We got married on September 22nd 2024.
Our wedding was an absolute dream come true! We spent countless days planning it, but nothing compared to actually living it with all of our closest friends and family. Blackstone Rivers Ranch was the most perfect venue, from the colorful aspen trees to the river flowing through it. We couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else. We look forward to renewing our vows here someday!

Amazing wedding venue!
Our wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch was nothing short of magical. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — we had our ceremony beside the river, surrounded by golden aspens at their peak color on the last weekend of September. It felt peaceful and secluded, tucked away in nature, yet still easily accessible from the Front Range. The facilities were very well-maintained, and the layout between the ceremony site, reception tent, and bridal & groomsmen suites was very practical and functional.
The entire experience was so thoughtfully planned and professionally run. Every detail felt considered in advance, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the day. The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and organized throughout the entire process — from our first visit to the wedding day itself.
We couldn’t have imagined a more special place to celebrate our wedding. Blackstone Rivers Ranch truly captured everything we hoped for — beautiful nature, and an atmosphere filled with love and care.

Most Magical Wedding
WOW! My husband and I do not have enough words to express how perfect our wedding was at Blackstone Rivers Ranch!! It was such a magical day from start to finish! Our guests could not stop raving about how exquisite the venue was and we agree completely! We only looked at Blackstone for wedding venues and fell in love immediately! Their staff are top notch professional and excellent at communicating! They set fair deadlines for details and payments and are clear about their policies and make sure all parties are aware before signing the contract. All of our vendors we worked with LOVE Blackstone, and some even mentioned it was their favorite venue!! It was a seamless process from start to finish working with BRR and exceeded every expectation! It did rain just a little bit but ended right before the ceremony. The staff jumped into action and wiped down all the benches for our guests. The tent was perfect for the reception, with plenty of space for dinner and dancing!! It was truly the wedding of our DREAMS, and we were so lucky to be able to get married at Blackstone Rivers Ranch! Added bonus, there are also two BEAUTIFUL places to take couple photos after the ceremony just up the road. My recommendations for future brides are to book EARLY - especially if you're wanting a Saturday wedding in the Fall - as dates get booked quickly (a big indication of how amazing this venue is!). There IS a parking lot hidden from the ceremony/reception space, but you may want to consider hiring transportation if guests aren't staying in Idaho Springs as the drive. Our guests loved the added touch, and it prevented any drinking and driving!

My husband and I got married here in August of 2025. We were looking for a venue that felt intimate, surrounded by nature, and a place that felt like us. Immediately from our first visit we loved the well-maintained grounds, proximity to Denver, and responsiveness of the Blackstone team. They are professional, quick to respond, and go out of their way to make you feel special. Our wedding day was beautiful and went perfectly. We will always remember the memories we made at Blackstone!

Amazing venue!!

Perfect Secluded Mountain Venue!
Blackstone is the best hidden gem you will find when it comes to mountain wedding venues! It is a secluded, romantic, forresty venue that is the perfect place for a magical wedding. The pictures truly don't do it justice. And when you see Blackstone in the summer, when all the flowers have bloomed, it is breathtaking! The asthetic of the river running behind the ceremony site is so special. The venue is so well taken care of and maintained. The team there is such a knowledgeable and well oiled machine - they made our wedding day smooth and stress-free. It is very clear that they truly care about their couples and their experience. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible Blackstone was and we could not have loved it more!

Mountain venue meets elegance
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is worth every penny! First off, is such an elegant mountain feel. The creekside cocktail hour offers the perfect balance of an outdoor venue but have the piece of mind of the tent for any weather. Their team is SO responsive throughout the planning process and the day-of team was kind, hard working, and seamless. The bustle of my dress actually broke mid-reception and with the help of both the Blackstone staff and my planner, they re-bustled it with safety pins. Genuinely enjoyed working with them and their attention to detail. Could not recommend them enough!

Dream Venue!
Our dream Colorado Mountain venue!! We booked a petite wedding on May 8th 2025 and could not be more happy that we chose Blackstone Rivers Ranch. We did all of our planning from out of state which made venue selection a tough decision. The second we found Blackstone online we knew it was the one. The pictures online are so beautiful and it’s even more impressive in person. It is all around a stunning venue. We wanted an intimate venue setting and that’s exactly what you get. From the sounds of the creek next to the ceremony site to the stunning trees, the impressive tent for reception area to the main building that houses bathrooms and suites, and the twinkling lights in just the right places, there is not an area of this venue that we were not absolutely in love with. This venue is very versatile could absolutely accommodate any style of wedding a couple desires and is beautiful any time of the year.
Not only does this venue impress with its appearance, It also comes with one amazing staff. From the day we started our research to the day of our event the Blackstone Staff was nothing short of kindness, organization, knowledge and professionalism. They made the booking and planning process so smooth. We had every single question answered in an extremely timely manner. They were absolutely accommodating and willing to work with us upon any request, special need or circumstance.
Wendy was our day of coordinator and we would love to give her special recognition.
As spring is unpredictable in Colorado we did end up with some snow on the day of the wedding. Wendy went out of her way to personally pick me (the bride) up where our party bus dropped us off and drive me down to the bridal suites so I did not have to get my shoes, dress and veil wet/dirty before the ceremony. I wanted to thank her again for that gesture and let her know how much it meant to me. We know the entire staff moved mountains to get the venue ready for our day after the unexpected weather.
We could write so many good things about this venue, but we will stop here. This venue clearly strives for an excellence that was very clear and appreciated by us.
We will be forever grateful for this staff and venue for making our day so special and unforgettable. We are trying to think of another event to have so they can host us again!

The perfect day at BRR!
Our wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch was perfect in every way. Our guests absolutely loved the creekside ceremony site and the coziness of the tent for dinner and dancing. The staff at BRR was friendly and easy to work with throughout the planning process. They do have a required vendors list for certain vendors but we had great experiences with their preferred caterer and planner. Best venue ever
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is an out of this world venue! It was magnificent. It was our first venue to tour and our last because we really didn't want to go to any other venue. It was love at first sight. Cheryl gave us the tour at Blackstone Rivers Ranch, she has a beautiful soul as did everyone who works for this venue. Each one of them were so kind and helpful. This venue has years of experience and a preferred list of vendors that make this process much easier and more relaxed as they work so well together (and as a bride you feel comfortable and confident that everything will go well). This is very important working as a team to create such a special day for two people.
None of our family or invited friends knew about this place. We had guests from Minnesota, Mexico, California, Spain, Colombia, Panama, and other countries. We knew that they were making a huge sacrifice to be here on our special day. The time for the wedding arrived and when our guests arrived at Blackstone Rivers Ranch they were stunned and delighted, our guests did not stop commenting that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to. We had compliments about the venue, catering, DJ, coordinator, photographer, EVERYTHING from our guests.
As a bride I was afraid of having the same problem as the other brides, who always had some complaint or something that did not go the way they wanted on their special day, BUT NO I was not one of those brides (YAY)! My wedding was the best and the most perfect thanks to Blackstone Rivers Ranch and their list of preferred vendors. Without the help of BRR my wedding would not have been possible to plan as perfectly. Every penny invested in this wedding was worth it to the fullest. My husband and I are more than sure that it was the best decision we have ever made in having a big wedding with 100 guests and not a small wedding with only 15 or 20 guests.
My guests fell in love with our wedding and the venue and they couldn't stop talking about it. They all told us that it was worth the sacrifice they made to travel from far away to experience the beautiful views of the mountains and the river at the venue, the big and beautiful white tent. EVERYTHING was romantic and unique.
My husband and I will always be grateful to BRR, our words and gratitude will not be enough for the enormous satisfaction and happiness we had on our wedding day.

Amazing venue!
My husband and I were searching for an outdoor tented venue that could fit 200 guests. The moment we stepped foot at Blackstone Rivers Ranch, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings, the gorgeous tent, and rolling creek along the backside of the property. We fell in love immediately! Our wedding turned out beautifully. The staff was so easy to work with throughout the process. Very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

We just got married at Blackstone Rivers Ranch and it was absolutely the perfect day. We are from out of state and when touring wedding venues, we knew right away that Blackstone was everything we wanted. Mountains, running creek, forest, and beautiful white tent. They have required vendors and some rules, but they were very up front with everything. It actually made the process a lot smoother having a list of vendors to choose from. They have great communication and are very professional. My only wish is that we could relive the day over and over again! Thank you to the BRR team!

Mountains, aspens, and creeks oh my!
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is where you want to have your wedding. It is not only breathtaking, the staff are fabulous and a joy to work with. Even the facilities/suites are stellar. Our planning and booking process could not have gone smoother. The drinks were fantastic, and the fire pit was a big hit with all our guests. Staying in their Claim Jumper Cabin also meant we could just relax and crash at the end of the night on site, plus we were able to enjoy our morning coffee by the creek as newlyweds. Money well spent on the Wedding of our dreams.

Blackstone Rivers Ranch was the best venue we could have asked for!! It's the perfect mix of nature and elegance and our guests haven't stopped raving about the spot. The BRR staff was so attentive and helpful the entire process. Idaho Springs is a cute spot and our guests really enjoyed hanging out downtown as well! Best decision we made!!!

The Perfect Venue
We really struggled to find a venue near enough to Boulder (our home) that felt secluded and remote. We went to at least 6 different venues, each one near a main road or adjacent to a parking lot before we were ready to give up. In comes Blackstone - it is remote, but accessible. It is surrounded by woods, your guests feel like they're getting the complete CO experience without having to trek to Vail. It's expensive, but I really thought it was worth every penny. Their team was FABULOUS - the wedding ran so smoothly - they even set up a fire pit with s'mores for all of our guests! I cannot recommend this venue enough.

Everything We Dreamed it Would Be and More
Post-Covid was an interesting time to book a venue for a wedding. In the summer of 2021 we started looking for venues for the following summer, but it seemed everyplace we looked at was just about fully booked. My Wife and her Sister ventured into Blackstone Rivers Ranch after a friend had recommended they swing by. As fate would have it, they had a Saturday available the exact weekend we were hoping to get married. I can tell you first hand how lucky we were to book Blackstone Rivers Ranch for our wedding. The ambiance is perfect. It's outdoorsy with a very Colorado mountain feel while also retaining a sense of contemporary class. The weather was perfect for our ceremony but had started to rain during the reception and we barely noticed. The massive tent held our 150 guests with room to spare. The staff at Blackstone Rivers Ranch were a joy to work with and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would gladly recommend Blackstone Rivers Ranch to anyone looking for wedding in nature.

Absolutely amazing!

Best venue ever!!
You can't go wrong with this venue. It is beautiful and the staff is great. They are responsive, prices are fair, and they were totally on top of things when we had rain prior to the ceremony. Wish I could do it all over again!

Simply incredible
Blackstone is incredible. We received so much feedback from our guests on how beautiful the space was and overall interacting with the staff was great. They are helpful, responsive, and willing to be flexible with any request. You don't even need to have a ton of decorations/florals because it is already beautiful.

Great Wedding Experience in the Mountains
Starting the planning process in the midst of COVID was rough, but Blackstone Rivers Ranch had the perfect petite package that we were looking for - helping us and our guests have peace of mind with the unknown future. Working with their in-house planning team, Blackstone Rivers Ranch was everything we were hoping it would be and more. The space was beautiful and we felt as if we were more remote in the mountains than we actually were. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a mountain wedding without having guests trek deep into the range.

This was the most magical venue and the staff was amazing! Who know it would snow 20 inches in May?! We still had our ceremony outside, and then moved into the nice warm tent. It was a beautiful day. The staff was there to constantly keep the snow off the side walks till 11pm. They made our special day even better! Thank you

Amazing experience!
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is an amazing wedding venue! We had a petite (40 people) wedding at the end of April. It was the perfect venue to be able to have ceremony and reception in one beautiful location. They make it so easy with the pricing that includes everything you need and the ability to add on some additional features. We chose to add the use of the fire pit for a s’mores send off at the end of the evening. It was definitely worth it to add the beautiful bridal dressing room and groom’s dressing room. The staff is responsive during the process and were attentive the day of. The scenery around the property is beautiful for the wedding photos. We got many comments from our wedding guests saying how amazing everything was. It was so great having a mountain wedding about an hour from Denver! Would definitely recommend Blackstone Rivers Ranch.

The perfect venue
Blackstone Rivers Ranch helped make my dream wedding come true to the highest standard. I can not say enough positive things about the day of our wedding. Everyone said it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to and it felt like a fairytale! Nadine and Cheryl were wonderful to work with. They are both so understanding and helpful. There experience shined through the day of our wedding. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly. I would highly recommend the venue! It's location gives you a mountain feel without driving 2+ hours from Denver. The honeymoon cabins they offer were so romantic and were a perfect ending to our perfect day. Their vendors list helped us narrow down our search as well as gave us peace of mind that these vendors have worked well with BRR before and know what they are doing. But also having the ability to still pick some of our own vendors gave us the perfect amount of flexibility that we were looking for!! Thank you SO much BRR for helping us create the wedding of my dreams!!!

The most beautiful venue!
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is perfection! We looked at a ton of beautiful venues but once we saw BRR we couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else. Nadine and Cheryl are fantastic to work with. They are both so responsive and helpful. They really know what they’re doing and everything ran so smoothly the day of. We had our wedding at the end of August and it was an out of state wedding for everyone except us. If a lot of your guests are traveling from out of state I HIGHLY recommend BRR. We had a hotel block in Denver so everyone got to experience the city for one night, and then it’s a quick 40 min shuttle ride to the venue. So many guests commented on how it was the coolest wedding venue they’ve ever been to. BRR also provides a list of preferred vendors which helped us narrow down our search as well as give us peace of mind that these vendors have been vetted, have worked at BRR many times, and know what they are doing. The staff at BRR are all so polite and professional. Seriously cannot imagine my wedding anywhere else! THANK YOU BRR!

Magical Blackstone
The moment we discovered Blackstone Rivers Ranch, we knew that it had all of the elements we had dreamed of for our wedding day. It felt unique, intimate and like a mountain getaway for my California family.
They worked with us on every single detail and went above and beyond to make sure that our day ran smoothly. We even got to attend a wine tasting event to pick our wines! Our guests kept coming up to tell us how nice all of the staff were.
It happened to be a pretty rainy day, and they were flexible and helped keep us and our guests so happy!
The property is stunning—my favorite part was the string lights that run the entire length. We were able to stay in the cabin right up the hill, and loved being able to stay so close to our event. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

Magical Mountain Wedding Venue
I just had my wedding at BRR this past July. To say it was magical would be an understatement. The venue itself is stunning and picturesque for a mountain wedding. My favorite parts were that it was all outdoor, but inclusive for everyone to be close together. I did the petite wedding package and it was perfect for us. Cheryl Ann is absolutely amazing and will make everything so simple and easy, especially the day of the wedding. She was so attentive, kind, helpful, creative, and honestly made my wedding look so beautiful and run so smoothly - even with the slight rainstorm we had :)
Nadine was so helpful in planning and making sure we had everything we needed :)
Overall this wedding venue and staff is wonderful and will make your day the best day you can imagine. If I could do it all over again, I would.

Blackstone Rivers Ranch was the perfect venue to celebrate our marriage. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The sound of the creek in the background is truly magical and the big white tent is spectacular. The bridal suites are elegent which makes for beautiful getting ready pictures. At night the string lights help illuminate the tent and the grounds and bring the outdoors to life. The team at Blackstone is also top notch. They are responsive and always available to answer any questions. Their experience with the vendors makes working with their team so easy. All of our guests could not stop raving about how it was the most beautiful venue they had ever seen. Blackstone Rivers Ranch will always be so special to us!

The most beautiful venue!!
Our experience at Blackstone Rivers Ranch was outstanding! There's plenty of parking for your guests, lots of room to spread out and enjoy cocktails in one area, have the ceremony in another, and the reception under a giant gorgeous tent! The bridal and groom suites were exceptionally well decorated and made for some awesome photo opportunities. The staff was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had originally narrowed it down to the three different locations and given the chance again there's no way we'd go anywhere else. This place is magical!! Truly exceptional space to host the biggest day of your life!

BRR exceeded my wedding expectations. I was blown away at how well maintained and beautiful the venue was for the day of the wedding. The tent is gorgeous when it gets dark and the whole venue is decorated beautifully with string lights. BRR was very responsive with any questions I had and took planning very seriously which was appreciated. They are strict about vendors but in the end it is nice they have vetted everyone and ensure quality!

The most BEAUTIFUL outdoor wedding venue!!
By far the most BEAUTIFUL venue, we couldn’t have asked for a more stunning, intimate setting. Especially during covid precautions, the outdoor ceremony, beach area, and reception tent was absolutely perfect! Our guests all traveled from out of state to be here for our special day, we had endless compliments on how amazing our wedding was, the scenic views, the weather, the staff, and overwell expressing their amazement at our wedding and how it was the best they’ve ever been to
Nadine, Cheryl-Anne and the whole team were so accommodating and always responsive over communication needs. They really made the whole day come together as envisioned, highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, outdoor Colorado mountain setting!

Absolutely Perfect!
We are so happy we chose to have our wedding here! We were looking to have a smaller, more intimate wedding and noticed they offered a "Petite Wedding Package" which perfectly met our needs. The site is breathtaking, with a beautiful layout! The staff was phenomenal, especially Cheryl who was our event coordinator and helped to make our day run smoothly. We were not expecting it to snow the day of our event, but they accommodated us last minute and moved our whole event around. All of our family, our friends. and our vendors agreed we could not have chosen a better place! Thank you all so much!

Easy Decision
My husband and I had scheduled tours of several wedding venues, our first being Blackstone. We left Blackstone grinning from ear to ear as we said in unison, "We found it!" We did the obligatory tours elsewhere, but there was never a question of where we would choose. Our family from the world over descended upon Idaho Springs, CO and every single guest has continued to talk about how amazing Blackstone was. Our perfect weding
We fell in love with this venue immediately. It was the first and last place we looked! Our petite wedding in the fall was lovely and the BRR team was accommodating, attentive and fantastic to work with. We loved the Claimjumper cabin and woke to the sounds of the river on our first morning of married life. We wouldn’t change a thing!

This venue is a dream. We were looking for a venue with a mountain feel that would still be easy for my grandmother and out of town guests to get to. As soon as I saw Blackstone Rivers Ranch I knew it was perfect. It is in the forest near Mt. Evans with a gorgeous creek running right through it, but only 40 minutes from Denver. The team there is also wonderful. They made the entire experience easy and seamless from beginning to end. We were invited for a fun wine tasting prior to the wedding so we got to sample all of the wonderful wines available for the wedding. They have a liquor license so they must provide the alcohol, but they do not skimp here. They obviously take their time sourcing wonderful wines from other family owned and operated businesses. We were thrilled with our selections. I was blown away by how beautiful it was on the day of our wedding. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the tent/tables/chairs are gorgeous and far beyond anything I saw when touring other venues. All of my guests commented about how gorgeous it was and wondered how I found it. Thank you for a perfect evening Blackstone Rivers Ranch!! The only thing we are sad about is that it is over!

My husband and I were recently married at BRR and It was all we could have imagined and more! I visited Blackstone Rivers Ranch for the first time in June of 2017. In search for a reasonably priced, rustic mountain venue. From the moment I walked across the bridge and entered the venue I was completely enchanted. Rachel, the owner met me and as we walked around the site I knew this was where I wanted to exchange my vows. The Betz's are young entrepreneurs with a compelling vision and I believe they will be a large part of the revitalization of Idaho Springs. Their staff was completely professional, accommodating, and extremely organized — true experts of the trade.
I would highly recommend Blackstone to anyone looking for a classic, elegant and enriched mountain wedding experience.

Beautiful, intimate, and unique venue close to Denver but still able to give the mountainous feel we wanted for our wedding and out of town guests. The lodge with separate get-ready suites was a dream and all of our family/wedding party enjoyed themselves prior to the ceremony. This is definitely one of the most expensive venues we looked at, but the site is worth it. Keep in mind, you will also have to purchase alcohol through the venue and hire someone to serve it. The venue staff were extremely professional and responsive, always sending messages or reminders through the planning pod site. We were also provided with a wine tasting about one month before our wedding, where we were able to sample nearly 19 wines and decide on which ones we’d like included on our wedding day —- pretty awesome! The history of the site and the sheer amount of work the owners have put into the property is evident. It’s truly beautiful and we’re so happy we chose to get married here.

We had our wedding at BRR about a month ago and it was perfect! It was the most beautiful place to invite all of our out of town friends and family for our wedding, and our guests could not stop commenting on how great it was. I love the table and chairs they provided and that they have the option to rent place settings and glassware, that was so convenient. We booked about a year in advance and Cheryl and Nadine always responded quickly and were such a great help throughout the whole process. This was the best decision we made for our big day and we will always cherish this place.

This venue is absolutely dreamy--and we knew it and felt it the moment we stepped onsite. The same feeling extended to our guests, which was our goal for our big day. There are so many great things I can say about the place, the owners, and the staff--they were thorough in answering our questions, worked with us on an alcohol package, were timely in their responses, and helpful when we needed extra accommodations (like certain aisle configuration/seating and a fun traditional ceremony we incorporated that required some supplies from Zuri, one of the owners). We also enjoyed the fact that they are licensed as a concert venue so we could celebrate into the night. The setting is just magical--the river, the trees, the moss, the tent, the lodge--it's all top notch and I half-jokingly told everyone that day that the whole reason we chose that venue was for the wallpaper in the bridal suite (it was just one of the many reasons). We shopped around, probably to 50 venues in total, weighing all the pros/cons. Spare yourself the hassle: It's worth the money to book here. We would book here again and again--and look forward to seeing them grow and develop (and revisiting on our anniversaries to come). Thanks Blackstone Rivers Ranch!

I'm still in dreamland thinking about my mountain wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Currently residing in Australia, my husband and I wanted to go back to our roots and have a beautiful mountain wedding. I was back in the states over Memorial Day and Blackstone was the only venue I had a chance to see in person. Honestly, it was all I needed. We booked them shortly thereafter for a wedding in 5 months. Given the timezone difference and correspondence coming in at weird hours, nothing slipped through the cracks. Cheryl and Nadine were so wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and even made a few requests happen for me that I truly appreciate.
I was hoping there would be a lovely dusting of snow on the grounds on my wedding day and I got my wish. It was such a treat to be able to share such a beautiful place with our out of town guests. Mother nature put on a show for us at the end of October, and Blackstone, took care of the rest.
I highly suggest booking the Claim Jumper Cabin if it is available during your wedding weekend. It is the most adorable, peaceful place to stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, we built a fire and it was so magical. I really cannot recommend this venue more. They provide luxe, but subtle, details and let the surroundings, creek, and immaculate grounds do the rest. I am thankful for everything they did to help me get down the aisle and everything they did behind the scenes day-of. Thank you heaps!

Blackstone is such an amazing venue! When we first visited the site was under construction and covered in about 3 inches of snow and we still knew then that it would be amazing and I'm glad we trusted our instincts! The staff was easy to work with and planning was easy. They accommodated a custom beer listed curated to our craft beer taste!
The site is obviously gorgeous but we especially liked the history that is in every detail, right down to the pick-axe handles on the doors which are from the original mining claim. Great place to get married and will make the day extremely special!!

We have been AMAZED by the services provided by the employees of the venue. I checked out the venue with my maid of honor and soon to be step son first and fell in love right away. We were greeted by one of the owners and then Cheryl came outside to greet us as we were getting out of the car. Cheryl has been my main point of contact so far and she's been on top of everything! I get responses immediately and all of my questions are answered in full. I visited the venue again two days later with my fiance and he absolutely fell in love as well. Needless to say, we cancelled the rest of our scheduled tours and began booking Blackstone Rivers Ranch. One of the steps is to sign into an event planner type thing and I LOVE IT!!!! I will recommend this venue time and time again. I love how it's open for you to customize everything to the way you want it and the fact they have their liquor license is a HUGE plus. The views are breath-taking and the service is beyond outstanding. We look forward to having our big day here :)!!

We first visited Blackstone Rivers Ranch while construction was still underway. Huge machinery and dirt patches abounded, but my (now) husband and I immediately recognized the vision of Rachel and Zuri as something that fit both our style and personalities. We immediately fell in love. On the actual big day of our wedding, BRR couldn’t have been lovelier, and I found myself literally skipping down the trail from the Claim Jumper Cabin, where we had stayed the night before. From my perspective as bride, everything was smooth sailing with love and rainbows all around. Of course that just speaks to the professionalism of the team as anyone who has been involved with a wedding of 130+ guests knows that there’s no such thing as perfect “smooth sailing”! But the grounds were exquisite, the ceremony was simply stunning (my family and in-laws are STILL talking about it!), the backdrop of yellowing aspen trees couldn’t have been more perfect, the ambiance during cocktail hour creek-side was charming, and everything ran like clockwork (at least it did from MY perspective!). The wedding party raved over the bride and groom suites, and many of our male guests loved sneaking away from the cacophony of the tent to the Glory Hole where they enjoyed watching some sports highlights in peace. My husband and I ended our magical day by retiring to the Claim Jumper Cabin for a second night, and the ease of just walking hand-in-hand up the trail to our honeymoon suite was truly worth every penny. Our daughter had the wedding of her dreams at Blackstone Rivers Ranch!
Everything about Blackstone Rivers Ranch is magnificent, natural, and down to earth. Rachel and Zuri have created a venue that is in perfect sync with the surrounding landscape, fulfilling the vision that our daughter and son-in-law had for their special day.
Many of the wedding guests traveled from New York and the mid-west, and all were amazed by the enchanting setting at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. The babbling brook, aspen trees and scenic backdrops provide a rustic beauty to the landscape and design at BRR, which is enhanced by many unique handmade touches throughout the venue, such as seats that Zuri carved by from tree trunks, which we sat on for the wedding ceremony, and the bar also carved from trees. The fire pit at night was an added bonus to the festivities.
Being from out of state, we had to do much of the wedding planning from long distance, but Rachel was personally involved to assist us and provide updates throughout the process, and on the day of the wedding Rachel was on-site from the moment we arrived until the guests departed and the bride and groom retired for the evening to the honeymoon suite at BRR. The entire staff at BRR was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout the wedding reception.
EVERYTHING about the day was just outstanding! We highly recommend Blackstone Rivers ranch for a wedding to be remembered for a lifetime!!!

My husband and I came and saw the venue before it was even close to being completed. Rachel had such a clear and inspiring vision for it that we immediately knew it would be perfect for us. What they did with the property far exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely perfect and insanely beautiful! The team is extremely responsive, helpful, professional, and patient . When thinking of our wedding last night in "Claim Jumper Cabin", the words that come to mind are; magical, elegant, chic, well appointed, and sensational. As a man who has a tight hold on his checkbook...I have to say that no greater value in life or leisure has ever been afforded to me than the Blackstone Rivers Ranch wedding venue. The natural beauty of Colorado surrounds you and Rachel and Zuri have carefully selected every detail and finish from the gorgeous sailcloth tent, to the elegant rustic exterior with lavishly appointed interior of the lodge, to the dreamy fairy lights in the wooded cocktail hour location. They have truly thought of everything! Our vendors were even blown away by the beauty of the Ranch and our guests are still gushing over how amazing it is! Our package included a photo booth in a darling original wood shack with paned window and a door, located next to the wooden covered bridge that overlooks the river (swoon!). The bridal suite and grooms rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious, each with a private deck and plenty of room for getting ready with your bridal party and well stocked with snacks and cocktails of your choice on the big day. Rachel and Jen brought my vision to life and absolutely exceeded our expectations. They are incredibly professional, responsive, have a true passion for what they do, and deliver exceptional results. Working with them made things SO easy for us. Jen assisted in coordinating all of our vendors and suggested a floor plan beforehand which took so much pressure off of us in those very busy weeks before the big day. Choosing Blackstone Rivers Ranch made everything run seamlessly and we couldn't be more pleased with how our wedding turned out. I cannot recommend Blackstone Rivers Ranch highly enough. We are so incredibly fortunate to have connected with Rachel and Zuri at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. From our very first meeting, they were easy to work with, and it was clear that they were eager and excited to help us carry out our vision for our wedding day. Their vision totally aligned with ours, and it was effortless to work together.
One thing we really valued about the Blackstone experience was the flexible time frames offered. Rather than boxing us into a pre-packaged timeline like most other venues, they allowed us to schedule the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at times of our choosing. The Ranch has unique subsections across its grounds (rustic building with bridal suite and groom’s lounge, woodsy ceremony site, creekside cocktail hour, reception under the sailcloth tent), so holding the entire event there felt intimate yet spacious with 100 guests. The package we chose included unique perks such as a photo booth, a wooden envelope box, food and drinks of our choosing in the bridal suite and groom’s lounge, an overnight stay in a rustic honeymoon suite cabin, and homemade breakfast delivered in the morning. The space and grounds were also so stunning that the only decorations we needed to provide were centerpieces and a little décor for the sweetheart table.
Jenn, the venue coordinator, was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process, up to and through the reception. She was always pleasant and handled all requests with grace and an easy-going demeanor.
On our wedding day, the entire Blackstone staff worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly and that we were happy at all times. It was a long day for the staff, but everyone seemed excited for us and pleased to help create our unique celebration.
Overall, Blackstone is a magical place destined to become one of the area's premiere wedding venues. We'd recommend it to anyone seeking a serene, stunning, rustic but elegant setting for their big day!

The Fall Wedding of our Dreams!

Beautiful Venue, Amazing Service
We knew when we first saw BRR that we had to have our wedding here. We hesitated a bit at the price tag and the limited included services, but when we asked around, everyone had only great things to say about the venue. The planning process was smooth, professionally run. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The day-of was run with a level of competency above our expectations. We truly felt we were cared for and like our wedding was their priority. BRR has a reputation of being strict, and the result is a polished and professionally run venue and beautiful, stress-free weddings. In addition, we are a LGBTQ+ couple and were treated not only with respect, but genuine joy by everyone involved.

Perfect Mountain Venue!
We chose Blackstone Rivers Ranch for our July 2025 wedding. We visited in April the year before and despite the snow on the ground, we knew it was the right venue for us. The Blackstone team were all professional, knowledgable, and helpful throughout the process. Our day was honestly perfect, with everything in order at the venue from the moment we arrived! The scenery was gorgeous and the tent was the perfect reception space! Surrounded by aspens, and with a beautiful creek burbling through the area, our guests raved about the venue all night. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a mountain wedding without having to venture too far from Denver.

Dream Venue in the Mountains!
Our September 2024 wedding was at Blackstone Rivers Ranch, and it was a dream come true! As soon as we toured the property, we knew the wedding had to be here. We found it to be the perfect, accessible distance from Denver and Golden while still being up in the mountains. The staff were friendly, attentive, and detail oriented. We loved the amenities in the lodge building paired with the beautiful outdoor ceremony space and tented reception area. We genuinely couldn't have asked for anything more!

June 2024 mountain wedding
I cannot speak highly enough about our June 2024 wedding at Blackstone! It was truly more than I can imagine. We fell in love with the place the first day we saw it. We wanted a beautiful outdoor wedding in the Colorado mountains and boy did this venue deliver. Despite its space it managed to feel magical and intimate with its aspen trees, peaceful creek and absolutely stunning ceremony space. We loved the slight separation of the cocktail space by the creek and the rocking chairs on the porch from the reception tent, it allowed our more low key guests a place to gather and chat away from the music while still feeling like part of the celebration. Perhaps our guests favorite part though were the fire pits where they could sit and chat while they made s’mores (I think we lost most of our guests from the dance floor to the s’mores when they were announced). For the staff we were blown away by their communication and professionalism. From the first time we met them during the tour we felt we were in good hands. They always answered our questions quickly and kept us on track throughout the process. I never once felt anxious knowing they were working without our coordinator to handle everything for our wedding. Would absolutely recommend them and their incredible venue over and over!

Magical Mountain Wedding
I can not recommend Blackstone Rivers Ranch enough. The staff was extremely professional. The list of required and recommended vendors was beyond helpful. We were so happy with it and know they hold all their vendors to the highest standards. The space is absolutely stunning, my guests can not stop talking about it. I felt that the price was very on par with other comparable spaces.

This venue is absolutely spectacular and can accommodate so many of your needs for your big day. Great backdrops and areas for pictures. From scheduling to the day of, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Absolutely Magical!
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is the only venue we looked at, and immediately knew it was the one for us. It is absolutely beautiful, magical, and just has such a lovely vibe. We received so many compliments on everything about the venue, and I still love looking at photos We took!
I'll admit that at first I thought it was odd that they provide a list of required and preferred vendors to use with their location, but I realized that helped me narrow down our options. I'm an indecisive person, so having fewer options to choose from helped me! The staff was so helpful, kind, and responsive, and made planning everything so much easier. I can't imagine having our special day anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Incredible Venue
We held our September '23 wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch and couldn't recommend it enough. Guests (90% of them from the Midwest) raved about how unique and stunning the venue was, including the various spaces between the ceremony area, cocktail hour space, and reception tent. While the location off I-70 was a concern for us (with traffic/construction), we had no issues transporting people from the hotel in Golden.
It's not the cheapest of venues and there are quite a bit of upsells, but the quality is evident. The grounds of the venue were beautiful day-of (after only seeing it in late October and early May) and I was so impressed with the flowers and foliage, and the creek of course.
The team was really easy to work with, and never added to the stress of planning a wedding. Hoping I get to attend as a guest one day :) Thanks, BRR team!

The perfect mountain venue close to Denver!
Blackstone Rivers Ranch was the perfect venue for our much delayed wedding celebration! The property is incredible and it truly is the perfect mountain get away that is still accessible from downtown Denver. Nadine and Cheryl were always very prompt and professional throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding could not have been better, even with the afternoon thunderstorms. We were definitely a bit concerned, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests stayed warm and dry. The staff on site were so attentive and took such great care of us. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and would definitely recommend Blackstone to future couples!!

BRR It's a real beauty.
Nadine and Cheryl run a no nonsense business with frequent check ins to get the job done right. The venue is absolutely beautiful and speaks for itself. The vendor list honestly helped narrow down any options (as you know planning can be time consuming!). Additionally the elevation is not extreme for any of your out of towners.
We had 200 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Whether it be by the fire pits, the seating are by the ceremony, or on the dance floor.
I have referred at least 2 more brides their way and haven't gotten anything but amazing feedback. Pictures don't do it justice, highly recommend!

Stunning Venue
This venue took ours and our guests breaths away! From the lights strung between the aspens to the fab suites, we were in love with our venue from start to finish. Blackstone Rivers Ranch was everything we wanted and more for our wedding. Every square foot of this place is picture perfect and so dreamy. Guests can roast marshmallows at the fire place while the stream babbles nearby while the wedding party can feel so pampered in the hidden suites. The team at Blackstone Rivers Ranch was quick to respond to the many questions we had and they kept the property very clean. Our guests and ourselves are still gushing over the evening they had at Blackstone Rivers Ranch and we are grateful to have celebrated such a momentous occasion at this picture-perfect venue.

Perfect Venue for a Summer Wedding
Our wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch was nothing short of magical!! We knew this was our wedding venue the second we saw it, and the wedding day beyond exceeded our expectations. The staff takes amazing care of the grounds and the surroundings are so naturally beautiful that even with minimalist styling the venue still shines. From our site visit all the way through the planning process, the staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful (I'm an event planner myself so I know how important it is to have a vendor you can trust). We had a lot of guests coming from out of town so we loved that the venue was close enough to bus everyone from Denver, but still felt like a destination that gave all of our guests a taste of the Colorado mountains. I also loved that there were so many amazing details at Blackstone that made the venue feel extra special – the ceremony benches, reception chairs, reclaimed wood tables, the bars, the bridal & groom suites, and more. I would highly recommend Blackstone to anyone looking to get married in Colorado! Thank you for everything, Blackstone!!

Everything We Wanted Our Wedding to Be
I can't say enough great things about Blackstone and our experience there. The staff at the office was extremely responsive in answering all of our questions, which was helpful since we are in DC and only had a few days to actually see the site. The venue itself is beautiful, we received plenty of compliments and the tent makes for a nice casual space that allows an outdoor feeling. When it gets colder (ours was Sept) at night the drop the flaps and have heaters that kept it quite warm. The cocktail area is great for the reception, and there are several spots on the property and right up the road to Mt Evans that we were able to take advantage of for pictures. They don't have a list of established vendors yet, though I do believe that is changing next year. Keep in mind that they won't really be able to prepare food on site so it would be good to address that with your caterer to make sure you get what we want. We went with a pizza truck from Mountain Crust which seems to be popular with the venue and they are aware of how to work with them, which meant very little effort from us. The day of staff was extremely helpful and kept everything on track. If you're looking for a nice wedding in the mountains I can't recommend a better spot. They made our wedding everything my wife and I were hoping for.

Beautiful, intimate venue
After a horrible few days searching for venues and on the verge of giving up, my friend suggested I check out BRR and I am so glad she did. It was exactly what we wanted, a outdoor mountain wedding in an aspen grove. The staff is extremely helpful. I really didn't want to because I think their rules make sense, but I only marked them down on flexibility because they do have some strict rules (such as liquor, timing, etc), but I don't think that should count against them, just what they have to do to maintain their beautiful space. My only regret is that I couldn't control the weather for my October wedding so my guests did not get to enjoy all the various nooks they have. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for something a little different than the typical mountain venue.

Dream location!
From the minute we stepped on property, we fell in love with Blackstone and knew we had to have our wedding there! For us, it was the perfect mix of a mountain vibe and upscale, modern amenities, and was a great size for our guest count of 75-100. Cheryl and Nadine were great to work with, answered all of our questions and kept the planning process running smoothly. We were so excited to host our friends and family from around the country and let them experience the magic of Colorado in this perfect setting. We loved the opportunity to stay in the cozy Claim Jumper cabin so we didn't have to worry about traveling anywhere after our reception. We got so many compliments from vendors and guests on how beautiful and perfect the venue was. I can't think of a more perfect place to get married!

My husband and I were just married at Blackstone Rivers Ranch last weekend, and everything about it was perfect! The venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS-- it's mountain rustic, yet so elegant and chic. And the wildflowers all around the venue are so bright and fun! The BRR staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They worked with us to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of. Their use of the website, Planning Pod, made planning and communication easy and efficient. Our guests all had a blast-- many of them even said it was the best wedding they've been to! I would highly recommend this venue if you want to have an amazing wedding!

Amazing day
Blackstone Rivers Ranch is a beautiful, professional venue that takes a lot of pride in providing an amazing wedding experience. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Booking the venue was very easy. They have a preferred vendor list which at first we weren’t too sure about but after exploring the options we ended up really liking most of their preferred vendors anyway. This venue also requires that you hire a day of coordinator. Overall we had a very positive experience with Blackstone. I will say they are pretty strict on the rules and don’t allow for a ton of flexibility in that regard. We also struggled quite a bit with the planning software they use. However, we had an absolutely magical wedding and our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful BRR is.

While we understand that we may come across as strict due to the rules we have in place, we do this to ensure our couples have the best wedding day possible. Unfortunately, due to past experiences, we have had to make numerous adjustments to our contract of what we do/don’t allow over the past 9 years. We do know that some perceive this as inflexible, but we are ok with that. We do not promote ourselves as a flexible venue, and we will not be. We have had “really well-behaved pets” leave unwanted droppings on the property or tear up our landscaping. It is impossible to promise a perfect venue for every couple, when the previous couple’s dog has just ruined the flower beds that we spent 9 years curating. We had to make this difficult decision once and for all to disallow dogs, even though we all have dogs and are dog lovers. We do not allow friends to be hired in lieu of a professional vendor, because when we did allow it, they did not act professionally, and refused to respect our policy of requiring our vendors to not drink. We also became intermediaries in disputes between those parties unnecessarily, and that is something we have no interest in doing. We can provide a hundred more examples for the reasons we operate our venue the way we do, and why we have rules in place. We do this to ensure the best day possible, with the least amount of unnecessary drama. There is enough to contend with to have an amazing wedding day, without inviting more difficult situations. We hire the best service team possible. And we do not ever intend to change our position on these venue norms. In order for our weddings to run as flawlessly as possible, certain rules have been put in place. We advise, educate, remind and discuss all of this on couple tours, in our email communication, and on the phone with our couples. We spend an incredible amount of time trying to be certain we have set proper expectations, for all involved. We do encourage future couples to ask all these questions prior to booking with us, to make sure we are a good fit for them. We never want a couple to book with us if our venue requirements don’t align with their vision, needs, budget, and most importantly – their dream for their wedding day. We always want them to find their perfect place. If we are not it, we want them to find the venue that is IT! We also expect them to respect our rules, and not expect us to change them to their liking. Thank you for the feedback on our event software. You are not alone – approximately 5% of our couples annually dislike it. Unfortunately, it would be impossible for us to manage our business without it. Blackstone is AWESOME!!!
My husband and I LOVED everything about our Blackstone Wedding! It was the perfect outdoor venue with beautiful trees, a lovely lit tent, and- the selling point for us- a creek running through it! When we toured the venue in the snowy months of winter, we thought it was gorgeous, but it was even greater than we could have hoped by the time our July wedding rolled around! All of our guests (especially the ones from out of town) RAVED about the location. The Blackstone staff is caring, responsive, and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. They paid attention to details that I didn’t even know existed when planning a wedding! Perfect location for an outdoor wedding in the (not-to-far-from-the-city) mountains. Can't recommend it enough!

Dream Wedding Achieved
My dream wedding became a reality and Blackstone Rivers Ranch helped make it happen. The venue itself is spectacular - you really can't beat it. The natural beauty of the mountains, the trees and the creek paired with thoughtful details like the bridge swing, campfire, log benches and planted wildflowers is unmatched. The staff was amazing - very responsive, helpful and organized. I knew we were in good hands from the start. Many of our guests were from out of town and couldn't stop raving about the property and their overall experience. I wouldn't have changed a single thing!

Just incredible
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and intimate setting. Not only is everything at Blackstone gorgeous and thoughtful on its own, but all highlights the natural beauty of the mountains which is something we loved. While the site can accommodate a huge event, we were thrilled to find a venue that offered a micro-wedding package for our 20-person party in a space that wasn’t so large that it overwhelmed us. All of the preferred vendors we choose were fantastic. We trusted them to make quite a few choices and couldn’t have been happier with how things turned out which made things so easy. Lastly, wanted to share just how wonderful Cheryl at Blackstone was the day of. Everything ran so well and looked beautiful. She even timed our ceremony music perfectly to cut out the pieces we didn’t realize were there at the last minute! We loved it all!

Beautiful and perfect
The minute we saw Blackstone Rivers Ranch we knew it was where we were meant to get married. From the gorgeous surroundings, the river behind the ceremony site and the stunning outdoor tent with lights, it felt perfect. Our guests didn't have to drive all the way to the mountains to get the mountain feel we were looking for. Its been a month and guests are still reaching out to tell us how much they loved our venue. The staff is very professional, kind, and easy to work with. They do have a very strict alcohol policy-but most venues do. Our day would have been amazing no matter what, but having BRR as our backdrop truly added that extra elegance and Colorado feel we were looking for! Im hoping friends or family use this venue just so we get a chance to go back for another wedding!

A top wedding venue in Colorado!
Our destination wedding experience at Blackstone Rivers Ranch was incredible! The staff is very professional and responsive, the venue is stunning (our guests were blown away!) and the proximity to Denver made it great for a destination wedding! The value of this venue is second to none and the town of Idaho Springs is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend Blackstone!

What a night!
We had the most incredible evening st Blackstone. We still have people coming up to us expressing their amazement at our wedding and how it was the best they’ve ever been to. Blackstone played a large part in that for sure. They were flexible on multiple accounts and not so flexible on others. If you want to bring things in that aren’t on an approved list you are out of luck. However, that being said they put that policy in place to protect their clients and make sure that their day goes off without a hitch. It was at most mildly inconvenient, and truly made sense once explained. There were a couple of communication issues in regards to certain things being ordered or not, as well as trying to bring in our own special alcohol. Truly though, other than minor hiccups (which were few and far between) Nadine, Cheryl-Anne, and their whole team were accommodating and so generous with answering our questions and working through this process with us. We are grateful to them for being such an integral part of making our most special day absolutely incredible!

Such a special moment we were able to witness. We are sorry we couldn't be more flexible due to the liquor license we hold. We are required to follow Colorado liquor laws and we unfortunately we will never break the law regarding liquor. If that is an issue for you (future couples!!) then you should definitely book a venue that allows you to bring in your own alcohol. Beautiful property for large wedding
My husband and I fell in love with this venue from the moment we saw it online miles away! It's everything you'd want for a wedding... big property making for a fun welcome, beautiful ceremony, and cocktail hour and reception all in once place. The people were so kind and easy to work with. It poured rain on our wedding day, but it didn't matter. Between our planner, florist, and property manager, they had everything shift inside the tent and it made for an even more intimate and romantic wedding ceremony. People said it was the best wedding they had been to. Highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding!

Gorgeous Venue!
The venue itself was absolutely perfect! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was from the amenities inside, the natural setting by the creek, the mountain vibe and even the different areas outside like the fire pit and picture perfect bridge. It was our own little grounds for our perfect day! The only thing to be cautious of is the venue is pretty strict about a few things like alcohol, preferred vendors and certain rules. I completely understand the need for this as they are a newer venue but if you were thinking of suggesting anything outside of their rules, it’s not going to fly with them. They were so strict about their rules that there was a misunderstanding with the owner about suggesting a preferred vendor that resulted in a threat to not use them as a vendor anymore, which added to the stress of planning the wedding altogether. The whole issue was resolved and the wedding day was absolutely amazing. They are very organized and know what they’re doing which resulted in a seamless and smooth event!

Thank you for your review Kristen, however, we do feel the need to clarify what you have stated, and provide a bit more back story than you gave.
For those reading this review, please consider the facts of the situation. This couple requested to use the catering company that they worked for/were a partner with to cater their wedding, in lieu of our required vendors. After numerous conversations, prior to booking and even upon receiving our contract, it was made clear numerous times that the venue would not allow this. We were very open and honest with them about our rules. We do not allow caterers outside of our approved list, and we do not allow friends/family to cater our couples' weddings. If this is great importance for couples we tour, we always encourage them to seek a venue that allows this. Even after this couple booked, they continued to push us to allow them to use their caterer. They were upset with us when we continued to say "no." At this point, we offered the couple a full refund of the money they had paid, so that they could choose a different venue. The couple ultimately chose a caterer from our list, and thankfully their wedding went flawlessly.
Future couples, please understand that if there is a certain caterer you absolutely must use for your wedding, and they are not on our approved list, you should not book our venue. We do not make exceptions to this rule. We are very hurt that this couple is now leaving us a negative review online, when we were completely honest and open with them. If our rules don't coincide with your wedding dream, that is certainly ok, but please don't berate us for that. We have worked very hard to vet our caterers, and due to poor past experience we will not budge on this rule we have set in place. Please trust us in this, your caterer can make or break your event! We have this list of AMAZING caterers for a reason.

There is not a more beautiful venue on earth the Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Everything is just perfect, the scenery, the mountains, the small rivers, the aspen trees. The large white tent is *literally* the one you imagine at the end of Harry Potter. The entire place was constructed with precision and care, from the homemade farm tables to the old mining details on inside the large lodge. We wanted an outdoor mountain setting that could accommodate 200 people within 30 minutes of Denver, and Blackstone honestly was the ONLY venue that fit that description. It was exactly everything we could have hoped for in a venue.
Then why the 3.8 stars you ask? While the venue itself is perfect, they are clearly still new to the business. Our caterer, our photographer, our day of coordinators, and us all had issues with the staff. They were often slow to respond and then inconsistent in what we were told. While nothing was such a big problem that it affected our big day, there were far more headaches then we expected. I assume and hope it's just growing pains, but read your contracts carefully and ask A LOT of questions. Other than that, picture perfect in every way, our guests (and us) could not have asked for a more picturesque setting.
