Best wedding venue ever
Black Canyon is a magical place to celebrate a wedding. We had an incredible experience with them. The location is beautiful and the venue itself is breathtaking. Anna, our day of coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. She was fantastic to work with and the care that she has for these special moments in people’s lives really showed. I highly recommend choosing Black Canyon Inn for your wedding! -

Black Canyon was a stunning venue for our event. Their team was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us bring our vision to life. They were flexible with room arrangements and guided us through a thoughtful planning process to make the night run smoothly. The linens and colors to choose from were beautiful, and the on-site staff brought fun energy to the event. Communication was excellent—they were very responsive to emails and even helped alleviate stress along the way. We’re so grateful to them in helping us create a memorable evening. -

The best views, staff, & venue
Black Canyon Inn was everything we dreamed of! We chose to have our wedding at The Boulders location due to the beautiful architecture and breathtaking views that left our guests speechless. We were matched with Anna for our day of coordinator and she was exceptional! She helped answer all our questions and concerns in a timely matter and was always so kind! The BCI staff always had smiles on their faces happy to help with anything throughout our day. The drinks were great and the plated dinner we chose (the salmon and the beef filet) came out hot and filled with so much flavor. We received many compliments from our guests saying it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had! We had a guest count of only 45 and the ceremony and reception rooms both looked great despite the smaller wedding. A large majority of our guests stayed at the condos on the BCI property and we could not rave more of how that was a great idea because everyone was so close together and even closer to the venue! -

After our wedding here a few weeks ago, I can tell you that the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn is the definition of perfection. The view is hard to beat, which was initially why we booked it so quickly without even seeing it in person. But there is so much more about a Black Canyon Inn wedding than the stunning view that made it perfect. After booking, they were always so responsive to questions we had along the way. Around 4.5 months before the wedding, we were assigned Anna as our coordinator and I could go on and on about how amazing she was. With Anna’s guidance, nailing down the final details for the wedding day felt like a breeze. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Anna’s attention to detail and the rest of the staff’s execution. And for the end of the night, we were in great hands with Gilberto.
As mentioned in so many other reviews, the food was excellent. Ever since our catering tasting, we were excited for the food (particularly the appetizers!) and I know our guests loved it all as well.
The venue space itself, the view, the food, and most importantly, the staff are a huge reason that we had the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend

As an out of state mom acting as my daughter’s wedding planner, I was worried about managing the process long distance. From my first zoom meeting with Anna, I knew I was in capable hands. Anna was our cheerleader, our supportive ear and our expert advisor. The entire wedding team was professional and responsive throughout the process.
We had an unusual situation with a bride, many wedding party members and guests all requiring a gluten free meal. My bride’s dream was to have an entirely gluten free wedding from passed appetizers to late night snack - and the Black Canyon team did not just make it happen - they knocked it out of the park. The chef was so caring and accommodating and the food was incredible. Our guests raved about the plated meal, the gf grilled cheese and slider apps, the charcuterie / many people commented on how it was “fine dining level” execution. The chef came out and met with our guests with severe allergies - the level of care was stellar.
The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn has the most stunning views and could rely on those alone - but instead they offer a 5 star experience. Gilberto ran service like a champ - his wait staff went above and beyond many times during the evening from assisting a guest with a wardrobe malfunction to making sure the bride had extra cake for her departure.
I highly recommend the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn - I will miss my checkins with Anna - she really became a friend in the end. My children’s wedding was a dream come true for our family and guests. If you are lucky enough to host a wedding here, you are in exceptional hands! -

We had the most amazing experience with our wedding venue and our incredible venue coordinator, Amber. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and so enjoyable thanks to their professionalism and support. Amber was prompt with emails, attentive to every detail, and truly went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly — the staff was incredibly organized, professional, and kind. We felt completely taken care of, and it allowed us to just enjoy the moment. The venue itself was beautiful, and the meal was absolutely delicious — our guests are still raving about it!
We honestly can’t say enough good things about Amber and the entire team. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only stunning but backed by a reliable, thoughtful, and dedicated staff, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend! -

From start to finish, we absolutely loved this venue for our wedding. We cannot say enough nice things about our wedding coordinator, Anna, who made our entire experience easy and seamless. Throughout the wedding planning process, Anna met with us regularly to make sure everything was laid out clearly and helped us navigate every step of the way. During the wedding, she was so attentive to every detail to make sure that everything went smoothly. All of the staff were so attentive to our guest's needs, and we got so many compliments on how everything was laid out and organized so nicely.
The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, and fit our vision for a mountain wedding so perfectly. We will cherish this most special day forever, and this is due in no small part to the amazing staff at the Black Canyon Inn. We would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing wedding experience!! -

The best wedding venue!
We absolutely LOVED this venue. First off this place is seriously so gorgeous and has the most amazing views! Second, our dinner was buffet style and everyone raved about how good it was. We have family members who also work in the wedding industry and they even said it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Everything was warm, fresh, and cooked to perfection! The staff there had everything running very smooth. The bar service was fast and the drinks were delicious. The Wedding Team assigned to us the moment we booked Black Canyon Inn, were extremely helpful with every step of the wedding planning process. Any question we had they got back to us immediately. Then that day, Anna, was on top of things, ensuring me and my husband had everything we needed the entire night! We truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing because of her. Our guests keep raving about their experience at our wedding, and I have to credit a significant part of that to Black Canyon Inn. Honestly, if it were possible to give this venue more than a 5-star rating, I absolutely would! -

We had the most amazing wedding this weekend in Estes this past weekend! Most people want to get married in the summer or fall but our March wedding was beautiful! In the 50s and sunny skies all weekend! Only snow we had was on the mountain tops.
The Boulders: I cried when I walked in during our tour. I knew it was the spot! They were incredibly helpful during the planning process, they give you a coordinator, food was delicious and oh what a gorgeous view! They made everything just perfect on our day and throughout the weekend that we stayed. We also did our welcome party at the Homestead the night before and it was a hit! They even gave us extra meals at the end of the night to enjoy in case we hadn’t eaten! Amber and Corinne are rockstars and made everything so easy. -

We are over the moon with Black Canyon Inn! We had our wedding here at The Boulders venue and it was absolutely to die for. Stunning views, gorgeous building with timeless fixtures and decor, and every space is intentional and beautiful. Enjoy the sights in comfort with no risk of feeling removed from the immersion!
Their wedding staff is FANTASTIC, could not recommend more. Between setup, providing tables, linens, bar and staffing, catering, and more, for an incredible price our wedding felt so easy and the outcome felt luxurious!! I basically just had to provide flowers and entertainment, LOL. Food was so good, was getting compliments all night that it was the best wedding food anyone has ever had, and I agree. I'll be craving our wedding dinner for life!
We had a small 12 person wedding, and while this venue can definitely accommodate more, we felt the size was perfect for this number of guests. We had an absolute blast.
We can't wait to return again for an anniversary. The views are just unmatched and the lodging options are incredible as well. -

The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn is perfect, we love the view and ambiance, we love the team there, and we couldn't be happier that we chose to have our wedding in this beautiful place. We cannot say enough good things about this venue and the team there! One thing everyone says about our wedding is how much they loved the view - it is truly unlike anything else. We were initially very nervous about finding a venue - there are SO many incredible options in Colorado and so many factors to consider. The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn was our first tour, and we fell in love with it immediately. It checked all of our boxes. Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Haley was our coordinator and she was a dream to work with. She was incredibly communicative, detail-oriented, and thorough. She made sure we got all of our questions answered and overall just made the experience really fun with her positive and encouraging demeanor. I am so thankful also because she worked really well with our other vendors to get everything set up perfectly. The food and drinks were delicious, and all of our guests loved them. Another great thing about having your wedding at The Boulders is that there are 14 gorgeous suites right across the parking lot, and a bunch of even bigger condo options right down the hill. This made it incredibly easy for us to setup all of our stuff and go back and forth as needed to our rooms in the days leading up to the wedding. There are so many details that go into pulling off a wedding, some big things and a lot of really little things that come together to make it beautiful. I don't know how they did it, but the BCI team pulled it all together seamlessly and beautifully. I don't know many people who can say their wedding day went off without a single hitch, but ours did, and it was in large part due to Haley and the incredible team at BCI. -

Black Canyon was the perfect place for our wedding! It was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were fantastic! We had our ceremony under the pavilion, and the reception took place at the Homestead. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. Also, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. You will not regret choosing BCI as your wedding venue! Amber S was a great coordinator and helped to make our day beautiful and special. Thank you BCI for making our day perfect!

We got married at the Boulders June, 2023 and it couldn't have been more perfect. The bridal and grooms suites are beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the staff was amazing. The planning up to it was flawless, Corinne and Teresa both were quick to answer any questions or concerns. The day of was perfect, we stayed in the suites most of the day and our immediate family and most of our bridal party stayed on the property right across and below from the venue which made our 5 day stay even more perfect having everyone close! Our stay was great! The only issue we had was once they shut the doors it did get very hot. We had 150 guests, it could have been that we had one of the warmer weekends without rain so it could have been the quick switch in weather....either way it didn't change a thing. I wish I could relive our wedding at BCI every year!!! Which we still intend to come up and stay on our anniversary every year we can! -

Magical, the most perfect day
The Boulders, at Black Canyon Inn was the most dreamy, magical place we could ever imagine getting married. Everything from the on site coordinator, the wait staff, the chef, to the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We had family and friends fly from all over and each of them said it was the best wedding they have ever experienced, that the food was delicious, the views breath taking. This is the best location for family that is visiting because it will still feel like a vacation for them!
I cant express enough how much the staff (shout out Amber, Carmen, and T!) made sure we ate enough, felt comfortable, and that everything was perfect. The staff even packed up our food with Gatorades for us to have after our wedding ended. It was nothing but professional and made our day incredibly relaxing so we could focus on our guests and have the best time. -

Black Canyon Inn is a full-service wedding venue in the most breathtaking location in Estes Park. The wedding experience was incredibly thoughtful from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better venue to make our wedding dreams come true. The chef and catering team are top-notch. The food was incredible and so helpful that food and beverage are included in the venue experience. We also loved the opportunity for some of the guests to stay in the suites and condos to make it a more intimate and fun experience. Thank you to the Black Canyon Inn team!

Black Canyon Inn was a wonderful place to get married and they worked incredibly hard to make my day special. Our experience with Black Canyon was excellent. Corinne was informative, quick to reply to any initial inquiries and a pleasure to book with. My coordinator, well, there just isn’t enough time, space or words to describe what a pleasure it was to work with Terisa. I could not have asked for a better individual to help with my day! If you cooperate with Terisa and get her the information she asks for, this woman will WORK for you. This wedding is your ship and when you hire Terisa, she is there to help you run it, and run it she WILL. She calls you 2 weeks before the wedding day to go over things and help make a timeline, she makes sure all guests are seated before you start the ceremony, she helps with the processional timing, has drinks waiting for you directly after the ceremony and that’s just a few examples. She truly goes above and beyond. I told her when I wanted my guests seated in the reception hall and when I wanted the food being served and you best believe she made it happen. She responded to my emails within 24 hours – except for maybe one that was over a weekend. You’re in exceptional hands with this staff.
The catering staff is simply wonderful! They made sure my husband and I were taken care of, checked in with us periodically, was super sweet to our guests and even joined in on a dance. All the staff there was just so incredibly sweet and happy and it only added to an amazing reception. Also, every single vendor I booked attested to how amazing the food was here and they were NOT wrong. I had guests coming up to me all night and raving about the food! I have never had food that good at a wedding before and every guest echoed the same sentiment. 99% of our guests were from states away and spent a lot of money to celebrate our special day with us, so it was important to us to give them a great time, free drinks and good food. Black Canyon catering did not let us down!
They even have things set up that regardless of rain, snow or shine, your wedding can proceed with minimal interruption. Plus - this view is hard to beat!!!

Just incredible. There are not enough words to express how amazing this venue was, but I will try. We got married in August 2020 when things around the world were open/closed/confused. We had to make many changes throughout the year, but in the end it was the perfect day. However, our day would not have been made possible without the 3 ladies that were there for us throughout the journey: Kim, Terisa, and Lexie. The team was amazing, the food was DELICIOUS, and the venue was beautiful. I am so so glad that we picked this place when searching for venues. -

We got married at the Homestead at Black Canyon. I can’t say enough about the wedding coordinating team, the culinary team, the staff, and everyone behind the scenes who made our wedding the best we could have ever imagined. We worked directly with Lexie, and she is very professional, but also the kindest and most caring person. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful venue, incredible food, amazing cocktails, and the best people. We had the most incredible wedding experience, and I recommend to any and every bride wanting a beautiful mountain wedding. -

Do not look anywhere else!
We got married at Black Canyon Inn on July 16th 2020! We had been living in WI and moved to MT in March! Having Terisa and Lexi be there every single step of the way and reassuring us during covid with all of the forever ending changes it was seriously beyond perfect and so very memorable! We could not have hoped or anticipated a more perfect venue, staff, food and day to have everyone share in our I Dos! We want to do it again and again year after year! -
