Memories that will last forever

Brittany and her team are absolutely incredible. We were unsure if we wanted videography, but are so happy that we did it. After watching the BKB samples she sent us, we knew immediately that she was the right person. They captured all of our special moments which was exactly what we were hoping for. She was extremely responsive and her thoughtfulness, care, and organization felt like she was planning her own wedding. Jasper is a true artist and not only did we receieved our highlight reel a week after the wedding, but the entire clip which we were so amazed by!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We booked BKB & Co. for our September 2022 wedding. From the moment I spoke to Brittany on the phone, I knew I needed to have her photograph our wedding day. I knew Brittany's professional but direct personality would mesh well with myself and my husband (who isn't a huge fan of photos). Brittany was extremely flexible, and instead of doing an engagement photo shoot, she spent an hour photographing our rehearsal dinner. During our wedding day, Brittany and her amazing team made our formal photography session fun and very efficient! We also hired BKB & CO for videography and the clips are cinematic quality! Post-wedding, Brittany was very communicative about the delivery of our videos and photos. The results are better than we could have imagined. Best wedding investment

My fiancé and I are so happy we went with BKB photography. From the moment we sat and met with Brittany she made us feel so comfortable with the entire process. We recently had our engagement photos done and she has by far exceeded our expectations. She is super friendly, personable, and professional. The best!!!

Brittany and her team were amazing to work with and we could not have asked for a better wedding photographer! We were fortunate to have Brittany and Sarah shoot our wedding in Boston, along with Mark as our videographer. Brittany was on top of all the logistics throughout the process and was extremely helpful in figuring out timeline, portraits, first look, etc. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding, including when Brittany and her team adapted quickly to changing weather conditions and were able to time our first look outside perfectly after the rain ended. We were blown away by the quality of the photos and video and can’t thank BKB enough!

Professional and Outstanding

Britany and her team at BKB we so accommodating and amazing! Our video is pieced together perfectly with shots from EVERY angle. Nothing was missed throughout the day. From amazing drone shots which blew us away (and we had to watch over and over again in our raw footage), to the story which was told through video, Britany and her team have made it so we didn't miss anything on such a hectic important day! Also, Britany was extremely accommodating when I wanted to make a personal video to deliver to my future wife on the morning of the wedding. Thank you again for giving us something we can look back on the rest of our lives.

Amazing Quality Photos and Video

We selected BKB after searching through a lot of photographers/videographers. Once we sat down with Brittany we knew that this was the right choice for us. Brittany was always very responsive and bent over backwards to make sure that everything went according to plan. We hired two videographers as well as two photographers and one assistant. Since we had a semi-large wedding, Brittany brought a wedding planner to assist as well just to make sure that everything went smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the team showed up early to make sure that they were able to take pictures of the wedding party getting ready. I had a list of photos that I wanted taken for the wedding and Brittany and the team made sure that they took every single photo on the list. It was amazing. there was also one photo location that I wanted that was almost impossible to make work due to traffic and timing and Brittany made it work for us. The whole day was so perfect and during the ceremony and the reception you could barely notice that they were there! The photos that were taken on the day of the wedding are amazing and the video of the wedding is amazing as well. I honestly cannot imagine anything that I would have changed about their service. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of photos and videos for your wedding then you should absolutely hire BKB for your wedding. They did an amazing job. I haven't stopped receiving calls and texts about how beautiful the video and photos came out.

Look no further! Brittany and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, and the quality of their work is really beyond compare. From the first phone call my husband and I had with Brittany, we felt completely at ease, and knew BKB Co. was the right company to capture our special day. It was clear that in just a short amount of time she understood our vision, personalities and what we were hoping to get out of our experience.

On the day of, her team arrived early and ready to go! The whole crew was incredibly organized, professional, and generally fun to be around. I don’t think we would’ve got through that day without their great preparation, attention to the obvious (and less obvious) details, and ability to lead. As with any wedding, not everything goes exactly as planned, but it came pretty darn close thanks to BKB CO. They truly kept all of the pieces moving: making sure our parents and bridal party were where they needed to be for pictures, coordinating with our day of planner, and making sure we had all the pictures on our “list” checked off. You name it, they did it! This was totally beyond what we expected our photographer/videographer to do, but they did it anyway. Her team also did an incredible job of keeping a low profile, we couldn’t believe all of the beautiful shots they took without our noticing! Finally, they were incredibly patient and understanding with us – they struck exactly the right balance of pulling us aside and making sure we got certain photos we’d previously talked about, but also allowing us to relax and forgo some photos when we were feeling overwhelmed.

Then there is the quality of their work. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only were the pictures and videos so beautiful (just check some out on their website, and you’ll see), but the turnaround time exceeded our expectations.

By the end, Brittany and her team were more like friends than our wedding day crew.

As soon as I had my first phone conversation with Brittany, I knew she was “the one”! I knew I had found the perfect photographer to capture my wedding. She was personable, knowledgeable, excited, and interested in me, my now-husband, and our wedding. We had an engagement shoot with her which was so much fun. She made us feel so natural and comfortable! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we went over every detail and she answered every question I had. She even met me at the venue the week of to go over the space and logistics of the day. On the big day, she was there from beginning to end- she captured us getting ready, moments on the trolley, the ceremony, cocktail, and reception. She really blended into the whole day. Our pictures came out SO great, and her turnaround on getting them back to us was very quick! We just got our photo book which was incredible as well.

We also used BKB as our videographer. We got a one minute trailer (sent to us less than 48 hours after our wedding!!), a 5 minute highlight video, and a 20 minute movie video. I am SO happy we decided to add a videographer. Worth every penny. The videos all came out so perfect. BKB captured such special moments (putting on the dress, the vows, the speeches, the dancing!), and to see that come to life was amazing. I am so glad we will have those videos forever. We have gotten so many comments from friends and family about it. I can’t recommend the BKB team enough!

Our son and his new wife used BKB & CO. We are a close and large family, and we have all enjoyed the BKB videography result. The wedding was a an energetic affair, with many kinds of spaces used, outdoors with daylight and several indoor spaces. All flowed from one space to the next, and BKB captured the energy, the ceremony, the speeches, and the dancing in a short film that seemlessly held it all together. It was modern, joyous, and respectful of the intimacy of important moments.

BKB Co. deserves nothing but praise!! Brittany and her team were absolutely amazing capturing our wedding. BKB did the videography and it was the best decision. I originally did not want to hire a videographer because I was having photography. Little did I know that your wedding day literally flies by in minutes. I was urged by my wedding planner to splurge on getting a videographer because it’s a keepsake to have for years. I loved how the team was able to just blend in and made us feel comfortable to just be ourselves. When we received our wedding video, we literally got emotional. BKB captured our love and celebration perfectly. We were able to relive our day over and over. We’ve received many compliments (and tears) from family and friends who have watched our wedding video. The quality and skill of BKB is just mind blowing.

BKB’s sister company, B-Love, did our photography and it was a great decision on our part. We were recommended to BKB by our wedding planner. When we spoke with Brittany she let us know about our options that really worked with our budget. She recommended B-Love as an affordable option that didn’t compromise quality. On our wedding day, the team had the amazing ability to make my husband and I feel really comfortable. We did not do first look and our wedding ran 30 minutes behind, B-Love was super accommodating and didn’t make us feel rushed or forgotten. The team worked in unison and did not interfere with our wedding or reception. When we received our photos we were just amazed by what they were able to capture. The photos we received represented our wedding. I would recommend BKB and B-Love because of their professionalism, quality, and skill. I have not regretted using them.

I first came upon BKB at a friends wedding. BKB not only took gorgeous photos capturing the day, but they went above and beyond jumping in as day of planners. They helped organize the wedding party, and even help direct the Trolley driver. Their attention to detail and bubbly personalities stuck with me. So when it came to our wedding, I knew we wanted them! The team was meticulously organized but not overbearing at all. Brittany is a wealth of knowledge, and even helped me find our awesome day of planner. The team was warm and engaging, which made being in front of the camera a breeze. They did our videography and it was hands down was the best money we spent! Don't skip videography! It is SO worth it! Everyone who watches it raves about the quality! It is a perfect memory of the day, especially the speeches. And yes you will watch it! Probably hundreds of times! I can't say enough good things about the whole team at BKB!

My husband and I had our dream wedding at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge. Brittany (owner) was a complete professional throughout the entire booking process. On our wedding day, the day was truly breathtaking and Mark and Valery from BKB & CO captured every moment of it perfectly. They went above and beyond (without even being asked) to ensure that our wedding video was flawless.

Plus, it was a joy to know Mark and Valery are also a happy couple - so I knew they would absolutely understand how important and special our day was. They were a pleasure to have around on the actual wedding day. Our entire bridal party and guests raved about them at the wedding. They are AWESOME! They were video ninjas - totally inconspicuous! Brittany and her team were INCREDIBLE. We decided to have a wedding video last minute, and the BKB team went above and beyond for us! We are so happy we were able to work with BKB for our videography! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. They were so friendly and helpful working with us during the planning process. The day of they really did a great job of capturing the most important moments discreetly. The teaser video, highlight video, and the full length video all came out amazing! Their drone footage of the beach and our venue really added a special touch that brought the whole video together. And we were so surprised by how quickly we got them back. Everyone we have shown the videos to has remarked on how beautifully the videos came out. There are lots of great options when it comes to picking a photographer, but we are happy we went with BKB & team to capture our photography and video for our wedding day. The quality of service and value was right on the mark. The whole team was extremely professional and worked hard all day long. BKB was extremely friendly and easy to get in contact with, and went above and beyond duty even helping to recommend a rehearsal dinner restaurant that we used and other vendor suggestions. The whole team was a very calming presence during the getting ready stage (the bridal stylist was great!) and helped the day go seamlessly. Our entire family and friends were thrilled with the photos and video that captured our day. We even got emailed the trailer of our movie 3 days after our wedding, which was such a treat to view on our honeymoon and relive our magical day. When planning our wedding, I researched several different videographers with the hopes of finding a "just right fit" for us. One of our biggest questions was how it would feel/work to have someone film us for a big portion of our wedding day. Brittany was able to answer our many questions and was easy to speak with. Being newly into the planning process, my vision for our wedding wasn't clear to me. Brittany was patient and reassuring; her enthusiasm for and love of the work she does is evident. My husband and I did know that we wanted to have a film of our wedding day that captured the big and small moments of our wedding along with all of the joy, warmth, and love that surrounded us on our day- a pretty tall order! Look no further! No, seriously, stop looking - Brittany and her team were outrageously talented and attentive. From our engagement photos, to rehearsal dinner, to the big day, everything was perfect. I decided to add a videographer a few weeks before our wedding - the staff was amazing!!! Brittany made our last minute request so easy and it was a complete no brainer to add this to our wedding day. She was very responsive to my many questions and was able to customize exactly what my husband and I were looking for.

The staff on the day off was incredible!! They were a pleasure to work with and the whole experience was amazing.

The video came out perfect!!! We can't wait to watch it again and again and share with our loved ones.

We talked to many photographers before meeting with Brittany and BKB, and once we met her, we knew we had found the one! She is warm, professional and makes wedding photography seem like a walk in the park (when it clearly isn't!) We feel like she really took the time to know us and understand what we wanted out of our wedding photos, and when she introduced us to her team, everyone was just as friendly and fantastic as she is. Everything from the detailed walk-through before the wedding, to being seamlessly present at every important moment but never feeling obtrusive on our big day, to finishing up the pictures before we were even back from our honeymoon, basically added up to the best experience! From the minute we began working with BKB, it was an extremely positive experience. Everyone who we spoke with was very enthusiastic about capturing all the special moments of our wedding and they wanted to make sure we were happy with what the plan was. Their experience and expertise is evident in the way they go about their business and their product.

One of the best parts about our experience with them is that they are very creative and have an eye for great photo opportunities, but they also want you to be comfortable as well. They are open to any requests and answered all questions we had throughout the entire process.

They want to know all the details of your wedding so they can enter the event with an effective strategy for capturing all the special moments and know what to expect and when to expect it. The addition of a bridal stylist on our wedding day was never something that we had originally thought about having and we weren’t sure what to expect. It was a fantastic bonus. The bridal stylist ensures there are no flaws and makes sure everything is picture-ready and looks great (puffing the wedding dress, removing items from pockets, removing eye soars from the shot, etc.).

Their hard work and dedication to excellence is portrayed in their final product. We could not be happier with the photos from our wedding and engagement session. The angles, poses, clarity and timing…it was all perfect. Planning a wedding is not easy, but BKB was the easiest of our vendors to deal with and the one vendor we enjoyed speaking with leading up to our big day. We will recommend them to everyone we know who is getting married in the future!

Brittany and her team at BKB are absolute professionals that truly helped to make our whole wedding experience run smoothly. From recommending top vendors (to a somewhat overwhelmed bride!) to an amazing and creative engagement photo shoot to coordinating so many little details on our wedding day - I would highly recommend them. We chose Brittany Blando’s BKB & Co. for our recent wedding at the Lenox Hotel, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision! Brittany and her team displayed exemplary professionalism, and their photos and videos were truly outstanding quality. A+++ on all points!

Our photographers were Sarah and Katii, videographer was Evan. All of them were superb. The post-processed touched-up pictures and video clips were amazing as well.

A special thanks to Courtney, the bridal stylist, who helped our wedding go very smoothly, and also took extra special care of my dress (with a very long train) and hair. She went above and beyond her duties by helping coordinate our wedding procession at the church as well.

We are very happy with BKB, and recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding photographer in the Boston area!

I have only the best things to say about BKB photography, and specifically the lead photographer Sarah on our wedding day. First off, for our engagement shoot, we originally wanted to have our pictures outside but the weather was terrible and we were only in Boston for one day. Brittany was amazing and went above-and-beyond, scouting locations and eventually finding a very hip, unique warehouse location (it is VERY hard finding shoot locations in Boston!) Not only did the photos come out amazing, but honestly I doubt a run-of-the-mill photographer could have been able to find such a great alternative on short notice.

For the wedding itself, Sarah and Katie did a wonderful job with the photos. They captured every moment of the wedding beautifully and more importantly, caught the spirit of our wedding on camera (so many amazing candids!). The portraits also were stunning and my wedding party absolutely loved all the pics. Our photographers also were responsive to our preferences throughout the night which we appreciated a lot. Overall, I would recommend BKB photography to anyone getting married!

Brittany and her team at BKB & Co. were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. My husband and I were referred to her by our wedding planner after an issue arose with our previously scheduled photographer. On very short notice, she and her team stepped in and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to plan for the event. Although we were impressed immediately by the beautiful photos in the online galleries, we chose BKB & Co. because of the enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism Brittany conveyed when we talked to her about our wedding. It was clear to us that she genuinely cared (almost as much as we did) about our wedding’s success. On the actual day of the wedding, Brittany and her team arrived early and began capturing our special day. We truly appreciated all the guidance and direction Brittany gave to ensure the best photos. In addition to the great pictures taken of the wedding party before and during the ceremony, we really loved the candid photos taken of all our guests at the reception. We had such a great experience working with BKB! From the moment I saw the studio's pictures I knew I wanted to work with them for our wedding. Brittany was always available and happy to answer any questions I had whether via email or over the phone. We worked with the associate team (Sarah and Katii) and they were so great at making us feel comfortable and wrangling our large bridal party and family together to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. It was also great meeting with Brittany, Sarah, and Katii before the wedding to talk through details...that day really solidified for us that we had made the right choice! They were all so professional, and you can tell that they love what they do. The way they have their online gallery set up is great as well!! All of the photos are separated out into albums, and it was so easy to share the photos with our friends and family. All of photos came out exactly the way I pictured them...fun, happy, bright, and a perfect reflection of our day. Thank you again Brittany, Sarah, and Katii, and we would absolutely recommend BKB!!!

We would never ever regret hiring BKB & Co to capture our wedding, their creativity is amazing. We decided to get videography pretty last minute, and got a referral from our venue to use Brittany & BkB. She was great to work with! We got raw footage only (I’m taking on the editing myself) so we were able to capture our day at a very reasonable price. I loved that we got stunning footage without the videographers being intrusive. They were super professional (all have worked in Hollywood and for great content companies like GoPro). I barely even remember them being there, but we have 3 angles of all of our key moments! I’m SO happy I decided to get video footage & I highly recommend BkB!!

We highly recommend Brittany and her team! They were amazing on the day of the wedding and we can't stop smiling as we watch the videos and the way they captured the most important moments of our wedding.

From the beginning, Brittany showed the utmost professionalism. She was clear about her packages and pricing and made it easy for us to take care of our paperwork electronically - one less thing to worry about during the busy few months before the wedding. The team was so discreet that I barely noticed they were there as we got ready, and Brittany even helped carry my purse when we went outside for photos. We were thrilled on the day of the wedding, and it's only gotten better now that we have our trailer, 5 minute highlight video, and 20 minute feature film. They really captured the highlights of the wedding (and VIP friends and family members), all with very little input from us. And the music selections they made for the feature film are spot on!

We love our videos, and I also think we got incredible value for the cost of the package. Many videographers charge extra for the 5 minute highlight film, and BKB includes it in their package. Again, we highly, highly recommend Brittany and her team!

BKB IS INCREDIBLE. Sarah made even my photo-phobic husband comfortable and was just truly lovely to work with - even applied her own lipstick to me when my wore off (with a gentle and caring touch, no less). The team honored our desire for nice photos of our dog - took some hilarious bird sounds effort - and scouted our location extra hard beforehand to ensure we got the shots we wanted. I loved Sarah so much I want to be friends with her in real life!! They also wrangled my giant, chaotic family - no small feat. The photos are gorgeous and just generally it was a really lovely, seamless experience working with them. You won't regret booking them.

Brittany was absolutely amazing to work with and really customized our package to make sure we got the best video from our wedding! We loved working with BKB & Co. for our wedding last month. The photographer arrived early and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. She made sure we were comfortable in the pictures that she suggested, while listening to our own ideas and thoughts about what we'd like. Our guests were also pleased to have her there, and our parents thought that she was just great. When we saw the pictures, we couldn't have been happier. Brittany of BKB was my first and only choice for my intimate wedding ceremony! Her talent, attitude and responsiveness are unparallelled and she is simply AMAZING!! Brittany and Sarah did an incredible job in spite of a crazy snow storm that literally shut down the city of Boston the day of my wedding. I was assured she'd be there and she was even early! She had scoped out great photo locations and maintained an upbeat attitude throughout the day. The BKB Team is beyond top-notch. Not only did the team show up an hour before they were supposed to be there, but they literally helped me not to freak out by keeping me calm and composed when a couple of things went awry. The ability to think quickly on your feet is essential during weddings and events and the team did just that by adjusting the schedule to make sure the latter part of my day ran smoothly! Brittany let the planner in me rest for the day and I was truly able to enjoy the experience of being a bride.

We booked them for video and photo and the whole team was awesome, especially Sarah the associate photographer and Chase and Josh, the associate video team. I just received my photos today and literally was overjoyed in tears on how beautiful they were - they really told the story of the day. These will be fantastic keepsakes for years to come.

The BKB team had to be one of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! My husband and I did both our engagement session and wedding day photos with Brittany (who shot our engagement session) and her team (specifically Sarah and Bill who shot our wedding) and they were absolutely the best. Brittany and Sarah did a fantastic job recently at my brother's wedding in June 2014. She previously had been my photographer a few years ago for my own wedding so I knew that the quality of the photos and service we would receive would be phenomenal. Brittany and her team are true professionals - a pleasure to work with before, during and after the wedding. Photography is definitely an art and she knew exactly how to work with the crowd to get the best results. Just like at my wedding, watching Brittany and her team during the day was impressive. She arrived early, took the utmost care of my family members/guests, and navigated the wedding in a manner where you knew she was always there while also remaining in the background capturing the important moments.

On another note, I would say that Brittany is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with and very few people take the care and attention to detail that she does. That is why we keep coming back to her to be a part of our important family occasions. Brittany and her team at BKB photo did an absolutely incredible job for our wedding!
Not only the day of, but Brittany and Chase we so helpful in planning for our big day. We had our engagement session done with Brittany at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline and the photos were stunning! She was efficient, quick, knew the best poses and photographed some truly beautiful and natural moments. She got our photos to us in a prompt manner and provided us with head shots as well that could be used for professional photos.

During the planning process, BKB photo was there not only to help with photos, but with tips for the wedding, preparations, vendor recommendations and more. Brittany even met up with me for a site visit the week before the wedding to explore places to have our photos done and to go over final details. She was so helpful in providing me with advice and reassurance.

The day of the wedding, BKB photo showed up early and began taking photographs and video. Chase, from the video team, interviewed my husband and I before the wedding to incorporate it into our feature film, which was a nice touch!

The photographers and videographers alike, were not intrusive on guests while we got ready or during the ceremony and reception. Even in the bridal suite with over 12 people in there, they worked around all of us and managed to get some amazing shots!

Our video clip was released only a week after the wedding and left my husband and I (and all of our family members) awestruck! It made the day look like a celebrity wedding! Timed perfectly with music and scenes from the venue, ceremony, reception and great sound from the microphones.

The photos had been retouched and sent to us 2 weeks after the wedding for online viewing. I could not believe how many beautiful and special moments were captured by BKB! I saw so many moments I would have missed otherwise among our guests.
The candids and the formal photos all came out beautifully.

Brittany and her team did an exceptional job covering our wedding. Choosing her as our wedding photographer was the best decision we made!

Brittany has such a vibrant and upbeat personality which made it very easy to work with her. Her communication was excellent and she made sure to touch base with us every step of the way during the months and weeks leading up to our wedding day. Brittany was also very helpful in making recommendations regarding other aspects of wedding planning and putting us in touch with other superb vendors which we truly appreciated. Her knowlege and advice were very useful, which is not surprising given her extensive experience with weddings.

On our wedding day, Brittany made us feel at ease and was a major factor in keeping things moving along (which is not an easy task at an Indian wedding with around 500 guests). She and her team worked extremely hard to capture so many precious moments during our traditional Indian wedding, which spanned 3 full days. We cannot thank her enough for the beautiful imagery she captured! Not only did she take stunning photos, she was very efficient in gathering and lining up guests for photos as well. Her style of photography is sophisticated yet artistic which is exactly what we were looking for. It is clear that she is very talented and has had extensive training in photography. Furthermore, she uses only the best equipment which ensures that the photos come out sharp & crisp with vivid colors.

Overall, we highly recommend Brittany and her team to capture any event. Her experience is vast and she has captured many multicultural weddings. You cannot go wrong by hiring Brittany and her team to capture your special day. My Bride and I chose BKB Photo & Videography for our Wedding. Best decision we made for our day. Wow. There are no words to really describe the services and professionalism of the team. We were blown away. It Started with an email discussing what we wanted, and we knew right off the bat, This was it. We went on an engagement shoot in the city of Boston, from our conversation she knew right where to take us. Captured the most unbelievable photos, what a skill, what a talent, what an eye. We were counting the days to see what she could do with our most special day. BKB Team were so delightful to work with. So professional, she knew right where to be at all the right times. All we hear from our guests ," And that photo crew, Unbelievable, so professional, so amazing, you'd think you were the president, can not wait to see the pictures" And let me just say, The photography was AMAZING. With little turn around time too. Cant get enough of those pictures. BKB was by our side not only on our day, but everyday leading up to it, and after it. Great communication.

Videography -Wow, the highlight reel was sort of an afterthought, but worth all of it. We had no idea what was going into it, But the talent behind that camera was unbelievable, the final product was surreal. We re-live that whole entire day in 4 minutes over and over again. Everything we could want in a video in such short time Beautifully constructed, edited, and submitted. Everyone is able to share it with us as well and as often as they'd like because they give you an online link. What a surprise that video was, it was a treat in itself.
This Team, is 5 Stars, all day long. Their love and passion for their trade is unmatchable. Their talent and eye is far beyond what we imagined can come from photo/video. Their professionalism with business and working with us to make sure we received exactly what we wanted , and they took that to a level we couldn't have even dreamed of. BRAVO

In one phrase, Brittany is amazing!

I had the pleasure of working with BKB in 2009 where she photographed my engagement session as well as my wedding at the Colonnade Hotel, and again in 2014 where my husband and I finally finished designing our wedding album with her. Prior to deciding to use BKB, I had met with over 7 photographers but we knew BKB was the one as soon as we had our 1st meeting. We clicked with her immediately. BKB is extremely personable, high energy, professional, and passionate about her work. Her extremely positive and open attitude made it easy for us to communicate our vision.

We would really recommend having her photograph another event prior to the big day (e.g., your engagement session / engagement party, etc.) to get the nerves out of the system. My husband and I are camera shy, but she made us feel completely at ease. We didn’t even notice that she was there, but she was, clicking away! She’s prompt with communication as well as turnaround with her work. Previews of the photos were shared with us within a day, and the finished digital images were shared with us on her Client host site within a week or so. Not to say the least, the quality of her work is impeccable. She’s artistic and has a keen eye for details. Our wedding photos were published in a North East regional wedding magazine – every girl’s dream! To this day, our friends and family still ask who produced such beautiful photos of our wedding, and we continue to sing her praises. Brittany is extremely patient as my husband and I were particular about what we wanted in our album – her team had taken hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of beautiful images which is why it made it so difficult for us to whittle it down! She worked with us until we were happy with the final design. Brittany is always willing to go the extra mile to make her clients happy. Words can’t express how much we appreciate her work! I am so happy that I hired BKB Photography for my wedding photography and videography. Throughout the wedding planning process Brittany was extremely helpful and responsive as well as flexible with other options when my engagement session was rained out. The day of our wedding it was clear that Brittany, Sarah, and Chase work great as a team- they were all so confident in what shots they wanted and really efficient and flexible which made it a great experience for us as a couple and the sometimes-antsy wedding party. Throughout the day the team were very professional and friendly- making the groom and I feel at ease quickly. The wedding photos came out lovely with lots of really great shots from different angles and with lots of pictures so we can choose our favorites. Sarah, the lead associate wedding photographer of BKB Photo & co, captured every moment of our wedding, which was held at Harvard Faculty Club. Brittany and Sarah deeply understood what we wanted with beautiful spaces of the Faculty Club and neighboring Harvard Yard. Brittany was very professional on arranging a site visit beforehand, where she, Sarah, me and my fiance, and our event manager of the Faculty Club together looked around each space that we would be using for each event during the wedding and discuss the spots and angles of photo shoots.

On the wedding day, we really enjoyed the time of photo shoots with Sarah. She was not only professional on photo shooting but also very talented on making people feel happy and excited during the shooting. She looked somewhat shy when we first met at the site visit, but she was indeed enthusiastic and professional when taking pictures on the wedding day. Finally, they were very kind and patient so that non-native speakers like us could communicate without any problem. We definitely recommend this professional team.

Our daughter and son-in-law's August 9th wedding was perfectly captured by BKB & co.
The pictures are stunning in their clarity, color and expressions on the guests faces. The joy and affection of that day were miraculously captured. My wife and I are thrilled by our experience with BKB. We contracted her over a year ago for our wedding last month, and through this time, Brittany (founder of BKB) was consistently prompt with her responses to questions and requests. We got a package that included engagement photos. A ton of other photographers out there don’t seem to include this as part of their general package, and it’s one of the reasons we went with BKB in the first place. Even better, we received our pictures in a very short time. One thing that really stood out about BKB is that she uses a website called PASS which allows her to put the pictures on there and give you a password. She states right in the contract that you can share the password with friends and family so it’s nothing like those other photographers who won’t allow you to give access to your pictures to friends and family. PASS looks like Pintrest, but without the captions and is easy to navigate. The program overall is great because it makes it easy to see your pictures in decent sized thumbnails so you can tell right off if you like the picture or not. Another plus is the quality of the pictures. This includes both the artistic component as well as the resolution aspect (top shelf equipment). BKB not only did a great job identifying key pictures to take, but was also open to suggestions and requests about certain pictures we wanted. Brittany drove up to the venue about a month before hand to scope out the venue for locations to take pictures and to get to know the landscape. The crew flew through our family pictures with astonishing speed and had someone designated during this portion just to keep everyone in the area and calling out names of who should be in the pictures. This is great at the wedding because fast pictures allows for A) more pictures and/or B) more time to enjoy your wedding. Additionally the staff was fantastic. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and as unobtrusive as possible.

BKB photo associates Linda and Sarah did a fabulous job capturing our wedding! Brittany was also fantastic during the planning stages of the wedding and did a great job of making sure Linda and Sarah had a clear idea of what we wanted to capture. On the day of, Linda and Sarah made us feel comfortable, were well organized, and were not overbearing. Brittany and the BKB team did an amazing job at my August 8th wedding at the Red Lion Inn in Cohasset, MA. Brittany was recommended to me by a friend when I first got engaged 18 months ago. From my first phone conversation with Brittany I knew she would be the perfect person to take the photos of the most important day of our lives. She was so easy to talk to and immediately understood our vision. I had no doubt her photos would be amazing.

Brittany was so detail oriented and was sure to capture every photo we asked of her. She took the time to get to the venue early to scope out the grounds and made her recommendations for where each photo should be taken and she was spot on! My husband and I did a first look and wanted our family and bridal party photos taken before the ceremony. This was the best thing we could have done! We allocated an hour and half for all these photos and Brittany was so on point and kept everyone moving that we were finished in 45 minutes! This allowed us to have some down time before the ceremony which definitely removed some serious stress from the wedding day. This is just a small example of how efficient Brittany is!

Following the wedding we had our photos back in what I would imagine was record time! We appreciated this so much since it was peak wedding season and Brittany had so many other things on her plate. It just showed how much she really cares about her clients.

The photos are amazing and the comments from family and friends keep pouring in about how beautiful they all are. There are just too many good ones to pick a favorite! Her shots were classic yet unique and each photo was a beautiful reflection of our amazing wedding day.

We used BKB photography for an engagement shoot and wedding day. We have not seen our wedding photos yet, but they are super accommodating and helped us through the whole process. Brittany went above and beyond to make our day perfect... played the role of a photographer and even connected me with people to help with other things and helped with the planning. She is SUPER bubbly and positive and I would suggest her to anyone. She listens to what you want and really tries to make sure she understands what style you want.

Brittany and her team photographed my wedding on June 1, 2014 in Boston and Quincy, Massachusetts. She was the first vendor I hired, and I did not regret it for a second.

I don't completely trust online reviews, but Brittany photographed my high school classmate's wedding. When I asked my high school classmate, she enthusiastically recommended Brittany.

I've been in countless bridal parties (large family) and worked in weddings (at my church) and Brittany is the real deal. Brittany has a great eye, is professional and organized and can handle stressful situations (i.e., unruly family members and guests, venue restrictions) - qualities ALL brides/wedding couples should look for.

Brittany goes the extra mile which I truly appreciated. Brittany did a site visit to my wedding venue so we could choreograph exactly where and when folks would be photographed. She spent extra time to photograph some group shots which my groom really wanted at the very end of the wedding. This lady will work hard for the perfect shot you will want to have a 16x20 print of!

Photos are one of the few tangible items once a wedding is over. It certainly was an investment, but I've been staring at these photos for two days now. Thanks, Brittany for your great work!

My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding photos. Brittany and her team are such professionals and they worked hard to ensure our photos were perfect. We hired BKB Photo & Co to capture all of our wedding festivities including our rehearsal dinner. I am so glad I did! The rehearsal and rehearsal dinner photos captured some really beautiful and candid moments between our family and friends.
On our wedding day Brittany and her team were wonderful and thought of everything down to the smallest details. I personally don't love having my picture taken but they put me at ease and made it fun! You only have one wedding day and you want to know your photographer will capture those moments that you may miss or otherwise forget. My husband and I will be looking at these photos for a lifetime with a smile on our faces.
We also used their photo booth and videography services. I have since heard from many of our guests that the photo booth was one of their favorite parts of the wedding! It was one of our best decisions to include this service. The videography services were also top notch and now we can show family and friends that were unable to make it as well as keep the video for ourselves. I would highly recommend Brittany and her team for any event you are planning.

She went beyond being a photographer by showing us around the Boston city area and took pictures of us all around there. She brought flowers and flats because my (now) wife's feel were hurting from her heels. We didnt ask for any of that but she did it out of the kindness of her heart. She was very warm hearted and caring and she photography skills are amazing. Our pictures are beautiful and everyone keeps complimenting them. I would definitely use her as my photographer again!!!

Working with Brittany was an absolute delight! From Day #1, she was quick to respond in all of our communication, thoughtfully reassuring us about any concerns we had pending the big day. She is such a professional not only with regard to her photography, but was also an amazing asset in planning the wedding itself, as she lent her expertise on-site to everything from arranging logistics to helping create a vision for the layout of the shots (e.g. special scenery outside at sunset, etc). With the invariably chaotic nature of cocktail hour, Brittany did an excellent job in expertly "shooing" away guests in a kind and appropriate way so we could take the photos we had planned with minimal disruptions. She was also very flexible with timing and unlike some photographers out there, did not simply "peace out" when her technical time block had elapsed. Instead, she made sure to get all of the shots we had planned for even if it meant a few extra minutes of her time. Overall, we were so incredibly happy with our wedding day photography experience! It is truly a testament to how remarkable BKB Photography is that we write this review despite still waiting for our photos! (Our wedding was just last week 11/10/13, we mistyped the date and it won't let us change it post facto). We honestly feel that so much of the wedding photographer experience is what happens the day of - and given our awesome experience, we cant wait to see our sure-to-be awesome photos!!! I can't say enough about BKB! Our whole experience with Brittany, from first sitting down with her to our engagement shoot to our wedding day and all the communication in between, Brittany was enthusiastic, professional, responsive, and an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I aren't the most photogenic, nor do we enjoy being in pictures, but Brittany put us at ease and made it an absolutely enjoyable experience. I don't know what I would have done without Brittany on the wedding day! She called housekeeping to make sure our room looked nice for our getting ready photos, got maintenance up to our room when the AC broke as I was getting in my gown, and had band aids for my feet when my shoes started killing them. It felt like having another friend there for me. And our pictures were stunning! They were exactly what we wanted and everything we had asked for to be captured. Brittany is hands down the best of the best. From the moment I met her at a bridal show, I knew we connected. Her enthusiasm was amazing, her portfolio was stunning, and she was professional from start to finish. She has a great attention to detail and she takes care of her brides quite well!

She told me at our initial meeting that she takes photos to flatter - she did that and more! I have never seen so many backdrops for photos. They are all absolutely stunning! I am a larger girl and was worried that my curves might take away from the photos. I don't know how she did it, but they are all flattering and capture every bit of happiness that filled that day.

In action, as one of my guests put it, she is a photography ninja! Never in the way, yet always capturing the shot.

Bottom line - Brittany is delightful, made my husband and I comfortable the entire time, and will work to make your day as special as you hope it will be. She will get every shot you want and then some. She will work with your vendors to make sure you stay on schedule. I can go on and on, but we were extremely pleased that we hired Brittany for our special day. Highly recommended!

After weeks of searching through photographers, I spotted "the one."

I knew from the moment I stumbled upon Brittany's website that I wanted her to photograph my wedding. I was extremely picky because I like to take pictures for fun by myself, and I am particular in the style of photos. I feel that pictures are the best thing a person could have to remember something. They capture the emotion of a specific moment in time. I saw this quality in Brittany's work.

Brittany is incredible to work with. She responds to every ridiculous email you could possible have (at all hours of the night!). When I talked to Brittany on the phone just before my wedding to discuss a timeline, I couldn't believe how adorable she was. You could just feel she genuinely loves what she does, and it was so easy to talk to her! I felt as if I was taking to a close friend. She suggested that we meet on the night of the rehearsal which was such a great idea. She eased any worries I had about looking awkward in photos.

The day of my wedding Brittany was my rock. She kept everything in order. After dealing with an unruly bridesmaid, Brittany kept me calm by keeping my mind of her, and making me laugh about the situation. She was so good about it! She even held my train so it wouldn't drag on the ground! She made sure that I got all the pictures I wanted. I got my pictures online way sooner than I expected. When I looked at them I relived the night all over again. The style, crispness, color, and quality were absolutely stunning. To say I was amazed is a complete understatement. I mean, by looking at her blog you can see how flawless her photos are, but when they are your own pictures, you are just completely blown away.

I would absolutely recommend having Brittany photograph your special day (and I actually already have!). She honestly makes your day that much better with her warm personality. I will be sure to keep in touch with Brittany for all of my important milestones to come.

We can't begin to say enough wonderful things about our experience with BKB Photography and Brittany! Not only was BKB the most responsive vendor we worked with (to emails, phone calls, etc. - response within minutes), but Brittany doubled as a wedding coordinator throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything moving along exactly according to plan (which kept me sane), and there were multiple comments made by guests and wedding party that no one had ever seen a photographer work harder. We had a very large bridal party - and the way she captured everyone so perfectly is much more than Patrick and I could have ever imagined. Our pictures represent the day wonderfully, and for that we are grateful. BKB photographed our daughter's recent wedding, on August 17th, 2013. Brittany was amazing. She visited our wedding venue ahead of time and made sure she knew the layout well so she could plan her photos. She was organized and helped keep everyone on schedule so we could get family photos during cocktail hour. She was helpful and great moral support and really took charge. Brittany and her associate were very professional and flexible. Photos were taken indoors and outdoors. She took photos in all the areas we asked for ahead of time. We have not yet seen the photos but are expecting them to be great since BKB Photography was a referral from a close friend and her wedding pictures were fantastic. I was referred to BKB by my florist and I am so glad we took his advice! Brittany was helpful and responsive from the moment I first emailed her. She was always very professional but at the same time, so friendly and warm. Our first interaction was during our engagement photos. We had wondered if we would feel strange being the subjects of so many photos, but we actually had fun! We were even happier with our choice when we got our engagement pictures back. They were just perfect!

Brittany was so much more than a photographer--she was also part wedding adviser and counselor. When I was stressing about the timeline of our day, she emailed back with a well thought out plan with added words of reassurance that reminded me that everything would be ok. Brittany seemed to just roll with the punches and adapted very easily, whether it was a change in plans 3 months before or throughout our wedding day.

Brittany's calmness extended to my wedding day, when she put everyone at ease. One of my bridesmaids was just telling me how great Brittany was, always keeping them informed of the timeline and never being too pushy, but still getting everything done. Throughout our wedding, Brittany was not in the way but also seemed to always be there if we wanted a photo. We could just grab her and get the shot we wanted. It really helped in making sure we captured all of our friends and family enjoying our wedding.

If we thought we liked Brittany before seeing the pictures, we loved her even more once we got our wedding photos back! They are more gorgeous than I ever would have imagined! She managed to capture little looks and faces that really made the day real—we got the posed photos too, but also the ones that showed our personalities. We will be treasuring these photos for a lifetime and we can never thank Brittany enough for all of her amazing work!

There is only one word that can simply describe Brittany and the crew at BKB photography studio and that word is amazing! They captured everything from our engagement photos to our rehearsal dinner to our rustic barn wedding! They are extremely professional, warm, friendly and they truly care about their clients. I was referred to Brittany from my brother and sister in law who first used BKB for their wedding back in 2010. We were so impressed with their work that when it was time for us to pick a photographer for our wedding we just knew it had to be them. What a pleasure to write a review for Brittany - because she is amazing! From the very beginning Brittany has made our wedding experience wonderful and stress free. Brittany walked us through the process and shared her experiences to help us visualize how we wanted our pictures to look. We had lots of family, lots of friends, lots of ideas and she listened and incorporated all them! It is clear Brittany loves her job, because we got married during Blizzard Nemo - and Brittany made it!!! Boston was CLOSED. A natural disaster! To be sure she was able to make our wedding she came a day early and stayed over night at the hotel. This was above and beyond and insured our wedding was captured forever for us to enjoy. I LOVED working with Brittany. She was so accommodating. I was worried about loosing daylight with our wedding being in the evening in the fall and she was able to capture amazing outdoor and indoor shots while being very aware of timing and lighting. She was also ALWAYS on time and answered every call, email and concern. As a newly wed herself, she gave great advice with what kinds of pictures were crucial and she totally understood all my little worries. My husband and I worked with Brittany on both our engagement and wedding photos, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our photos are absolutely beautiful, and I'm so proud to show them off. Some of my work is actually in the wedding industry, so I had a few ideas of my own when it came to the photography. And Brittany was more than open to discussing those ideas when I approached her with them. She was very flexible with our plans and traveled to Portsmouth, NH for both occasions. It was so wonderful to photograph our engagement in my hometown, and Brittany was flexible with all the specific locations. When it came to our wedding day, I was a wee bit stressed. But she was SO calm, which was very reassuring. She had everything under control, and knew exactly what to do, and when. While my husband and I were on our honeymoon, I was so happy to see a sneak peek of our wedding photos posted on her Facebook page. Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work with! She's professional, talented, and enthusiastic about the work she does. Brittany was a great resource throughout the wedding process and always went the extra mile. Brittany was essential in the planning and capturing of my wedding day. Her attention to detail was wonderful, and the photos came out beautiful. She showed me a sneak peek of the photos just a few days after the wedding, which made me want to come home from our honeymoon faster just to see the rest! She was also a lot of fun to work with, and I definitely felt like she was more like a friend than my photographer in the end.

Brittany was a joy to work with! My husband and I decided that we would meet with several photographers before deciding on one. However, Brittany was the first and last photographer we met with. From the beginning, it was clear that she was professional and cared about our desires. She is also exceptionally generous with her time and services. Never staring at the clock, she does not leave until she had captured everything! Being in the business for several years, she also have great suggestions for other vendors and is willing to take the time to tell you about them. It is also clear by how other vendors speak of Brittany, that she is well respected in the wedding world. I have already begun to recommend Brittany to friends and family because I think anyone would be happy to have her as their photographer.

We used Brittany for our wedding this August. We are incredibly happy with the work she did and the photos we ended up with!

She was very easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding day and on the day of the wedding she was great about getting all the necessary photos as quickly as possible so that we could enjoy our reception. Her second shooter was fantastic as well! We loved how the photos turned out and it only took a couple weeks before we got the photos back.

I would not hesitate to recommend BKB to any brides in the area!

Brittany was a pleasure to work with and we could not be any happier with how the photos came out for our July 2010 wedding. She is very easy to work with and does everything to go out of her way for her clients. She even helped us find other vendors to use for other services we needed. She has a great personality and was a huge help to me on the day of the wedding. She worked diligently to get us the best photos and everyone who sees them are amazed at her work. One of the aspects I admire about her the most is she was in total control on the day of the wedding. She knew exactly what to do to get all the great shots and she got along so well with all our family members and guests. BKB Photography was the first vendor we booked when planning our wedding and I would book her quickly because it was definitely one of the best decisions we made.

Brittany Blando and BKB Photo did all of the photos for my 6/5/10 wedding.

I was unbelievable happy with my photos from the wedding. They turned out just beautifully as I knew they would. Brittany is a highly accomplished photographer with years of "knot" awards under her belt. I was impressed from my initial meeting with her at her beautiful Marblehead studio. She is a very friendly, professional woman that is just overall very cheerful. I really liked her personality and going through her work I couldn't wait for her to get started on my wedding! She has such a creative flair and every photo is unique and looks like a page in a magazine.

I met with her several times and even met with her at the reception venue since she had never worked there before. I worked with her on a detailed list of photos I wanted and we walked around the venue noting great places to take photos etc. I had Brittany for the whole day on my wedding day so she very kindly came out to my parents house in Groton to take "getting ready" photos and then moved on to the church and reception in the Boston area. She did a great job of keeping all of us, including my bridal party on her timetable. I give her props because this was especially hard with my bridesmaids, myself, makeup/hair people, parents, and several neighbors all in our house for this process. She really did a great job of nudging us to get ready and keep us on the timetable she needed to have so that she could get to the church on time.

By the time we got to the reception venue the weather had turned and rain and thunderstorms were impending. She did a great job (with her two assistants) of really rounding all of us up, the bridal party and family to get the shots done in time. Afterward, when the rain passed and we had eaten she did a great job of rounding us up again for more photos outside and patiently dealt with some of my more cranky (and kinda drunk) bridal party members. I will still never understand how they get the right to complain (fellow brides, are you with me?!?!) She was very quick, professional, and did just a great job of getting us together so we could go enjoy our day. ItIt was obvious she had done this many times before! She also had a back up plan in case of rain for our big day. I was very impressed and thankful that she had the backup location of the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Luckily it didn't work out (I really, really wanted pictures at our chosen venue) but it was great of her that she could use her contacts like that to help us just in case. It certainly was a beautiful backup location! To be honest, I was so focused on praying to the rain gods to make it stop raining that I hadn't given a thought to a backup plan!

The package I had with Brittany was an all day package (9 hours I believe) with a USB drive of all of the digital files taken that day (about 900-1000) and a printed 16 x 20 photo. She sent us the website she uses with the link to the digital files and they can be purchased there or really through any location once you have the USB drive. I knew the photographer would be expensive, but in comparison to the several others I met with, her pricing is on par and was exactly what I needed. There was no need for 4 x 6 print outs to be included in the package - not in the day in age of facebook/snapfish/picasa/shutterfly etc. I was very happy with the photos she took and I love looking through them over and over again. She really captured our special day in exactly the way I imagined and was even more artistic with some of her shots than I expected. She really has such a great artistic touch and is very creative. I would highly recommend BKB Photo and would expect to see many more "knot" awards and other such recognition for a wonderful studio.

My husband and I could not have been happier with our decision to use Brittany of BKB Photography for our wedding day photos.
I booked Brittany after seeing her work in a few magazines and speaking with her on the phone. She is beyond professional, incredibly polite, has such a great eye for photos and editing. All in all, she was a delight to work with.
After reviewing her albums at her studio, I felt complete trust in her artisitic ability, and had one less thing to micro manage on my wedding day!
On our wedding day itself, not only was she on time, but arrived hours earlier because we were due for heavy rain and she wanted to make sure she got the shots we wanted before it poured!
All our photos came out more beautiful than we could have hoped for, and we had all our proofs up within 2 weeks of our wedding!
I would highly recommend BKB studios to anyone who wants beautiful photos! A great and professional vendor to work with!

I booked Brittany Blando of BKB Photography after searching online for a good photographer. Brittany was great to work with, she really spent a lot of time with her clients and was always emailing me wedding related tips and articles. She was also very accessible and personable at all times. She did an amazing job on our engagement photos, and then the day of the wedding she brought along 2 assistants, so we had 3 photographers. I was a little nervous because Brittany's style is photojournalistic so we didn't have the "traditional" shots. I have to say that when we saw the photos, they were MUCH BETTER than the typical traditional stuff!! We got shots that the average photographer would never have eevn thought to get. We have had so many compliments on our photos and the album, which was prepared in such an artistic manner. In addition, we got our proofs right away, which is almost unheard of today. I would highly recommend BKB Photography.

BKB Photography is a WONDERFUL company. Brittany was amazing to work with. She sent me notes in the mail for the months leading up to the wedding getting me more and more excited and left me feeling rememembered! She was alway quick to respond to my emails and questions.
