  Shannon provided us with everything we needed to know for our first all-inclusive trip to Punta Cana. She was always available and prompt with answering questions. Highly recommended!

  We worked with Shannon at Blissful Honeymoons to plan our wedding in Punta Cana this past April - she was AWESOME! We had 70 guests (and some last minute additions/changes) and she helped make sure everything went seamlessly. The travel went smoothly and the wedding was perfect - all thanks to Shannon! Definitely plan to go back for future honeymoon/vacation plans!

  Shannon was an awesome travel agent. This trip was for our anniversary and it was amazing. The resort was beautiful. The food and service were excellent. We would definitely go back! I would highly recommend Shannon and Blissful Vacations.

  Excellence Service!

  My husband and I have worked with Shannon from Blissful Honeymoons and Vacations for multiple trips, including our honeymoon, and I wouldn't trust any other travel agency. Shannon has gone above and beyond for all of our trips and truly makes the entire travel process extremely easy and stressfree! I would highly recommend her and her services to anyone looking to use a travel agent. I know we will continue to use her for all of our future vacations!

  Shannon recommended our “ideal” honeymoon destination when she suggested St. Lucia. She really took her time in understanding what our needs were and because my husband has a couple disabilities, she was very patient and obviously did thorough research to make sure he wouldn’t have any issues. She worked with us every step of the way as far as making the hotel and flight reservations, coordinating the ground transfers, and provided tips and tricks to ensure the trip was flawless. Since working with Shannon on our honeymoon, we now only book our vacations with her, too!

  More problems created than solved

  Our guests were told the wrong wedding ceremony time, not told about the reception at all and overall there were more problems created than solved. Wedding planner at Iberostar Grand Bavaro was great but Blissful Vacations was difficult to work with and we had many complaints from guests about the lack of professionalism and missed important details.

  Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry there was a miscommunication. Yes, I had the incorrect ceremony time on the travel app I provided for you as additional travel support. I was notified of the original ceremony time when we confirmed the date and time with the resort last year. Since then, the time was changed directly with the wedding coordinator, and I was not copied in on that correspondence. However, once I learned of this information, I corrected the ceremony time on all guests itineraries who were using the travel app days before the wedding festivities.
  I would imagine you had the correct time on the formal wedding invitation you sent to all your guests, your wedding coordinator had the correct time with your festivities all set, and I quickly corrected it on the travel app. Again, I apologize for this miscommunication and if it negatively affected your trip in any way.   Destination Wedding Guest Blues

  We recently attended a friends wedding in Punta Cana. While, the location and wedding was breathtaking the number of small travel details that we were lead to believe were taken care of were, in fact, not. These plagued our trip and and amount of time we had to enjoy ourselves. The rooms at the resort were average, but we wasted a lot of time waiting around for maintenance to show up to fix what seemed like big issues to us. As always, the Dominican people themselves were warm, friendly, inviting, and ready to cater to our every need.
