We worked with Black Tie Limousine for our wedding shuttles in Andover, MA, and had a fantastic experience. They were incredibly easy to work with, and most importantly, ensured all of our guests arrived at the right place on time and safely. Our driver even came inside at the end of the night (very late!) to make sure no one missed the final shuttle to the hotel. We were so appreciative of their care and reliability. Amazing people to work with
We worked with Nikki to book transportation for our wedding party from the hotel to the venue. It was such a great experience working with Nikki and our driver Janice was amazing!! Everyone keeps talking about how Janice saved the day and kept everyone happy and calm! She even made sure me and my dress made it out of the van safely. Water and champagne were also provided for us. Highly highly highly recommend.

A pleasure to work with
We hired Black Tie/Grace Limousine to help shuttle the wedding party and guests to and from our hotel/venue. The vehicles were clean and reliable, and the drivers were professional and punctual. The team in the office was also very helpful in the month leading up to our wedding to ensure we had enough space on the shuttles for all of our guests once we got all of our RSVPs back. I used Black Tie for both a limo and coach bus on my wedding day. We used the limo to transport the wedding party to the venue which was a fun and classy experience. We had a coach bus shuttle guests to and from the venue and hotel. Guests loved not having to worry about getting around and the bus driver played music and made it an enjoyable experience for them. The office staff are super easy to work with and continuously checked in with me throughout the planning process. A lot of people don't think about transportation for their wedding day and I am telling you that booking something will make your life way less stressful on wedding day! Everyone was so grateful they didn't have to find ways to carpool and had a safe ride there and back to the hotel.

We hired Black Tie Limousine from a word-of-mouth recommendation and we are so glad we did! Nikki and Stephanie were wonderful point-of-contacts and adjusted any needed timing promptly and always sent me new official confirmations. They were both friendly and about a week before the wedding, Nikki reaches out and goes over all of your timing and locations with you. She was very patient with me as I adjusted a timing on the spot with her and got her opinion about a certain amount of time it would take to get to one of our locations. On the day of, the limos were 10 minutes early (AMAZING!) and ready to go! The drivers were professional and friendly. The limos were clean. My specific driver was Michael and he took song requests on the way to locations and they were just great overall drivers! I also enjoyed how gratuity was already included in the cost so it was one less thing to remember/worry about the day of! We also got a 30-person van/shuttle to and from the hotel and that was excellent as well. Highly recommend for an easy to work with, professional, communicative, and on time company!!

A Flawless And Top-Quality Service
We booked a total of 5 vehicles through Black Tie for our wedding: a limo, sprinter and 3 coaches of varying sizes. Despite 3 years of planning due to COVID postponements and numerous additions and changes to one bookings, Nikki and Stephanie was impeccable throughout. Always responsive, helpful and detailed in their communication to answer questions and make bookings & changes, we had 100% confidence in them throughout. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and despite Nikki and Stephanie’s professionalism setting such high expectations, they and their team still managed to surprise them on the day of the wedding day. The quality, modernness and cleanliness of the vehicles was impressive, and a nice bonus that we weren’t expecting was champagne provided in the transportation for the wedding party both to and back from the venue. After the groomsmen accidentally left a crucial item for the wedding in the limo, our wedding planner was able to contact Black Tie and despite having already gone home, the driver immediately drove back to the venue to drop it off and avert a crisis. While for most categories of vendors we spoke to many before deciding on one, in the case of Black Tie we immediately knew we’d be in safe hands with them. All 5 vehicles were organised flawlessly thanks to Nikki and Stephanie, and no one need look any further than Black Tie for their wedding / event transportation needs.

Black tie limo was great to work with! We had two shuttles at the end of our reception running to bring our guests back to their hotels and their drivers were amazing and did a great job! Thank you black tie limousine for making our wedding day so memorable. We booked the white wedding trolley for the bridesmaids and a limo for the groomsmen and we loved every second of it. Both drivers were extremely kind and professional. As the bride, moments before you walk down the aisle is the most nerve-racking. My husband and I booked Black Tie Limousine to provide shuttle and limo services for our wedding in October 2021. We are so happy we went with them! They were incredibly responsive, as we periodically had to make changes to the limo and shuttle schedules as wedding plans became more concrete. Everything was on time and ran smoothly for our scheduled events. Staff were friendly and professional. The shuttles and limos themselves were incredibly clean and well maintained. We used their services to transport both groomsmen/groom and bridesmaids/bride from each respective house to the venue.
They came on time with complimentary champagne!
Our driver was great! Once all bridesmaids/brides/moms were in, he made sure to ask if we had everything. Once we arrived at the venue, he helped coordinate with our photographer to make sure I would not be seen by the groom. In addition, he drove the moms closer to the venue so they would not have to walk (we were taking photos off venue premises). Due to the time constraints, we were not able to enjoy the champagne during the ride, but our driver made sure to give cups and both bottles to one of our bridal party members for all to enjoy after photos - which we did in the bridal suite!

Black Tie was so easy to work with and so flexible! We planned during COVID and had no idea how many guests we would actually be able to have. They worked with us to book a range of transportation options that we could then finalize at a later date and apply any canceled deposits to the final costs.
For the actual wedding, everything went off without a hitch! The drivers were so funny and amazing when driving the bridal party first, and then so flexible/rolled with the punches with the guests (we had a guest request to commandeer the bluetooth radio and she played music for the whole bus). I am so appreciative of them getting everyone to and from the venue on time and without issue!

BlackTie provided a bus (one of the only local companies with a 50+ person capacity vehicle that I could find), a shuttle van and an SUV for my recent wedding and it all went so smoothly! All the drivers were friendly and courteous. Our SUV driver did a great job navigating the Boston traffic near the Public Garden on a beautiful Saturday afternoon which allowed us to do photos in the garden and hop back in the SUV when we were all finished. Nikki answered all of my questions (there were A LOT) and was always friendly and helpful. Transportation going awry was one of my biggest worries but with this team it didn't need to be.

We splurged on the Rolls Royce and I highly recommend it. Having a wedding outside, when the car pulled up, it attracted many guests who enjoyed taking photos with it as well as us. I reached out to a bunch of different transportation companies for the seacoast NH area and Black Tie was a stand out among the others. Nikki the event coordinator is absolutely amazing, she has helped me with a million different scenarios for my guest transportation and she always made sure to give us the most cost effective option for us. During COVID when I had to reschedule my wedding the original package we booked was no longer available on our new date and she helped to rework the entire transportation plan and make sure we had exactly what we needed. More than just a party bus/limo driver!
I am going to start off by saying I loved our party bus driver (Thomas!!) so much, I literally drove an hour down to Haverhill, MA the day *after* the wedding so that I could leave him an extra gratuity (and by the way, the tip is included in the price - which makes it easier). First, the back office was incredible to deal with. We had a gap in between our ceremony and reception and I wanted to go to multiple locations for photos. They got everything perfectly right and helped make it easy and less stressful for me! The party bus was on time and got us everywhere seamlessly, but best of all was our driver. He was so much more than just a driver. He basically acted as our wedding day coordinator for the ceremony. We got married in a church, so there was no real "day-of" coordinator. Well, Thomas stepped into that role. He make sure the guys and girls were kept apart, he kept us on schedule, when we got to the church, he went in first to make sure the groom/groomsmen weren't there (so they wouldn't see me), he held my flowers, fixed my dress, and held my train as we waited in the stairwell to walk down the aisle. And most of all, when I was nervous to walk in front of everyone, he did breathing exercises and told jokes to keep me calm. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and in particular this driver! We also had ordered a limo for the end of the night - it was a very short trip so I can't say much about it other than the driver was nice, professional, and timely - and got us there safely. Black Tie was simply the best - and affordable!!!

Funny story...
The communication before the wedding was outstanding, Nikki was great to work with! Our limo was on time at the hotel to pick my bridesmaids and I up to go to the venue! We got a flat tire on the way (can't make this up!!) but Greg our limo driver JUMPED into action and changed it in 11 mins so we were not even late to the venue!! I would highly recommend Black Tie Limo!!

I booked three cars, one of which I had to cancel the day of and Black Tie was very responsive and professional through the whole process. It was very easy and the price was competitive. Limo was great. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and great planning!
Nikki was amazing during the planning process and was extremely responsive while presenting all our options! Our shuttle arrived early and was in immaculate condition. Everything went smoothly and the Bluetooth worked seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Great wedding limo service!
I worked with Nikki from beginning to end. She was great, responsive and answered all my questions. She was also accomodating when I asked if we could change the time earlier because of traffic. I can’t remember the names of our drivers, but we had the Rolls Royce and the Trolley. I wasn’t in the trolley but I heard all good things from our bridal party! The driver of the Rolls Royce, was very friendly and gave us a couple of options, in terms of air flow for the Rolls since it was a hot August day. Upon arrival to pick me up for the church, he was going above and beyond packing up the trolley with all my girls bags, carried my bag to the trolley, held the train of my dress as we walked to the Rolls. Very impressed.

More than a transportation service
I cant rave another about our chauffeur Eric! Seriously this guy was a life saver! My wedding coordinator was awful and Eric stepped right in! He was getting people to where they needed to be which helped us stay on track. He coached my bridesmaids how to walk down the aisle properly. He was fluffing my dress before i walked down the aisle. He held my dress up through my entire receiving line. We took pictures at brass rocks in Gloucester, so he made sure my dress didnt get dirty. Helped me down the rocks for pictures. Even made sure everyone had cold waters since it was a hot day out there! Seriously this guy was the rockstar of the day!

Wonderful experience
This vendor made our day easy, and enjoyable. They were prompt and friendly, they helped me with my dress get in and out of our limo any time I needed it. They also had a nice little champagne toast following our ceremony before our reception that just added a little something special.

Fantastic car service!!
My husband and I rented two 33 person shuttles, a 10 person limo and a sedan for our June wedding and we are so happy that we did!! The vehicles themselves were in phenomenal condition and I have received several compliments from guests on how much they loved the shuttles. I worked with Nikki to book the rentals and she was nothing but kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend black tie limo to anyone looking for car service!

Amazing from start to finish
From months prior to our wedding to the last shuttle to the hotel Black Tie was everything we could have asked for. We rented the 33 passenger shuttle for transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and from the reception to the hotel.
Nikki Mollica was incredibly responsive to my numerous questions/request and she even called the days leading up to confirm all the details, even though she had previously! Our guest had nothing but great things to say about the driver and all shuttle runs were right on schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs transportation on their wedding day!

The booking was seamless with Nikki - she was responsive, knowledgable, and professional from start to finish! Mark was on elf our drivers on the day of - he was so kind (kept everyone calm and cool on the ride over!), personable, professional, and his attention to detail was exceptional. Blown Away by their Service and Drivers!
BlackTie Limousine blew us away!! We hired an 8-10 person limo for us and our family and a 30 person limousine party bus for guests. Big SHOUT OUT to my driver Mark who was basically trained to be another wedding coordinator. Whether it was getting me in and out of the limo (poofy skirt is more of a challenge than you think!) holding my bouquet, calming our nerves, helping me with my veil before walking down the aisle, making sure my husband and I had full gasses of champagne, and getting us where we needed to be on time, everything was perfect and was an experience I will never forget. This company provides MORE than just transportation, their service is unmatched and I will be using them whenever we need a transportation company again. Pricing is reasonable. Also shout out to the party bus driver John, and Nikki who helped coordinate the services , details and payments. Everyone was a pleasure to work with! THANK YOU!

I can't say enough great things about Nikki and Black Tie Limo. The whole process from booking to day of was excellent. Nikki was responsive and detailed oriented and made sure all my requests and changes were immediately reflected. I even got a lot of compliments from guests about how nice the motor coach was and guests praised that the motor coach arrived and departed exactly according to the schedule. The drivers were also very nice and helpful.

Black Tie Limousine gave us the red carpet service- legitimately! Black Tie met us at our hotel to pick up the groom and groomsmen in a shuttle bus, and the bride and bridesmaids in a white stretch limousine. The bride/bridesmaid’s driver was so amazing and made sure everyone was out of the parking lot and in the church before he opened the door for my dad and I to get out. He waited at the church for us, and once we were husband and wife, our driver rolled out a red carpet from the door of the church to the door of the limousine. We got settled inside, and our driver served us each a lovely glass of champagne. He made our first car ride as a married couple enjoyable and very special! We worked closely with Nikki and were very happy with choosing a white trolley for our wedding day guest/wedding party transportation from hotel to church to venue and back. The trolley was right on time for wedding party pick up and the driver was very kind and accommodating despite the tight timelines. One thing I would suggest is to make sure to give the actual addresses/names of sites to the driver on the day of wedding to be triple sure they have the right location. Highly recommend them!

BlackTie Limo was incredible! As the bride I didn't get to ride the shuttle until the end of the night (although I heard it was great leading up to then). I got married in my parents backyard and there were a few things to 'clean up' (lets be real my awesome friends cleaned up, I just ate food) but we thought we had missed the last shuttle. Then the amazing BlackTie Limo driver was fine with doing one more trip for us because he realized we missed the last scheduled trip. Such incredible service!! Leading up to the wedding, they were great at answering emails and calls. Highly recommend!

We used Black Tie Limo for transporting our guests to and from our wedding. The staff was very nice to work with and very helpful. On the day of the wedding I realized that there wouldn’t be enough seats to transport everyone home and called in a panic and the staff worked with me and sent an extra car. I would recommend!

I made several time and pickup changes after I initially booked and Nikki was extremely nice and helpful and very responsive. Our chauffeur Mark was fantastic! He arrived early and helped everything run smoothly. We did pictures before the ceremony, and he shuttled myself and my bridesmaids back and forth from the hotel to the picture location several times and he was always where we needed. Mark was extremely professional, kind, and helpful and made me feel calm and reassured. The limo itself was great, it was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a lot of shifting around-- changes in reservation, number of guests, timing, etc.-- but it was never an issue at all! We were thrilled with the service BlackTie's team provided from our first interaction, to our wedding day. They are ultra-organized, easy to work with, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Two of the above and beyond moments were; making sure we had cold water just after the ceremony while taking pictures, and the driver overhearing me say I was motion sick and calling the venue to have a ginger ale waiting for me. Transportation for our wedding was a bit tricky because of a weight limits on a bridge, but Nikki made the process very smooth. She answered all our questions, gave us lots of different options, and helped us pick up the pieces when we dropped the ball planning. :) Everything the day of was very smooth, the drivers were prompt and friendly, and everything went off without a hitch!

My husband and I hired Black Tie Limousine to transport our wedding party and guests from our hotel to our wedding venue. I had contacted many limousine companies as I was planning our wedding, but Black Tie was one of the only ones that got back to me. Of the companies that did respond to me, Black Tie was the only one that didn't make us pay double for the bus (since we would need it for before and after the reception). I'm so glad we went with them! The drivers were polite, helpful, and prompt. I would hire them again for any transportation needs that I had in the future.

The driver really helped with the logistics of getting us from the venue, to the church, down the aisle, and back to the venue - in an April snowstorm! Nikki and everyone at black tie are amazing. They make the process so smooth and easy for you! We used the Mercedes Sprinter Limo and the Rolls Royce on our wedding day. Both drivers arrived early, and were wonderful to work with. The Sprinter limo is amazing, we had enough room to stand up and hang up our dresses. It also has Bluetooth, so we were able to listen to our music on the way to the venue! The rolls royce is an absolutely beautiful car, the driver had champagne ready for my new husband and I and was kind enough to take photos for us in front of the car. Thank you Black Tie!

Black Tie Limousine, work with Nikki. I had to adjust my shuttle service around 239438740 times because our timing for the events kept shifting. Nikki was able to coordinate not only our limo but our passengers shuttles. Also...their shuttles are AMAZING. We upgraded the limo to a party bus and were able to reserve their 55 and 44 person shuttles. The guests loved them and said the drivers were incredible. The drivers we worked with were not only accommodating, but lovely and patient with our older family members.
GET BLACK TIE LIMO! If you want an elegant driving experience go with them, your family will be so grateful for a ride to their location and you will be so happy with the service you recieve on the day of your wedding.

The service from Black Tie was excellent! In the short time that we spent in the limo and with the driver, I was greatly impressed by the level of professionalism shown as well as the care that our driver took in making sure we were given the red carpet treatment. Again, it was a short time spent with Black Tie, but everything right down to the smallest detail (how we were arranged in the limo, offering mints before we went in for the ceremony, and including a box of Cheez-its per request of my parents, etc) was done with great care. I very highly recommend Black Tie Limo.

This company was great and our driver Dennis was the best! The company was very organized, quick to respond and timely. Dennis our driver was outstanding, he had the day run smoothly, kept everyone on time, helped in the church with my dress, opening the church doors, gave some great advice and was very professional and kind. My father and the rest of our group kept telling us how great he was. We also had the 30 person party bus which was amazing. With such a large wedding party it made more sense for us and it was awesome! Like new inside and out, plenty of space, music, lights, it was all great and the kids loved it. Highly recommend this company and request Dennis!

I would highly recommend Black Tie Limo for any bride/groom's transportation for their wedding day. Nikki and the team were so helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. We booked a "runner van" to get our bridal party back to the hotel at the end of the night, and we realized the Thursday before the wedding (Saturday) that we really should have booked two runners instead of one. BTL didn't have any more vans available, but the staff there spent hours contacting other companies in the area and managed to find a second van for us, just 48 hours before our wedding. They truly went above and beyond to help us and I was amazed by the personal care they took in making sure that everything was perfect for us on our wedding day. HIGHLY recommend!

Our friends and I live in the Boston/Camberville area, but our wedding venue was on the North Shore, so we wanted to provide a shuttle bus to get guests from the city to the venue and back. We wanted something nicer than a school bus, since it's a bit of a longer ride. We ended up getting 2 limo-shuttles from Black Tie Limousine, and they were perfect. The drivers were courteous and safe, and made sure to leave no guest behind. The vehicles are GORGEOUS inside and out, and made our guests feel like royalty. The cars arrived and departed on time, which was super important to me. Best of all, the price can't be beat for premium, reliable shuttle service. All taxes and driver tips were included in our fee, so we didn't have to worry about extra payments day-of.

We used BlackTie Limousine to take us to our venue from our hotel. The limo showed up right on time and the driver was extremely professional and very friendly! The limo was very clean and had waters for us as well. We loved our ride!

I initially booked with Black Tie Limo for a guest shuttle to and from our wedding and the customer service was fantastic - Nikki was super responsive and answered all of my questions, providing photos and information about all of our options. A little over a month before the wedding, we realized that we had more guests staying at the hotel than would fit on two shuttle runs and unfortunately because we were so close to the date, Black Tie did not have an additional or bigger vehicle available. We were able to find another company with a bigger vehicle, but I hated to cancel with Black Tie because of the great experience I'd had so far and their reputation for high quality service. They were understanding of our need to cancel, not only not giving me a hard time, but returning our deposit, which was so appreciated since every penny counts when paying for a wedding. I hope to have a reason to book with them in the future!!

Black Tie Limousine was the perfect transportation vendor for our wedding. Communication with the company prior the wedding was very helpful with prompt responses and thorough explanations of their services. On the day of our wedding, the limo actually arrived early to pick up the bridal party and got us to the ceremony location in plenty of time. There was also quite a distance between our ceremony and reception locations; again, we arrived in plenty of time for the start of our reception. Our driver was really nice, polite, and a joy to ride with. I would definitely recommend BlackTie Limousine; they are prompt, professional, punctual, and very personable.

We had a complicated first look to ceremony to reception plan and Black Tie was super accommodating and understanding of our crazy schedule. The drivers went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, helped us get in/out of the limos, brought us water bottles during photos at the church, and even set the train on my dress before I walked down the aisle. They truly went above and beyond what we ever expected of them, and we were extremely impressed with the entire service.

I would highly recommend Black Tie Limo. I chose them as the transportation provider for my wedding in July 2016. Our transportation needs were numerous involving Coach buses, vans, SUVs and sedans to transport our families and guests from Boston to Beverly and back . Nikki at Black Tie Limo was so patient with my changes as our plans evolved and all aspects of the service provided went off perfectly. We did not have one issue and it was one less thing that I had to worry about the day of the wedding. Everyone’s transportation was as requested, on time and the drivers were very professional and good natured. I was so happy that I chose them as our transportation provider as I looked at several. Nikki’s responsiveness was one of the primary reasons I chose them and she did not disappoint.

For a limousine company, Black Tie was so accommodating and professional. I would book them for any future transportation needs without hesitation. We booked the Rolls Royce and the 18 seater bus for our wedding, and from day one, Black Tie was so accommodating and addressed any changes with the utmost professionalism. Both drivers were exceptional- they knew the ins and outs of every location we went to, and made sure that I didn’t get out of the car too early when we showed up at the church!
I would highly recommend Black Tie for any wedding. You will not be disappointed!

Black Tie Limo provided Red Carpet Service to us and our wedding party. Our driver was on time and ready to help, either by making sure my train was just right or to pour our champagne after the ceremony. The limo bus was the perfect choice for our 14 person wedding party. With an AUX hookup we were able to listen to great music and enjoy our ride from the church to the ceremony. Black Tie provided great service for great value!

These guys were great!! They were so easy to work with and were incredibly professional. I booked one of their "Executive Transporters" for our wedding party. It was such a Nice vehicle and it fit everyone very comfortably. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of wedding transportation!!

We are so happy that we found Black Tie Limo! We were doing our "first look" before the ceremony so we needed to book a limo for 4 hours (to take us to the venue for the "first look", to the church and back to the venue). Their package was the best for what we needed.
Dave was our driver and he was SO much more than just a driver! He helped me with my dress (he was right with me the ENTIRE time we did our pictures - the ground was a little soft so he was there to hold my dress and me in case I needed an arm). It was a little cool during pictures and he made sure all the bridesmaids and my mom got to warm up in the limo while they waited. Dave even offered his coat to me to make sure I was comfortable!
The limo was clean, well stocked and the red carpet/toast was a nice touch.
Black Tie limo was a great choice. I recommend them.

We were incredibly impressed with how Black Tie handled very complex and detailed transportation logistics on our wedding day. We had 5 different vehicles making multiple stops in 3 North Shore towns throughout the evening, and they executed the whole plan perfectly. We used Black Tie Limousine for our wedding, and while we actually worked over the phone with another company to book the Rolls-Royce specifically, we wanted to be sure to give credit where it is most certainly due. Mark was our driver, and being on-time and professional was just the start of a great experience. We were actually early to the ceremony, so he pulled into a parking lot where my best man and I took some pictures of the pristine Rolls-Royce, and Mark told us about the car and gave us a tour while we waited for the perfect moment to head over to the ceremony. Mark was extremely accommodating to every request, and ensured my bride and I were comfortable every step of the way. He rolled out the red carpet, and kept our champagne classes full during pictures, all while moving the car around for perfect shots and helping out (more than the photographer) with the bride's dress. I cannot say enough good things about Mark, and the beautiful 1960 RR. Great experience, and I highly recommend working with Black Tie for any wedding transportation needs.

BlackTie limo has a large selection of vehicles, and having priced other limo companies in the area, they were actually the most reasonable for the size and time of vehicles we needed. In particular, they smartly (and understandingly) price their coaches so that you can split a 6 hour block into 2 segments so that you don't have to pay them to sit around and do nothing during the reception for a few hours. This makes sense because they don't charge separately for gas/mileage - so downtime does cost them less. Anyway, the service was great. Mark was great to work with and was patient as I called multiple times with different arrangement options. The bridal party's driver, Angela, was awesome and well prepared with static guard and deodorants for the bridal party. She even helped with straightening the bride's train before she walked down the aisle. Well beyond the duties of a driver, but she clearly wanted the day to go right. When we called the main BlackTie Limo line at 11:30p to check where she was (our fault - we sent her on a longer-than-expected bus run earlier in the night), someone actually answered and was able to track her location by GPS! Color me impressed by this company.

Black Tie Limo was recommended by our venue and we are very happy that we used their services! They were very easy to work with and made sure to follow up before the wedding day. We rented a bigger coach bus which fit about 38 people and we requested for the driver to do multiple trips. Although, I personally never met the driver, our guests told me that he was very professional and polite. Thank you!

Black tie limo was wonderful to work with. We worked with Nikki who was fabulous and very responsive to emails! They sent a text message with all of the details the day before the wedding which was a great way to confirm all the details one last time. They arrived early and were very flexible with the timing and the amount of hours we booked. The chauffeurs were absolutely wonderful, I had John. He put out a red carpet and had champagne waiting for my husband and I when we got back to the limo. They knew all the routes to take to avoid the Topsfield Fair traffic. I would definitely recommend them to other brides!!

Black Tie Limo went above and beyond to make our transportation to and from the church/ reception a perfect experience. Working with the event coordinator in the office was seamless. She was very responsive and always sent confirmations (helpful when there are so many details!).
My driver was stellar. I wish I could give him a higher star rating. He was professional, friendly. and on time. He helped carry any items, and was always one step further. So helpful. I would absolutely recommend Black Tie Limo. It was transportation perfection.

Absolutely loved working with BlackTie. We used them for transporting the wedding party back and forth to the hotel. I had the Rolls Royce and the wedding party had the 13 passenger van. Both worked out great. Our driver for the Rolls (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was so wonderful. He was there to help with my dress and even helped open the doors to the church before walking down the aisle with my father. After photos, he was there with the red carpet and a bottle of champagne. He also helped me and my dress navigate the parking entrance of the hotel so that it would not get stained. I was highly impressed with the level of service.

Black Tie came recommended to me as a preferred vendor from my venue. They were great, timely, and very affordable. We only utilized them to transport my new husband and I from the venue to the hotel (about 25 minute drive) The chauffeur was professional, opened the doors for us, served champagne generously and was friendly. The weather was terrible the day of our wedding (cold and rainy) but he even held an umbrella over me as I walked into the hotel. I felt pampered and well taken care of, even if only for the short ride!

Without a doubt, black tie limo was incredible. From start to finish, the chaffeur was calming, helpful, and always willing to carry the back of my dress! He cleaned out the glasses from the morning ride to the church, the 18 passenger coach was impeccably clean, and he was a smooth driver! He even was willing to hold my dress as my groom and I walked onto the frozen pond near my house to get some much desired wedding photos. When my shoulders were cold, he offered me his coat. I can honestly say that this was one of the best vendors to work with prior to the event as well.
While I had called all my vendors to confirm, Black Tie Limo called me to confirm details a few days before and sent an email the day before, which assured me that they would be on their A game the entire day. Kemma was a great consultant and was very responsive. Overall, they really made the day stress free and helped make the day an incredible memory!

The limo drivers did not just drive the limos, they took care of getting us where we needed to be on time, made sure that everyone was comfortable, and even helped facilitate the procession into the church. From the first time I spoke with Kemma at Black Tie Limousine, I knew that they would be perfect for our special day. Kemma was great to work with and very flexible when I needed to change the times. On the day of my wedding the limousine and rolls royce came 20-30 minutes early and was stress free! The drivers even helped at the church opening the doors! Great Service! We were running late getting ready and the limo driver had no problem waiting for us and gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! The pick up was the same we were running late and she was so nice and helpful with all the stuff we had to bring back to the hotel and even gave us a bottle of champagne to take back to the hotel!
