Great Experience

I was a little nervous going into the appointment, but the staff at Bliss Bridal made it fun and exciting to find my perfect dress! Tabitha was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I found my bliss at Bliss Bridal.

Bliss Bride!

I visited Bliss Bridal in November 2023 for my November 2024 wedding. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Sky! She had dresses ready for me to try on when I arrived and I ended up choosing the second one I tried on! I never felt pressured into making a decision nor did I feel rushed. They have a very large selection of dresses and are very good at asking your likes and dislikes about dresses you’re trying on and recommending dresses for you based on this. Once ordered, my dress came in May 2024 and pickup was so easy as well! I can’t recommend Bliss enough!

Such a great experience!! And Sky was so wonderful!
She helped me feel comfortable and beautiful!
Very welcoming and knowledgeable!

I would HIGHLY recommend Bliss!

Many of great selections to choose from.

Bliss has so many great selections to choose from it was a little difficult to choose just one dress because I loved so many of them. Great quality. Only con: I don’t think they should recommend brides to order 3 sizes up because it can alter the look of the dress during alterations. Overall I had an amazing experience with Bliss.

Fun and Exciting Time Finding the Perfect Dress

Joyful staff

Their space is so amazing, you feel so important and the people there truly help you find your dream dress. Also, I came with my grandmas veil because I Knew I would be wearing it. They were so helpful to help me match it!

Fantastic wedding dress shopping experience!

I booked an appointment with Bliss mostly to get a feel of what was out there for dresses and figure out what I like. I didn't think I'd find much in my budget, but boy was I wrong! The styling consultant picked out amazing dresses, there were 3 that I fell in love with. We tried one back on that I hadn't totally loved and she threw ivory fabric under the skirt instead of the champagne and boom-I cried and knew it was the one. The price was just right, ordering was so easy, and the dress arrived about 6 months later as they had discussed! It was such a fun experience and I wish I could do it again (but I plan on staying married so I guess not). I felt like a princess and was so grateful that even with the pandemic (my appointment was in July) I was able to have 2 of my friends with me. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent!

I had a great experience at Bliss! Before my appointment, I sent them pictures of two dresses that I found online that I really liked. They did not have those dresses in the store but did a great job pulling dresses that looked similar for me! I tried on about nine dresses and ended up buying the first one I tried on (that they pulled for me!). I always felt relaxed and like there was no pressure on the day. I also enjoyed being able to wander around the salon to look at dresses and see the prices on them before trying on!

Just what I was looking for!

Loved my experience there! The attendant who helped was so lovely and helpful. My FH and I are planning on getting married in less than 2 months and I needed to find a dress ready to purchase. Found my dream dress and it was the first one that I tried on! We did not even make it through the entire store to look because I found so many pretty ones to try on. Great selection of off the rack dresses and veils.

Loved my experience at Bliss! Everyone was super professional and knew what they were doing. They were a little pushy when I was thinking about not buying on the spot. I did leave and come back later that day and they were SO nice and helpful when I purchased my gown. Love this place!

I traveled 3.5 hours to Bliss so I could try on a dress I found a picture of online and no one else had within a 2 hour drive radius. My experience there did not disappoint! I loved the vibe I got as soon as I stepped in the doors - it is so cute! I loved the consultant who also had pulled dresses similar to the one I wanted to try on! I totally trusted her opinion. I also loved that once I said yes to the dress, she immediately offered the option of taking the dress from the shelf and paying even less! Highly would recommend shopping here!

I loved my experience at Bliss! I worked with Sky, and she was so sweet. She also seemed just as excited as I was when I found my dress. She was very accommodating, and she even pulled dresses for me that were close to my style. Overall, I highly recommend. Keep an eye out for when they have trunk shows!

I said "yes to the dress" at Bliss Bridal and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They made my mom, soon to be mother in law, and I very comfortable. I absolutely loved my dress and received countless compliments! I would highly recommend Bliss to anyone getting married and looking for a bridal gown!

Bliss was such a wonderful place to find my dream dress! I came in from out of town to shop for dresses with my Mom and sister (I live in California), and Bliss was so accommodating of my limited scheduling availability. My appointment started on time, and the consultant listened to what I wanted and pulled the perfect gowns. It is a beautiful salon, and they have a wide selection of dresses in a reasonable price point. When it came time to pick up my dress, they were very flexible with the pick-up time (which was very appreciated since I was across the country and couldn't come in right away)! Bliss was a perfect place to find my perfect dress!

Dress shopping at Bliss was such a great experience! I was lucky to have Lydia help me find a dress, and she was knowledgeable about her inventory and really helped me pick dresses that suited my style. Thank you Bliss and I highly recommend.

Bliss Bridal has an incredible selection of dresses from designers I had not seen at other stores in Wisconsin. If you are looking for a Watters dress, I definitely would encourage you to come here. They have dresses at a wide range of price points and the employees were very helpful.

I purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses at Bliss Bridal and was very happy with the entire experience. and helpfulness with the staff. Bliss was my first (and last) stop for my gown. I had decided early on that I did not want to spend more than $1200.00 (ideally $1000.00) on my dress, which I had communicated to Bliss up front when I made my initial appointment. They had a very large selection of dresses in my price range and were very helpful in finding a style that I liked, because I didn't pinpoint any specific style before my appointment. I had tried on probably 8-10 before narrowing it down to two, and eventually picking my dress that day which ended up being well under my budget. The staff was very kind and helpful that day, and also during our bridesmaid appointments. I did an ombre of light blue gowns and the staff was very helpful and really assisted with my color coordination. The dresses all came in right around when we expected them to with more than enough time for alterations before the wedding. Bliss was very prompt and sent emails as soon as the dresses arrived. I would certainly recommend Bliss Bridal to any future Bride looking for a great experience with any style or price range.

I went to Bliss and was SO happy with the service that I got. I had Sky help me find my dress. She understood exactly what I was looking for and had me in the dress I had envisioned almost right away. It was a beautiful place with many options for all types of brides. Would absolutely recommend it!

Jessica was awesome! I had my appointment there on a Friday evening and she stayed late to help me when we went over my appointment time. All of the dresses were gorgeous and they had a big selection from various designers. Jessica put together options for me when my first choice was over budget and grabbed accessories to help make the dresses more unique and fit to my personal style. I got my dress and veil from Bliss Bridal last May for my August 2015 wedding. It is a nice and clean boutique with a variety of gorgeous dresses. Helpful staff, and small discount on attire if purchased same day (which we did). Check out this salon before purchasing your dress elsewhere!

Jessica was wonderful to work with; she was kind and patient as I tried on many dresses. I had my mom and mother-in-law to-be with me, and instead of taking our various and sometimes differing opinions and writing it off as conflict (I had a woman at a different salon try to take my side in a perceived bride v. mother argument and it was very frustrating to constantly have my valued mother's opinion silenced), she listened to comments and thoughts from all parties and picked out the perfect dress. Beyond the dress being exactly what I wanted and what the mothers wanted for me, she picked a dress that was under my max budget. Coming into my experience at Bliss, I was anxious about having to manage another pretentious stylist trying to pit me against the mothers and encouraging me to buy something way to expensive. Instead, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I came away with the perfect dress. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and would recommend it to anyone!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with a gal who completely understood my desire for a Hailey Paige gown, and she pulled basically every dress in the store by that designer. Even though the first dress I tried on was the instant winner, she didn't cut the appointment short just to make the sale, she wanted to make sure I was 100% sold on the dress. I went during a trunk show, so the dress was a steal, and an additional bit of fabric that I had added was 50% off. So happy I decided to drive to Brookfield for Bliss Bridal!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 3 ladies behind the desk. I had brought in a list of dress designers that I wanted to try on, and they immediately looked up the items and pulled them for me to try on if they had them in store. They had 5 of the 7 items I wanted to try on, and they also showed me around the store, and I ended up picking out 5 more dresses to try on. The girl I worked with was very professional and courteous. She left the dressing room so I could put on my undergarments, and came back in to help me in and out of all the dresses. She gave her opinion when asked, and she seemed very sincere. I had a semi-private showing area that had couches for my parents to sit on while I tried everything on.

I ended up purchasing a wedding gown off the rack, and got to take it home with me that day. They deeply discount the off the rack dresses, and they have a Facebook page with all of the off the rack dresses they have. They also keep it updated daily, as dresses become no longer available.

I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I went to Bliss Bridal to find my wedding dress and I left there with a dress and a big smile! All the ladies were very professional and gave such great service. It was by far the greatest experience and Sky made it that much better. She walked me through the process and started me off with just a few dresses, making it not too overwhelming. I would without a doubt recommend Bliss Bridal to a friend!

My experience at Bliss was amazing! I loved the private yet open fitting areas. The woman who assisted me that day was amazing and helpful. I had gone to three other dress shops, and at Bliss I tried on a large assortment of dresses that were vastly different and more unique than the other locations. I also purchased my dress the very same day, off the hanger at an amazing price! I would, and have, highly recommended Bliss Bridal for women looking to find that perfect dress for their special day.

I had a great experience at Bliss Bridal. They had a great selection of dresses, many of which I couldn't find in any other boutique. My consultant was super helpful and considerate. I actually ended up buying the dress she picked for me! Their accessories are beautiful (though a bit pricey) but give you a great idea of what will look good with your dress. I also liked how private the dressing rooms were.

After receiving numerous recommendations from coworkers and friends, I knew I had to visit Bliss. After visiting several other bridal stores, I was pleasantly surprised. The consultant I worked with was patient and flexible. There was no pressure. I purchased my dress off the rack at a great price, plus Bliss recommended a great tailor.

I got my wedding dress at Bliss and they were a dream to work with! Trying on wedding dresses is a dream come true for some girls - not me! I wasn't that excited about the whole process but Bliss made me feel really comfortable and I ended up finding a Watters dress that I absolutely loved for a reasonable price. I ended up with the mot gorgeous and unique dress from Bliss. I had gone to a four other local dress shops prior and am so glad I went to Bliss. They were by far the most professional and helpful, on top of having the best selection I had seen. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment at Bliss Bridal after being treated rudely at another Brookfield bridal establishment. This was my second AND final dress stop! Making an appointment was easy and convenient. The girls at the salon were great. My bridal consultant Abby was easy to work with and very nice. She understood what I was looking for and even though we went a little out of my budget, she helped me find my dream dress. I even came back here when it was time to look for bridesmaid dresses. Although, we didn’t end up finding anything we liked. My only complaint is the lighting. It seemed a bit dim when I went in to find my wedding dress. I read on their Facebook page that they have since upgraded. When I went in last night to try on my wedding dress, it helped that it was daytime. Cute salon and very nice consultants! I had a wonderful experience buying from them! Would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Thank you, Bliss!

Bliss Bridal was the first place we went after my daughter became engaged. It was a great experience! I loved the decor and feeling that we had when she was trying on gowns for the first time. It was very personable. Melissa was an outstanding consultant. She knew just what we were looking for! When my daughter's fiance saw her for the first time at the wedding, he cried because she looked so beautiful. Every detail was taken care of by Bliss Bridal from her gown, veil, belt, earrings, and even the bridesmaid dresses. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable.

I found my dream dress at Bliss. The lady working there pulled the dress for me and knew what exactly would go well with my figure. She also found my veil and belt for me as well. I went with Mori Lee 1862 and it made my husband come to tears. I will definitely be referring. Also, they are open Sundays. ;) My bridesmaids got their dresses here as well and they were reasonable and high quality. A+

I got my wedding dress and all the bridesmaids dresses at Bliss and it was awesome! They were very helpful, especially compared to the other salons I visited before. The quality of the gowns is amazing and it was a great experience.

Before going to Bliss, I had been to many other local stores, tried on over 25 dresses, and still not found a dress that filled the vision i had for myself. The moment I stepped into this store, I knew I was in the right place. The girls were so helpful without being pushy, helped me pull gowns that fit my vision, and were supportive and knowledgable. I never write reviews, but I knew I had to share my experience at Bliss. I found my dream gown and had the best service. I would absolutely reccommend Bliss bridal to any bride.

I had an excellent experience working with Bliss Bridal! I worked with Jessica. She listened to my likes and dislikes and suggested gowns that fit my taste and budget. She made me feel very comfortable during the process. My measurements were spot on and the dress fit like a dream when it came in! It did take a few days to receive a response when I emailed and asked for an update after the "expected ship date" in September came and went. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a huge deal but I imagine other brides who are crunched for time might have had an issue. I also could have just called or went into the store if I was requiring an immediate response. I loved working with Bliss and would definitely recommend them to future brides!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bliss Bridal! They have an enormous selection and were extremely helpful throughout the appointment. Bliss was my second stop after a frustrating experience at another store. The dress I found at Bliss was perfect!! I could not be happier :)

Bliss Bridal was such a great place to purchase my wedding dress! They were friendly, had a great selection, kept me informed about my dress I ordered, and always accommodated me bring guests to my appointments. They gave me a consultant to work with that was my own and she didn't get interrupted when she was helping me try on dresses. They have great private areas for wedding dress shopping so that not everyone in the store is watching you and what you try on. They sent out reminders about my appointments which was great. Their hours didn't always accommodate evenings, etc. but I made it work and was able to get in pretty easily. They were great and I would recommend them highly! Thank you!

I purchased my Watters bridal dress through Bliss. I had an amazing experience with a very helpful attendant. I was discouraged after looking at a vendor that was way over my budget and a vendor way under my budget for dresses. I wanted quality but could not spend more than $5,000. Bliss had the quality and brands that I was looking for with enough selection that I could find the perfect dress within my budget.
Since I had such a great experience with by dress, I brought my bridesmaids to purchase their dresses at Bliss as well. We worked with a different attendant who was not quite as experienced. We found dresses that we loved, however when they came in they were all way to big. She measured my maids and sized up for each girl because of their hip sizes even though the dress had an empire wait and was very loose on the hips. This resulted in all of my maids having to have their dresses taken in 2-6 sizes!!
I would still highly recommend Bliss to anyone looking based on their selection and assistance! Just be careful and aware when they are sizing, ask questions and be sure before ordering to save money later on.

Gorgeous gowns galore!

When stepping in Bliss Bridal I was taken back with how many dresses there were to choose from. I liked that they let you choose the ones you wanted to try on. The lady I had was so friendly, and the dressing rooms were huge! Go there if you are able!

We got our bridesmaids' dresses here. Another bridal shop had over booked us so I made the appointment last minute and am so glad it worked out that way! They had a nice large dressing room and mirror area so we didn't feel like we were squished or rushed. I had already purchased my dress elsewhere, but ended up getting some accessories and using one of the alterations ladies they recommended because I was so impressed with the shop.

The staff at Bliss was wonderful! The dress I ended up getting was picked out by my stylist which showed how well she listened to I wanted. The best part is, I ended up buying the entire look -- the earrings, veil, belt, and dress. My dress was very affordable and within my budget which I really appreciated. Every time I called, Bliss was very professional and helpful with timelines and any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Bliss!

I'm so glad I bought my dress at Bliss! I loved their selection (in fact I fell in love with at least three dresses there)! The salon is really cute, well laid-out, and comfortable. Their dressing rooms and viewing area are quite large, and I loved the openness of the space! All of the employees were super personable too! I only took off a few points because when I was buying my dress during a trunk show, I felt slightly pressured to get the more expensive dress that was part of the trunk show and was moving on to another store that weekend. Nothing major, and nothing that would make me not recommend Bliss to future brides. I also bought my veil and headpiece from Bliss, and they were always friendly and helpful. When I went in to try on headpieces and couldn't make a decision, they left me alone to ponder, which I really appreciated.

On a fluke went to bliss bridals sample sale and found the dress of my dreams at a fraction of its normal price. And they also included a free cocktail dress. I can't wait to wear that gorgeous dress on my wedding day!!!

We had a great experience with Bliss Bridal. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure to focus their time on the bride. They were very flexible when I wanted to just stop in to try on the dress a second (and third) time. We liked it so much that we ended up also getting bridesmaids dresses from Bliss. They offered a nice discount for getting both the wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from their store. The store itself is bright, beautiful, and clean.

I wish I remembered my salesperson's name- she was very sweet and attentive to my style. They are buy appointment only for wedding dress shopping which is nice because you get a salesperson all to yourself. I told her my style and she pulled a dress that expressed it perfectly. So much so, that ended up buying the first dress I tried on (which was her pick!) The dress came in in a timely manner, when it had a few stings hanging off they said they would correct the imperfections at no cost before I took it home. Overall they facilitated a relaxed, no-pressure dress buying environment which exactly my style.

Emily was so patient and accommodating. I had set up a last minute appointment and then cancelled it because I was concerned about not making it there on time. I then called back and asked for my appointment back. Bliss was so understanding. Emily was respectful of my budget and very forth coming. She was not pushy and let me take my time in every single dress. Never tried to rush me out of one and into the next. I eventually picked the very first dress I tried on. It was a perfect experience.

The boutique is beautiful and open. They have a nice variety of designers and styles, but it isn't so large that it's overwhelming which I appreciate. The dressing rooms have their own fairly private space, yet it's open with a lot of light flowing in so you get a great look at yourself in the gown. My consultant pointed out which sections of gowns matched my price range and the style/designer I was interested in, which made things go really smoothly (and for me, super quick!)

Highly recommend!

Of all of the experiences that I had looking at wedding dresses, my experience at Bliss was my favorite! They did a great job at letting me look at everything, try on whatever we wanted, and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured! They were great! The only main disappointment I had was how long my dress took to get in. The expected date was extended 3-4 times. So my feedback would be to provide a date range that the dress will come in - not a specific date. When I asked about having my dress altered we were told that they would follow up with me, but never did. Other than those two minor details, my experience was great & I would recommend Bliss to anyone!

I would definitely recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone. Their selection is incredible and the customer service is unbelievable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The salon wasn't crowded and I got to pick a really great selection of dresses to fit my style. I ended up buying my dress that day because that give you a great deal on your first visit.

I loved everything about working with Bliss Bridal except for the weekend of my wedding when I got my dress steamed and it changed the pleats on my dress. Frantically the day of the wedding we were trying to re-tack the pleats so it would lay flat across my bottom. It never looked as it should have. When I tried it on during my alterations, I could see that it was sewn correctly and just needed to be pressed, however, Bliss Bridal blamed this on my seamstress.

Lesson learned, I should have tried it on before taking the dress with me, even though it was just steamed. It would have been worth it. Just an honest mistake, but a real bummer of one. This was by far my largest disappointment during my wedding day even though there is really no one to blame for it. In retrospect, I should have tried it on when I dropped it off to show them how it should lay. Ughh!

Great dress experience!

I overall really enjoyed purchasing my wedding dress from Bliss. The consultant was very nice to work with and was respectful of my budget and was in-tune to what I wanted. I got my wedding dress in early, and was able to make a neckline change while it was in production. The only downside to getting my wedding dress early is that once they call you to tell you it's in you have about 2 weeks if I'm remembering correct to come and pick it up, and those appointments can only happen during business hours Monday-Friday. It was a bit hard to be able to take off work that quickly to make it to those appointments. I think that's how it is at a lot of bridal shops though, so I understand. Overall, great experience!

Sky was my consultant and she was amazing! I had been to many other places and Sky knew her stuff so well and so was incredibly helpful. They also had a great selection of dresses in stock and I ordered and received my dress quickly.

I was very excited to go try on dresses at Bliss Bridal. I ended up getting mine the first day I went, and received 10% off. I feel like they could have been more helpful. I had mixed experiences with Bliss. My initial appointment was on a Saturday afternoon and the consultant was rather short with us. Overall, she was very unwelcoming during the appointment. However, she did end up pulling the wedding dress I chose. After not falling in love with any of my first picks, she told me she had another dress in mind and pulled a brand new sample out of the box. With a trunk show discount and custom ordering the dress without the beading I didn't really like, it was right at my budget. I didn't commit that afternoon but made a return appointment and asked to be with a different consultant. This woman was extremely sweet and helpful and made the appointment everything I hoped my first one had been! I bought the dress that afternoon. The sizing of the dress and picking it up went smoothly, too.

The bride bought her dress here and so she brought 6 of us in her party to look for bridesmaid dresses. Their selection is overpriced and lacking. The sizes in the party ranged from 6-16 and there was nothing we all liked that wasn't at least $400. Finally we asked if the consultant could only pull dresses that were $200 and under and there was not much left. The consultant was really nice and professional, but we were disappointed in the selection. We ended up finding dresses with another business.

Bliss was the third boutique I visited for my dress. I was the last appointment for the day during a Watters trunk show and the girl I worked with was complaining about how much her feet hurt throughout the entire appointment. The only reason I bought from Bliss was due to the extra discount on account of the show. I wanted to try on more dresses and the rep "helping" me told me they were closing and I didn't have time to do so and needed to make a decision. My MIL that was with me looked up the hours and they were open for another 45 minutes. When I returned to pick up my dress (they emailed me and communication with them was easy) the girl who assisted me was much more friendly and attentive. I have returned with friends who are engaged but only for sample and trunk sales. I would not recommend this boutique for a regularly priced gown.

I felt judged

I felt belittled when shopping at Bliss with my mom and sisters for bridesmaid dresses. My mom was hoping for something around the $100 price point, which I knew was David's bridal low. However, my mom didn't know that, and when the consultant heard her price point I immediately felt like she lost interest in us. We got in and out of the dresses ourselves, and I didn't feel as though they tried to track down other sizes or similar styles for us. Also, I was very interested in their accessories, as multiple head pieces and veils had caught my eye. I would have considered buying accessories from Bliss had my consultant been around, or able to answer my questions on shipping.

Made me feel bad about my body AND my dress

My dress try on went perfectly and I really loved the dress I decided on. We ordered it and waited several months before it arrived. I drove 3.5 hours to pick my dress up as I live out of town. But when I tried the dress on, the stylist could hardly get the dress zipped, the straps were pinching my arms, and the waist was much higher than my natural waist.

Everything about the dress seemed off. NOTHING like the sample I tried on. I expressed my concern to my stylist and she says the dress can be let out.
It was insinuated that “my measurements must have changed” or that I have gained weight. This was difficult to hear as I have been trying hard to lose a few lbs and instead am being told I must have gained weight.

Next I am told that this dress must be wrong because I must have ordered the wrong size. I did not request a specific size, bliss bridal ordered the size based on my measurements!
I ask to try on the sample dress again as this was supposed to be the size that was ordered. After a long time and much confusion I was allowed to try on my sample dress and it fit perfectly. Only after that did the stylist start to believe I hadn't gained weight.

The stylist asked that we come back in an hour so that it could be sorted out. She told us that they would likely try to order me a new dress. This was obviously a huge concern as the dress took a long time to arrive. Their only other offer was for me to take the sample dress home. They offered me a 10% discount because it was the sample but when I went to pick it up we realized there were rips in the bottom of the dress. No further discounts were offered. No alternative options.

At no point did they apologize for the mistake, and I was made to feel guilty for something that was very much not my fault. I spent a large sum of money to be given a less than perfect dress. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not be recommending this store to others. This experience has left me feeling terrible about my body, and dress.
