We had the pleasure of working with Ashlaee for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! The cakes and desserts were absolutely delicious. The icing was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, which made every bite a delight. Our almond cake was super moist and incredibly tasty, definitely a crowd favorite! We did five different tastings with different vendors, and Ashlaee was the clear winner. From the flavor to the presentation, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch cake maker for their big day! -

Wonderful service! We visited Puerto Rico a year before our wedding picked up a “To Go Cake Tasting box” with our choices of flavors. The vanilla and chocolate cake were sooo moist and delicious. We immediately placed our order. Lae even ordered the gold cake separators we wanted! The cake tasted just as delicious on the wedding day!! -

We asked for a wedding cake featuring our dog, who wasn’t able to fly to PR with us for the wedding. Lae was able to accommodate this request and communicated with us from start to finish. Our wedding was about 2 hours away from San Juan, but she was able to offer suggestions for cake and frosting that would ensure transport from the bakery to our venue. Thanks, Lae!! -

Ashlee prepared my wedding cake with very short notice because I took forever to decide what flavor I wanted! SHE DELIVERED ON TIME AND THE CAKE TASTED ABSOLUTELY DELECTABLE! Thank you Ashlee for playing a big part in making our wedding day unforgettable! The guests raved about how delicious the cake tasted and how absolutely aesthetic the Victorian design turned out! I recommend her baking services to anyone in a heart beat! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! Ashlee was also very affordable compared to other bakers in Puerto Rico. We went with the strawberry rose flavor and a white chocolate ganache frosting! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! -Kisairys -

Ashlae and team are amazing! I planned this wedding from Ohio so I did not get a chance to meet her in person and do cake samples. I read reviews, looked at her past work, word of mouth by other brides who used her all raves about her cakes. So I knew I made the right choice and she blew me away with the final result! WOW yum! I got many compliments and it made a good back drop display. I only wish I got to meet her in person and give her a hug. -

My mom had originally found Bizcohos by Lae on social media and prior to our wedding, we had the opportunity to visit the shop and taste test. We opted for a smaller cake with dessert options and were blown away!! Hands down the best macaroons I have ever had! 🥰 thank you so much! -

Working with Ashlaee to create our desserts and cake was an absolute delight! She was so sweet and very flexible with my multiple changes. She even prepared some of our desserts vegan so that our family and friends with restrictive diets could still enjoy them! All I heard all night long was how delicious everything was. Just amazing. -

Our wedding cake was the perfect complement for a magical night. Since our first call, the communication with Ashlae was excellent. Laes cake was a show stopper. She was able to execute the design I gave her to a T! She was very patient and attentive through the entire process. Since my wedding was a destination wedding I was concerned with my ability to select the perfect cake without a tasting. Laes work isn’t only impeccable in regard to design but the cake received endless taste reviews from my guests as being so flavorful and moist. I made a ton of last minute changes that Lae not only accommodated but did so with patience. She went above and beyond will delivery and providing a cake stand. Amazing and delicious
We purchase a beautiful 3 tier vanilla cake with a guava filling. The cake was not only delicious but the staff was punctual. We also ordered gluten free vanilla cupcakes for the gluten free guests. Everything was amazing! -

Exactly what I wanted and more!
My cake was beautiful and delicious! Without ever meeting Ashlaee, she was able to make my dream cake come through! I recently moved to the US, so my parents who are still in PR did the cake tasting for me. They said it was too hard to pick their favorite flavor, they loved them all!! All of my guests were raving about how beautiful and delicious our cake was. I can’t wait to eat our top tier on our first anniversary! Ashlaee is not only an excellent baker who makes beautiful cakes, she is also very professional and responsive. With planning my wedding from MD, she was very easy to work with. Think about it no more and hire Bizcochos by Lae for your wedding or event! -

Ashlaee is extremely kind and professional. She is easy to communicate with and was a heaven-sent, recommended by my wedding planner. We did a tasting with her and decided immediately we couldn't miss out on her delicious cake for our wedding. We chose a 3 tier cake with the bottom and top layer being traditional vanilla and the middle guava. Delicious is an understatement. Everyone loved and raved about the cake. Thank you Ashlaee! My husband and I are already planning to use her services again next time we are in Puerto Rico. -

The baker communicated almost immediately each time I requested information. We went for a tasting and it was perfect! The taste of the cake was delicious, my guests loved it. My only comment was it was smaller then expected. I would highly recommend this baker!
