One of the best parts of our reception

Quality and fun for a Photo Booth 360
The video quality was impressive, with vibrant colors and smooth motion. It felt like something straight out of a professional production! Everyone loved watching their clips play back immediately on the screen, and the excitement was contagious. -

Photo Booth 360 for wedding was a hit!
We rent a photo booth 360, Everyone loved the dynamic shots that captured the fun from all angles. The quality of the images was impressive, and we received our digital copies promptly after the event. Kudos to the attendant in charge (Aron) will definitely recommend big hugs to our friends and family -

We rent an open-air booth setup, it was sleek and modern, with a minimalistic design that seamlessly integrated into our venue. Unlike traditional enclosed booths, the open-air style allowed for a more flexible and dynamic photo area. High quality prints
If you're looking to add a touch of sparkle and fun to your event, look no further than the open air photo booth with a black glitter backdrop. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing this setup at a friend's wedding, and it truly added a memorable element to the celebration.
As for the photo booth experience, it was incredibly user-friendly. The open air concept meant there was plenty of space for larger groups to gather and strike their best poses without feeling cramped. The booth was equipped with high-quality cameras and lighting, ensuring that every photo turned out crisp and clear. So much fun!

Awesome Photobooth!
My husband and I decided to have a photobooth for our wedding. We wanted our guests to have fun and each person to walk away with a photo. We found Big Hugs Photobooth and they were awesome! Communication was smooth and easy, and was really prompt on coming in to set up. Paul was our guy for the night and he was so easy to work with and talk to. Our guests love the customize templates and cute photo props. We highly recommend Big Hugs Photobooth for your event, you will NOT regret it! -

Best Quality Photobooth
I could not be more happy with Big Hugs Photobooth! I used them for my wedding this past weekend and it was a big hit with my guests and so fun to use. I reached out to them like a week before my event and they responded very quickly and designed the cutest template for the photo strip that matched exactly to my wedding invitation. They were also very reasonable in price compared to a lot of other photo booth companies that I had reached out to. The quality of the photos is top notch and it was nice that my guests were able to leave with a printed strip of their photos. If I ever have a big event again I will definitely use them! -

Excellent customer service. Very quick setup and take down. We had a small issue with my wifi not extending all the way to the back yard but we solved it with a hot spot. Everyone loved the Big Hugs Photo Booth. I picked the option that pretty much ran itself which was really cool. Would definitely use them again! -

Having a quality photo booth was one of my top priorities. After a bit of research, I stumbled upon Big Hugs and I was instantly impressed. Big Hugs beat a competitor's offer financially, and also included so much more for the price, including choice of backdrops, custom print design, 4x6 or strip print options, etc. Stanley was very responsive and all of my requests were met.
What truly blew me away was the gorgeous custom design print that Christina from Big Hugs created for us. I sent her a sample of my other stationary, and her design matched PERFECTLY. It was beautiful and truly exceeded my expectations. I LOVE that Big Hugs gives the option of 4X6 prints instead of just strips, so my guests walked away with something they can frame!
The photo booth itself was perfection. I chose the Party Photo Booth, which comfortably held up to ten people, while still providing a curtain for privacy. The props provided were great, and I was also able to bring my own custom props as well. My favorite part of the booth was the fact that it gave you time to re-pose in between frames, with a countdown, and you can see yourself as the photo is taken, so you know how it will turn out! There was even the option to print in color, black and white, or sepia, although I wish the attendant had made that more clear to our guests.
Unlimited prints allowed all of my guests to walk away happy, but what truly impressed me was the gorgeous guestbook our wonderful attendant Paolo assembled on site from guest photos and signatures. It is one of my favorite souvenirs from our wedding day. Paolo was so friendly and accommodating to our guests, and was so approachable and patient!
One of the biggest perks was receiving digital copies not only of all of the photo booth sessions from our wedding, but also the individual photos from each session, in extremely high quality. I can't stop looking at the photos, they are AMAZING! Big Hugs is the best photo booth out there!-

We booked Big Hugs a week before our wedding. Our venue's Photo Booth unexpectedly broke, and we had to scramble to find an alternative vendor. Big Hugs was very easy to work with and reliable. Stanley was straightforward and got the photo strip template, all of the contracts and billing in order in just a few days. I would highly recommend using Big Hugs for future events. -

We choose Big Hugs because of the different packages they offered. We liked the variety of photo booths along with back drops they offered. For us one thing that separated them from others is that they offer unlimited prints of pictures, so each person in the booth will get a strip instead of just giving two out even though there may have been more than two in the booth. They showed up professionally and on time. The attendant was very helpful and the props were a lot of fun. All the guests enjoyed their time in the photo booth. Will defiantly recommend Big Hugs to anyone I know looking for a photo booth.

All my corporate friends decided to surprise me at my wedding with this photo booth service. I was shifting to another city and so I kept wishing for something really good for all of us. So, all my friends decided to have this as my surprise -"Big Hugs Photo Booth". I was really happy with the service they provided. Everyone felt really good throughout and enjoyed their time throughout.
They took all our suggestion also in to the consideration and made sure we all were satisfied with the photo booth. They provided us with various props, and funny back drops. This is the best photo booth service I ever have ever seen. Indeed, its a great work by Big Hugs Photo Booth. I was skeptical at first to do a photo booth at our wedding- I feel like they've been overdone lately and they're not always fun. I'm so glad my husband pushed us to do it because it was a huge hit! We didn't have a large space for a photo booth, but Big Hugs had a small option that was kind of like an old timey walk in photo booth with a curtain. They had just a few fun props- some other booths I've seen have about 50 options which is overwhelming- and the attendant was very friendly & personable. They even came up with a custom design for the bottom of the photo strips for our wedding. they sent us a proof of what they came up with, we didn't love it so we asked if they could try again- and they were more than willing to make any changes we wanted. The value was great as some photo booths we looked at were well over $1000. I'm very happy with our decision to use Big Hugs. They're a great company who really seems to take the client's preferences to heart. Thanks for providing a fun activity at our wedding. -

Big Hugs Photobooth services were a joy to have at my wedding. Everyone loved the idea. One of the best things was the option of the postcard printout for pictures. I had several guests tell me how unique it was, compared to the traditional photobooth printout. Also, I loved the classy and fun backdrops that you could pic at no additional cost. There representative was wonderful, and did an excellent job. Definitely, one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. -

We have booked Big Hugs for our post-destination wedding celebration coming up at the end of May. The booking process was simple, they are less expensive than other competitors, and were willing to work with us on pricing for our event. Stanley and his team were incredible! They went above and beyond to make our photo booth perfect! Fun props, attendant was great, very reasonable price and copies of all the photos (DVD and printed). -

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and without any complaints, the prices were fair, and even after the time had elapsed and they were taking apart the booth they were happy to provide a few last-minute photo memories. Great experience! -

This is the review I wrote for Big Hugs and Stanley on their Facebook page after my wedding on November 30, 2013:
Stanley and his crew are AMAZING!! Our wedding guests had the time of their lives in the photo booth and we will treasure the book with all their photos and messages forever. Thank you so much Big Hugs for making our wedding so fun!!!! Three words describe this company: accommodating, communicative, and affordable. We will definitely book you in the future!!!!
Fast forward to my little brother getting married, and I decided that he needed a photo booth at his wedding and that that would be my gift to him and my lovely future sister-in-law. I emailed Stanley in April 2015 to make sure the date (11/07/15) would fit his schedule. He promptly emailed me back and once again was the best. vendor. ever. They arrived at the reception venue on time, set up their new high-tech photo booth machine, and we proceeded to once again make the craziest faces ever for 6 hours while his technicians put up with our antics.
Stanley...BRAVO. I will continue to sing your praises far and wide. If you need a photo booth in the Chicagoland area, Stan is your man. #bighugsisthebest -

We hired Big Hugs to provide a photo booth for my daughter's wedding reception. I have heard nothing but good things from our guests! Everyone had a ton of fun dressing up and getting their picture made! We had them do the 4x6 postcard size pictures. The template they designed was perfect for what my daughter and son-in-law wanted. I would recommend them to anyone! -

I had gone back and forth with Stanley (the owner of the business) for quite some time to make sure his company would be perfect. We negotiated the contract until I was satisfied and he locked it down. We went back and forth for the graphic and text design for the photo strips and he kept revising it until it was perfect. The attendant that performed our service was awesome. Paolo did an amazing job in getting people set with props and getting the strips printed. He worked super hard and finished our book before we left the reception. I never thought about when couples would received their photobook, but it was quite nice to have it in-hand to bring home with us. He also printed out a single shot (looks like a 3x5) for the open slot in the cover. He made sure to get the best image my wife and I took together out of the couple of strips we took. I've received the gallery link and there are even more images that were "hidden" from the final book by my tipsy guests (little do they know that I have these now). Great company to work with. I'm downloading all of my images as I type this review. You won't be disappointed with Big Hugs. -

Stanley was extremely helpful from the beginning of my dealings with him through the wedding. It was easy to contact the company, select our photobooth, and then pay for it. But the real test is whether the guests (and us!) enjoyed the actual booth at the wedding, and we definitely did! Everyone had so much fun taking pictures, from my parents to our youngest guests, it was a huge hit. And guests got to take home pictures of themselves as favors instead of trinkets that will just gather dust. Also, definitely get the guest book addition. It's such a cool and unique guestbook, and everyone loved writing their notes to us next to their crazy pictures. Overall, I would highly recommend BigHugs, and if I do another bigger event which would benefit from their presence, I will for sure use them again! -

Stanley at Big Hug Photo Booth was fantastic. We rented the largest booth with unlimited prints for our wedding and it was a HUGE success. Guests had a great time going in and taking pictures and appreciated being able to take as many prints as they wanted home with them. Stanley was great from the beginning till the end and arranging everything was very easy and efficient. Photo booth attendant on the day of was great, helped with everything and made for a very enjoyable experience. We could not recommend Big Hugs higher. -

This was such a fun way to add something different to our celebration. All of our guests loved it and we had so much fun looking through the photo book after our wedding. Stanley and Paolo were awesome to work with and we highly recommend by them for any event! I loved the service I was provided. All my guest loved the photo booth and most importantly my sister the quinceañera was really happy! I have non stop guest telling me how they loved the photo booth and how it was something different appose to having a photographer. I have no regrets on hiring big hugs photo booth. I look forward to hiring them for other events, and hopefully that day comes soon! -

I chose Big Hugs because of their price and they were referred from a friend who used them at their wedding and I was not disappointed! Stanley created a classy template for the pictures that fit the theme of the entire wedding. The booth was huge! It was perfect, I think we squeezed 14 people into one family photo, it was great! I wish we would have announced that there was a photo booth because some people didn't know it was there. -

We used Big Hugs Photo Booth for our wedding this past weekend and they were awesome! They designed a template for the photos based on our colors, and the end result looks awesome. Other photo booths that I've seen have been small and cramped, this one was HUGE! We could fit at least 7 people in at once. The props were so cute and there were so many to choose from. The attendants at the photo booth were so patient with the little kids and so friendly with all of our guests. The price is great, too!! I would definitely recommend Big Hugs to anyone looking for a photo booth. -

They were fabulous! We were a little nervous because it was for a high school dance but the attendant was in the photobooth the whole time to facilitate and it was awesome. We would definitely use them again and recommend them. They're also the most affordable photobooth around! -

One of my friends had a Big Hugs Photo Booth at her wedding and it was so much fun. I decided to have one at my wedding as well. I decided to go with the open air booth for my wedding. I had a large guest list for my wedding, so I figured that the open air booth would be the way to go. It covered a large area at my wedding which was more than the classic booth would do. My guests really enjoyed the open air booth and I could see that it had long lines throughout my wedding reception. The crew did a wonderful job of providing the mountain scape background that I wanted. It was so beautiful and my husband and I got a few photos for ourselves during our reception. I had a lot of my friends and family compliment me on how much fun the booth was. They liked how they were able to get a souvenir from the wedding and something to remind them of how much fun they had. I would recommend the open air booth for any type of event. Guests seemed to really enjoy it and I enjoyed seeing how much fun they were having. -

Great service, great photos, and a fantastic time!
Our guests had a blast posing, and we received so many compliments on the booth. The blue backdrop worked perfectly for our theme, making the pictures look cohesive and beautiful.

We have an Open Air Photo Booth with the Midnight Sparkle Backdrop and everything is spectacular
From the moment guests arrived, the backdrop instantly elevated the event's atmosphere with its glamorous and enchanting vibe. These guys were awesome! Professional, on time, and fun! The attendant was great and made everything so easy on our guests. They made a background that matched our wedding invitations and were so prompt with their corrections. I really felt like their prices were fair and you definitely got what you paid for. We had to book a photo booth 2 days before our wedding and Big Hugs responded immediately and had a template ready in a day, which we loved the design. On top of being able to coordinate everything so quickly, the price was very reasonable compared to some other booths I looked into.
The booth attendant the day of was very nice and professional. He explained everything to us and was ready early. Thanks Big Hugs! -

There are about a million photo booth companies out there and thankfully we went with Big Hugs. Stanley sometimes took a little while to get back to me but other than that he was very helpful and professional. Also our attendant for the night was very helpful and patient with our noisy obnoxious family who LOVE photo booths. My only real complaint is that there could have been more props and some of them could have been of higher quality, but everyone still enjoyed themselves and the pictures turned out wonderful. -

Stanley has been my friend for a while now so I knew that I wanted Big Hugs Photobooth to be one of my vendors at my wedding. Everything was awesome and Paolo was very nice as well! I appreciate that Paolo dropped off my Guestbook to me at my hotel after the wedding after completely forgetting about it. The only reason that I did not give a 5 out of 5 is because I had to ask for my template multiple times before I was able to review it which was two days before my wedding. The album that I thought I was going to have did not happen and the photobooth type that I wanted was not available after booking over a year ago. At the end of the day, everything worked out. All in all I was satisfied! Thanks Big Hugs! -

Big Hugs has great packages for weddings with a variety of options, all at good prices. They showed up on time and the photo booth was easy to use for our guests. Our only issue was that towards the end of the event, the printer broke so some of our guests were not able to receive their photo booth strips. Big Hugs was very responsive when we notified them of this issue and worked with us afterwards. -

We initially booked Big Hugs for our wedding because it seemed like the most affordable option, and had good reviews. Our experience, however, was terrible. The attendant was extremely unprofessional and ruined the photo experience for my guests that evening.
First off, we had multiple wedding guests comment to us that the attendant was eating the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. He was actually waiving the servers over to him. It goes without saying that these are for guests only. We graciously provided all vendors with meals during their designated break time.
In addition, he put out an open plastic food container along with a handwritten message, on a napkin, that said "Please give Tips". It looked super unprofessional. To make it worse, when guests left the booth he said "tips, tips, tips, tips, tips" to everyone. He even did it to us, the bride and the groom. Tips, tips, tips, tips - who does that? I was mortified for my guests and apologizing to them all night for his behavior. We had paid a built in gratuity for the service, plus gave him an envelope with additional money at the end of the night, so he certainly got the tips he wanted so badly, whether he deserved them or not.
Needless to say, we were quite disappointed with the service. But mostly humiliated that our guests had to witness / experience his behavior. Learned our lesson the hard way, you get what you pay for. -
