Our wedding was a once in a lifetime moment. Small, personal, and created just for us thanks to Vickie's incredible work! Her joy was more than I could have asked for and we just can't thank you enough! She was incredible to work with and was just beyond sweet. If I could describe my experience in one word it would be: Genuine. It could not have been more perfect for us....
From the very beginning, Vickie would keep up communications super quickly and very detailed. Her online guide to our ceremony was so easy to personalize and she was happy to help! It felt like whatever we needed she was always available (even when things got a little crazy; as they usually do with weddings!) She provided everything from a ceremony guide, multiple rehearsal calls, and even a second pair of eyes on your vows! Day-of we got the cutest little booklets to read from that she had printed for us!
Vickie, we will never forget the role you played. You make me want to do it all over again! Many blessings and we wish we could use your services again for something in the future!

Vicki was amazing! She was professional, sincere, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She has a wonderful system that makes planning incredibly easy. She sends you a link with ceremony wording that is completely customizable, so there isn't much you have to do yourself.
We truly appreciated everything she did for us. She even showed up at 4:00 a.m. for our sunrise wedding in Yellowstone without hesitation! Her kindness, flexibility, and genuine care helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

We decided we wanted to get married just the two of us on a mountain in Montana wearing our favorite football teams sweatshirts. (Michigan & Ohio State...Go Blue btw...) We wanted quiet and laid back and it to just be about us becoming man and wife. Vicki was so good at walking us through how to do this. She made sure that it was exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel bad for our choice of elopement instead of traditional wedding. She even ordered and picked up and delivered our little wedding cake for us. Her details to the wording of the ceremony and vows is so wonderful. I highly recommend her to any one looking for a minister!

Vicki provided a sample ceremony that we could edit and make our own. She did a one-hour over the phone run-through with us a few days before the ceremony. She was very kind, fun, easy to talk to. You can tell she really cares about the couples she works with and is great at making the day personal and whatever you want it to be.

Dedicated!
With Covid, we decided on a simple, outdoor ceremony, with just a few folks. Vicki was exactly what we were looking for - warm, lighthearted and committed. We were able to personalize our ceremony and Vicki stayed in contact with us, right up to the day! When our big day arrived, so did a winter storm and several inches of fresh snow. Because the day of the wedding literally 30 minutes before the ceremony we changed locations and you would’ve never guessed with her help. Elopement ceremony

Vicki was FANTASTIC to work with. She provided multiple sample templates and allowed us to pick, choose, and customize our ceremony however we wanted. She also provided a fun questionnaire that was incredibly helpful when it came time to draft our vows.
On the day of, she spoke beautifully- clear, slow, and with lots of inflection. Our guests couldn’t stop telling me how moved they were & that they cried during the ceremony. Choose Vicki to officiate- one of the easiest decisions we made in the whole planning process.

Vicki was fantastic! I do know that one of my greatest “unknowns” was how our elopement ceremony would be structured being that there was not going to be any guests – I was wondering how it would all go down. She did a phenomenal job of providing marriage license information, courthouse locations, ceremony drafts and revisions. She scheduled a rehearsal call before our elopement day. That was extremely helpful. We worked through the details and even picked out a song that would lead us in and out of the ceremony - something I had even thought about. This process was much easier than I expected thanks to Vicki. She was so patient and understanding of the fact that up until the night before, we still hadn’t decided on our exact ceremony location. She was mindful of the lack of cell service in the mountains, so simply asked that I send her the coordinates at least five hours before the ceremony since she would be getting on the road and losing cell service. She even took on the daunting task of zipping up my wedding dress! :) We highly recommend Vicki!! :)

Vicki was so amazing, she helped us pick our outdoor venue spot! My husband and I are actually from Wisconsin, so we were not familiar with the area. She preformed a profession, fun, and engaging ceremony. Took care of the marriage certificate for us. She was truly outstanding! Also super flexible was able to move the wedding up 3 hours due to weather and she was able to assist us! Would recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful wedding in Montana

Our ordain told us Sunday morning he couldn't make it to our wedding and our wedding was Monday (the next day!) My husband's God Father found Vicki online and we were in contact with her talking about our vows within a few hours of the bad news. Big Sky Country Minister made our dream wedding HAPPEN! We contacted her about 3 days before our ceremony and wanted to do a private ceremony in the middle of Yellowstone National Park! She was able to meet us there, and allow us to actually become man and wife the way we always wanted! Then she said the most beautiful words that were so perfect for our ceremony and made our experience twice as meaningful and special. We told her she didnt need to prepare anything at all we just needed her to marry us, but SERIOUSLY her words made it so much more magical. She tried to charge me the least amount as she could since it was such a far drive and beat everyone else we had talked to, and she lived further away! We can't say enough great things about Vicki! MANY of our guests even commented on how fun, flexible, and organized she was for our rehearsal and ceremony. She worked with us Canadians to ensure our wedding in Bozeman was flawless (and legal!). Vicki took the stress out of planning the logistics of the ceremony; she had so many ideas and was willing to make accomodations for us. We chatted on the phone a few times before our big day and got to know one another through these conversations. Upon our first face-to-face meeting, she greeted both my husband and I with a warm hug. She is truly genuine person. Our ceremony was so beautiful and simple, thanks to Vicki. The words she spoke during our ceremony complimented our "style" so well and really set the tone for the rest of our celebration. Vicki took the time to visit and mingle with our wedding guests after the ceremony and accepted our invitation to stay for our supper; she wasn't only there to officiate our wedding, she was there to support us and learn more about us. Vicki was so incredible to work with. We planned a destination wedding in Montana from MN but Vicki made setting up the ceremony a breeze. We wrote our own vows and she helped edit them, it was nice to have a pair of eyes on them before the big day! We didn't have a formal rehearsal with her there but she walked me through the entire thing to make sure that we practiced correctly. The ceremony was absolutely perfect. She helped to make it personal and exactly what we wanted. Definitely go with Vicki, you will not be disappointed!!!

We had an absolutely perfect for us experience. She was very flexible, accommodated our needs easily and timely. Our friends as well as ourselves really enjoyed the time we shared with her! Highly recommend her for any ceremony someone is considering-she likes adventures so see what you can come up with!!

We had a wonderful wedding and Vicki was very flexible and actually extremely helpful with the planning and traveling to our chapel in Yellowstone. Vicki is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone that needs an officiate. Vicki helped with every aspect of the ceremony and was a true pleasure to work with.

Vicki was very responsive to emails and easy to work with. When she was away from the office, she would inform us before and let us know the day when she would be back. She was very flexible with our options for the wedding ceremony and her input was very valuable. She was very knowledge able as to the flow the wedding ceremony.

Vicki was wonderful! She had the perfect ceremony for us! I love that we were able to edit as much as we wanted to! We were able to write our own vows, which was my favorite! She had the perfect ceremony for couples like us who weren't very religious.

If you want a custom ceremony tailored to you, look no further. Vicki made our ceremony so fun! Our guests asked, where did you find her? She is very patient and easy to work with. She made the most important part of the wedding so easy and stress free. I definitely recommend Vicki!

Vicki was a joy to work with and very professional. She guided us through the process from the very beginning and helped us customize our ceremony. We came from out of town (ceremony in Yellowstone) and didn't know the area well, but Vicki set us at ease and even scoped out a few spots ahead of time for possible locations within the park. Very courteous, professional - everything was perfect. Thank you.

We can HIGHLY recommend Vicki as an officiant. We had a destination wedding just outside of Yellowstone National Park, and so were unable to meet with her prior to the big day. So, we had a phone consultation to convey our vision for our ceremony. She promptly emailed plenty of choices of readings, vows, etc for us to look over and choose which we liked the most. She was really flexible and open to using material that we had found previously and wanted to use. Vicki then set up a Skype consultation, which was great since we weren't having a formal rehearsal. On the day, she was right on time. She has a calming presence! Vicki also was an excellent sport and graciously tolerated a chilly, rainy, outdoor ceremony. She leads the ceremony in such a way that as long as you are paying attention, you can't make a misstep! She is warm and professional and helped us so much with achieving the wedding we wanted. We are so glad we chose this Big Sky Country Minister to officiate our ceremony.

It was a pleasure to have Vicki officiate our wedding! She was awesome...and worked with us every step of the way...which wasn't easy. We were coming in from out-of-town to get married in the backcountry of Yellowstone National Park! We never met her until the actual day of the wedding, but Vicki was very communicative and responsive to all of our questions. She had several options for the ceremony itself. Vicki worked with us to create our own vows and a custom ceremony that was unique to our quirky style :) She was a great sport riding in on horseback with us and camping overnight in the backcountry. The ceremony went on with just one hitch...HA! :) It was perfect. A wonderful experience that we will always remember and be thankful for...and Vicki was a big part of that. Thank you Vicki!!!!

After now having gone through the process - picking the right officiant is a way to express your love in a verbal way and start your marriage on the right foot. Vicki was great - and we mean GREAT! She worked well with us in walking through the entire process (including a 100 page PDF of possible readings and ceremony layouts). We initially didn't have any desire to write our own vows but she helped us answer just a few question and the result was more than what we could have anticipated. We planned our entire wedding from 700 miles away and Vicki made it so easy. She was great about communicating with us and making sure we had all of our paperwork in on time. She was wonderful and she comes highly recommended from the Small family.

We had a private ceremony slope side in Big Sky, Montana. Vicky did an amazing job at writing a ceremony unique to our setting. She brought the mountain and snow to life as part of ceremony and made it truly special to us. We were so happy to have someone willing to ski (we snowboarded) the mountain with us. The night before out wedding it snowed over a foot and she was still able to make it up the mountain to marry us. We couldn't have asked for anything more

Vicki was an excellent officiant! She is very personable, very responsive, and was very easy-going. Along with keeping everybody organized through our rehearsal and our ceremony, her help with our vow process was extremely beneficial. Vicki was such a fun person and a big part of our special day that we invited her to stay for our reception and to enjoy some cocktails because it felt like she belonged there with us, even after the ceremony. I highly recommend Vicki for your wedding officiant needs!!
