Yboan was the most responsive compared to all my other vendors for my wedding. We had a very smooth transaction. I never got to meet her in person, but she always answered my questions within minutes, which I was impressed about. She did everything we agreed on. The only minor issue is that I bought my own cake topper and asked her to put it on top of the cake. Unfortunately, my name got blocked by the flower decorations on the cake. I wish she made some modifications so my name would show. I only noticed it after the wedding when I saw the photos since I was having too much fun at the wedding. Granted, I did not show her my cake topper in advance. Also, I did ask for chocolate flavor which I don't think the cake was chocolate? But compared to all other bakers I spoke to, her pricing was the most reasonable. And I showed her a pic of what I wanted, and the cake she made was beautiful. I would still recommend her. Thank you for my cake!

We went down to Puerto Rico in March before our wedding date and visited at their brick and mortar location to check out their cakes and get information. We ended up tasting one of their cakes that they usually didn’t have as a wedding option. It was so incredibly delicious that we were dead-set on having that cake for our wedding. It was so good that we didn’t even need to check out anyone else’s cakes. We were hooked. We sent the inspiration for our wedding cake, and they were spot on. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the cake was…and it tasted as good as it look. Everyone raved about how delicious the cake was. Thank you so much, Double Cake! Your service was excellent!

GD Cakes did an incredible job with our wedding cake — it was absolutely beautiful and tasted just as amazing! We chose a guava cake with guava cream cheese filling, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. They also created the most gorgeous two-piece macaron boxes as guest favors, and everyone loved them. The presentation and attention to detail were flawless. I highly recommend GD Cakes to anyone looking for stunning, unique, and delicious desserts for their big day!
