From the proposal to the bouquet toss it was perfection!
My daughter and I hired Bloom! Custom Floral Designs after meeting with Denese because she was unlike any of the other floral designers we had met with. She immediately understood my daughter's vision and was able to expand upon it. She was very respectful of our budget, helped us understand where we could cut back to save, but we never felt like things were being cheapened. I appreciated that she was up front and honest about what we could expect. Other floral designers were happy to promise whatever my daughter asked for, but Denese was blunt about the condition that specific flowers/ greenery might arrive in, and gave us options of other flowers, and greenery that would be prettier and better suited for the venue, the arrangements, and the time of year. Immediately it was apparent how meticulous she is with her florals. They are her babies, her passion, her reputation.
Communication with Denese was fabulous. She was quick to respond to texts and from there we could determine if we needed to have phone or video chat. When a force of nature required us to make changes to the ceremony plans, Denese displayed her flexibility and made major changes to her original plan. In fact, she ran with the new direction and created something even better. I felt as if Denese was just as excited about the wedding flowers, if not more, than we were! The week prior to the wedding, she made sure to text with any remaining questions, respectful that it was a very busy time, but wanting to make sure everything was perfect. And it was!
The day of the wedding, Denese and her team set up the floral arrangements. Denese once again displayed how meticulous she is, making sure every little detail was looked after. The florals were STUNNING. No amount of planning, sketches and photos could have prepared us for how gorgeous they would turn out. My daughter's bouquet was perfection! The custom design on the tree she was married under was a magical work of art. We received compliments not only from friends and family, but the day following the wedding, the staff at the venue sought me out to compliment Denese's work. The people who work with weddings every weekend were in awe of the gorgeous work she did.
Thank you Denese! We chose you knowing that you would deliver beautiful florals to help make the day memorable. But what you delivered far exceeded our hopes, dreams and imagination. It was magical! -

Great experience with Custom Floral:). Highly recommend.
Denese was personal and gave my daughter and I great suggestions. She is hardworking, dedicated to her craft and creative. When my daughter saw the chapel and the reception area decorated, it literally made her so happy. We were extremely pleased with Denese and highly recommend her. -

Mother of the Bride
Denese was a dream to work with. She absolutely captured everything we described to her. Our vision was carried out and beyond our expectations. She put together a beautiful proposal with photos and several options for different budgets. My daughter had a specific look she wanted for her bouquet and Denese knocked it out of the park. Truly it was one of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen. Many guests at the wedding commented that the flowers were the most beautiful they’d seen at a wedding. The venue was absolutely magical with the centerpieces and candles. -

Best day ever
Denese went above and beyond on my wedding day ! The second I entered the venue and saw all the flowers I was brought to tears- she made all my wedding flower dreams come true! She knew exactly what she was doing and all I had to do was show a few pictures and she recreated the entire thing! Denese is the florist for you, trust me! -

Knew exactly what we were looking for
Denese did all of our florals for our wedding on October 2, 2020 and they were absolutely amazing! We were planning for a fall wedding, but didn't want the floral to be too fall, and she knew exactly what we were looking for! We received so many compliments on the flowers for our big day. Denese is very professional and her proposals are organized and easy to read. She was friendly and easy to communicate with and prompt with her responses. We will be referring Denese and her work to all of our future friends getting married! -

Denese is amazing!
We just used Denese for all florals for our wedding on October 17th and it was BEAUTIFUL. Denese was so wonderful and flexible to work with, and I was impressed at how thorough she was in her proposal before booking. Denese made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it and I couldn’t have been happier about how everything turned out. -

Beautiful Event Design & Florals - Easy to work with!
Denese was amazing to work with, and helped make our floral dreams into a reality! She followed our lead, and offered expert advice throughout the process creating the most amazing floral & color palette and design for the entire event. All of the design elements flowed so nicely together, and I can't recommend her enough! She made it stress free on us throughout the entire process, and we were blown away with how our bouquets, ceremony flowers, centerpieces, you name it, turned out on the day of! -

Our Wedding Flowers Were STUNNING!
I cannot say enough good things about working with Denese and how absolutely amazing our wedding flowers turned out! Denese was super helpful in listening to my wedding vision and providing a couple of options with different price points. She created the most beautiful floral moon gate arch for our ceremony that double not only as a wonderful backdrop for our family formal pics but we were also able to re-purpose it behind the head table at our reception. THANK YOU Denese for being such a pleasure to work with and helping all of my wedding floral dreams come to life! -

We were able to stay within our budget and still have lovely arrangements and flowers for the wedding party as well as rose petals and candles on each table. She even incorporated my great-grandmother's brooch and sorority pin on to my bouquet. So sentimental and perfect for my wedding day. -

Loved Bloom Custom Florals
Denese was so easy to work with from day one. She was also very flexible when I had to change my wedding plans due to covid. We lost 10 tables due to guests not coming, so she found ways to use that money in other areas for us so it wouldn’t be a waste. If you are an easy, laid back bride looking for a worry free experience Denese is your person! I would use here again in a heartbeat. -

Denese is amazing at her job. She was beyond willing to work with the crazy schedule. Her work is beautiful. If you are looking for someone who will execute exactly what you sign up for then Denese is your florist. That being said, if it’s not a cut and dry transaction then I would tell you to get someone different. I had to replan my wedding 3 times in 3 months due to the pandemic and our church being under construction. Denese was one of the least supportive vendors I worked with during that time. The last time I had to replan, was 5 days before our wedding date. We had to change the ceremony venue and it left us scrambling to find last minute options. My wedding planner reached out with a floral idea in hopes that Denese might be flexible. Without responding to my wedding planner, Denese asked me to call her and was very annoyed. Although I continually told her that she could say no, she made sure I felt horrible that the question was even asked. At one point during this call she implied that I was a liar and told me I should be more grateful she didn’t charge me additional money when I was forced to change my wedding date, due to COVID....By the end of the call she agreed to let us move forward with our request but she was so mean that I hung up the phone and immediately started crying. Being in the wedding industry, I understand creative license and not wanting bad work associated with your name. That being said, she could have discussed it with my wedding planner or politely told me no and that would have been fine. In hindsight, I would have never booked Denese. Her floral arrangements were nice but the way she treated me was not. -
