Ryan and his team were incredible to work with when executing on our three day Indian wedding. He assisted with everting from table rentals, decor/flowers, AV and lights - he was a one stop shop for everything. He executed on everything above our expectations and I would highly recommend him and his team.

Helpful, Caring, Professional

Bliss had the most reasonable prices with the best customer service. The fact that they offer so many services made it so much easier for me and my husband to choose them and what we want/needed. We got everything through Bliss - uplighting, gobos, DJ lighting, dance floor, marquees, photo booth, MC, and drapery. Each of the services were perfection.
Ryan was so helpful through the entire process and he was so responsive to me. He answered all my questions and helped our vision of the reception come true.
Our MC Joseph C. was amazing - he got the crowd going and helped make our night special. He did such a great job with the entire event and my entire family loved him!
Thank you Bliss for making our wedding beyond amazing, our expectations were definitely exceeded!

Ryan and Tika was amazing. Was going through a very tough patch in life. But they came through and made themselves available and understanding. For this to be a destination wedding for me. My nerves was shot.... they insured me it was going be beautiful and EVERYTHING, It was beautiful. Thank you again for everything. I would highly recommend them for their services.

WOW! Ryan and his team specifically Jose, and Joseph. completely transformed the event space my family used for my little brother and sister's sweet 16. we requested DJ/MC service, photo booth (AN ABSOLUTE HIT) up lighting, draping & gobo/monogram and Bliss Entertainment delivered on every service flawlessly! from the planning process to execution I have no complaints at all. during the event I cant event remember ever feeling like the party was slowing down and we were there for (6) full hours! Special shout out to Joseph AKA JMC for keeping the party going! I cannot thank/praise Ryan enough for making our family event so special and successful!

We cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his company Bliss Entertainment. We got married on 29th of october 2016 in Carlsbad at Omni La Costa, and Bliss Entertainment did our lighting and draping. They simply did the most amazing job we could have wished for. There was definitely the wow effect when all our guests entered the reception room. Bliss Entertainment did such a careful and professional work!!! 1) Their draping was perfect, and with all the uplights on it, it gave the best atmosphere to our reception room. 2) Ryan also installed 4 moving heads on draped truss for our dancefloor lights, and it was just amazing! with a white dancefloor, everybody on the dancefloor had a great time with all the lights... also he stayed with his associate during our entire reception to control all the lights and make sure they were giving the best effect possible and it was just terrific!!! 3) also they put some twinkle lights behind our sweetheart table to create a special attention to our sweetheart table area and it was so beautiful.... 4) finally we want to finish saying that Ryan was extremely responsive before the wedding, being by text or email, and was really paying attention to the style we wanted for lights etc... and that it's price was very competitive, as opposed to a lot of crazy vendors that were asking twice or three times as much for the same things... so Thanks a lot Ryan, if our wedding has been such a success it is in part because of the great job you did with the lights!!! The Bliss Entertainment is phenomenal! Their technical team was absolutely amazing in the set up for a reception that I was coordinating! Ryan and the team are some of the best in Las Vegas and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone! There work completely changed the ballroom and the overall ambiance of the whole reception! Bliss Entertainment is the best, if you're looking for someone to do up lighting and draping for your reception look no further. They are who you should choose!

I'm so glad I chose Bliss Entertainment Group for our wedding lighting and decor. Ryan and his team did a great job in making our reception venue beautiful. Ryan was very responsive and helpful whenever I ask him questions. The uplighting colors as well as the pin spots were amazing! It made our reception very elegant looking and all the guests were commenting how beautiful our reception was. The photobooth was a hit too! Guests loved how the photobooth operators directed them when to do the poses. They were very strict to let the guests leave one of their photos in my scrapbook as a remembrance. They gave a USB copy of all the photos so I was able to upload them on Facebook for everyone to see! Working with Ryan and his team went very smoothly and his pricing was reasonable compared to other vendors but the quality is over the top! Ramon and I are very thankful for making our venue extra special. Looking forward to doing business with you again someday!

First off let me say AMAZING!
I booked Ryan and his crew for my wedding in March in Las Vegas and it was the best decision to make I was a out of town bride and he constantly stayed in contact with me and took the time out to show me all details over email and in person when I came down to make me feel better. I booked them for Video, Monogram, Up lighting, Pin up lighting and photo booth every single one was amazing! The videographer Rob was so sweet and down to earth his video came out better then I could imagine espically having to deal with my crazy family lol
All of the money I spent was worth is just for the Video, I get complements still of how professional looking and romantic it is makes my family that couldn't make it feel like they were there, I still cry when I watch it. My photo booth literally could fit about 10 people in one picture AMAZING and gorgeous at that, thank you Tika you were amazing and so fun to have you with us on that day! Up lighting was the perfect look I was going for romantic and beautiful.
I will forever recommend Ryan and his crew for wedding/parties.

Thank you for making my day special and beautiful we will always remember!

You can get all you need with one call to Bliss Entertainment Group. Lighting, DJ, Photobooth and draping. The price was a little high at first but when you see the quality they produce, it is all worth it. Ryan is very hands on and is involved in the entire process. All the people we worked with were pleasant and knowledgeable about their craft. I would recommend Bliss Entertainment for your next party or event.

I hired Bliss for my wedding two weeks ago. I bought the package with 16 up lights, a GOBO, wedding cake spot light and also used their lighted backdrop and photo booth service. Ryan and his team are amazing, very nice and professional. Ryan always answered all my questions and the day of, his team was super friendly and great with my guests. The photo booth girls that night of were so fun and cute! The up lights looked amazing and added so much to the venue we had booked and the lighted backdrop looked better than i had ever imagined in person. I highly recommend this company!

I was introduced to Ryan by a friend who hired Bliss Entertainment for her wedding. I am usually the type of person who likes doing research and knowing my options before making a decision, but because my friend spoke so highly about Ryan, I dropped my research and went ahead and hired Bliss Entertainment for lighting, videography, and photobooth for our wedding...and I'm so happy we did!!! Ryan and his team did a FANTASTIC job. They really exceeded our expectations. Ryan is so fun and easy to work with....from the very beginning, he listened attentively to what we have in mind for our wedding. We had very specific ideas and I'm so happy to share that Ryan delivered all and more.

We LOVE the lighting and ballroom decor. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ballroom was. I am not a big fan of ballroom weddings, because a lot of them look the same...so I knew I wanted a stunning decor that would transform the room. Ryan definitely made it happen - the room feels very airy and whimsical. The lighting and uplighting was perfect. It created the ambiance we wanted for our wedding. Ryan and his team worked very hard to make sure the ballroom was exactly what we wanted. They did the set up the night before to ensure they had enough time. They're very professional and know what to anticipate.

The photobooth was A LOT OF FUN!!! Ryan worked with us to design the custom print-outs and they had MANY props that our guests clearly had fun with :)The videographer crew was INCREDIBLE. They got there early to set up to ensure that they could start shooting on time. The team was a lot of fun to work with, which is a bonus point :)We are still waiting for our wedding film and highlight video, but I expect nothing less than fabulous!

I'd also recommend bundling the services (hiring him for more than just one service). Ryan created a customized package that met our needs, our budget, and our grand ideas about our wedding! Ryan is THE MAN!!!

Bliss Entertainment is amazing. Ryan is amazing. We had them do our photo booth, DJ, pin spot lighting, drapes, and up lighting. They did our music for the ceremony as well as DJ for our reception. We also had a slideshow of pictures that Ryan put together and up into a projector screen. It was great! This company is absolutely fabulous. From the drapes and up lighting setting the mood for each hour, to the DJ getting all of our guests up and dancing!! I really can not say anything negative about this company because I was so truly happy with all of their work and couldn't have been happier the night of our wedding. The photo booth was great! It was big and had a lot of props so everyone could enjoy themselves and have keepsakes of pictures to take home with them! I really can not thank Bliss Entertainment enough for how everything turned out!

Bliss was recommended by our wedding venue, Aliante hotel and casino. Ryan took care of everything for our wedding the lighting, hoppa, photography, videography, and the Dj services. His company was everything that we were looking for. We hit it off from the beginning. Ryan made sure to listen to our needs and wants. He also suggested other services to make our wedding perfect for us. Ryan is very detailed with all the planning. He makes sure to sit down with you right before the wedding to make sure all the details are perfect for the big day. With already having an established relationship with Aliante hotel & casino the planning was easy going. If he couldn't provide a certain service or thought it would be difficult to execute he did not hesitate to let us know. Ryan also pairs you with a Dj and MC who best fits your wedding. Our MC Troy was incredible! Very very nice guy and who made sure to give us a heads up for each event that was listed on our timeline. Our DJ was also awesome. I danced the whole night until the last song. My friends and family were wowed with everything from the lighting to the gobo patterns to the hoppa to the music. Bliss entertainment is a great production company I would highly recommend them 100% for any event not only weddings!

Working with Ryan and Bliss Entertainment was a breeze. From our first meeting, he had an easy-going demeanor and a helpful disposition as he explained his services and capabilities.

What stuck out to me almost immediately was his carefulness not to “step on” the business of the company that referred us to him; despite some overlap in their service portfolio. This etiquette resonated with us.

From our inarticulate and imprecise descriptions, Ryan came up with stunning lighting that provided the type of ambiance we saw in our minds. He even did a smoke thing on our first dance that our guests said - looked like we were dancing on clouds. (you’d have to ask him - i don’t know how else to describe it)

Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Ryan & Bliss Entertainment. We consider it a bonus we got to meet Ryan's little son.

First off I don't think our wedding would have look and gone as smoothly without Bliss! From day one Ryan was great and so helpful with my my ideas. He help sort everything out. We had DJ services, uplighting at our ceremony (Mandarin Oriental) and reception venue (Joes Stone Crab) and he did our ceremony music as well. All our guest thought the lighting was so pretty!! It's fit our gold and blush theme very well! The music he picked for the night was in point too!! All the guest was impressed about the selection he had. I told Ryan that we want a certain type of music and he can go from there and it was great. Ryan responded to all my emails very fast and the price was great! Way cheaper than a lot if other companies. I had lighting and dj services so that may have made it cheaper then getting everything at different companies. Bliss also offers photo booths. He offer us a great deal but since our wedding was small we decided bit to have a photo booth. In kinda regret that now. Overall Bliss was amazing!!

We absolutely loved Ryan and his staff at Bliss Entertainment!!
We used their DJ services, Lighting and photo booth!
The DJ and MC were so great they play all the music on our list and kept everyone dancing all night. The music for our ceremony was perfect as well.
The Lighting they used for both the ceremony and reception was so great really help set the mood for each event.
The Photo booth was perfect. The attendant was so sweet and helpful. She did such a great job with our guests. All of our guests loved the photo booth and the props they provided. So much fun!
Ryan and his staff made the whole experience from planning to the last song of the night just perfect.
Will totally use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I usually don't like to write reviews unless I truly feel businesses deserve it! I had to write one for Ryan and his team! Bliss Entertainment Group offers everything you would need for a wedding, from top of the line and professional videography to Dj's to lighting, etc! My husband and I had our wedding in Fallbrook, CA on April 18th, 2015 (they drove 4 hours to get there)...and we cannot be more thankful we hired Ryan and his team to take care of things for the wedding. Let me tell ya, after he explained how everything works and in detailed description of the cost break down (which he gave us an awesome and beyond reasonable price), we signed the contract right away. Ryan worked with our budget and even offered to personally handle certain jobs himself instead of having his team run it, that we truly appreciate! He kept in contact with us constantly, following up with updated information and kept in contact with our vendors to ensure a smooth wedding day itinerary. The day before the wedding, he called me and asked if everything was okay and how I was feeling, letting me know that everything was going to be fine and that the wedding was gonna be great, he calmed my nerves and made sure I got enough rest.The uplighting and GOBO Monogram was beautiful! Ryan had the monogram designed himself and consulted with me and whether I liked it or not, which I looooved! Bliss Entertainment Group also have on site printing after pictures taken with guests during cocktail hours, which the guests can obtain a copy after the reception dinner so they can take it home with them as souvenirs. Thanks again Ryan and all of the staff from Bliss Entertainment Group! You guys truly made our wedding rock!

Absolutely amazing!! Added those fine touches that made our wedding much more memorable!! The BLISS TEAM was very professional and accommodating. Ryan was amazing!! He was always quick to respond to emails, and answer any questions I had. He replied to phone calls promptly, and met me close to my house when we had to meet. Bliss was the best value for my up lighting needs for my wedding, and I'm SSOOOOO glad I chose to spend the money, it made a world if difference in my photos and video. These guys are awesome! We just got married this passed Saturday and used Bliss Entertainment for the lighting, DJ, MC, monogram, back drop, and photographer. They provide the best customer service and are 100% all about exceeding the customers expectations. Our reception was a success except for one little speed bump.

At the last minute, my mom wanted to change the song for the Mother/Son dance. The song that my mom wanted to dance to was not in the Bliss music library. At this point, I was just ready to go with the original song that my mom didn't like. So 5 minutes prior to the dance, Ryan let me know that they were able to get the song and it was already queued and ready to go!

Everything about our reception was a success. The lighting alone is worth it's weight and gold. The MC, Troy, was on point n knew how to keep the schedule of the agenda flowing. The DJ and photographer were also very professional and involved throughout the night. There was never a dull moment on the dance floor from the little kids, the 90s music fans, to the grandparents and line dancers, everyone had a great time!

I highly recommend Bliss Entertainment as they are the BEST event planning/production team in Las Vegas hands down!

Bliss entertainment is amazing! Ryan and his team did an amazing job with making our reception look amazing! We got married at Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, and it is a beautiful place already. But with Ryan's help and suggestions, we were able to make it look so glam! My fiance and I were shocked about how amazing the reception looked. We didn't go all out to get fancy chairs, silverware, and/or extravagant centerpieces. We played it more practical and got things that looked nice but wasn't too much/expensive. I was worried the reception was going to look boring since I didn't have a lot of "fancy" settings for the tables. But with the lighting set-up, it made something that I thought was just "simple" look glamorous! Also, for our photo booth, people loved it! They were given the option to print or email it to themselves and they were so happy about it because they had access to the photo right away (and trust me they were posting on FB and IG as soon as they got it)! I don't know how else to express the gratitude we have for Ryan and his team at Bliss Entertainment for making our wedding look above and beyond what we had expected! I would highly recommend Bliss Entertainment to anyone, top notch!!!!

Bliss Entertainmet is a hidden gem of wedding production in Las Vegas! I am so glad I came across their website because from the first phone call with them, they were organized, had great communication, offered a ton of services (I orifionally inquire about the uplighting, and ended up using them for uplighting, back draping with the gobo monogram on the wall, DJ and mc entertainment, and the photo booth). They were very receptive to my ideas, and helped give me additional feedback and ideas. They really made sure they got a feel for how I wanted my dream day to be, and made It come to life. I had all 3 gentleman show up to the first in person meeting so I could meet everyone who would be in attendance. After signing the contract they immediately send me all the information on my email and began scheduling following times to communicate. They came through on every word, such as showing up to the rehearsal, to make sure things would go down perfectly. They were very accommodating and helpful when we needed to make last minute adjustments with the gobo monogram, and when I wanted to add an extra hour to the reception. They had a lot of energy at the wedding and everyone loved the music!! As well as the photobooth! I seriously couldn't imagine having any other vendor for my wedding day than bliss entertainment!! If you are looking for uplifts (which were amazing!), dj, photobooth, anything they offer look no further!!! You won't regret it.

Ryan and his team at Bliss Entertainment was amazing to work with! I live all the way in TN and trying to plan a wedding all the in Las Vegas was extremely stressful and scary. Bliss Entertainment made Our Wedding Day exactly like its name! Pure- “Bliss”! Ryan F. of Bliss Entertainment who I met at the Aliante Hotel “Bridal Show” aced every category with Ease! He gave excellent Quality of Service by being honest about what particular lighting choices would work best with the set-up of our Venue (Aliante Hotel Casino and Spa)! He was very Responsive with not only me (The Bride) but worked well with and accommodated my Mother and the Event Director Michele E. at Aliante, via person, phone and prompt emails. Bliss was Extremely Professional and Prompt, they transformed a traditional ballroom into an Elegant Pink Magical Wonderland that my guests will never forget. Their setup was seamless without eye sores of wire, Truly impressed with their craft! I cannot begin to explain the Value and Flexibility we received with Ryan and Bliss Ent. He bent over backwards working with our budget and booking us with only 2 weeks until the wedding day! Ryan and his team are truly amazing! From the first meeting with Ryan, I was comfortable with him and knew he was an honest business man. Bliss Entertainment did the lighting for both the outdoor and indoor parts of our venue. They transformed our venue from a generic and outdated space to a beautiful and romantic ballroom. The sweetheart table backdrop and the beautifully designed GOBO added a whimsical touch to the decor. They also provided us with the photobooth which our guests loved. But these weren't the only reasons I'm writing this review, I can honestly say that Ryan has been my most favorite vendor throughout my entire wedding planning process. Trying to plan my wedding without a wedding planner was not an easy task. From the first moment I contacted Ryan, he was very professional, helpful and informative. He met with both my (now) husband and I, and went over our ideas and how best he could accommodate them considering our budget. He was quick to respond to all of my emails regardless of how late or early in the day it was which reassured me that much more knowing there was someone else who was worried/thinking about my wedding. He always had great ideas and was very resourceful. On the day of the wedding, he created exactly what I had envisioned. When our timeline fell behind, he happily offered to extend the photobooth hours to allow all of the guest to get their pictures. And those are some of the most beautiful pictures of our guests. Choosing Bliss Entertainment was one of the best and easiest decisions I made planning my wedding and I would recommend them to any Bride planning her fairy tale. With them you are in trusted hands.

We used Bliss for our lighting and DJ providers. They killed it! First, we found out we needed an outside lighting vendor 2 months before the wedding. After irritating conversations with a few companies, I found Ryan at Bliss. We had a great chat and their prices were the best. They wanted it to look perfect and we met up to look at the colors for lighting beforehand. Fast forward to a month before the wedding, when our DJ flaked on us. So I call Ryan again, and they love providing DJ services as well! The entire reception everyone was on the dance floor. The venue even made comments about what a great party it was. They kept it going!! They used a wedding planner to get all the details and our professional planner even said they were wonderful to work with. They truly love what they do and although I've seen a ton of pictures of uplighting, monograms, etc., we really felt that they personalized our event. The venue again said that it was the best they'd seen the ballroom in a long time. The speaker even blew at one point and they had it up in running in a minute, whereas I've heard horror stories before. We used that time to get a group dance shot! Great to work with, outstanding lighting, true pride in what they do, amazing party atmosphere, SO many compliments. Thank you Bliss/Ryan/Ren!!

Bliss Entertainment Group came recommended to us by another vendor. We used them for DJ and MC services, dance floor lighting, and they also provided a projector/projector screen.

Mark was my main point of contact for most of the planning but was always quick and responsive to every request or question we had. Bliss was EXTREMELY flexible for every request and last minute detail we had. We had song and video changes up until the day of and each one was fulfilled with no complaints or pushback.

For about a month before our wedding, Mark would periodically check in to make sure we had our songs selected and also to be sure he had the most up-to-date itinerary of our wedding. Mark was a great MC with a great voice and kept the flow going throughout the night.

The dance floor lighting that Bliss provided was amazing. It really set the mood of the room and it was very dynamic so that every part of the night was different. It would go from calm during dinner to feeling like a club during the reception making everyone want to get up and dance.

The music selection was great. When we didn't have any special requests, they music they chose was perfect. No complaints for the dinner music and during the dancing part, they really made sure that people were having a great time, playing all of the songs that we requested while mixing in their own selection.

I would CONFIDENTLY recommend Bliss for any and everything that they provide. Hands down, one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding.

We felt like we were in our own wonderland at our reception with the warm glow the lighting provided, and the spotlights in all of the perfect places. I initially booked a vendor to provide lighting services along with the photo booth for my event. Little did I know two days before my wedding the guy I made initial arrangements with was a total scam. I was so frustrated and panicking the entire morning knowing that not only did I get ripped off, I don't have any up lighting neither a photo booth for my wedding so I immediately called my event coordinator and they recommended Bliss Entertainment Group. I called them (Ryan) the same morning, they met up with me in the convenience of my home at 0830 pm and provided me with all the lighting information for my wedding. I booked them that same day. With less than 72 hours of preparation, Ryan and his group did a PHENOMENAL JOB. Words aren't enough to express my gratitude for these guys. They made my wedding so special and so beautiful. I highly recommend this group. You will not regret it.

Our wedding was on September 29, 2012. Ryan Fernandez is a good friend and he was a groomsman at our wedding. Nonetheless, he still found the time to be at the wedding and be able to install the uplighting in time for the reception. Our ceremony at church was at 2pm, and the reception at 530pm. The venue where we held our reception wouldn't allow any vendors to set up up anything for weddings until 2pm. That made it seem like Ryan had to be in two places at once. He however, found a way to make things work without stressing us or having to back out of being a groomsman, or having any delay in the reception or being late himself whatsoever. And the uplighting was fabulous! I myself didn't think give much thought to uplighting at first because it seemed too much of a hassle given the time constraint. But I am glad I listened to my fiance because our wedding was more spectacular because of the uplighting! And not just to give it the "club feeling" during the dancing part. All throughout the party; during dinnertime, slowdancing parts, and open dance floor times, the uplighting gave the room the intimate and classy vibe. I never thought uplighting can have that much effect on the ambiance. Plus it provided great lighting for the pictures. It was a purely beautiful party. Until now my friends and family compliment us on the great touches added on the wedding, some even say it is the best wedding they have been to, some kids ask when we will have that party again haha. Ryan also made us a gobo and allowed us to choose from different ones he made. He is an absolute professional and what makes him perfect for this business is his passion for it. He is always seeking out new inventions and learning the latest "game-changing" info to keep his gadgets state of the art and top-notch, so he can provide service of the highest excellence to customers. What more can you ask for?

A friend had recommended us to Bliss Entertainment Group. And at first, I was a bit hesitant since they were based out of Las Vegas and we were having our wedding in Los Angeles. However, the distance made no difference. They were extremely reliable and professional. Since they had never been to our wedding venue (Skirball Cultural Center), they coordinated with the venue coordinator to check out the reception space to familiarize themselves. They made sure to make things as stress-free as possible. They were always responsive to all my questions and concerns. It was easy to contact them via email and phone calls.

Being that our reception space was a simple conference room, it was important to have nice lighting. And what a difference the lighting made! It really warmed up the room! They even changed it up during the dancing part of the night. It was great! Everyone loved the music and lighting! It really felt like a big party (which is what we had wanted).

I highly recommend using Bliss Entertainment Group for lighting and DJ. Mark and Ryan, you guys rock! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. Thanks again!!!

My fiancé and I shopped around for lighting for some time. After emailing every vendor we could find in Las Vegas when we came across the Ryan Fernandez at the Bliss Entertainment Group. Ryan was quick to communicate with us asking what we were looking for and agreed to meet with us at our venue on short notice. He brought out sample lighting for us and was able to match the exact color lighting scheme we were looking for at a very reasonable pricing. The setup crew had everything setup on schedule and upon walking into our reception we were taken aback at the way the lighting was able to transform our wedding reception into magical evening. I had been apprehensive on getting lighting at first and all I can say is that it made the world of difference not only for ambiance but made for incredible pictures. DJ Ren was the perfect DJ for our party. All my guests were very very pleased with each song that he played and he was also very cooperative when our neighbor complained about the volume of the music (and it really wasn't that loud but we have an older woman as our new neighbor) and DJ Ren was quick to adjust the environment in order to resolute the problem. (he placed the speakers inside and turned them away). He was courteous and just an overall pleasure to have as our DJ. This was our first time using Bliss Entertainment Group. We will most certainly use them again for their services. Maybe next time, we will use more than just Djing!

I have to say, the experience of working with Ryan and his team was magnificent. Our wedding was something different for him and his team but with the right communication and constant contact on Bliss Entertainments behave we had a great night. The lighting took my breath away when i walked into the room before the guest arrived. The gobo light with our names and date of our wedding shinning bright was great to see and our guest really enjoyed it. I normally dont write reviews but, this I had to do because it was something to let everybody know about. I even got feedback from my food cater and our event cordinator telling me how easy it was to work with Bliss Entertainment. Ryan from Bliss Entertainment was great, he was the one we met with several times before our wedding. Listened very well and was very nice. I did only give a 4.5 star for quality of service because prior to the wedding they have you fill out several things of information for them to have for the day of, what songs for what times, any games to be played, any special requests, etc. And I noticed a few things were left out like a game I had wanted to do, mentioning to guests they could take home the centerpieces, and a few other minor things, but I was having such a busy and fun night I didn't notice too much until after. They did end up playing the bridal group dance song twice which was awkard because the groomsmen didn't want to stand there for that long and guests should have been invited to the floor sooner but whatever. I'm a relaxed bride so I didn't want to knock down an entire star or more, I got my magical night and I can't be too mad about that! Just maybe be extra thorough if you want specific things and don't be afraid to send someone up to them to mention any mistakes- like my bridesmaid did when they played the wrong last dance song, haha. They did play to the crowd and played a lot of the songs I put on a list, but not all, but my parents and aunts and uncles were the ones cutting up the dance floor and the music kept them happy. I danced most of the night too which was what you should do at your wedding! MC was very sweet and fun!

DJ- DJ Dam was great! Everybody raved about the music and how the dance floor was packed the entire night.

MC- Troy has been the MC for 3 events that I've been to, and has always been a crowd pleaser. Everybody loved him and he was very helpful the day of the wedding. He spoke with us in regards to the timeline to make sure that everything ran as smooth as possible.

Videography- Ren and Cheryl Lynn were great! Worked well with the photographer. From some of the preview shots looked fantastic. I can't wait until the final product is finished! I have nothing but great things to say about them.

Photo Booth- Photo Booth was good but had minor set backs. I got a few complaints saying the pictures turned out too dark. Also the Photo Booth had technical difficulties for a couple minutes. But other than those 2 things, I felt like the booth went great.

Wedding Services-
Monogram looked great on top of the barn doors.
The dancing on the clouds went great and we had tons of good pictures
Lastly, Ryan and his team provided reasonable pricing and I would book with them if I ever have another event in SD/LV area!

Working with Ryan is awesome! He seriously made my wedding venue perfect. We had up lights (which we're new and working perfectly) monogram (which he customize for us) and the photobooth, (which was a huge hit!). His photobooths aren't like any other. It's open booth, but he customize the printed photos with our wedding date and engagment photo. He had a handful of props, and he quality of the photos were great. Our backdrop too was different, it wasn't a plain white background, by black with textured design, looked great in the photos. Love Ryan, great to work with!

We went through Bliss Entertainment for our uplighting, photobooth ,and DJ. They did show up early to get everything set up. The uplighting was fantastic and really made the reception room pop. The photobooth was a blast. I recommend it. All of the guest had a great time with all of the extra props. I just wish the DJ was a little bit more on point.

Our experience with Bliss initially was fantastic. We realized about a week or 2 before our wedding that we still needed uplighting and Bliss was able to fit us in last minute during a busy fall wedding season. Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful. Their technology is up-to-date with an abundance of lighting options to choose from, and their pricing is reasonable compared to other lighting vendors in the valley. However, we were disappointed in their service the day of our wedding. My husband saw the Bliss staff setting up our lighting as our guests were entering the banquet room for our dinner reception though we were under the impression that they set up as early as noon the day of the event when we booked Bliss. My husband and I were very excited about our custom cake topper that we wanted to highlight with a pin lighting, but the Bliss staff appeared to have forgotten and left it out of their set-up. Ryan was slower to respond after the wedding when my husband contacted him for a refund for the missing pin lighting and mentioned the late set-up. Although we did receive a refund, we were a little appalled that no apologies were given during the entire refund process for the late set-up as well as missing pin lighting. We'd give Bliss a 4-5 stars rating, but unfortunately, we were disappointed by their execution and customer service in the end.

Unprofessional and Unreliable

Hired this company, aka Events By Bliss LLC, and Bliss Entertainment Event Group for my wedding.

Order included Bistro String Lighting $850; Marquee Letter Lights $285; Uplighting $400; Sparkular Pyro Tech (for first kiss) $1580.

When bride and I came into reception for grand entrance (over an hour into reception) our uplighting was not on and I had to contact this vendor.

When staff at our venue was able to get the uplighting on the color was not as ordered. What was supposed to be a mix of blush and champagne to match our wedding colors turned out to be all purple. In addition pyro tech sparkulars did not function correctly. One of the four did not work first attempt and then two of four failed second attempt.

I originally had dealt with Ryan Fernandez whose email signature listed him as owner. The day of the wedding and subsequent communication was with someone named Jose Vega.

Jose admitted there was a problem. Offered refund for the uplighting ($400) and offered partial refund for pyro ($600). When I pushed for full refund and compensation owner said I would not get anything that they considered the case closed due to their no refund policy. They take no responsibility for not providing what was ordered and ruining first kiss photos and reception photos with wrong background colors.

At a bare minimum the full amount of the pyro tech sparkulars ($1580) and uplighting ($400) should have been refunded...but they certainly owed more for ruining our first kiss photo with what was supposed to be a beautiful pyro display behind us---and ruined what would have been a beautiful part of our wedding video as our videographer also had a drone covering the event. Would have been amazing.

I will be taking these guys to small claims court.

Take your business elsewhere.

They Don't Care About Brides

I hired them for a wedding being held on 4/4/20. That date should be an indication that the wedding was canceled because of COVID-19. Despite having no control over the cancelation of my wedding, Bliss Entertainment has claimed I cannot be refunded. They are claiming this because of their contract.

For your reference, this is in the contract that I signed. "Events By Bliss, LLC is not responsible for any delays in regards to establishment (i.e.: venue opening late or any acts of God (weather). " Our 4/4/20 wedding was not canceled because of weather. Our 4/4/20 wedding was cancelled because the entire state AND country was locked down.

What further confuses me is that under the reality of COVID, Bliss could not perform the contract. So, if performance is just impossible, it should be inequitable for them to keep my money. It isn’t my fault or the fault of the establishment that Nevada shut down the venue.

Their "solution" was to offer me a credit towards a future event. I am only getting married once so that was useless. I also don't have tens of thousands of dollars to just throw around on other parties. I tried to communicate with this company about this and they didn't respond.

I don't recommend

OUR WEDDING WAS ON MARCH 29 2018 AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR WEDDING VIDEO. WE TRIED CONTACTING THEM SO WE COULD GET OUR VIDEO BUT IT'S HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIS GUYS!
- COMMUNICATION SUCKS
- PHOTO QUALITY IS POOR (JUST TAKE PICTURES WITH YOUR CELL PHONE)
- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE USB BECAUSE THEY DON'T PROVIDE IT

ONLY IF I CAN TAKE MY MONEY BACK I WOULD. IF THEY DON'T GIVE OUR VIDEO ON MARCH 29 2019 I WILL HIRE A LAWYER.

Bliss Entertainment or Event Group, whatever they call themselves today, charged my card twice for an event totaling more than $5,000 and despite admitting the mistake has not refunded the money. It has been more than a year since our event.

Email from owner:

I apologize for delay. I did some investigating and it looks like we received an email from you that said something was wrong with the initial card payment and to re run card again. We did not know that the initial payment did actually capture. I will tell accounting to process a refund tomorrow. It could take up to 10-14 business days for the credit to appear back to your card. I will also send you a finalized event invoice showing paid in full. Thanks and we look forward to working with you in the future again!

A few weeks before my wedding, I had expressed my frustrations with Ryan. I had to follow up constantly just to confirm details for my big day. When the big day finally came, I was surprised that Ryan and his team even arrived to set up at all. The important part was that they showed up, set up the way we agreed to, provided their services like we agreed to, and cleaned up. The remaining bulk of issues I had with Ryan & Bliss came after the wedding. Our contract stated that Bliss would provide us with a USB of copies of photo booth photos. We did not get anything and when I asked Ryan what happened he said that the person working the photo booth attempted to give the USB to one of our guests and that person said they didn't want to be responsible for it so they didn't even bother. There are so many things I could say about this but the biggest thing I took from this was the fact that Ryan didn't even bother trying to get it to me another way. I had to contact Ryan regarding the USB and asked him to send it to me via mail. Our contract also stated we would have online access to view the photos and it took Ryan WEEKS just to send me a Dropbox link.

Ryan eventually responded/apologized and said Bliss would print hard copies of the photos and would mail them to me free of charge so I accepted this offer. I have been following up since September and I still haven't received a response nor have I received anything in the mail. I would honestly love to focus this review on Ryan alone, but the general email provided by Bliss has been cc'd in my emails. There really isn't an excuse at this point and I've gotten really tired of dealing with them. I just want my USB and hard copies and don't ever want to deal with this company after this.

I don't recommend them to anyone and will continue to let my friends and family in Vegas/SD know to avoid Bliss. Hopefully you all have a better experience with them.

I am from San Diego and I reached out to Bliss Entertainment earlier this year for drapery/uplighting and photo booth services for my wedding on 08/29/15 at The M Resort in Henderson, NV. I was impressed with their quick response and dealt with Ryan. He quickly responded to my emails and eventually connected with me via phone. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions at first & even followed up with me after a couple periods of silence on my end. I eventually decided to go with Bliss under the impression that Ryan would continue to be as open and accessible as he was when he was first trying to secure business from me and now a large part of me regrets it.

After I signed the contract and made a 50% down payment for services, Ryan stopped responding to my communications. Every time I emailed him I had to follow up via text and he would tell me that my emails were going to his junk mail. I tried to be understanding and asked him to change his email settings to fix the simple issue but this continued on for the remainder of my wedding planning experience with Bliss. I eventually had to email AND text Ryan to communicate with him and even then I could hardly get a timely response. Ryan would tell me my emails were still going to his junk mail even after I asked him to change his settings for me - which is something I shouldn't have even had to do! Bliss is a business and it's reasonably foreseeable that potential customers would be contacting them via email so updating junk email settings seemed like a pretty reasonable request from anyone. What was even more frustrating to think about was the fact that my follow up texts weren't even enough or convenient enough for a simple response.
