This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The property, the outdoor views, the food, the professionalism, everything was truly 10/10. We were also incredibly lucky to be paired with our wedding coordinator, Anna, and she was nothing short of amazing. Leading up to our wedding day, she was communicative, punctual, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Anna always made sure my wife and I felt comfortable, informed, and completely taken care of every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, she checked in on us constantly, made sure we needed for nothing, and helped our family and guests feel completely at home. She went above and beyond in every possible way. By the end of it all, we felt like we hadn’t just worked with a wedding coordinator, we had gained a friend.
We truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Black Canyon Inn will make sure you, your partner, and your guests have a day you will never forget.

This venue has it all. The option for an indoor wedding but with the ability to open doors for the outside atmosphere was exactly what we wanted and needed. The views were incredible but what truly made our day was the staff. Terisa is a god send in planning. Details I wasn’t sure on she helped with so efficiently. She understood the hectic process and was flexible in any changes we had. Originally planning for 200 guests and only have 80 seemed like such a change but it turned out perfect. Even the kitchen staff were dancing with us by the end of the night. So much fun, laughter, and smiles. Not a single hiccup the day of because of how amazing the staff and venue were. Highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a gorgeous night without breaking the bank. -

Not sure where to even begin! ANNA! We can’t thank you enough for ALL that you did to make our day perfect. She was the sweetest, so professional, and responsive. She even worked with me on every single details we wanted for our wedding… and there was a lot. People always say: something will go wrong on your day, and to now worry. BUT I can honestly say we have absolutely no issue or problems on my day! It was because or the staff and ANNA. We're locals in the Boulder area and quickly learned that Estes Park is a highly sought-after wedding destination. We didn't fully grasp just how sought-after until we began our venue search. When we toured Black Canyon Inn in July 2024, we were stunned to find that our date in November 2025 was the only one left for the entire year! It’s clear that this venue is difficult to book for a very good reason.
Black Canyon Inn delivers truly excellent service and provides a dedicated day-of coordinator, which was a huge relief. They do not allow outside catering, and as self-proclaimed food lovers, we were initially hesitant about this policy. However, we took a leap of faith after hearing from so many vendors that their wedding food is some of the best around—and they were absolutely right. The food was phenomenal and completely exceeded our expectations.
They also have a fantastic list of recommended vendors, which helped us tremendously with our wedding planning. It gave us confidence that we were making great choices every step of the way.
As we were planning, we noticed a recurring theme in the wedding community: many couples want to feel "unique" and "special," wanting a wedding that doesn't feel like anyone else's. While we understand that sentiment, our philosophy was different. We chose Black Canyon Inn precisely because they do so many weddings. We wanted a "well-oiled machine" that has the experience and expertise to handle anything that might come up. We are only having a wedding once, and we wanted a team that knows exactly what they are doing through experience.
For any couples searching for a venue, our advice is this: don't let your "wow factor" come from choosing an inexperienced venue. Let it come from the special moments with your family and friends. Your wedding is always going to be unique because you are not anyone else! Black Canyon Inn provided the perfect, seamless backdrop for our day, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them. -

Best wedding venue ever
Black Canyon is a magical place to celebrate a wedding. We had an incredible experience with them. The location is beautiful and the venue itself is breathtaking. Anna, our day of coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. She was fantastic to work with and the care that she has for these special moments in people’s lives really showed. I highly recommend choosing Black Canyon Inn for your wedding! -

Black Canyon was a stunning venue for our event. Their team was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us bring our vision to life. They were flexible with room arrangements and guided us through a thoughtful planning process to make the night run smoothly. The linens and colors to choose from were beautiful, and the on-site staff brought fun energy to the event. Communication was excellent—they were very responsive to emails and even helped alleviate stress along the way. We’re so grateful to them in helping us create a memorable evening. -

The best views, staff, & venue
Black Canyon Inn was everything we dreamed of! We chose to have our wedding at The Boulders location due to the beautiful architecture and breathtaking views that left our guests speechless. We were matched with Anna for our day of coordinator and she was exceptional! She helped answer all our questions and concerns in a timely matter and was always so kind! The BCI staff always had smiles on their faces happy to help with anything throughout our day. The drinks were great and the plated dinner we chose (the salmon and the beef filet) came out hot and filled with so much flavor. We received many compliments from our guests saying it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had! We had a guest count of only 45 and the ceremony and reception rooms both looked great despite the smaller wedding. A large majority of our guests stayed at the condos on the BCI property and we could not rave more of how that was a great idea because everyone was so close together and even closer to the venue! -

After our wedding here a few weeks ago, I can tell you that the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn is the definition of perfection. The view is hard to beat, which was initially why we booked it so quickly without even seeing it in person. But there is so much more about a Black Canyon Inn wedding than the stunning view that made it perfect. After booking, they were always so responsive to questions we had along the way. Around 4.5 months before the wedding, we were assigned Anna as our coordinator and I could go on and on about how amazing she was. With Anna’s guidance, nailing down the final details for the wedding day felt like a breeze. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Anna’s attention to detail and the rest of the staff’s execution. And for the end of the night, we were in great hands with Gilberto.
As mentioned in so many other reviews, the food was excellent. Ever since our catering tasting, we were excited for the food (particularly the appetizers!) and I know our guests loved it all as well.
The venue space itself, the view, the food, and most importantly, the staff are a huge reason that we had the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend

As an out of state mom acting as my daughter’s wedding planner, I was worried about managing the process long distance. From my first zoom meeting with Anna, I knew I was in capable hands. Anna was our cheerleader, our supportive ear and our expert advisor. The entire wedding team was professional and responsive throughout the process.
We had an unusual situation with a bride, many wedding party members and guests all requiring a gluten free meal. My bride’s dream was to have an entirely gluten free wedding from passed appetizers to late night snack - and the Black Canyon team did not just make it happen - they knocked it out of the park. The chef was so caring and accommodating and the food was incredible. Our guests raved about the plated meal, the gf grilled cheese and slider apps, the charcuterie / many people commented on how it was “fine dining level” execution. The chef came out and met with our guests with severe allergies - the level of care was stellar.
The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn has the most stunning views and could rely on those alone - but instead they offer a 5 star experience. Gilberto ran service like a champ - his wait staff went above and beyond many times during the evening from assisting a guest with a wardrobe malfunction to making sure the bride had extra cake for her departure.
I highly recommend the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn - I will miss my checkins with Anna - she really became a friend in the end. My children’s wedding was a dream come true for our family and guests. If you are lucky enough to host a wedding here, you are in exceptional hands! -

We had the most amazing experience with our wedding venue and our incredible venue coordinator, Amber. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and so enjoyable thanks to their professionalism and support. Amber was prompt with emails, attentive to every detail, and truly went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly — the staff was incredibly organized, professional, and kind. We felt completely taken care of, and it allowed us to just enjoy the moment. The venue itself was beautiful, and the meal was absolutely delicious — our guests are still raving about it!
We honestly can’t say enough good things about Amber and the entire team. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only stunning but backed by a reliable, thoughtful, and dedicated staff, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend! -

From start to finish, we absolutely loved this venue for our wedding. We cannot say enough nice things about our wedding coordinator, Anna, who made our entire experience easy and seamless. Throughout the wedding planning process, Anna met with us regularly to make sure everything was laid out clearly and helped us navigate every step of the way. During the wedding, she was so attentive to every detail to make sure that everything went smoothly. All of the staff were so attentive to our guest's needs, and we got so many compliments on how everything was laid out and organized so nicely.
The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, and fit our vision for a mountain wedding so perfectly. We will cherish this most special day forever, and this is due in no small part to the amazing staff at the Black Canyon Inn. The best wedding venue!
We absolutely LOVED this venue. First off this place is seriously so gorgeous and has the most amazing views! Second, our dinner was buffet style and everyone raved about how good it was. We have family members who also work in the wedding industry and they even said it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Everything was warm, fresh, and cooked to perfection! The staff there had everything running very smooth. The bar service was fast and the drinks were delicious. The Wedding Team assigned to us the moment we booked Black Canyon Inn, were extremely helpful with every step of the wedding planning process. Any question we had they got back to us immediately. Then that day, Anna, was on top of things, ensuring me and my husband had everything we needed the entire night! We truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing because of her. Our guests keep raving about their experience at our wedding, and I have to credit a significant part of that to Black Canyon Inn. Honestly, if it were possible to give this venue more than a 5-star rating, I absolutely would! -

We had the most amazing wedding this weekend in Estes this past weekend! Most people want to get married in the summer or fall but our March wedding was beautiful! In the 50s and sunny skies all weekend! Only snow we had was on the mountain tops.
The Boulders: I cried when I walked in during our tour. I knew it was the spot! They were incredibly helpful during the planning process, they give you a coordinator, food was delicious and oh what a gorgeous view! They made everything just perfect on our day and throughout the weekend that we stayed. We also did our welcome party at the Homestead the night before and it was a hit! They even gave us extra meals at the end of the night to enjoy in case we hadn’t eaten! Amber and Corinne are rockstars and made everything so easy. -

We are over the moon with Black Canyon Inn! We had our wedding here at The Boulders venue and it was absolutely to die for. Stunning views, gorgeous building with timeless fixtures and decor, and every space is intentional and beautiful. Enjoy the sights in comfort with no risk of feeling removed from the immersion!
Their wedding staff is FANTASTIC, could not recommend more. Between setup, providing tables, linens, bar and staffing, catering, and more, for an incredible price our wedding felt so easy and the outcome felt luxurious!! I basically just had to provide flowers and entertainment, LOL. Food was so good, was getting compliments all night that it was the best wedding food anyone has ever had, and I agree. I'll be craving our wedding dinner for life!
We had a small 12 person wedding, and while this venue can definitely accommodate more, we felt the size was perfect for this number of guests. We had an absolute blast.
We can't wait to return again for an anniversary. The views are just unmatched and the lodging options are incredible as well. -

The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn is perfect, we love the view and ambiance, we love the team there, and we couldn't be happier that we chose to have our wedding in this beautiful place. We cannot say enough good things about this venue and the team there! One thing everyone says about our wedding is how much they loved the view - it is truly unlike anything else. We were initially very nervous about finding a venue - there are SO many incredible options in Colorado and so many factors to consider. The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn was our first tour, and we fell in love with it immediately. It checked all of our boxes. Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Haley was our coordinator and she was a dream to work with. She was incredibly communicative, detail-oriented, and thorough. She made sure we got all of our questions answered and overall just made the experience really fun with her positive and encouraging demeanor. I am so thankful also because she worked really well with our other vendors to get everything set up perfectly. The food and drinks were delicious, and all of our guests loved them. Another great thing about having your wedding at The Boulders is that there are 14 gorgeous suites right across the parking lot, and a bunch of even bigger condo options right down the hill. This made it incredibly easy for us to setup all of our stuff and go back and forth as needed to our rooms in the days leading up to the wedding. There are so many details that go into pulling off a wedding, some big things and a lot of really little things that come together to make it beautiful. I don't know how they did it, but the BCI team pulled it all together seamlessly and beautifully. I don't know many people who can say their wedding day went off without a single hitch, but ours did, and it was in large part due to Haley and the incredible team at BCI. -

Black Canyon was the perfect place for our wedding! It was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were fantastic! We had our ceremony under the pavilion, and the reception took place at the Homestead. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. Also, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. You will not regret choosing BCI as your wedding venue! We got married at the Boulders June, 2023 and it couldn't have been more perfect. The bridal and grooms suites are beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the staff was amazing. The planning up to it was flawless, Corinne and Teresa both were quick to answer any questions or concerns. The day of was perfect, we stayed in the suites most of the day and our immediate family and most of our bridal party stayed on the property right across and below from the venue which made our 5 day stay even more perfect having everyone close! Our stay was great! The only issue we had was once they shut the doors it did get very hot. We had 150 guests, it could have been that we had one of the warmer weekends without rain so it could have been the quick switch in weather....either way it didn't change a thing. I wish I could relive our wedding at BCI every year!!! Which we still intend to come up and stay on our anniversary every year we can! -

Magical, the most perfect day
The Boulders, at Black Canyon Inn was the most dreamy, magical place we could ever imagine getting married. Everything from the on site coordinator, the wait staff, the chef, to the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We had family and friends fly from all over and each of them said it was the best wedding they have ever experienced, that the food was delicious, the views breath taking. This is the best location for family that is visiting because it will still feel like a vacation for them!
I cant express enough how much the staff (shout out Amber, Carmen, and T!) made sure we ate enough, felt comfortable, and that everything was perfect. The staff even packed up our food with Gatorades for us to have after our wedding ended. It was nothing but professional and made our day incredibly relaxing so we could focus on our guests and have the best time. -

Black Canyon Inn is a full-service wedding venue in the most breathtaking location in Estes Park. The wedding experience was incredibly thoughtful from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better venue to make our wedding dreams come true. The chef and catering team are top-notch. The food was incredible and so helpful that food and beverage are included in the venue experience. Black Canyon Inn was a wonderful place to get married and they worked incredibly hard to make my day special. Our experience with Black Canyon was excellent. Corinne was informative, quick to reply to any initial inquiries and a pleasure to book with. My coordinator, well, there just isn’t enough time, space or words to describe what a pleasure it was to work with Terisa. I could not have asked for a better individual to help with my day! If you cooperate with Terisa and get her the information she asks for, this woman will WORK for you. This wedding is your ship and when you hire Terisa, she is there to help you run it, and run it she WILL. She calls you 2 weeks before the wedding day to go over things and help make a timeline, she makes sure all guests are seated before you start the ceremony, she helps with the processional timing, has drinks waiting for you directly after the ceremony and that’s just a few examples. She truly goes above and beyond. I told her when I wanted my guests seated in the reception hall and when I wanted the food being served and you best believe she made it happen. She responded to my emails within 24 hours – except for maybe one that was over a weekend. You’re in exceptional hands with this staff.
The catering staff is simply wonderful! They made sure my husband and I were taken care of, checked in with us periodically, was super sweet to our guests and even joined in on a dance. All the staff there was just so incredibly sweet and happy and it only added to an amazing reception. Also, every single vendor I booked attested to how amazing the food was here and they were NOT wrong. I had guests coming up to me all night and raving about the food! I have never had food that good at a wedding before and every guest echoed the same sentiment. 99% of our guests were from states away and spent a lot of money to celebrate our special day with us, so it was important to us to give them a great time, free drinks and good food. Black Canyon catering did not let us down!
They even have things set up that regardless of rain, snow or shine, your wedding can proceed with minimal interruption. Plus - this view is hard to beat!!!

Just incredible. There are not enough words to express how amazing this venue was, but I will try. We got married in August 2020 when things around the world were open/closed/confused. We had to make many changes throughout the year, but in the end it was the perfect day. However, our day would not have been made possible without the 3 ladies that were there for us throughout the journey: Kim, Terisa, and Lexie. The team was amazing, the food was DELICIOUS, and the venue was beautiful. I am so so glad that we picked this place when searching for venues. -

We got married at the Homestead at Black Canyon. I can’t say enough about the wedding coordinating team, the culinary team, the staff, and everyone behind the scenes who made our wedding the best we could have ever imagined. We worked directly with Lexie, and she is very professional, but also the kindest and most caring person. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful venue, incredible food, amazing cocktails, and the best people. We had the most incredible wedding experience, and I recommend to any and every bride wanting a beautiful mountain wedding. -

Do not look anywhere else!
We got married at Black Canyon Inn on July 16th 2020! We had been living in WI and moved to MT in March! Having Terisa and Lexi be there every single step of the way and reassuring us during covid with all of the forever ending changes it was seriously beyond perfect and so very memorable! We could not have hoped or anticipated a more perfect venue, staff, food and day to have everyone share in our I Dos! We want to do it again and again year after year! -

Absolutely Breathtaking!
My wedding day couldn’t have gone more perfectly! The wedding coordinators at Black Canyon Inn were extremely accommodating and flexible while dealing with the postponement of our wedding due to Covid. The entire process and day of was even better than I could have imagined! Our guests can’t quit complimenting how beautiful the venue location was! Dream Venue and Staff!
This is a long review
Summary:
We are two people who are hopelessly analytical and need time to digest information before we make any decisions. After walking around Black Canyon Inn, we didn't even need to discuss it... We looked at each other and knew this was the place we were looking for. The facility is immaculate, the views are incredible, and the ambiance of the entire place led us to fall in love immediately. For as amazing as the venue is and can be seen in pictures, the part we truly cherished was the staff and their commitment to making our day a true dream come true. We booked the venue in May 2019 for a wedding date of June 2020. The staff was so attentive as we planned for our ~120 person wedding and truly shined as COVID-19 impacted our big day and worked with us to have a 10 guest wedding of our dreams. In some of the more anxious moments of our lives, the Black Canyon Inn team navigated through these unprecedented times with us and the end result was a day we'll remember forever. There's not a high enough rating I can give this venue and staff.
Staff and Support:
Throughout the wedding process we met with many vendors with very mixed experiences from awful to amazing. Terisa and the staff at Black Canyon Inn were the best people we worked with and were a true partner throughout the whole process. I really can't stress enough how truly professional, compassionate, and competent the entire team was. Whether it was needing help with booking rooms for family, brainstorming ideas for the wedding, working with the team on payments, or customizing packages so it fit our vision and budget, the Black Canyon team listened and did whatever they could to fulfill our wishes. As the pandemic flared, Terisa and team stayed in constant contact and assured us they'd work with us to fit safety guidelines while also having a memorable day. With less than 2 months before the day, we were forced with the realization that if we wanted to get married on our original date, it'd have to be with 10 guests max and essentially we had to plan a new wedding. They of course offered us postponement options but we were adamant we wanted to get married on our original day and the Black Canyon Inn team worked hard to make it happen and were so attentive and responsive. When they day came, everything came together perfectly. We had a minor issue with decorations and they resolved it on the fly within the hour. The staff was truly incredible on our wedding day and it went absolutely perfect.
The Venue:
Wow! The views are breathtaking and the entire facility leaves the impression that you are in a secluded mountain town by yourself. Every single condo we rented was immaculate and well worth the cost. We used the pond for our first touch, the pavilion for the ceremony, and the Homestead for the reception. One look at the pavilion sold it for us and we had visited multiple sites in multiple states. It truly is one of a kind. There is wildlife everywhere and everywhere you turn is an opportunity for a photo. The Homestead is so cozy and the ambiance is incredible as it reminds you of a rustic cabin with tons of space and character.
Value:
After visiting several venues, Black Canyon Inn is an absolute bargain provided how amazing the food, condos, overall venue, and overall professionalism of the staff was. They'll work with you on the smallest detail and will make sure you're comfortable with what you're paying for.
Food/reception:
Everyone was raving about the food served at our wedding. When we went to the tasting, we had a hard time turning down things we tasted. During our wedding, the staff was extremely attentive and no one waited long for anything. The chef came out a few times to check in on everything and was filled with pride over the dinner that was prepared for us. -

Planning a destination wedding from 800+ miles away was no easy feat. Thanks to Terisa and the rest of the staff at Black Canyon Inn, a lot of this stress was relieved. From coordinating via email for about a year, to being super easy to work with during the rehearsal and the day of we could not have asked for a better wedding venue. The location and the view are impeccable, plus the ability to stay on site is an absolute deal maker. Thank you for our beautiful wedding day and all the coordination to make it go so seamless. -

dreamy - couldn't have done it without Terisa!!
I fell down a rabbit hole late one night researching wedding ceremony venues, and fell in love with Black Canyon Inn before seeing it in person. Once I did see the space, I couldn't believe such a perfect place existed for my dream mountain wedding.
I chose the Pavilion space, as I wanted to be outdoors but not too exposed to the elements - we got married last month, and there was a robust rain storm the evening prior so I'm happy that we played it safe though we did end up lucking out with perfect weather the day of.
Terisa, the coordinator, was AMAZING - she was able to herd the entire wedding party during the rehearsal, when I was about to lose my sh*t because some guests were already getting rowdy. Everything went smoothly and it was so beautiful, and best part - hardly any stress the day of.
We also had many family members stay on site and my understanding is that each unit is privately owned. -

The Black Canyon Inn is absolutely stunning! The pavilion is a perfect way to have an outdoor wedding while not worrying about the elements. Jess was very on top of it, sweet, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this venue! -

We were blown away by the beauty of this venue for our outdoor Colorado wedding. We booked an all inclusive wedding and every detail was taken care of perfectly! We worked with Jessica Armour as our event coordinator and her bubbly personality and friendliness made us feel relaxed and welcome. Many of our friends and family also stayed in the Condos on site and were impressed with the gorgeous views also! -

We were very happy with black canyon inn. Loved getting married in the pavilion, it’s a gorgeous view. Teresa was professional and helped us get through the ceremony and rehearsal with no problems. The condos were great and clean. The only drawback is the wedding couples condo is included in the price with a 3 night stay and our guests had to do a minimum 4 night stay and it was pricey for them. -

Amazing Wedding Venue!
We selected Black Canyon Inn for our wedding ceremony location and could not have been happier with our choice. We began our search online as we were coming from Florida but knew we wanted an outdoor mountain setting for our special day. We narrowed our choices down to maybe half a dozen different options before traveling to Estes Park well in advance to see them in person. We knew this would be the best way to ensure the location we chose would be everything we wanted without any undesirable surprises. For instance one venue had a very nice background but there was a ventilation fan on a building close by that would have created a distracting noise during the ceremony. That ruled that location out for us. We never would have known this had we not visited in person. It just so happened that the Black Canyon Inn ended up being the last place we went to see. Well, it should have been the first. We could have stopped looking after that and simply went on a hike or shopped in town the rest of the day. One challenge of our first actual visit to Estes Park to see the venues was that we were there in winter with a beautiful thick fluffy blanket of fresh snow everywhere. While this was gorgeous and fairytale picturesque our wedding was going to be taking place in early August where only the mountain peaks would still have any snow on them. So, we had to use our imagination a little to get the full picture. That said, as soon as we were taken to the open air covered ceremony site, we laughed at how easy a choice it was. We also chose the onsite Twin Owls Steakhouse for our reception dinner and the upstairs room was the perfect intimate space for our wedding party. Not to mention how delicious the food options were there. We also booked a number of different cabins at the Black Canyon Inn for our guests. Everyone loved it. Lastly, after our ceremony the Black Canyon Inn has some amazing backdrops for photos we took as Bride & Groom and with our wedding party and family. We will forever be grateful for choosing Black Canyon Inn for our wedding. -

The Black Canyon Inn is a beautiful place for am outdoor wedding. They have a few locations on the grounds for the ceremony as well as a pavilion and some indoor facilities for inclement weather. The staff was wonderful. Big plus, you have lots of stunning scenery to use as the background of wedding photos! -

Holy views! My husband and I decided to book the Black Canyon Inn without seeing it in person, because we didn't think we would have the opportunity to do so (we live in California and were planning a destination wedding at the same time as purchasing our first home). We were both a little nervous, but we felt assured that the pictures we were seeing online were relatively accurate given the reviews we were reading. In an unexpected turn of events, my mom and I got to make a trip to Colorado a couple of months before our wedding. We found our way to the pavilion, and I instantly fell in love. I could not believe the majestic view I was looking at. It was even better than what I had hoped for. When I turned around, my mom, who is not a crier, was in tears. She called my dad, and I heard her say to him, "You are going to be so thrilled at where our daughter gets to get married. You will not believe this place." We were originally hoping for a white wedding; being from a coastal area of California, we were envisioning a winter wedding, unlike all of the winery, barn weddings most of our guests frequently attend. The day before our wedding, it snowed. It was beautiful and ethereal, and my mom and I actually got to watch a couple do their first look in the middle of it. We knew, though, that the snow likely would not last as the temperatures had not been allowing for snow to stay on the ground. At first, we were bummed that it might not be there. But then we also noticed that the mountains were no longer visible. The view we had become enamored with were not there for this couple. So, even though we didn't get the snow we had been hoping for, we ended up being very relieved, because it would have eliminated the very reason we selected Black Canyon as our ceremony location. On top of the unbelievable beauty, though, the staff was wonderful to work with. They were all extremely kind and accommodating- very easy to communicate with and quick to jump in to support our requests. While we didn't have any rain or snow to contend with, we did get hit by some really nasty wind (wind that actually pulled my veil out as soon as I stepped outside to walk down the aisle with my dad). A couple of weeks before, guests of another wedding had taken a large number of the blankets that the venue supplied and blankets that we were counting on for our guests. Days before the wedding, the replacement blankets had not arrived, which had become quite a concern for us with the forecast we were seeing. The staff was able to find blankets for us so that all of our guests were comfortable during the ceremony, despite the 50 degree, 40+ mile an hour winds. Months later, we still have not heard a single complaint about the weather and only praise and awe for the venue. For us, we couldn't have been any happier with any other venue or venue staff. I told my mom when we first saw the Black Canyon that had we seen it while we were venue shopping instead of after we had already booked it, I still would have picked it. I still stand by that statement. It was beyond my wildest wedding dreams! -

Crystal Sent on 07/22/2015I can’t say enough good things about the ceremony site (mind blowing-ly beautiful) and the staff at Black Canyon Inn. They helped make my wedding day perfect. Sara was very responsive to my questions during the planning stages and Callie was a huge help during our rehearsal. Our bridal suite that came with the package was very nice and was large enough for the bridal party (6-7 girls) to all get ready in. We did our first look at the pond, ceremony in the Pavilion, cocktail hour on the lawn, and had our reception at Twin Owls Steakhouse.Black Canyon Inn's reply:
