We can easily and emphatically say that hiring Karen and her team was the best investment we could have made into our wedding. She understood our design vision in a heartbeat and made the smallest details of our dream a reality. Karen curated a truly unbelievable team, from the florals to the photographer. And she did it all with a calm and cheerful attitude that alleviated any stress we might have had about the big day. We are so grateful! Highly highly recommend! -

Karen was a dream to work with. She was there for us during the pandemic when we had to postpone our wedding 3 different times 😅 She answered all of my emails, text messages, and always made us feel like a priority. She helped us when we needed to change venues and went with us to checkout different ones that matched our wedding inspiration. She handled vendor contacts and was always the point of contact. When our band canceled at the last minute, she worked with my husband to get another entertainment literally 2 days before the wedding! The day of was an absolute dream! She and her team set up everything beautifully, catered to our needs, and made us feel so relaxed. We can’t wait to do an anniversary party to hire Karen again! -

I feel so blessed that I found Karen and Sydney, at the Nixon Library Wedding Open house! Right away I got along with Karen.( I met Sydney later on). Karen and Sydney made my dream wedding come to life. From the initial consultation with both my husband and I, they made sure that everything was right on track.
We had a short engagement and in a short time Karen and Sydney made sure that we were following the timeline and checking in on us, while also answering every question and text that I had regarding our wedding. The day of our wedding, it was so helpful that Sydney was familiar with the venue, it made a world of difference, she told me which elevator I could take so nobody could see the bride, was making sure the timeline was flowing smoothly for the night. She made sure that if I needed anything she was there for me, she even kept fixing the bustle on my dress when I was dancing. There was also many follow up messages even after our wedding, which was such a great gesture to check in with the newlyweds after our special day.
The venue looked beautiful, and the meticulous attention to detail for our event, was the topping on the cake. My friends and family kept saying this was one of the best wedding they've ever been to, and that it was beautiful, elegant, and timeless, and of course thank you Blissfully Styled and the amazing Karen and Sydney for helping me make this possible. I cannot wait to have another event, and hopefully work with Blissfully Styled again. -

Choosing Karen as our wedding planner was without a doubt the best decision we made. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to get to know us on a personal level. It felt like she could read our minds—Karen knew what we wanted (and sometimes what we didn’t even know we wanted!) better than we did. She had a knack for suggesting ideas that were spot on and made the whole planning process feel so natural and effortless.
One thing that stood out the most was Karen’s ability to anticipate potential hiccups before they even happened. She had backup plans for everything and was always thinking ahead, which took so much pressure off of us. On the wedding day, Karen and her amazing assistant Monique were absolutely flawless. They made sure everything ran on time, and I never had to worry about a single detail.
Because of Karen, we were able to relax, enjoy every moment, and feel totally present on our big day. She truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we are so grateful for her dedication, passion, and attention to detail. If you want a planner who will take your vision and make it even better while handling every little thing behind the scenes, Karen is the one you need. Highly recommend! -

Karen and her team have gone above and beyond to help coordinate our wedding back in April and we are still dreaming of that wonderful day! I was originally in the planning process with another coordinator who had a job switch during this process and thus I was referred to Karen. Right off the bat Karen was super on top of everything, and so kind and patient, also just fun to work with. We hit it off with her right away – she was super responsive and knowledgeable. On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever. -

Karen and her team are absolutely amazing!!! I hired them for their Coordination services for my wedding and it was the best decision! The planning process was very simple, their list of To-do’s made getting ready for the big day so easy. Kristen was our lead coordinator for the big day and she was wonderful. Super helpful, kept us on track and had the best personality. She went above and beyond to make our day so special. Even after the wedding, Karen sent me the email I didn’t even know I needed. Lol what to do with my dress, when to send the Thank You cards. If you’re thinking about hiring them, you should! They are great to work with!! -

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Karen & her team. They went above and beyond for us from start to finish. It’s not just a job for them they truly love what they do and wanted us to have our perfect day. The design was exactly what I had imagined … I didn’t even know what I wanted at times and Karen read my mind somehow and brought it to life . The day of the wedding ran so smooth and stress free for us we are so grateful. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this team they are incredible !!!! -

Karen and her team at BSE were amazing! Truly the best team to help plan our perfect day. I loved working with Karen and Sydnee and truly looked forward to every call with them and loved every minute of planning with them! They took a lot of the stress out of planning a wedding and helped put together a magical day. She broke up the planning process and helped direct us on what needed to be done at each step. I worked with Karen starting in summer 2020 in the planning phase of a 170-person guest count wedding under a contract for Management and Design. From the very first conversation Karen was extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She thought of everything. She broke down the planning process to make it manageable, fun and not overwhelming. I am an extremely detailed person and I must say, Karen exceeded my expectations. She was always a step ahead and such a calming, orderly force. She provided great guidance, vendor connections/recommendations, planning tools and really helped us put our whole vision in motion. I am extremely happy with the entire process and Karen’s work was invaluable. She is worth every penny and I would recommend her planning skills for your event. I will always have great memories of the process and she was such an important part. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to plan with such an extremely organized, professional, kind and heartfelt person. The planning process was made so pleasant thanks to Karen. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better partner in our efforts. Our wedding plans shifted mid-process and Karen was so great throughout. I can attest to her planning efforts. I vetted a number of sources and she was the best decision we could have made. -

I knew Karen was the planner for us from our first few minutes on the phone. I wanted a stress-free day where I could hand the reigns over to someone else would care as much about all the little details as I would. Other vendors I met with felt impersonal and like a check-the-box interview. But Karen spent time truly getting to know me and my fiancé. She immediately felt like a friend to brainstorm with and who would make sure every tiny detail on every single table was perfect. While we didn’t use Karen for full design and planning, I did purchase extra hours of her time in addition to day-of coordination so I could use her expertise finalizing design ideas, florals etc. BEST DECISION EVER. After every email exchange and call, I felt comfortable and confident with the direction we were going. When we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, Karen was available by email, phone and text to talk me off multiple ledges (multiple times). I can’t say enough great things about our experience so far! I’ll update this review in 2021 when we finally have our special day, but in the meantime if you’re looking for a designer/planner who truly cares about her couples, has a great design vision and attention to detail, and is just generally a good human who you look forward to talking to, Karen at Blissfully Styled is your person. -

Karen from Blissfully Styled is a dream come true! She is so meticulous- her organization skills are unparalleled! She is professional and (better yet) kind. Karen knows everything that can possibly go wrong at an event and has five different plans to help things go right! She’s everywhere you need her to be, and she’s fluid- she constantly adjusts, changing the plan if necessary- which makes an event flow smoothly. Karen is an effective communicator and leader. She knows how to get things done in the fastest, most efficient way possible, without compromising an ounce of quality! She embodies serenity and remains calm in stressful situations. It was truly amazing to watch Karen transform my dream wedding into a reality. We are extremely happy with our choice to hire her, she helped make our wedding a beautiful day we’ll never forget! -

Karen is absolutely amazing, and we’re so glad we found her to help us with our wedding. We self-planned it up until a few months out, so we were starting to panic with so much left to do. Karen took the reins, kept us on track with deadlines, and coordinated all the scheduling. It was a huge relief for us the moment we hired her. She is polite, professional, fun to work with and talk with through the planning process. She becomes your friend by going through the process with you, and she cares about getting to know you so she can really understand what you want for your perfect wedding. All of her suggestions were spot on, and it was easy to trust her judgment because she really knows what she is doing. Even in just the short time she had to make our wedding happen (we hired her way, way, way too late!), she planned and executed everything flawlessly and at a more than reasonable cost. We thought she was amazing before the big day, but we were even more impressed on our wedding day. Everything came together like clockwork, and neither of us felt like we had to worry about anything the entire day. We had an incredible and stress-free night because of her, and I think her best (and absolutely priceless) skill set was in making sure that –we– really enjoyed our night together. We were definitely in the best hands for our special day! We never once, at any point after we hired her (and especially the day of the wedding), had anything whatsoever to worry about. All we had to do was kick back, get married, and enjoy our special day together. All because of Karen. Thanks, Karen!! -

Karen was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding this August and she was absolutely amazing! I had all our vendors hired and most of the details set when I hired her, but she just made the months leading up to the wedding so stress-free. Her website helped me stay so organized and she was always there to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly. She organized everything for the day of and took all the stress off us, helping to make our day amazing! -

Karen and her team were beyond wonderful! They truly made sure I was taken care of on my wedding day. They were organized and made sure everything ran smoothly. I wasn’t stressed out or worried because I knew I was in good hands. Karen is so sweet and so easy to talk to. She was very understanding and accommodating of my needs on my day. She is the best!
