Stunning wedding florals!
I cannot recommend Jaci with Bloom Designs enough! She was absolutely amazing to work with — so easygoing, incredibly responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I went into the process not really knowing exactly what I wanted, but she guided me with such care and creativity. The florals she created were absolutely stunning — truly beyond anything I could have imagined. Not only were the flowers breathtaking, but working with Jaci took so much stress off my plate. I felt completely confident in Jaci's work and she delivered beyond expectations. If you're looking for a florist who will create wedding florals of your dreams, I highly recommend Bloom Designs. :) -

Jaci with Bloom Designs is amazing!
Jaci with Bloom Designs is truly as good as they come!! We simply could not have imagined our wedding day/the entire wedding planning process without her - she was one step ahead of everyone the entire day and made sure each little part of our special day happened exactly the way we wanted it to. She knew that getting some pictures on our family boat was something that meant so much to my now husband and I, so she was watching the weather and the radar all day to make sure we found the perfect time to go out and do this :) Leading up to the wedding, as all brides do, I had many questions, doubts and stressors that were filling my mind on most days but Jaci was ALWAYS there to answer any and all of my questions, help me with anything I needed, reassure me that everything would go perfect and that the day would be everything we hoped for and more - & boy was she right! Not to mention, the flowers and floral arrangements were even more amazing than what I had envisioned! We wanted something simple & beachy with neutral colors and she worked with me to put together my exact vision as well as executing it PERFECTLY. We received truly soooo many compliments about our florals. If my husband and I were able to get married 100 more times, we would choose Jaci as our florist and day-of coordinator every single time!!! Not only was she these things for us on our wedding day, but is now a friend to our family's that we love to stay on touch with! Bloom Designs is the best! -

I was so impressed and pleased with Jaci’s work at Bloom Designs! She is super responsive, listens and is never pushy. Jaci truly made our day run so smoothly and she helped our floral vision come to life for our wedding! She is extremely organized from the beginning and shows many different options with different prices to make sure she knows exactly what you want. I would highly recommend using her for your wedding or other events! -

From the very beginning the experience was collaborative in determining how to bring our wedding day floral visions to fruition, with a customized proposal with visuals and transparency on pricing. If you are interested in wedding coordinating, Jaci also makes herself available and goes above and beyond to meet with her couples ahead of time to go over wedding day timelines to ensure a seamless wedding day. Our day was beyond stunning, and we are very thankful for the work Bloom Designs did to help make it so! -

Jaci With Bloom Designs is the Best!
Where do we even start… Jaci was incredible from the second we met her! She went out of her way to accommodate us as we both share the same wedding date. We went with her full planning package as well as floral and highly recommend both of them! Her vision boards were executed perfectly on the wedding day! She is detail oriented, empathetic, patient and organized with everything. She helped us with getting all our vendors set up and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on the wedding day! We don’t know what we would have done without her! Hiring Jaci with Bloom Designs was the best decision we made and we made a life-long friend along the way! -

The bouquets she created for my wedding were nothing short of breathtaking. Each arrangement was a masterpiece, perfectly capturing the essence of our special day. The attention to detail and the choice of flowers were exquisite, and I was in awe of how she brought my vision to life. Every bouquet was unique and had its own personality, adding a touch of magic to the overall ambiance. -

Kate and her team provided the flowers and styling service for our wedding.
The process: Kate was really easy to communicate with via email or phone, and I appreciated how transparent she was with pricing. On the weekend before the wedding, she emailed me with updates about flower availability and explained any substitutions that she made so I wouldn’t be surprised on the big day.
The result: The bouquets and centerpieces were stunning. I wanted a whimsical garden vibe with organic touches, and the team delivered! They put together a floral table runner for the head table that was the focal point of our reception, and designed three different styles of centerpieces for the other tables to create visual interest in the space. We had individual blooms in antique bud vases, tall dramatic tall arrangements with sprouted curling willow that almost reached the ceiling, and lush low arrangements with a variety of blooms and branches. I was so impressed by the creativity and thought the team put into all of the floral details.
Styling: Kate helped arrange rentals for our ceremony arch and chargers (our venue provided all the normal dishes and glassware.) Kate also provided candles, table number holders, and easel stands from her inventory. On the day of my wedding, the design team decorated the venue and chose the best place for our guest book, favors, and escort cards. It was so helpful to have an expert team to take care of those details while I was getting ready.
Overall, the team at Bloom Designs is amazing and I highly recommend them. -

Absolutely breathtaking. Like a lovely English garden!
The flowers and design were absolutely gorgeous! Complete strangers were coming up and telling us that the wedding bouquet was the most beautiful they had ever seen. And I agree wth them. The chapel and the reception area were amazing also. She and her staff did a remarkable job. She has great talent in floral design, and a vision for listening to the bride and groom to construct a truly beautiful wedding that goes above and beyond even what they could have imagined! The wedding was during the time of Covid restrictions, so it was much smaller in attendance (and in a different city and state) that originally planned. Even coming to her at the last minute, Kate made sure that it wasn’t a second rate wedding, but rather a fabulous wedding that just happened to be small in attendance! -

Kate was an absolute dream to work with - she's truly one of the most creative people I experienced within the wedding industry. Prior to us meeting in person, Kate was able to scrub my Pinterest boards & garner themes around what I really liked/disliked without me even having to tell her (or in certain circumstances, realized myself). Not only does she make the most beautiful floral arrangements in the Brainerd Lakes Area, her status as a veteran of the region allows her to make recommendations on your venue that likely your own Venue Manager/Coordinator won't be able to make. If you're getting married in Central MN book her fast! Everyone wants Kate, and rightfully so. -
