Ceremony arch and centerpieces

Heather at Bloomtastic did an amazing job on our arch flowers and centerpieces for our wedding day. She listened to the style points I was after, helped find inspiration photos, and executed the event beautifully. Thanks Heather and team!

Bloomtastic is Amazing!

Bloomtastic did my daughters wedding four years ago and just did my son's rehearsal dinner this past weekend. They are amazing, their arrangements are beautiful and everyone is so nice and professional. I highly recommend them!

Fabulous flowers

Very pleased with the flowers we received for our wedding, I sent lots of pictures when we had our phone consultantion and they delivered making our vision come alive!

Amazing Florist

Bloomtastic was wonderful to work with for our wedding. I personally don't know a lot about flowers but the person we worked with was amazing at picking flowers that were in season during the time of our wedding and matched our vision. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were so beautiful and seamlessly fit into the theme/color scheme for our wedding. Our reception was in the Palm House at Franklin Park Conservatory and we wanted something on the tables that were beautiful yet minimal. They helped us put together amazing centerpieces that were exactly what we were looking for. I recommend using Bloomtastic for a wedding or other events.

Bloomtastic is Fantastic

Bloomtastic was a wonderful team to work with. They listened to us and helped us make my flower dreams come to life. I absolutely LOVE flowers and wanted all different shades of pretty pinks and that is exactly what I got. If i could keep my bridal bouquet alive forever I would because it was breathtaking. We love Bloomtastic!

Beautiful Flowers!

My husband and I got married on May 18th, 2019 and used Bloomtastic as our florist. All I can say, without sounding too sentimental, is that the flowers couldn't have turned out more perfect! My family and I looked into multiple florists around the Columbus area but we landed with Bloomtastic for a few key reasons: 1) the quality of their wedding consultants/designers stood out to me more than any other florist 2) they were able to deliver an amazing look without going over budget and 4) they were extremely patient with me as I was planning my wedding with family from out of town.

Heather was my primary consultant during the wedding planning process and she is AWESOME. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and has a great eye for design. I really enjoyed the times I came to the store for a consultation/walkthrough; Heather pulled out all of the things I thought I wanted (e.g. large arrangement examples, vases, votive candles, etc.) and sat with me as my family and I looked through pictures and asked questions. She demonstrated an amazing amount of patience with us and provided recommendations on what she thought looked good WITHOUT being pushy or condescending. I felt very much empowered to make the decisions in this process, while of course relying on her expertise. We ended up going with alternating tall and short arrangements, which filled the space of our venue very well.

The day of the wedding couldn't have gone better. The flowers were exactly as I had imagined them and everything was done on time and with great detail. I'm still receiving compliments two months after the wedding! They truly turned a great venue into a better one with their amazing eye for design.

If you are a bride still looking for a florist around the Columbus area, do not hesitate to call Blooomtasic Florals! You won’t be disapointed!

Professional and Quality Florist

Heather was very professional and easy to work with. She was very responsive and worked in our price range. We had minor miscommunication between vendors, and she was very quick to remedy the situation. Above all else the final product was BEAUTIFUL. I'm still in awe of the bouquet!

Flowers were beautiful

We were lucky enough to use Bloomtastic as a part of our package with The Estate at New Albany for our centerpieces and what they designed was exactly what we asked for! We also used them for the bouquets, ceremony flowers, and mantel decorations and we loved everything they created! It was all even more beautiful than we imagined! everything I could have dreamed of and more

Bloomtastic did an outstanding job on my flowers for my wedding day. They were easy to work with and made the planning process so easy. I knew nothing about flowers prior to meeting with them and they made my vision come to life. My flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They arrived promptly to deliver the flowers and also came back that night to clean up. I have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend them!

Katie is absolutely fabulous to work with! She really takes the time to make sure she understands your wedding vision even before your first meeting! I was so picky on my own wedding vendors after working in the wedding industry for over 15 years. I am so glad I choose Bloomtastic!! My centerpieces at Juniper Rooftop we're absolutely STUNNING and I was so in love with my bridal party flowers too! Katie is a PRO & guides you the entire way!! I had such a wonderful experience with Bloomtastic - specifically Katie! I would highly recommend them. Since I couldn’t go in person to meet her for my consultation, I spent an hour on the phone with Katie walking through every detail of my vision. She made it come to life! After our call she sent me a detailed write up of each flower, centerpiece, etc and their cost. She even suggested similar looking flowers that were less expensive and more in season around my wedding day. When the wedding day got closer, I met with her in person and we walked through every tiny detail. I could not be any happier with how everything turned out. Absolutely perfect. And Katie was so cool and awesome! I loved working with her. I will be recommending Bloomtastic to all my friends!

Working with Katie and the Bloomtastic team was incredible. For someone who knows nothing about flowers, I felt comfortable explaining my vision and showing pictures of what we were looking for at our wedding. Katie's knowledge and passion allowed us to create amazing bouquets, centerpieces, and more for our wedding. Seeing Katie's excitement about creating our arrangements made me that much more excited for our wedding day to see it all come to life. Wow! wonderful experience! They ladies at Bloomtastics took my vision and made it come to life. They were accommodating with my schedule and even fixed a error in scheduling on MY end! They delivered AND dismantled on the day of my wedding. It was worth every penny!

I LOVED my wedding flowers! They were exactly what I had imagined. Katie was fabulous to work with. I ended up adding ceremony flowers at the last minute and the girls did a fabulous job putting together the perfect arrangement. They also worked with me to stay in the price range that I wanted with the same look. Highly recommend!

When beginning to plan our big day we received so many suggestions for florists in the Columbus area - one of them being Bloomtastic. After meeting with Heather and going over my vision, taste and expectations it was an easy choice for me to go with Bloomtastic! Not only is Heather kind, professional, a pleasure to work with and super attentive/responsive, but she is amazingly talented and so creative. From the initial meeting, to seeing our mock-ups to the big day everything was absolutely flawless and perfect. I met with Liz a few weeks leading up to our wedding and she sat with my MIL and I for almost 2 hours (the shop was closed and she stayed there with us!!) to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and provided the ultimate service a bride could ask for. The flowers were gorgeous, the process so smooth and the level of service was impeccable - what more can you say!? I highly recommend this florist for anyone getting married!

Thank you Bloomtastic for bringing our wedding vision to life, it was more than we ever dreamed of! Our first meeting with Heather was amazing, she walked us through all the options, made suggestions, listened to us and made it so easy. We left knowing they were going to take care of us and we had nothing to worry about. On the big day when the flowers arrived at the church I was speechless, my bouquet was stunning and exactly what I wanted. When we arrived at the reception the room was beautiful, it was romantic with the lights and all the candles. We got so many complements on everything. Bloomtastic was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Some other vendors were taken aback that we didn't want a traditional styled wedding and perhaps a bit shocked that the groom was very much a part of the planning process. But Bloomtastic took our ideas and made them into a masterpiece. Speaking as someone who doesn't know florals very well, it was a relief to be able to show a few pictures and describe our wedding vibe and then have Bloomtastic respond with concrete solutions. We asked for organic, lush, textured arrangements, and they couldn't have turned out more perfectly! Bloomtastic was detail-oriented, gave an accurate quote promptly after our initial appointment, delivered BEAUTIFUL results that had all of our guests in awe, and made our vision a reality. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome!

Bloomtastic is a great florist company! I wasn't really sure what type of bouquet I wanted for myself or my bridesmaids but they helped capture exactly what I was looking for! They are so responsive as we went back and forth several times! Our consultant never lost her patience and was very sweet throughout the whole process!

Bloomtastic was amazing, and a great value when we compared it to other florists (they were $1000 cheaper than the other florist we looked into, for the same flowers and even better quality!). They were professional and really worked with what we wanted for our wedding, using our idea boards and bringing them to life. It turned out even better than I'd hoped, and they made great suggestions based on our ideas. They even delivered the flowers to our two locations for us. The flowers were gorgeous, especially the bouquets! We were so happy with the result and would definitely recommend Bloomtastic!

Working with Heather from Bloomtastic was such a great experience. On my first consultation, Heather both listened to my vision and taught me more about various flower options based on my budget. At our second meeting, she provided a sample of what our table centerpieces would look like, giving me a clear visual of our flower plan. On the day of our wedding, the groomsmen flowers ended up wilting before the ceremony (it really was just a fluke incident). We called Bloomtastic to let them know, and with no extra charge they sent over new boutonnieres for all of the men within twenty minutes.
I highly recommend Bloomtastic. They cater to budgets, allow free rentals of their vases, provide professional services, and really love weddings.

Without a doubt, Bloomtastic was our favorite wedding vendor! As a fellow professional in the wedding industry, I was looking for the best of the best and Heather and the team exceeded my expectations! Our initial appointment was easy…I showed Heather all my Pinterest ideas and she had so many great options that closely matched our overall theme and color scheme! It was awesome to see our ideas and hard work come together on the wedding day and we can’t thank Bloomtastic enough! Our favorite elements were the bridal bouquets, babies breath floral arch (which was delivered to the ceremony site) and the 24” seeded eucalyptus guest table centerpieces at our reception. We were impressed at our initial consultation when Heather really took the time to sit down with us to understand our vision and offer ideas that would fit our budget. This was incredibly refreshing after coming off of a consultation with a different florist who just rushed through the consult and didn't really seem to care. After such attention to detail and beautiful floral samples, we decided to book, and we were SO glad we did.

As others have mentioned, we got to see a a mock-up of one of our tall centerpieces a few weeks before the wedding, which provided good piece of mind. At our final consultation, when we decided a floral arrangement for the fireplace at our venue would be too pricey, Heather quickly suggested a solution: an array of floating candles. When we walked into the venue on the wedding day, those candles filled the room with such a warm glow. It was an amazing!

From the altar arrangements to the centerpieces, the flowers were in beautiful bloom and the shades of pink and coral popped exactly as we envisioned. I would definitely recommend Bloomtastic for your wedding flowers - they will not disappoint!

I loved working with Beth from Bloomtastic! I knew next to nothing about flowers and she was very helpful and patient when we tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. She addressed all my concerns I had and was very understanding. My bouquets and centerpieces turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Beth was awesome! I had an idea of what I wanted going in, but wasn't sure about which flowers would work or be in-season. Beth was very helpful and was able to create beautiful bouquets and center pieces. The first thing the bridesmaids said when they saw them were how gorgeous every single arrangement was. Prices were also reasonable.

Beth from Bloomtastic did an amazing job of making my vision for my Westin wedding come to life. She worked within my small budget and was able to create stunning centerpieces and arrangements for my big day. Our florist, Emily, took time to understand the exact effect my fiancé, family, and I were going for with our wedding. Nothing felt rushed and we never felt pressured. A few things to note....

Unlike other wedding florists, Bloomtastic will do a complimentary mock up of your center pieces. This was INCREDIBLY helpful and enabled us to feel confidence that we were going to have floral arrangements on our wedding that we liked. We actually ended up changing quite a bit after our mock up and I am glad that we had the ability to do this.

Bloomtastic will pretty much guarantee the use of specific wedding flowers. Several florists we went to could only promise particular colors or "like" flowers. It was nice for us to know the specific flowers that would be used.

The company is of the highest quality and the staff are friendly as well as knowledgable.

After my consultation at Bloomtastic, I knew right away that I wanted them to design all of my floral arrangements for my wedding day. Beth did an awesome job of sticking to my budget and offering ideas that I never even thought of. I feel 100% confident in Bloomtastic and that they understand exactly what I am envisioning for my wedding day. I am excited to see the final product on my wedding day. A few weeks before, you even get a mock-up of a centerpiece to ensure everything is what you are expecting. We are excited to see the final product on our wedding day!

Beth worked with us to create the exact look we wanted, while keeping us on budget. The flowers looked great the entire day and night and the live flower in my hair did not fade. I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased we were with Bloomtastic.. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, EVERYTHING was exactly how I wanted it! Beth was so helpful with everything and she really knows what she's doing! I got compliment after compliment about the flowers. Bloomtastic offers a midway consultation to see a mock up of one of your centerpieces, so you can tweak it if you want to before your big day! Scheduling that appointment made me even more excited to see how the flowers were going to help transform our reception venue! Beth from Bloomtastic helped me create the wedding of my dreams! She was so flexible when it came to planning because I wanted to use my grandmother's old cups and containers as vases. I had a general idea of what I wanted my bouquets to look like but Bloomtastic really went above and beyond to give me the most beautiful arrangements. Beth is a floral genius! I left our initial meeting feeling confident that she was the right woman for the job and feeling 110% certain of my decision to book her and Bloomtastic.

At our initial meeting, I knew what I was looking for style wise, but was not 100% sure on specific flower types. After talking with me for just moments, Beth knew exactly what to suggest and every single one of her recommendations was perfect!

My bouquet was flawless. The bridesmaids' bouquets complimented mine perfectly. The boutonnieres: were the talk of the day, however. EVERYONE asked me what they were! If Beth makes a suggestion - take her up on it! Scabiosa pods, lavender and seeded eucalyptus - a unique combination to compliment a unique event!

Beth and Bloomtastic were able to accommodate every request, from corsages on white pearl wristlets to boutonnieres with wine corks and then boutonnieres without wine corks ...

I could never say anything but wonderful things about Bloomtastic. They're affordable, easy to work with, professional, and very creative!

Choosing to work with Bloomtastic for my wedding's flowers was an easy decision; my (now) husband had been giving me beautiful bouquets from Bloomtastic for several years and my sister-in-law worked with them for her wedding in 2009.

I worked with Beth and I was extremely impressed by her ability to understand my vision and make it come to life. I had wanted a soft and romantic look and she was able to take my vision and improve upon it with excellent recommendations and ideas. She also really helped me stick within my budget by recommending arrangements that could be moved from the ceremony space to inside for the reception.

One added perk that I wasn't anticipating is the day before the wedding, Beth texted me a photo of my bridal bouquet to make sure it was just as I wanted! Of course, I loved it (it was better than I imagined!), but the fact that she took the extra step to show me the bouquet and get my approval made me feel so calm and taken care of.

Bloomtastic designed my winter wedding flowers and I could not have been more happy! We had a great experience with our designer, Beth, who helped us realize our dream flowers, and was happy to work with us on budget and planning and provided great ideas for where we could cut costs, or use a less expensive flower but with beautiful results. They provided us with a consultation, and even make a trial arrangement of one of our table arrangements. They came to clean it all up, and it was truly beautiful. I was very impressed and happy with my selection!

I would highly recommend Bloomtastic Flowers to anyone who is thinking of getting married!! They did an amazing job with all our flowers, were super easy to work with, and were reasonably priced! Bloomtastic did the flowers for my wedding and they are great! I worked with Beth, she is so nice and was awesome to work with. Bloomtastic is super affordable and will work within your budget rather than trying to make you pay more than you want to. I had no idea flowers were so expensive while I was looking for a vendor for my wedding, and I almost started to freak out. I came across Bloomtastic and knew that I was going to be able to save some money but still have beautiful flowers! I consider myself kind of crafty, and tried to do as much as possible on my own to save some money. I wanted to be able to do my own centerpieces, and at most places that was not an option. At Bloomtastic, I was able to order beautiful bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, as well as order bulk flowers from them so I could do my own centerpieces! I have some of my flowers that I used in my centerpieces in a vase at home, and they are still looking good, its been over 3 weeks!! Hello Gorgeous flowers! We were referred to Bloomtastic by one of our Bridesmaids after seeing the gorgeous work they did for her wedding! From our initial meeting with Beth, the creativity was flowing! I found a picture on Pinterest of exactly the bouquet I wanted to carry and when I went in to show Beth, she looked up each flower and created her own Pinterest page for our wedding! She relocated the bouquet EXACTLY as I wanted it and then based all of our other gorgeous flowers off of that. Our reception was held in the Olympian Ballroom at the Athenaeum which is a very large space with extremely high ceilings…Beth suggested doing 3 different heights of centerpieces to really fill out the room and draw the guest's eyes upward…she was spot on! Not only are they very talented florists, they know their stuff…they will work with you and your ideas and budget to ensure you are getting the wedding decor you have dreamed of! Rarely do I think that an idea you create in your mind actually comes to fruition when someone else is in charge of creating it, but when I walked into the Bridal room the morning of the wedding and saw my flowers, tears came to my eyes…they were exactly as I had pictured they would be in my mind! Another nice bonus is the fact that when you come in to have your "mid-way" meeting with them, they will make a centerpiece for you to see so that you have and physical idea of what it will look like! My fiance and I didn't have strong opinions on flowers, so they weren't high on our budget for our wedding. Working with Bloomtastic for our flowers was worth every penny and then some! Beth is so nice and responsive, and took our vague preferences (colorful, relaxed, not fussy) and came up with beautiful arrangements that fit the vibe of the day perfectly. The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces were all vibrant and colorful, and looked wonderful all day even in the heat of the summer solstice. We got so many compliments on the flowers, especially on Beth's idea to have the centerpieces be all monochromatic single-flower-type arrangements. It looked really cool and helped each table look different. The only snag was that the boutonnieres were accidentally delivered to the venue instead of to the hotel where we were getting ready, but that was easily handled by our coordinator and in the whole scheme of things, a minor hiccup. The flowers also lasted a really long time after the wedding- centerpieces went to our friends and my bouquet decorated our hotel room all week on our honeymoon! I enthusiastically recommend Bloomtastic to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding.

Heather helped me with deciding on the flowers for my wedding. I am so grateful with just how helpful she was for flowers are not one of my specialties. Bloomtastic provided all the flowers for my wedding. They asked me a lot of questions about my vision and the style of my wedding at the beginning, and designed accordingly. I made several changes within the last few months prior to the wedding (a few design changes and some quantity changes as well) and they were very flexible. Our bouquets were beautiful, and my bride's bouquet lasted for several days after the wedding despite being outside in hot weather. I can not say enough about how wonderful Bloomtastic is. My consultant was Beth, so was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I wanted in my flowers. I received many complements on my wonderful bouquet. My wedding was almost two hours away and she made she that I had everything ready to go for my friend to pick up, I was very nervous at first about this but they got delivered perfect. I would highly recommend them!!!

We cannot say enough positive things about Bloomtastic. We were very impressed with our consultant, Heather. We received really creative ideas. All of the flowers and material for our Chuppah was set up before we arrived at the Conservatory to get ready. We were very impressed with the superior level of customer service, quick response to emails, and overall value. Our flowers were delivered on-time and arranged exactly how I described. I got so many compliments on my uniquely-designed bouquet and our centerpieces lasted for a week! They also dried nicely and serve as a wonderful reminder of our special day!

Heather (and Bloomtastic Florist) was great! I brought Heather a million pictures, and she really nailed exactly what I wanted! Heather really wanted to bring my vision to life. I was absolutely so happy when I walked into the ballroom. The flowers were beautiful and the colors were perfect.

I had a great experience with Bloomtastic. I had a few vague ideas about what I wanted for flowers. Heather was able to listen to my thoughts, add her expertise, and help me come up with selections that really worked for our wedding. Bloomtastic was such an amazing partner for my March 2011 wedding. Heather was always responsive and her quotes were provided up front and were accurate. She arrived to the wedding perfectly on time to set up and took care of everything! They even waited for the cake place to show up to make sure to decorate the cake with the flower design I asked for. Heather even recommended my photographer- whom I also loved. 10+, two thumbs up. I used Bloomtastic for my New Year's Eve wedding this past December. Heather created beautiful bouquets for me and my seven bridesmaids, along with seriously adorable centerpieces (three different varieties) and a cute toss bouquet. She also did flowers for my husband, the fathers, uncles and groomsmen. We used a lot of purples and blues, including dendrobium orchids, callalilies and roses. The centerpieces were a huge hit. All of my guests commented on them! We went with HUGE pilsner vases full of white willow branches, and Heather strung dendrobium orchid flowers on clear wire, hanging from the branches. She also submerged stalks of dendrobiums under floating candles in vases on some of the other tables. We loved the bouquets so much that we used those as third centerpiece options for some of the tables. All in all, working with Heather was a breeze. She took my vision and made it come to life. She was personable, had great ideas of her own and really made sure that I felt special. I thought the price was terrific, especially given the variety of centerpieces. I would recommend Heather and Bloomtastic to ANY bride in Ohio!

After much research on a florist for our wedding, we met with our "final 3". Bloomtastic was the 3rd of our meetings and when we left the consultation there was no doubt in our minds that they were who we wanted to use. Their prices were about 2/3 the price of their competitors and the time Heather took to really find out what we wanted was just amazing. She listened to us and never got frustrated when I changed my mind a million times. :) She really took the time to SHOW us what things would look like and provide different ideas. Being such a visual person and not knowing much about flowers, this was extremely helpful.They also will provide sample centerpieces which is included when you sign a contract where other florists will charge for samples. She and Jayson are truly a pleasure to work with and by the end of the consultations you will hug them goodbye!! I would HIGHLY recommend Bloomtastic to anyone who wants high quality florals at not such a high price for their wedding or any event for that matter! I had some pretty tough requests for Heather as I wanted more leaves/trees for my wedding than actual flowers. Heather never gave up though and was flexible as I worked my way through a number of different types of leaves - the end result was a bouquet that made me cry and centerpieces that took my breath away and captured the classic fall looking that I wanted to achieve. I used Bloomtastic as my wedding florist and Carrie was wonderful to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted upon meeting with her and was so happy that she offered suggestions on how to improve on my ideas and make things even more beautiful. She were very involved and made sure I was satisfied with every decision before placing the final order.

The flowers for the wedding party were just stunning and all looked so fresh. My bouquet surpassed my expectations and held up very nicely. It still looked wonderful. The tall centerpieces fit our reception site perfectly and were just the right size to give some height, but not too tall or full so people couldn't see around them. They did a wonderful job with every aspect of my wedding flowers. I highly recommend Bloomtastic.

I was on a very tight budget for my wedding and wasn't sure I was going to be able to have the "wow" factor I wanted from my flowers. I had an idea of what I wanted, but when I sat down with Heather, she was ready to suggest elegant, cost-effective alternatives that would not only look beautiful, but would be classic yet different, and would fit well within my budget. The flowers were absolutely stunning, so fresh, and complimented the bridal party's attire so beautifully. I am STILL getting remarks on how wonderful the florals complemented everything! I would highly recommend Bloomtastic to any bride planning a wedding. I had the most wonderful experience with the store and especially Heather, who helped me plan the look of my flowers for the big day. From the very beginning Heather was very helpful in getting me what I wanted for my budget. I talked to other florists and they pretty much laughed me out of the store when I told them what my budget was for 9 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen, 5 grandparents, and 4 parents. Heather on the other hand worked with me. I picked out all the flowers that I wanted and she made it work. Heather was also doing another wedding that day and you never would have known that she was splitting her time between the two. Everything was exceptional when it showed up to the church. Again, I would highly recommend them. The prices, customer service, and overall experience was amazing!

My wedding was July 11th 2009 and everything went as planned. My flowers were absolutely beautiful - there was not one thing wrong. They came and set up the reception hall, delivered the flowers and boutonierres to the various rooms, and all was perfect. The quality was great, the flowers fresh, and the price was right.
