HIRE HIM! Seriously, Chris was the best. He took the time to really get to know us before our big day and took so much care in creating the perfect set for our wedding. One of our meetings lasted an hour and a half because we were laughing and having such a great time!

Look no further — this DJ is absolutely top tier!
He was hands down one of the best parts of our wedding day. From the moment the music started, he had everyone on the dance floor — and they stayed there all night! He knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the energy up. But what really blew me away were the little things — he went out of his way to get my grandma a plate of dinner and even helped me stay balanced while I changed my shoes. Chris exceeded our expectations when dj’ing our wedding on August 9th of 2025. He was able to put me and my now husbands mind at ease with his music choices as we didn’t really have much direction when it came to our reception. We gave him a little bit of an idea, but he caught our vibe and he absolutely nailed it. I think one thing that made him extra special is the rapport he built with us even before meeting face to face. We had Chris from Big Handsome Entertainment DJ our wedding, and he was absolutely incredible! From the start, Chris went above and beyond—he spent nearly an hour on the phone with us going over every detail in the packet to make sure all of our names were pronounced correctly and that the walk-in songs were spot on.
When it came to the dance floor, we decided not to give him a list of requests and instead trusted him to take full control. That turned out to be the best decision—we couldn’t have curated a better playlist ourselves! Every single song he played was perfect, and he kept the energy high with a packed dance floor all night long.
We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. If you want a stress-free experience and a wedding reception that people will rave about, we highly recommend Chris and Big Handsome Entertainment! -

Best entertainer hands down but be prepared to throw your hands in the air
Chris was our entertainment for our wedding ceremony and the reception following. Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding and reception they have ever been too, Chris deserves a lot of credit for that! If you are looking for a DJ that just stays behind his table and does not interact with the crowd and hype them up then this man is not for you. Chris is not a DJ, he is an entertainer! He was interacting with our guests, joining us on the dance floor, singing, and dancing along with us. We have no doubt that our special day was even more special thanks to Chris. -

Look No Further….
To say Chris was the missing link we needed would be an understatement. When searching for a DJ for my wedding, I wanted someone who saw the vision and respected it: Everything from every genre crammed into one night- easy right ;)
The way Chris takes control of the music, the dance floor, the crowd and the vibes, he saw that vision and BLEW IT THROUGH THE VENUES ROOF. Not once did our guests leave the dance floor, not once did a smile leave our faces, from impromptu games and dance offs to amazingly timed drops- Chris did it ALL.
Throughout the planning process he took time to learn us as a couple, find WHY we like music as opposed to using a pre generated playlist like many others do.
Every detail about how I wanted music incorporated into my day became so, due to his impeccable attention to detail.
I will recommend Chris & Big Handsome Entertainment to anyone who has ears and loves a good time. I can’t imagine our wedding without them.

We highly recommend working with Big Handsome Entertainment! Chris was highly responsive from the time we inquired with him through the end of our ceremony. We got married at Lake Bomoseen Lodge which he is the preferred vendor for and it showed with how great he was with communicating with their staff. We had a lot of last minute changes due to rain but Chris was flexible and executed our vision perfectly. We had guests with a wide range of music taste but everyone had an amazing time dancing the night away. -

We had Brian from Big Handsome Entertainment for our wedding at the end of June. He totally understood our vibe and got everyone dancing immediately! We used a portal to select songs and then went over everything with him on a call a few days beforehand. We appreciated his flexibility when a dance we had planned no longer seemed necessary to get people out of their seats. We also had 3 different set ups for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and there was never any lapse in music! -

Brian and Big Handsome Entertainment were a pleasure to work with! Before our wedding, they provided us an easy to use portal to provide all the necessary information, and checked in with us to make sure they were on the same page with us for the vibe. On the day of, Brian arrived early, set up quickly and without any issues for getting the rest of the reception room ready, and checked in with us regarding things like speaker selection and song ideas for times like dinner, when we did not provide any specifics. He then provided a great party, taking requests, keeping the dance floor full and everyone having a great time for the whole night, and when it came time to break everything down he once again was efficient, clean, and made sure there were no issues with getting everything else taken down. Would highly recommend. -

Get ready to shake your booty
DJ Big Handsome… WOW is all we can say. He turned our wedding into a party and kept it that way. Chris brings amazing energy, enthusiasm, and charisma. Our guests absolutely loved our dance floor and it was full the entire night. He really pays attention to what is going on on the dance floor, and what needs to be done to keep the crowd engaged. The fact that the groom lost his voice is a testament to how great of a job he did. -

Chris was truly an excellent DJ. We were worried having been to so many weddings that had DJs that simply use a playlist with no mixing of songs, but Chris went above any beyond and also strategically included all of the songs we wanted to have played while being sure not to play those we requested not to have. It can be scary to let go and fully trust your vendors with your big day, but he is definitely one you can do that with. He was organized, thoughtful, professional and quick-thinking when plans changed last minute. We were lucky to have him there to take care of us and entertain our guests on our wedding day. 10/10 would recommend. -

We had a small destination ceremony last winter and this summer we just wanted to have a big party to celebrate and Chris was the perfect DJ for that. If you need a DJ, look no further than DJ Big Handsome Entertainment, LLC. Chris was incredible at every step of the way. From a thorough, detailed call to discuss things ahead of our event, to seamlessly changing ceremony sites at the last minute, to getting everyone on the dance floor - Chris was there with a reassuring smile and a positive attitude. Guests young and old were not just satisfied with the song choices but we had to practically pry them off the dance floor…which Chris expertly helped us with so that we could have a private final dance. All in all, Chris is in the upper, upper echelon of DJ’s and you won’t regret going with him for your big day. Oh, and the Ring Rover is a must as well! Thanks again Chris!

We got married at the end of October in Vermont and Chris was amazing throughout the entire experience. He was responsive and so friendly and fun. He encompasses the "not my first rodeo" vibe. For example, we got married at the bottom of a long hill (I am so sorry, Chris!) and he had to move his equipment down and allll the way back up. On his way up, his equipment caught on his pants and ripped them and left a huge hole. You know what he did? Handled everything like a pro, got us settled at dinner and then Facetimed his mom from the bathroom so she could walk him through sewing his pants back up. Sure, he ripped them back open doing The Git Up dance with us later but WHO CARES?! We loved him. He handled some awkward family stuff so gently and in a friendly manner and I was so grateful. He worked closely with what we wanted from the beginning and danced with us at the reception. Love. Ten stars if I could. -

Chris was absolutely fabulous! The energy was so high for our whole night. We had several people rave about our DJ that night and the days after our wedding. I wanted country line dances — and was thrilled when Chris came out on the floor and led The Git Up followed by another country banger. He did a great job of weaving in all my many (non-cohesive) song requests while still playing to the energy of the crowd. We had everything from classic country to disco jams, to beach music to 90s indie and pop songs, and it brought every single person to the dance floor.
From the beginning of planning, we knew he'd be a great fit. He went above and beyond helping the mother of the groom create a special edit for the mother-son dance, and listened to our vision while still asking for the leeway to read the crowd. He also mic-ed up our minister and helped with A/V for the ceremony even though we had live music for that portion. We couldn't have asked for a better and more fun experience! -

Even more genuine than handsome if that's possible!
I don't even know where to begin with Chris. My wife and I met with Chris the Wednesday before our wedding to hammer out some final details. From the moment we got there, Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed and honestly, it felt more like catching up with an old friend than meeting a vendor. He assured my wife and I that everything would be great come wedding day and we had nothing to worry about. Not being from the area, I asked Chris for some suggestions of places to play golf locally and ended up running into him on the course where he again made me feel like we had known each other for years. Our wedding day came and the guy that was wearing the backwards Braves cap and sun glasses when we met was now cleaned up and looking amazing! Big Handsome is an understatement on this guy! He crushed the music for dancing and even came out and not only joined, but OWNED the dance floor during his cameo. To finish the night, my wife and I asked to do a last dance with just us in the venue. Chris did a great job of getting everybody out of the venue to allow us the alone time, qued up the song and removed himself as well. After our song finished he came back and spun back out first dance as we had a couple more minutes.
Long story short, if you're looking for a genuine guy that is going to make your day incredibly special, this is your guy. He will make sure you get exactly what you want, check in with you to see how you as the couple are doing and if you need a break he'll throw a game in. Without a doubt he is the best DJ you will find in the area. 14/10 would suggest to anybody! -

HIRE THEM NOW!!! From the beginning of conversations Chris was extremely helpful and kind! I reached out to his for availability of my Sept wedding. He was already booked, but one of DJs, Brandon, was available. I had read some reviews of the company, but all had been for Chris. I was hesitant, but Chris was so helpful and kind, I trusted him. In August we went to a wedding and DJ Big Handsome was the hired DJ, but DJ Greg was in charge of this party! Greg was great, and after seeing his work we were more comfortable with our decision to hire Brandon. The week of the wedding Brandon called and we went over all of the details. We texted up until the wedding about any additional things I wanted done, like calling table numbers up for our buffet dinner. Brandon blew us all away on the day of! He was an absolute perfect fit for our party! He had a light show set up, he took requests, and he dealt with my crazy wedding party. He kept us on the dance floor all night! At the end of the night, he played our last song, and then played three more songs! The price was great and reasonable, Brandon was super professional, and our guests are STILL talking about the great dancing and music! Brandon exceeded our expectations, and I will 100% recommend this company to anyone! Chris, Greg, Brandon are all great people and will do a fantastic job at your event! -

My wife and I, while planning our wedding knew that we wanted an experience and not just another day. We wanted to remember it forever. We brainstormed vendors who stood out to us at other weddings. We were able to compile a great list - but the DJ section was lacking. A good friend of ours got married in 2019 ( same year we got engaged) and told us they hired Chris to do DJ their wedding. We have never seen Chris DJ before - but his attention to detail, responsiveness to questions and ability to custom fit our friends special day was enough for Lisa and I to hire Chris. In fact, we gave him a deposit before he played a song at our friends wedding. It was a great decision because on top of being easy to deal with, attentive to our needs and on time to our big day - he is an absolute dynamite DJ. He knows how to get people on the dance floor and keep them there - heck, he will get out there with you! He really cares about his audience having a great time! Whether that is dancing the night away or keeping the music rolling while folks mingle around - Chris is the guy you want in the booth.
We played a few games and he flawlessly directed the night for us after the ceremony. We will never forget our wedding day and DJ Big Handsome was an important part of that experience! -

Chris AKA Big Handsome is one of the most talented DJ's I have ever heard. After hearing him at a friends wedding the week after our engagement, we approached him that night to book him ourselves. And good thing we did!! He had our entire guest list on the dance floor having a blast as soon as the dinner was over and the dance floor remained PACKED until the end of the night! He met with us the week of our wedding to go over details and was very friendly, professional, and had us hyped up and excited for our big day. Almost a year later, he was the DJ for another friends wedding and once again he delivered- we danced and had fun the whole night. If you have the opportunity to have Big Handsome be a part of your day, you won't regret it. He managed the schedule of events flawlessly, checked in with us throughout the process, and delivered on giving the people what they want- absolute jammers to keep the party, love and celebration going. -

Wedding Sent on 09/04/2025Unprofessional, Egotistical, Talks about other brides way to much
Chris was the DJ for my sister’s wedding. His music was great, but he seemed to have some “Ego” issues and unprofessional conduct/ interactions with guests.
For example, I approached Chris to make a song request (pretty normal for a DJ to take song requests in my opinion), when I approached Chris, he maintained his headphones on his head, jamming out and blatantly ignoring my presence. Eventually he aggressively ripped his headset off and stated, “What?”, clearly annoyed with me for no apparent reason.
Before I could even speak, to say “I want to request a song,” Chris cut me off and stated (verbatim), “I am the DJ, I don’t need you standing up here and trying to tell me how to do my job.” WOW!
Hence, the “ego” issue comment I made previously.
As a wedding guest, I expect the DJ to interact kindly and professionally with guests at all times, and to take their song requests WITH A SMILE on their face- regardless of WHETHER OR NOT they play the requested songs. I awkwardly made my song request, and Chris’s response before I decided to just walk away was “Tell me sooner, I don't have time.” Clearly oblivious to the fact that wedding guests are drinking and enjoying themselves, typically without regard to the “time.” (There was still 30 minutes to an hour left at this point regardless).
Additionally, throughout the Wedding, Chris took time to speak about himself a lot, including mentioning his own mother, as well as to tell the audience multiple times that he has, “DJ’d Sooo many weddings.” Worst of all, he repeatedly mentioned, “The wedding last night…” or “the bride last night…”
Look, on a Brides wedding day, they want to feel like they are the only bride in the world. I hope that Chris takes this constructive criticism to:
1- act more professionally and politely to wedding guests he interacts with.
2- talk about himself less.
3- Avoid mentioning all of the other brides and weddings you’ve done, when you are DJing a wedding for the bride that hired you for THEIR special day- The bride already hired you, they know you’re experienced. You dont need to talk about other brides during this brides wedding.
In addition to that, Chris’s equipment was malfunctioning causing his microphone to cut out during wedding speeches and eventually stopped worked all together.
