Anne and Elizabeth were such a pleasure from the very beginning of my experience! They were very responsive and organized and helped us pick the most amazing vendors! They went above and beyond throughout the entire planning experience. And when it came to the day of our wedding — I was blown away by how they brought my vision to life! The florals they designed blew me away and all of our guests commented on how beautiful and elegant the wedding was. They made our day feel so easeful and fun and magical! We can’t thank them enough! -

I used Blissful Weddings and Co. to help plan and execute my very large wedding. The team was incredibly responsive and had experience working with my caterer, venue, DJ, and more. In the months leading up to the event, Elizabeth closely with me to make sure we had everything we needed and she helped me think of things I wasn't even thinking of.
They flawlessly executed setting everything up and making it look BEAUTIFUL. Then they helped the event flow seamlessly from start to finish. At one point, we ran out of whiskey and she went so far as to go to the grocery store to get us more. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned and loaded up before I had a chance to even ask what we needed to do. I could not have done it without Elizabeth and her team! Truly recommend! -

Anne & Elizabeth are a mother/ daughter team who truly made all of our dreams and visions come true. We had several people come up to us on our wedding day and still telling us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to and that every detail was thought of. I am an extremely type B/ indecisive person and they helped give me amazing choices and supported all of my decisions throughout each step of the way (even when I would change my mind or not be able to decide). I was planning our wedding from across the country and they were always available to answer my questions or set up a phone call, as well as see me in person when I visited SD. They allowed me to voice my true opinions and always offered great solutions for things I didn't love about certain venues or vendors. For example, there was a playground at our venue that I wanted covered up for a reasonable price, and they found the perfect vendor to get it done and made it look so elegant. I used them for my florals too and I could not get enough compliments from my guests on how beautiful the florals were. They were there the entire day and made it go SOOOO smoothly, which allowed me to truly enjoy each moment and not stress about a thing. I could not recommend them enough! -

Where do I even begin? Hiring Anne and Elizabeth was hands down the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. From the very first conversation, they were warm, professional, and incredibly organized. I immediately felt like we were in the best possible hands, and I was right. They truly went above and beyond in every single way. Whether it was managing vendors, keeping us on schedule, or calming me down when I felt overwhelmed, they handled it all with grace and ease. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they somehow managed to turn every one of our ideas into something even better than we imagined. On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything ran flawlessly, and I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, something I will be forever grateful for. Our guests are still raving about how seamless and beautiful everything was! They also can contract to take care of your wedding flowers which were absolutely perfect and so beautiful. Amazing full time wedding coordinator!!
We worked with Anne for a whole year to plan our wedding, and this past June our dream day finally came to life — all thanks to Anne and her amazing team! She’s genuinely one of the sweetest, most thoughtful people I’ve met, and her attention to detail is unreal. Anytime I forgot something (which happened a lot), Anne was already on top of it.
I fully trusted her with the decor, flowers, and lighting, and walking into the venue on the day of honestly took my breath away. Every little vision I had — and even ones I didn’t think of — were brought to life perfectly. If wedding planning ever feels overwhelming (and it will), you can 100% trust Anne to make it all come together flawlessly — even better than you imagined.
The month and week leading up to our wedding were crazy stressful for me and my husband, but Anne never missed a beat. She checked in every week, immediately noticed when something was off, and was always there to lend a helping hand. She wasn’t just our planner — she felt like a friend we could talk to about anything, which honestly is such a lifesaver for brides when everything feels chaotic.

Hiring Blissful Weddings & Co. was hands-down the best decision I made in planning my wedding. I started the process convinced I could manage everything myself—after all, my mom and I have planned countless events. Why spend extra money on a planner? But about 2.5 months before the wedding, I felt so overwhelmed that I decided to reach out for help, and I’m incredibly grateful I found Anne and Elizabeth. I only wish I had started with them from the very beginning.
When I hired Anne and Elizabeth, I had already booked the DJ, photographer, venue, and hair/makeup, but their guidance allowed me to finally feel excited about my wedding instead of stressed. They completely transformed the experience, making it something I could actually enjoy. They created all my floral arrangements, which were absolutely beautiful—exactly what I envisioned: simple yet elegant, stunning but not over-the-top. They were incredibly thoughtful, even repurposing flowers and decor throughout the evening to make the most of each detail. They helped me design the table settings and took care of setting everything up on the day of the wedding, so I was able to arrive completely stress-free. They guided me in planning the entire flow of the event and ensured everything ran seamlessly according to our timeline, including transportation, photo timeline, etc. On my wedding day, I never had to wonder, What’s next? or is everything going as planned?—I could simply enjoy the day as though I were a guest at my own wedding. That peace of mind was truly priceless.
I dreamed of an outdoor wedding in beautiful San Diego, but our venue warned us about possible challenges with keeping everyone comfortable in the cooler evening temperatures. Anne and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make that dream a reality, finding solutions to make sure our guests were cozy and comfortable.
Throughout the entire planning process, they were full of incredible ideas and genuinely helped keep me on track. Planning was especially tough for me because my husband was deployed, and I was juggling full-time studies. Anne and Elizabeth not only respected my time but also helped me stay organized and moving forward. My only regret is not hiring them sooner—it would have made the whole journey so much smoother.
Again, on my wedding day, everything went flawlessly. It was perfect, and that’s truly thanks to Anne and Elizabeth. Thank you both—y’all rock! -

Anne and Elizabeth were incredibly professional and went above and beyond for us. My now husband and I were so happy with how the wedding turned out (truly overjoyed upon looking back) and it was in large part thanks to these two wonderful ladies making the event run so smoothly in the background. Anne and Elizabeth were so calm and professional throughout and by the end of our journey I could feel a true bond of friendship. Furthermore, they added so much value in all their vendor recommendations which really helped us out due to our shorter engagement timeline, allowing us to focus on the fun, creative aspects of the planning process. From the florist and rentals to the DJ and photographer, Anne and Elizabeth have a good eye for the San Diego wedding market and who to trust on your big day. My husband and I along with my parents are so thankful for all that they did to make all these weighty financial decisions worth it. After going through this experience, it is very clear to me that hiring the right wedding planner is one of the most crucial aspects to planning a wedding and you can't go wrong with this lovely team. Shouting from the rooftops that these ladies are a must have when wedding planning!!! From beginning to end Anne and Elizabeth were AMAZING! I was new to the San Diego area and knew nothing about the wedding industry in the area. Anne and Elizabeth walked me through every step of the way from talking through my likes and dislikes to touring venues with me and every little detail you wouldnt think of but is necessary for your big day. In the middle of planning I unexpectedly moved cross country and now was planning everything with them remotely. They made sure to be at appointments for me in my absence and kept in touch regularly to make sure I got everything I was envisioning for my wedding. Their backstock items were also key in completing the big day and saved a lot of money on items you dont think about needing, like table numbers and lanterns for decor and the signage around the event. The vendors that they recommended for me that fit my vision were absolutely perfect! All of them were 5 stars and I wouldnt have been able to find them without Anne and Elizabeths experience and knowledge in the wedding industry. On the day of the wedding I knew I could just sit back and enjoy because they had everything running smoothly and I can 100% say that it wouldnt have been my dream wedding without their expertise and help!

It’s impossible to describe how grateful my family is to Anne and Elizabeth Ford of Blissful Weddings & Co. for all their amazing work planning my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding in May at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach. We went with the partial wedding package, which ended up paying for itself and more as Anne and Elizabeth saved us thousands of dollars over their fee via their vendor recommendations. We had an under-5-month timeline from engagement day to wedding day, which was challenging but totally doable with Blissful Weddings & Co. by our side. Our point of inspiration was an Italian wedding that was featured in The Lane, and within minutes of showing Anne and Elizabeth the link Elizabeth found the very same chairs at a reasonable rental price locally (and the chairs and cushions were in impeccable condition for the event too)! I could go on and on from there. Their recommended florist had a team of highly talented and sweet people who made my daughter’s vision a reality at a fantastic price. Their recommended photographer did truly beautiful work and brought so much positive energy to the event while maintaining a low-key presence at the same time—remarkable! Above all else though was how kind, caring, and professional Anne and Elizabeth were throughout the process. They were integral to making a joyous day for the bride and groom and family and friends and a happy outcome with all the vendors. Anne and Elizabeth are very skilled at keeping the process calm and enjoyable along the way as well as confidently guiding their clients through making major and minor decisions, which can be more involved with a military wedding. Every wedding is equally important to Anne and Elizabeth, whether a grand affair at the Fairmont or a more budget-friendly, intimate celebration at the park or beach. Our other daughter’s wedding venue didn’t require an outside wedding planner, and after going through the planning process each way I can say that it’s impossible to put a price on having such a trusted, experienced team by your side to make your dream wedding come true on the big day! Working with Anne and Elizabeth was a pleasure from start to finish. From our initial consultation to the final moments of our wedding day, they kept it professionally and attentive. What we really appreciated, they took the time to truly understand our vision and executed it flawlessly, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was imbued with our unique personality and style. I'm a planning nerd, and having someone that I could rely on a very special day really helped to ease that stress.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. My wife and I picked the Bahia resort to have our destination wedding, we were looking for a magical ceremony on the beach and they offered a vendor package that made it stress free. The resort picked Anne & Elizabeth for our wedding coordinators and OMG did they do a fantastic job. I was so worried about figuring out how to get all of the small details to the wedding like vases for center pieces, ceremony isle decor etc. and then we found out that you can rent them from Anne and Elizabeth and it was THE BEST option ever. I didn't have to worry about anything, they completed blew our vision out of the water. The best part is they were so easy to work with and felt like we've known them for years. I loved that they have worked multiple weddings at the Bahia before so they knew exactly what to do, how to set up, and the flow of the day. I could honestly go on and on about how fantastic these two ladies are. They were wonderful and you can tell they love what they do and they put their heart into making sure your special day is flawless and stress free.

I cannot say enough about Blissful wedding. Anne and Elizabeth were instrumental in helping make my daughters wedding a huge success. They anticipated problems, calmed us down, kept us on track, and when my daughters dress was stolen (long story) 6 days before the wedding, they went into full on crisis mode and helped us find a fabulous alternative. You will not go wrong with Blissful Weddings.
Plus they are really friendly and clever. And they have a huge warehouse of decorations that have been used previously that you can take your pick of (for a fee )if you want that definitely fit our budget. Recycle Reuse in action.

My husband and I live in the Bay Area and we engaged Anne and Elizabeth to help us plan our wedding in San Diego a couple weekends ago and it was an absolutely perfect day! Sooo many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and a lot of it had to do with creating a breathtaking environment for the personalized dedications, vows, speeches, connections to happen on our wedding day. Anne and Elizabeth helped us manage all the details of the wedding week, and our wedding day went off without a glitch. We knew that we were in great hands with Anne and Elizabeth from Day One of the planning process, and we trusted that they had our best interest at heart in the decisions they helped us make and the vendors they helped us pick. The other wedding planners we'd talked to had more flash than substance and it was clear from our first engagement with Anne and Elizabeth that if you were going to have a wedding in San Diego and you wanted trusted advisors who were going to help you make the best decisions for you (not the most costly or obvious decisions, but the best decision for you) they are the ones to go with! Everything from the way their service is priced to their willingness to flex and push for what we wanted, to advising on issues that were way beyond the wedding itself (we hosted a week full of activities before and after our wedding day). They are thorough. Not only in managing the details but helping us find the perfect venues for the week.
For our wedding venue, we flew down to SD to view the venues they recommended, and we managed to see 12 different venues in one day! They planned for us, and accompanied us, to all these beautiful venues—any of which would have been fabulous. We knew in our hearts when we found the perfect location…
We also decided to host a wedding week (not just the wedding day) and it was a LOT of planning and coordination before the Big Day, but the week went by so smoothly and joyfully, and we attribute a lot of that to our partnership with Anne and Elizabeth.

A friend referred us to Blissful Weddings and Co after how happy she was with Liz and Anne's services during their own wedding. We had the opportunity to see Liz and Anne in action at our friends wedding and thought they did a great job as well. We decided to book their partial package and work with them as our wedding coordinators , they did not disappoint! If given the choice all over again, we would book them in a heartbeat, but what we should have done initially , was book their full package instead of the partial. It would have been very much worth the money. They were so easy to work with , kind, responsive, and really steered us in the right direction when we had no clue how to start planning a wedding. They recommended to us some great vendors we ended up using for our wedding and we loved our vendor team so much. What was really awesome and sealed the deal, we were able to use their backstock items consisting of a large collection of things you need to decorate for a wedding (vases, chargers, signage etc) so we did not have to buy any of that stuff and it saved us a ton of money. They did so much beautiful calligraphy on our signage as well. The way they set everything up and decorated was absolutley beautiful and our wedding day was perfect with all the help we got from Liz and Anne. They know what they are doing , we trusted them, and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. When our wedding was postponed due to Covid, they handled it with ease. Never showing any stress or worry. These 2 amazing ladies had my venue and all vendors contacted and rescheduled within hours! Anne would check in on me just to see how I was doing. Making sure I wasn't freaking out over anything. Lol...,

These two were there for 2 YEARS for every text, call, meet up, anxiety-cry etc to help us with questions, worries, and everything in between.
In the end, we could not have had a better day. It was beyond perfect and every little detail my psychotic self was worried about was executed to perfection by these two.
I know they are wedding planners, but I refuse to hire any other planners for any future events besides these two.

They were affordable in comparison to a few others I interviewed, but were so much more attentive, caring, and knowledgeable than the others. My husband was tragically killed riding his bike in 2021. After starting to plan my husband's celebration of life I decided that I needed help and reached out to Anne & Elizabeth. They were absolutely amazing from the moment I contacted them. They immediately wanted to help in anyway they could. They provided thoughtful guidance using their experience and expertise. They met me at the venue, helped me visualize the day, contacted vendors and got quotes on my behalf. They gave me the peace of mind that the day was going to be what I envisioned and they removed a lot of the stress of planning. How incredibly lucky were we to find this amazing mother/daughter team called Blissful Weddings and Co. My daughter had sought them out for their reputation of working with long distance brides, since she indeed was one. So thankful for email, text, FaceTime, and phone to stay connected and make sure this was HER wedding. As mother of the bride I was the one having the pleasure of working the most closely with Anne and Elizabeth, I truly feel they are now part of my family! They are true professionals who know their way around all aspects of the wedding arena, from vendors down to the most minute details. They take making YOUR wedding vision come to life seriously. It would bring a smile to my face when Anne would check in with my daughter about some detail and she would respond with “ Whatever you all think best - you’re the professionals.” Yes that they are.
This wedding was unique in that it was being held in an aircraft hangar, that meant literally everything needed to be transformed to make it into a beautiful wedding venue. Anne and Elizabeth not only helped find the best vendors, but met with them with me, helped clarify ideas, organized timelines for deliveries and greeted vendors the day before, the day of and the day after the wedding - wow. Their involvement prior to the wedding, during the wedding, and after made it all go so smoothly and seem effortless. If there were any glitches the bride and groom were unaware. They made sure everyone enjoyed the day including me.
This wedding exceeded expectations in every way, and let it be known it couldn’t have happened without these two lovely women. The bride and groom were overjoyed and ecstatic - it was their wedding vision. It was beautiful in every way and I seriously don’t know how to thank them enough. I know I have only scratched the surface of what they did for this wedding and can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate them. Thank you Anne and Elizabeth from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

They go BEYOND what they offer
First, please get a wedding planner because you are going to save SO much headache if you do. Second, please get this duo because they go beyond what they offer. At first I really didn't know what to expect since I only got a partial package. Just a reminder, YOU still put in ALOT of work, since it is your wedding and many choices are up to you, but they offer alot of advice, and recommendations which I used and saved so much time. There was a time where I was overwhelmed, and they called me to do a check in, and even asked if they could do regular check ins to make sure I was getting the things I needed to get done. It helped. What they truly excelled in was, the execution of the actual day because I honestly did not have ANY worries. They kept the timeline, they made sure everyone got to their seats, and best of all they kept my mom happy! Whenever my mom had a question about anything, they stepped up and solved it. Also, I did everything, that I hear most brides didn't do: I ate, I drank, I was able to meet with everyone, AND enjoy time with just my husband. Seriously, my husband and I are so thankful we chose to work with Anne and Elizabeth. They are SOOO helpful and absolutely a pleasure to work with. They truly want what you want and work tirelessly to make your dream wedding come true! They are professional and very much experienced with everything that has to do with weddings. They offer the best advice and are there when you have a melt down. About 3 months before my wedding, my makeup artist bailed on me! Anne and Elizabeth were there one phone call away to search for other makeup artist and ease your stress!
The day of our wedding, they made my Hawaiian Wedding vision COME TRUE! It just about brought tears to my eyes. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way thanks to Anne and Elizabeth.
A lot of people seem to think they don't need a wedding planner. This absolutely untrue. I am SOO thankful I chose to get a wedding planner and I cannot thank them enough. I don't know how I could have planned our wedding without them! I also love the fact that they are a mom and daughter team. Anne and Elizabeth are an awesome mother daughter duo and they are awesome wedding day of coordinators. For the price of our package we felt they went above and beyond with their services. Much more than we expected. They really made the time to understand what kind of wedding you are having and they make great suggestions and advice. They connected us with a florist they recommended and even came to the meeting. This was super helpful and very much appreciated. The florist they recommended, 96 Flowers and 13 Stems, was also very affordable and did a great job. On the day of our wedding, they were very on top on what was going on at the moment and kept us informed. They also made sure we were okay with what guests, family members, and vendors were doing that weren't according to the plan which was very considerate. When we got to our reception venue, they together with the florist already decorated the place so nicely and it was pretty much ready to go despite having less than 2 hours to set up since the restaurant only allowed us to set up after lunch hours and on top of that we also came from a different ceremony venue location. They even stepped in and helped guests check in when my helpers did not show up on time. At the end of the night, when we were too busy tending to our guests and having fun, they were cleaning up behind the scenes and made sure everything was packed up in the cars and good to go. They also helped with sorting out final reception costs and distributed our pre-made tips to the vendors. They are so awesome and I can't reccomend them enough!Blissful Weddings and Co.'s reply:

Anne and Elizabeth are amazing! From our first meeting to our wedding day they were organized, detailed and so fun to work with. I highly recommend Anne and Elizabeth if you are looking for wedding coordinators. They had great ideas and really wanted to know my thoughts and vision. You can tell they really care about each couple they work with and want only the best for the brides and grooms. They did a great job with the flow of our wedding day and keeping up with other vendors. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went perfect. Anne and Elizabeth are an incredible duo! They made the wedding planning process feel so easy, fun and manageable. They were extremely responsive via phone, email and in-person meetings. They helped me think about details that I hadn't even considered which led to such an incredible and smooth wedding day! On the day of the wedding, they were the first to arrive and the last to leave. Building 177 was transformed into such a beautiful, beautiful space - complete with crystal chandeliers, soft draping, gorgeous flowers and such incredible personal details. Ivan making a replica of the Eiffel Tower for you, the canvas of your engagement picture and all of the super fun dance props; were all such perfect components of your wedding!
The story of your families, beginning with the meeting of your mom's so many years ago in college, then both moms marrying on that same college campus and then you and Ivan marrying on University of San Diego campus too - is just amazing history for both of your families. It is a rarity to have that kind of family connection and history in our every changing world. You are so very blessed:)
