Dream wedding look!
I'm not usually one to trust others with hair/makeup, so when it came time to figure out my bridal look.. I was nervous! Blossom & Beauty came highly recommended by friends & vendors, and now I know why!
Vicky is not only super easy to get along with and super receptive to feedback, but she really does make you feel comfortable and beautiful. She wants to hear exactly what you like/dislike and takes no feedback personally, making it really easy to get your dream look. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blossom Beauty! After a long, grueling search for the right beauty team, I spoke with Jasmine and the rest was history. Blossom Beauty is truly a company that roots for you from beginning to end. After I explained my vision for the big day, Jasmine immediately said, "I know exactly who you need, you’re going to love Vicky!" That instant bond with Jasmine made me feel so seen, confident, and reassured that I was in the best hands.
And she was so right!! Vicky is not only an insanely talented makeup artist, but she is also a genuinely incredible human being. She guided me through choosing my bridal look with endless patience, explaining what would suit me best and why. From our trial appointment to the big day, she was communicative, accommodating, and completely understanding when I had unexpected schedule changes and needed to reschedule the trial.
On the morning of the wedding, Vicky made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Whenever my nerves started to kick in, she immediately put me at ease.
I also have to highlight how wonderfully she handled a major stressor for our family, my mom has been dealing with severe facial allergic reactions for a few months. Vicky handled the situation like a total pro, taking extreme care with every single product she applied to ensure my mom felt safe, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful.
Vicky is beyond thoughtful and truly the ultimate cheerleader you want in your corner on your wedding day. Vicky, you are just as beautiful on the inside as you are on the outside.

Vicky was my bridal makeup and hair artist. She was AMAZING. I was so happy with my hair and makeup on my wedding day and it lasted all day!! She was suppose to only do my hair and makeup and my
mother and mother in laws however, she ended up doing serval of my bridesmaids as well as the other hair and makeup artist were running behind schedule. I cannot recommend Vicky enough, she was amazing and made me feel so beautiful!! She also helped get my bridesmaids to work when I needed things done, she was the absolute best! -

I can’t recommend Vicky enough! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and my mom, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. I loved how everything turned out!
From the very beginning, Vicky was so helpful in figuring out the perfect hair and makeup look for me. The trial was amazing, and you can truly tell how much she cares about making sure everything is exactly how you envision it. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
On my wedding day, my hair and makeup stayed flawless from the ceremony all the way through the reception. Vicky did my makeup and I loved it!!
As family of the groom, I opted to get my makeup done. I told Vicky that I wanted brown tones on my eyes, and she listened to my request while picking shades that complimented me. Even when I was nervous about putting anything bold on my lips, I was reassured that it would be fine and that it would look good, and she was definitely right.
Most importantly, Vicky also made my skin look GREAT. I felt so confident. I have oily skin, and it was a hot day out, so I knew I’d have to powder my face throughout the night, but the finishing spray she used on my face was literally the best thing ever. My skin was matte ALL night.
I owe it all to Vicky for making me feel so good! -

On top of that-their makeup and hair stylist, Vicky, did an outstanding job with my hair and makeup. Are you looking for a makeup artist for your wedding? Well stop because Vicky is exactly who you need! I have never felt so beautiful than on my wedding day and Vicky had such a huge part in that. I had Vicky S as my HMU artist for my wedding this past weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better artist. Vicky is many things - kind, funny, thoughtful, and overall and awesome person to spend a few hours with but she is GOOD.
From the trial, she understood what I wanted immediately after seeing a few photos. I had never had a great experience with fake lashes, but the moment she put hers on, it was different. The updo she did on me was done so fast, yet so intricately.
The experience on my actual wedding day was even better. She showed up at the crack of dawn, early, ready to go, and had such a bright energy for kicking the big day off. We had 5 other girls get their hair and makeup done, and she was consistently ahead of schedule, yet everyone one of my bridesmaids and moms felt beautiful after. A few compliments I heard were "this is exactly what I wanted," "you look angelic," "you are so fast, this is so good!" She has this ability to understand what someone wants immediately and make them look enhanced but still them. My hair and makeup looked fabulous and still looked the same at the end of the night. I'm so grateful that Vicky was a part of my day! -

You want Vicky on your team!!
Blossom and Beauty made it really easy to book and their social media had so many great examples of what I was looking for- it was an easy decision to go with them for my wedding hair and makeup.
Vicky is incredible! From the trial to the wedding day, she nailed exactly what I wanted. At my trial (which I used for engagement photos) I showed her a picture and explained my style, natural but with definition, and she remembered every detail months later for the big day. She even sent me product recommendations afterward so I’d have the perfect lip color that lasted all night.
On the wedding day, she styled me and some of my friends, and everyone looked amazing. She’s unbelievably fast, kept us on schedule (actually ahead of schedule), and brought such a calm, positive energy. She was my hype team when I started to feel stressed and even stepped in with support when our coordinator wasn’t.
My hair and makeup held up through wind, dancing, and a long night! it looked flawless until the very last song. I got so many compliments on how natural yet glam it looked. The makeup photographed beautifully without ever feeling heavy or “caked up.” I had asked for strong contour with natural lashes, and she executed it perfectly.
Vicky is kind, talented, and so easy to connect with. I’ll be going to her for any professional hair and makeup I ever need in the PNW. Brides, you want her on your team!!!!! -

Vicky is outstanding!
Vicky is probably the most magical person you could add to your wedding day. She is talented, creative, and such a calming presence. During my trial, Vicky transformed me into a glowing and radiant bride — I was ecstatic and over the moon with the results. She then took it even further on my wedding day, exceeding expectations and bringing me to the happiest of tears with how beautiful I felt.
Not only is she incredibly talented with her artistry, but she also kept me calm and grounded throughout the day. Vicky was my bridal stylist, and she was absolutely amazing! We had worked together 5 years ago when I was a bridesmaid so to have her be able to be my stylist again for my wedding was a very special experience. From the trial to the actual wedding day Vicky made me and my bridesmaids feel so comfortable. She was very open to change and helped me turn my vision reality! I truly felt so beautiful and everyone kept telling me how beautiful my hair and make up looked. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful Vicky is. Not only is she a phenomenal makeup and hair artist but she’s also one of the sweetest and most kind people you’ll ever meet.
As a very high anxiety and minimal makeup bride, she was exactly the person I needed for me on the big day. She was encouraging, calming and extremely detail oriented.
She also went out of her way to bring me in for a second makeup trial to really ease my worries for when I was feeling unsure of the makeup look I wanted.
I couldn’t have asked for someone better to have by my side that day. And the pictures from the morning of prove it.

I truly cannot thank Vicky enough for being such a calming, talented, and kind presence on my wedding day. From the moment I sat in her chair, she could sense my nerves and instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. I had only given her a very simple direction of “less is more,” and she absolutely delivered.
The trial was wonderful, but on my wedding day she took it to a whole new level. I felt like the prettiest version of myself. She kept my look natural and true to me, but beautifully elevated in a way that lasted the entire day.

Exceeded my expectations! 🤍
Vicky did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and she did the most incredible job!!! I did a trial hair and makeup with her a few weeks before my wedding, and it was perfect! She was communicative throughout the hair and makeup process and checked in with me to see what I liked and if I wanted any changes. I didn’t think it could have gotten better, but I was indeed mistaken, because on my wedding day, my hair and makeup was everything I was expecting but even more beautiful. I truly have never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day, thanks to Vicky. I have dark spots on my cheeks and upper lip, and she was able to cover everything flawlessly without it feeling heavy or uncomfortable. Everything looked perfect, and to my surprise (although it shouldn’t have been a surprise) my hair and makeup lasted ALL NIGHT even from happy crying, the wind, sun, dancing, even through my after party. Along with my hair and makeup, she did my moms’ and sisters’ hair and makeup and they all looked incredible as well. Vicky is such a wonderful person and it was nice to have her with us for the morning of the wedding. Can’t say enough good things about Vicky. Just thank you thank you thank you!!! -

Vicky took the time to really personalize my makeup based on my needs. She knew that I am a very sweaty person, so she made sure my makeup was personalized for me and set to last all day—and it did! I didn’t have to worry about touch-ups or melting makeup once.
We also had the pleasure of working with Inna, who did some of the bridesmaids’ hair, and she was equally wonderful. Everyone looked amazing and felt great.

Incredible team
Vicky at Blossom and Beauty was a DREAM. She helped me achieve my vision and offered suggestions for tweaks to make it even better. My hair and makeup did not budge even a little bit and yet the makeup felt so light on my face. Even my many tears didn’t cause anything to move!! All day and night people were commenting on how my hair and makeup looked so good and wanted to know who did it and I would just gush about Vicky. We also had Mikayla for our second stylist and the two of them helped us all feel so calm and collected in the bridal suite. I had Vicky as my makeup artist for my wedding and she could not have done a better job! Vicky is such a master at what she does. From the moment I had my trial with her, I knew I was in good hands. She knows everything there is about hair and makeup and I had full trust in her. She made me look and feel so beautiful and gave me so much confidence on my wedding day. Aside from that, she is such a sweet person. She took the time to get to know my story and we had so much fun chatting that by the end, it felt like we were friends! There were nine of us total that needed hair and makeup, and we all looked so beautiful and it all lasted throughout the whole night with lots of dancing. Blossom and Beauty did the hair and makeup for me (bride) and my wedding party and family, and they were just fantastic. I ended up having extensions placed in my hair and they helped me with recommendations on the brand to use (Bellami, and they were fantastic) I ended up working with Vicky and she was just amazing. I am out of state from where my wedding was, so I ended up flying in to do my trial and Vicky was fantastic, so easy to communicate with, so helpful and a dream to work with. We clicked immediately, she listened to what I was envisioning and made it happen. On the day of the wedding, I had two stylists, Makayla and Vicky and they both did a fantastic job. Makayla worked with a lot of my bridesmaids and sisters, and they were both quick and efficient, as well as just great company. I still can't say enough about Vicky who did my hair and makeup, she did a wonderful job, and went above and beyond for me. My fiance had gotten a couple cat scratches on his face about a week before, and she did some cover up touches on him, and then also helped him with his hair, such a small thing, but made a world of difference, she even stuck around a little longer to see me in my dress because she wanted to see the whole thing, and she checked in on me days after the wedding because she was so excited for me. The whole company was easy to work with, but I hope you get to work with Vicky, because she was just amazing. My hair held up all night even with rigorous dancing! Loved them! -

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Blossom and Beauty for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, Jasmine, the owner, was incredibly helpful in coordinating everything, even on short notice due to some last-minute changes in our wedding plans. We were fortunate to have Vicky, Noel, and Serafina as our artists, and they were all so talented, punctual, and kind throughout the process.
Vicky did my bridal makeup, and she was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My hair and makeup stayed on all night and it looked stunning! I couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. The girls in my wedding party absolutely loved their hair and makeup, and I couldn’t be more grateful to these ladies for stepping in and helping us out during our pivot.

I couldn't have asked for anything more. the trial went great, Catelyn hit the mark first try, and on the wedding day I was getting constant compliments from my guests about my make up. Even 2 months later my mom still talks about my makeup. and this is coming from a bride and mother of bride that dont really wear make up at all in daily life. LOVED my wedding day hair and makeup
I absolutely loved my wedding makeup and hair, and it's all thanks to Vicky. Vicky was amazing to work with, from the trial through the wedding day. During my trial, Vicky asked a lot of questions and really tailored the experience based on my personal makeup preferences and how I wanted to look and feel on the big day. We had a great time chatting, and it got me so excited to work with her for my wedding.
On the wedding, Vicky made me feel so special and really gave me the VIP experience. I absolutely loved my wedding makeup, she made me feel so beautiful. Most importantly, I looked like myself. I felt so pretty and confident. She also did an excellent job on my hair, my bun actually stayed in all night.

Vicky is a gem!
Vicky was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Great communication prior to the trial, and leading up to the event. The trial took place at a private studio space in her home, which was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable for us to get to know each other better. Vicky is my hero!!
My stylist VICKY was MVP of the day!!! I was paired with her by chance for my wedding hair and makeup, and I couldn’t feel more lucky and blessed that our paths crossed. I first had my trial with her (which I was very nervous for) and she made me feel immediately comfortable and heard. She listened to my vision and took the time to really understand what I wanted. She never pushed me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with, and come wedding day I knew exactly the tweaks I needed! As an Asian bride, I’m often nervous with how people will do my makeup or handle my thick coarse hair. Vicky took the time to reference other Asian makeup artists’ techniques so that she could incorporate it into her style and perfectly nail my look! She also took what we learned about my hair during the trial and was able to create the most perfect hairstyle for me that was even better than I was envisioning! On top of that I didn’t need ONE touch up the entire night on hair or makeup. I was at the bar until 2am after the wedding and people were specifically saying I looked like I had just gotten it freshly done and could get married all over again right then. Hair and makeup was probably the thing I was most nervous for during the wedding process, and Vicky made sure it was the last thing I needed to worry about on the big day. I felt the most confident and beautiful I’ve ever felt and that was all thanks to Vicky at Blossom and Beauty. -

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience for my wedding day than the one I had with Vicky as my bridal hair and makeup artist! If you are looking for a professional with an extensive product inventory + industry knowledge with the ability to customize your perfect look, someone who communicates quickly and reliably, and who will make you look and feel how you’ve always dreamed of on your wedding day…Vicky’s your gal! I was nervous going into my trial appointment just a few weeks before the big day, but those feelings went away within minutes of meeting Vicky. I appreciated how she took the time to ask if I had ever had my HMU professionally done (because if I hadn’t, she was going to walk me through the process of what to expect), if I knew what kind of look I was wanting for wedding day, and if I had any likes and dislikes when it came to hair and makeup styling. After listening, she went to work! I was really impressed with her extensive product assortment right off the bat. I knew she would be able to customize my wedding look based on my skin tone and type that would produce lasting coverage—and she DELIVERED all of these things on wedding day! Vicky was so kind and patient by letting me try multiple hair styles during my trial until we found the perfect one. It was clear to me during this appointment that she really loves what she does, and that I was not “just another bride” to her. After our trial, she took notes on things either she or I would like to change before the big day and came prepared to create the perfect look for my wedding. One wedding day, Vicky was a calm presence, a hype woman, and a sweet friend to me. I’ve never felt more beautiful, and I was shocked that my hair (that is so fine and usually doesn’t hold curl very well) and makeup (that usually doesn’t last super long due to my oily skin) held up flawlessly through our wedding ceremony, the few sprinkles of rain that made their debut, our reception that was full of dancing, AND the after party. She also made my mother and mother-in-law feel like a million bucks with their hair and makeup looks! People were giving me compliments about them all night! Vicky so thoughtfully texted me the next day to see how everything went, and I told her the truth—it was perfect and I had never felt more stunning thanks to her. I highly recommend hiring Vicky as your stylist for whatever event you’ve got coming up…but I can personally recommend her for your wedding. Excellent Experience
I couldn’t have asked for my hair or makeup to look any better, or had a better person to do them. I so appreciate Vicky’s genuine care and attention throughout the entire process, especially on my wedding day. My hair and makeup looked great throughout the day and was just as I had hoped based on my inspiration pictures. I took a gamble and didn’t do a trial run, but in my case (thanks to Vicky) it worked out perfectly. Their pricing is also very reasonable and on the lower end compared to other companies I contacted. -

A Wonderful Experience Overall!
I went with Blossom & Beauty for my wedding hair and make-up and was paired with Vicky as my stylist! Due to time constraints on my end, I was unable to do a trial run, but did not even need one! Vicky took a look at my make-up inspiration photos and knew EXACTLY what I wanted, while also making sure the look highlighted my own features! We did a "soft-glam" and it looked absolutely fabulous all night long (and with stood many tears throughout the day!!). I wanted some kind of half-up style with flowers for my hair. I let Vicky style based on her thoughts and the flowers delivered by the florist and my hair was AMAZING! And also made it through hours of dancing later on. Vicky was on time, very professional, and so very kind, and her styling skills are unmatched! My whole look was an absolute dream! Would highly recommend!!! -

Vicky did my makeup and hair, 2 of my bridesmaids’ makeup, 1 of my bridesmaid’s hair, and my mom’s makeup and hair.
We all looked amazing! I had quite a few people compliment my makeup, saying how beautiful I looked but how I still looked like myself. My makeup was exactly how I wanted it. I also had always wanted a thick braid for my wedding, and Vicky did it perfectly. She also did wonderful with my mom, and she looked so beautiful.
Other than her wonderful hair and makeup skills, Vicky was a lovely person to chat with. She was very responsive and helpful, gave me recommendations for hair extensions, and double checked all her makeup to make sure none of it contained a cosmetic ingredient I’m allergic to. There were other makeup artists I reached out to previously who were less willing to work with my allergy, but Vicky and Blossom & Beauty were very accommodating.
Vicky also came to the rescue with our wedding. Our photographer canceled (due to snow on the road) about 20 minutes before they were suppose to arrive. Without hesitation, Vicky called up photographers she knew and Blossom & Beauty posted on their instagram asking for photographers. Within 30 minutes Vicky had found a great photographer friend who was available, and able to come immediately.

I got married in Portland on 10/8/23 and was so happy to have Blossom & Beauty as the glam squad for me and my bridesmaids! From trial to the big day, Jasmine (our primary h&m artist) and her team were professional and reassuring, and we had such a positive experience. A couple days before the wedding, I started to second guess my trial hairstyle due to a change in the weather. Jasmine was reassuring that we could make any necessary adjustments on the day of the wedding, and I really appreciated her confidence that we would put together a great look. My crew decided to get ready at the Blossom & Beauty studio rather than having the team travel to our venue, and we enjoyed our time in their pretty space! Jasmine was efficient but didn't make anything feel rushed, and we finished well ahead of schedule. I loved my hair and makeup look, and it lasted all day with minimal touchups needed. Notably, I was struggling with dry skin and major dark circle on the day of the wedding, and like a total magician, Jasmine made all of those concerns disappear. I also loved that my bridesmaids were able to have different looks according to their preferences, but it was a cohesive vibe overall. We felt like ourselves, just elevated! HUGE thanks to Jasmine and the team, and we would 100% recommend them for your big day. -

Amazing experience with B&B and Vicky
Vicky from Blossom & Beauty was my stylist for my wedding on September 16th, 2023. She was absolutely phenomenal. This review will be long as I want to give her all the praise she deserves, but tldr; Blossom & Beauty was a dream to work with and I am so grateful I was matched with Vicky. I can't imagine feeling as confident and beautiful without her help.
First, Blossom & Beauty was an excellent vendor. I worked with Jasmine, the owner, for the process of booking, communicating schedule, and making payments. It was all very easy and she responded quickly to questions. The photos from all of their stylists are absolutely beautiful. My stylist was Vicky. From the start, she was easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering whatever questions I had. I have never really felt confident in doing my own hair or makeup and I really wanted to love the way I looked on my wedding day. Vicky was reassuring and quelled my anxiety with her confidence and expertise.
We did a trial a few months before and I wasn't certain whether I wanted my hair half-up or an updo. Instead of doing just one style, she showed me how both might look on the wedding day. I showed her a couple reference photos for my makeup, and what she created was exactly what I was thinking even at the trial, no adjustments needed. She immediately understood my hooded eyes and what kind of liner would look best, which is something I've been slowly figuring out myself over the last several years. I was pretty sure based on previous reviews that she would be a good fit and after the trial I was absolutely confident and excited to have her as my stylist on the wedding day.
Come wedding day, she met us at the hotel at 6:30am to do MOG hair and makeup, MOB hair, and MOH makeup. We then moved to the venue where she did 3 additional hair and makeup services for the bridesmaids. Everyone loved how they looked! I gasped after each bridesmaid was done, they all looked so beautiful with their natural beauty enhanced by Vicky's work. She placed the extra hair florals in each bridesmaids hair, even those who opted out of hair services. My hair and makeup was last and it turned out exactly how I imagined. I've never felt as confident in my makeup as I did on my wedding day. I purchased a clip in extension for volume and Vicky did amazing work blending it all in and creating a beautiful twisted bun. She placed florals in my hair so beautifully, it looked like I had a little halo of roses. The hair and makeup did not move all night. Through happy tears, sweat, and tearing up the dance floor, it stayed put and I was never worried about it. Everything I could ask for!
I want to also speak to Vicky's friendly and kind personality. She chatted up each of my bridesmaids and made them feel at ease. She also noticed when I started to get a bit tense, even before I did, and encouraged me to breath, drink a mimosa, and enjoy the day. It helped so much to keep me in the present. After the wedding day, she sent several photos she had taken and a very sweet message of well wishes. Vicky was absolutely incredible and I am so grateful to her for her expertise, her professionalism, and her sweet nature. Thank you Vicky!! -

Gorgeous hair and makeup!
Vicky recently did my bridesmaid hair and makeup and I was blown away! We looked at my inspiration pictures together and talked about the looks I was going for, and then she made magic happen in the blink of an eye! I loved my final makeup and hair and at all stayed put all day! I would absolutely recommend Vicky and her team! -

A dream come true! Vicky was my HAMU artist for my wedding and I couldn’t have been paired with anyone better. She was attentive and listened to all of my ideas and helped me figure out the best look for me. She made me feel beautiful INSIDE and OUT. I couldn’t have imaged it going any better than it did.
