  Crystal and Black Pelican, what a joy!

  Crystal was a real pleasure to work with! She was very flexible during the planning and execution phase for my wedding. She even withstood all of my family inquiries and for that we made her part of our family for that time :-). Even though it was a busy day for my husband and I, everyone mentioned that her staff was very accommodating and the food was indeed delicious. People still rave about the sweet potato biscuits! I highly recommend Crystal and Black Pelican for your catering needs. Thanks again Crystal!
