great attention to detail and was super flexible every time I changed my mind. I am probably one of the least artistic and creative brides out there but she was somehow able to grasp my vision and make it a reality. I was blown away by the arrangements.

    Don't get stressed about wedding or event planning and book Blossom Events!

    Mary was extremely helpful anytime I needed her. On the Wedding Day, both her and Debbie were wonderful. They were dressed nice and handled the vendors wonderfully (even a difficult one). Plus any last minute details were taken care of perfectly. They kept an eye on all the timing and I didn't have to worry about what I was suppose to be doing next or have to find anything last minute. My sister had a surprise song with lyrics that they went around and taped on the bottom of all the tables and when they fell off, they went around a re-taped them, turned on over 50 candles for me during cocktail hour so they dinner area would be ready! They did the little and the big things! My family was impressed. Everything ran smoothly! I would highly recommend Blossom Events. Kind, great service and professional!

    I can't thank Mary enough! We hired her as our "Day Of Coordinator" and she went above and beyond. She answered all of my emails months prior to the wedding and gave me great referrals. She was very patient and calm throughout the whole process and made it seem like there was nothing she couldn't handle.

    We met with Mary in person a few weeks before the big day and she was very prepared and organized. I noticed a binder she had put together with all of our emails/documents pertaining to our wedding and that made me feel very at ease knowing that it was all in good hands.

    Mary and her assistant, DeAndra, put on their A game on the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was so nice not to have to think about any logistics on my special day because they handled everything!

    Mary was great. Relaxed and flexible. We had strong ideas about design and did much of that ourselves and she sat back and also organized in a way that we liked after understanding our needs. We did not want a cookie cutter wedding and she helped us coordinate our dream wedding. We hired her for the last month and she helped with so many y last minute things that would of overwhelmed us.

    Mary was incredible to work with! She was always so helpful with any questions that I had and on the day of my wedding, her calmness was extremely helpful in any potential chaotic situations. She was always professional and handled any task that I handed her way. Her assistant was fabulous as well! Thank you so much for making our wedding planning and our wedding day the best it could possibly be!

    Mary was exceptional to work with. From the first contact, she was on top of it all. We knew that we did not have to worry about anything but to enjoy our wedding day. She was always professional, courteous, and calm throughout the entire time we had with her. I would recommend Mary to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator. She is truly the best!

    I chose Mary with Blossom Events to be my month of and day of coordinator for my March wedding at the Loft on Pine in Long Beach. Mary was incredibly professional and efficient in the logistical planning of our big day. She made herself available to questions and phone calls prior to the official start of our month contract. Mary was kind, informative, and organized. She created a comprehensive day of timeline and ran our rehearsal with ease. I had no doubt that our wedding would go on without a hitch, and it was perfect! Mary and her assistant were on time and had the space set up and our vendors in line before I even arrived to the space. I am very happy with my choice in Blossom Events and would recommend them to any bride and groom in need of a wedding coordinator!

    Planning a wedding is difficult enough but having Blossom Events on our side made it significantly easier. They worked with us from beginning to end taking the time to answer any request or question. They were very understanding and patient, while being extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their execution on the day of was flawless, we felt very comfortable letting them run the show. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding.

    Jan saved us. So many things about the wedding changed during the actual wedding event, but she was on top of things. She ran around all day, and really made everything run seamlessly! Out guests even commented on how sweet and easy going she was. We would have been chasing down our useless limo in a tux and wedding dress, and serving soup for dessert if it wasn't for her.

    We hired Jan for our August 2013 wedding and it was probably the best money we spent! She was organized, flexible, knowledgeable, understood our vision and executed it flawlessly. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy our day knowing someone was looking after all the little details for us. Jan was an absolute pleasure to work and I would highly recommend her!

    Working with Jan at Blossom Events was one of the best investments we made for our day. We used her services for day of coordination which I would highly recommend to any organized bride who is doing her own planning. Jan executed my plan and schedule to the letter which allowed my family, bridal party and me (the bride) to enjoy the day while she took care of all the details from start to finish. What was the real measure of success for me was, since I didn't see her at work since she was smoothly behind the scenes most of the day, was the flattering and wonderful things my guests reported back to me. She impressed them all with her professionalism, organization and calm kind demeanour. I loved working with Jan and would highly recommend her to any couple who wants to enjoy the perfect day!

    My husband and I had six months to plan our wedding and we knew we needed a planner. We had contacted Blossom Events, referred through a friend, and went with their full package which was well worth it.

    Through the planning process they helped us budget, found the venue, attended each venue metting with us, gave us insight as to what we should be spending where; sourced vendors, even a last minute favour change when a vendor i found on my own fell through, a vintage couch rental which was exactly what I wanted at a better price, found lion dancers, arranged appointments, created an itinerary, decorated, and were there for the duration of the wedding. It made the wedding day a lot less stressful and if I wanted a change they were ready and willing to make it.

    I would definately recommend them, and have done so, to my friends. I can't say enough about them; all I really wanted to do was sit back and have fun at my wedding, which I did.

    Jan and Mary were amazing! I am so glad we hired them to help for day-of coordination. They made our day truly beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a more beautifully decorated or perfectly executed day. Everything went smoothly and i didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend these ladies. They were great listeners, very professional, and were super responsive to any questions i had for the whole year leading up to our wedding. A++

    Jan and Mary helped me every step of the way leading up to our September wedding. They went out of theyre way on countless occasions accompanying me to meet photographers, limo companies etc. When a bride-to-be is being pulled in so many directions, having these two came in so handy, jan and Mary were so eager to help me. They relayed details with vendors, asked questions I had no idea to even ask, looked over contracts, and negotiated with pricing. Jan and Mary also created down to the minute itineraries for our big day (which with out a doubt came in so handy) attended our rehearsal and kept a watchful eye over our big event. Did I mention jan also had a baby during this whole thing? And she still made herself available to me even late at night when I had stupid questions. Mary helped me with a potential hotel disaster and both of them kept me calm when the weather called for rain. Constant up to date budget sheets, reminders of final decisions, and meet ups at my house is precisely why I hired blossom events. My vision of a small fun casual wedding was definitely reached and I would without a doubt hire blossom events over and over again

    Janice was our DOC for our ceremony, and we found her through a friend whom had used her for her wedding. We had never planned to engage a DOC, so we were reluctant at first, but we are soooo incredibly happy we did! We didn't realize how much planning was involved in just the ceremony alone on the day-of, and we could NOT have done it without her. She was cognizant of budgets, of our time when scheduling our (fun) meetings, and was incredibly profiessional. She was absolutely instrumental, and took care of everything from the rehearsal onwards. We am truly, truly grateful, and we would recommend her in a heartbeat! Thank you again, Janice!!

    Jan and Mary were our Day Of Coordinators for our special day. Although we had done most of the planning, our wedding day would not have been a success without their hard work and organization the month before. Without a doubt, they were so easy to work with and personable--felt like we had known them for years! They really try to get to know the couple's story, see your vision for the day, and help you execute it to the finest detail. Not only do they assist with all last minute needs, but they have great foresight for possible contingency plans, should you need them. They were super quick to respond to emails, with well thought answers. While we had done our research for DOCs, Jan and Mary were the first to really meet us with our specific needs, and tailor a day of coordination package that was suitable for our requests. This is a testament of their flexibility and how accomodating they are to their clients. Had we known about them sooner, we would have likely worked with them throughout our entire planning process. They are great ladies and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for wedding planning from start to finish, or assistance in keeping organized on the day of.

    About a year before our chosen wedding date, we met with Jan to help us choose remaining vendors and also to coordinate our big day. We wanted to throw a party where our family and friends can truly enjoy themselves but we had no starting point. Through Jan's extensive network in the wedding industry, we were able to find the best vendors in the city. Our family and friends keep telling us that it's the best wedding they've ever been to.

    Because of Jan's calm demeanor, last minute changes (a.k.a. nightmares!) on the week leading up to our wedding prevented me (the bride) from having a real nervous breakdown, haha! Many times, we've heard that some couples never get to enjoy their big day because they were too busy with last minute details. We're so pleased to say that greatly due to Jan's assistance, our day was absolutely worry-free, and we got to enjoy the party that we planned for the past year to the fullest. Thanks Jan for everything!

    Janice and Mary were absolutely fantastic. My fiancee and I went into our first meeting with a boat-load of questions and concerns about our big day. We left feeling like we were in good hands, and that we could focus on being ourselves on the day of the wedding (and not worry about dealing with last minute surprises). The day went off without a hitch.

    La Quinta Wedding

    I got the month of package from Blossom Events. This was a great price. During our first meeting I felt I was guiding them through the process and they followed along with not many suggestions. I’m not sure how this would go with someone who is more introverted. I had an initial wedding planner, but because another wedding needed her attention, they gave me a new wedding planner the day before the wedding. This was not a problem for me because I had a fairly simple wedding. I was actually glad they swapped the initial wedding planner because I felt that the new wedding planner was more attentive and friendly. I did not feel the initial planner felt my wedding was as important. When meeting with them over a call, their kid was in the background talking to them a lot and they were getting distracted. It was overall a weird energy with the initial planner at my wedding rehearsal, they seemed annoyed. But for the day of the wedding, the new planner and her team were amazing. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They were very friendly and had a great energy and they decorated perfectly. So all in all, I’m glad the new planner was there to save the day, otherwise I would not give such a high rating.
