  I hired Bill Miller to cater food for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary in Austin Texas for about 300 guests. I chose the holiday plate (ham, turkey, mash potatoes, cream corn, cornbread, cranberry, dinner roll, and sliced pie). Everyone was pleased with the excellent service, delicious & amount of food that was provided to my family and all of my guests. They arrived exactly at their expected time of arrival (which was one less thing for me to worry about), they had plenty of staff to serve my immediate family and my guests as they formed a line (staff were very pleasant and friendly to work with). The amount of food that was provided on each plate was plenty (everyone was surprised on the amount of food that was served on each plate). The food was served at just the right temperature (hot when served and they also kept it warm throughout the time they were onsite). My theme was elegant and have to say I was hesitant on using their plates but I decided not to stress over it and serving on their own black plates were perfectly fine. I did however, change out their Bill Miller 12 ounce plastic cups. I went with clear plastic. Overall I felt so blessed that my entire experience went amazingly well from the time of placing my order to the time they left the event. This was my first time hiring them and I will certainly use them again at my next big event. Affordable and delicious food.

  I personally enjoy bill Miller's very much. Since my wedding was a rustic theme wedding, their food fit perfectly. For the price and food I loved that we chose bill Miller's.

  Having Bill Miller Catering handle our wedding reception dinner was easiest part of our entire wedding. The entire staff, from the person I worked with to place the order - through the servers that packed up leftovers for us - were simply wonderful to work with! They were professional and very courteous. The food was delivered on time, was served hot, and was very delicious! The price is beyond competitive and our families from Out of State fell in love with Texas (Bill Miller) BBQ. We give them our highest recommendation and would certainly use them again for a catered event.

  I have been telling my family since I was a little girl that I would have Bill Miller at my wedding. We enjoyed the food so much!   We recently used them for our wedding. Arrived in a timely manner. The food was delicious and well prepared. They served for around an hour and left us all the food that was not eaten. The catering staff was all friendly and polite.

  Bill Miller did my rehearsal dinner and wedding day catering. The fajitas are grea! And of course the BBQ is amazing. Lori (the catering manager) made the whole process super easy. We even were able to get our plasticware early to dress them up for the big day. All the guests loved the food. And the price is a steal!
