  Absolutely phenomenal

  With being a 2020 Covid bride, wedding planning was chaotic. However, Bill and his team made the planning stress free. The ceremony music and reception music was amazing. The uplighting was perfect. Thank you for helping make our big day perfect!

  Bill DJ'ed at our wedding this past Saturday and we can't recommend him enough. He is a consummate professional that was extremely responsive and flexible to work with. All of our guests loved the music at the wedding and Bill's services were very affordable too.

  Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. All weddings and big events have hiccups, Ours had to start a half hour early do to time confusion and of course Bill was right on it so the quests didn’t have to stand around board waiting. He was extreamly fun and professional and we would recommend him to anyone.

  Bill was the best choice my husband and I could have made! He responded to all emails/phone calls in a well-above average time; sometimes even seconds later. He was very easy to work with and helped keep the reception flowing smoothly all night. The services of the lighting was just enough and the photo booth was such a hit at the wedding. I would use Bill again and highly recommend him!

  Bill was an incredible DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception. Bill was a preferred vendor for our venue, and it is easy to see why. He deftly accommodated our slightly unusual requests for songs and timing during the ceremony. For the reception, he played almost all of our requested dance songs, and was able to find obscure requests as well. He kept everything moving along very professionally. He didn't jabber on, or try to promote himself at all (like others we've seen). He introduce the important things (wedding party, toasts, cake cutting), but then let his music do the rest. He kept the dance floor full at all times with his arrangement. We whole-heartedly recommend Bill for any occasion. Thank you for making our special night even more special!

  My husband and I were just married a month ago and were lucky enough to find Bill. Wow doesn't even begin to describe him. He was so in tune with us which helped make our night as spectacular as it was, seriously! We do not live in the area that we got married so finding the right vendors was a challenge and we definitely met our share of super strange DJs and others that just didn't get it. Bill is just the opposite - the perfect fit for any wedding. He's got such a fantastic personality too that really captivates the audience. Let's not forget about how responsive he is as well - day or night I would email random questions and literally within 10 minutes I would have a response....even after 11pm! He's 110% professional, organized, responsive, and in tune with his clients. Bill was recommended to us and I will in turn recommend Bill to any friend or stranger for any event they have coming up. Trust me you can't go wrong if you go with Bill!! =)

  DJ Bill Scheivert made my life so much easier when it came to wedding music for my special day. He was super responsive to all emails throughout the process. Super flexible when it comes to the songs played - you just fill out simple forms online a week before the wedding with must-plays and requests, could not be easier (and I really appreciated that during the chaos of wedding planning!). He also did our ceremony music, and there was complimentary lighting with the DJ set up. Looked beautiful and fit right in with our room's decor.
  
  Lastly, we used his photo booth services. It's a little higher priced than those you can find on Groupon deals but WELL WORTH the extra cost. The photo booth is fully staffed throughout the night and has top of the line quality pictures. Comes with all the bells and whistles - costumes/props and a scrapbook. At the end of the night, you receive a disk with ALL photos from the booth and a beautiful personalized scrapbook that everyone had signed. We are so pleased that we ended up upgrading to the photo booth and recommend everyone does the same.

  We had a fabulous experience having Bill Scheivert provide the music for our wedding reception. Everything was sci-fi and 80s themed. I gave Bill some detailed instructions about wanting instrumental epic sci-fi theme songs during the cocktail hour, 80s hits and TV show intros for the dinner, followed by dance music with some specific requests (including some stuff from my husband's Industrial clubbing days ;). Bill was a real pro and played EVERYTHING we asked for. The wedding party was running a bit late getting to the reception, and he made sure to meet with us by the door, calm us down, and get everything set up for the formal introductions. I was totally thrilled to hear all our favorite TV themes and 80s movie hits during dinner. He played so much fantastic dance music that I didn't get a chance to sit down the rest of the night. In addition, he was always extremely prompt with his email communications...not to mention being a wonderfully courteous, friendly and affable gentleman during all of our interactions. His planning tools were top notch and prompted us to think of timing & parts of the reception that we hadn't yet considered. I couldn't have been more pleased with his services; he was so easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this vendor for any function and wouldn't hesitate an instant to hire him again for future parties :)

  Absolutely AMAZING 10/10!

  Bill was absolutely incredible for our wedding! He was able to find the songs we wanted and faded them out using the timing we'd requested. He was so easy to contact and responded very quickly to any and all questions we had throughout the entire planning process. 10/10 recommend!

He knew when to play the right kind of music for dinner and when to play music that got our guests all out of the dance floor. We had a memorial table for my Husband's fallen service members with a dedication song and were worried about how to pull everyone out of their tear to begin the rest of the night of celebration and Bill did a fantastic job! His online forms for music made it so easy for my Husband and I to chose all the song's we wanted to be played and he had a phone meeting with us just a few days before the wedding which was fantastic because we had so much going on prior to that so this made it great to have everything fresh in our heads for the big day! I would absolutely recommend Bill to DJ any event!

From the beginning Bill was very helpful, giving us suggestions on songs for our ceremony, and always promptly answering all my emails! He was very flexible and accomodated even our last minute change and the very long list of song requests I had! On the day of the wedding, he was there on time and was ready to get the party started! From the first dance on, the dance floor was packed all night long! People are still raving about how much they danced, how great the music was, and how professional Bill was!   Our venue was so quick to recommend DJ Bill and we couldnt agree more. His website/planning tools made it so we documented every detail/request in advance, and then when the big day came it magically all happened! He knew exactly what he was doing, and we noticed he was even nice enough to help the venue staff move stuff/set up when a rain storm started and everything was changing! His light set up was exactly what we wanted and he went out of his way to provide extras!

  Bill was great! We found him through a preferred vendor's list at our venue and he offered a great price for us. He kept the music going for the younger crowd to dance until the it was time to go. The music sounded great during dinner as well (As the bride i missed the cocktail hour). He has a great personality for events!

Everyone was on their feet dancing pretty much the entire time. He also has a great voice for introductions and announcements. We highly recommend choosing Bill Scheivert for DJ Services!!

  My husband and I hired Bill Scheivert to DJ at our wedding reception in February of this year. We were extremely satisfied with his service. Bill's planning website made choosing our music and outlining the order events extremely simple. We chose most of our music for cocktail hour and dinner and left it up to Bill to choose most of the songs for the dancing. He did a great job reading our style and what our guests wanted. Everyone was on their feet dancing pretty much the entire time. He also has a great voice for introductions and announcements. We highly recommend choosing Bill Scheivert for DJ Services!!

  Bill was fantastic! He played all my requests and honored my do not play list! He kept the party going all night, I think all of my guests were on the dancd floor! We had so much fun and didn't want it to end. Very professional!
