  I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had on our wedding day. From Lisa to Bryan and Laura to Rhonda, the attention to detail was spectacular. Thank you all for making our "Big Day" so memorable.

  Rhonda is a breeze to work with, she was very helpful and accomodating and was very reasonable in helping select the best quality for my budget. She also helped immensely when i ran into a couple of "road blocks"! She took care of the situation and made it much less stressful! Also, the decor was absolutely beautiful!

  Big Day Weddings was awesome! I just showed up to a beatiful wedding! No hastle, no problems. They saved me from stress! They did flowers (delivered bouquets and bouts to my hotel), ceremony, music, chairs, photography, decorations and they even did my cake for the reception and delivered it there. Was very pleased with how it turnedout. Very anxious to get my photos!

  If you want to be taken care of, this is where you start. All my questions and concerns were addressed - quickly. Lisa called me back quickly after my initial inquiry. Rhonda made me feel comfortable that all the details were taken care of and she was very easy to work with. They helped make our day easy, where we could focus on each and not on the wedding plans. I never worried for a second.

  If you want to be taken care of, this is where you start. All my questions and concerns were addressed - quickly. Lisa called me back quickly after my initial inquiry.   Lisa Day and her staff were not only professional but fun to work with and really made everything go smoothly. She has so much to offer from arbors, colors for thule and sashes, and all the accessories I coudl think of. I could not imagine trying to have a beach wedding in Orange Beach, Alabama with out her.   Lisa helped with my daughters wedding in 2008 and it was spectacular ! Her professionalism , attention to details and general cheery mood was a joy. I am using her for my youngest daughters wedding and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know having ANY kind of wedding. It was so beautiful !

  They were quick to answer all my questions and helped put my dream wedding together without me being in town. Our ceremony coordinator was patient and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They helped make the big day perfect! And set up was beautiful with good quality linens and supplies.

  Our wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful! Their decorations are of great quality. Rhonda was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. I received many informational emails prior to our big day. I highly recommend using Big Day Weddings.

  I went with economical versus quality and that is the only thing I wish I would have done differently. Get the professional photographer.... otherwise the service was good and the company has been very helpful in making everything else turn out perfect.

  Our beach ceremony was beautiful, everything that I expected! The melon was a perfect coral and the white flags were an awesome touch. I do wish I had of gone with a smaller package. I didn't listen when people said simple would be just as good; but honestly it would have. The minister was also awesome, he was great at helping us relax and keeping the ceremony light! I went with my own photographer, but she was willing to swap it our for another service. Also my own DJ. I had a 5pm ceremony, the June sunset times booked up about 6 months in advance.
  
  What I didn't like:
  Rhonda's attitude. She would go from super friendly one conversation and rude and snippy the next. With all of her rules I was asking myself is this her day or mine? You cant customize the ceremony, only the vows (and she will want to know those ahead of time). This is my fault but not doing more research, but I do think the services were very expensive.

  I'll start by saying my ceremony turned out to be absolutely beautiful. The reason my review for Big Day is less than their average rating rests mainly on my experience with Rhonda. At first she was fine, but as the day got closer (and after the final payment was in), she became rude and sometimes just mean.
  
  We had spoken to finalize the details a MONTH before the wedding, but about 3 days later I emailed her to ask to change the color of the rose petals that were to be scattered down the aisle. She left me a voicemail with a tone I can only describe as condescending saying that the orders had already been placed and nothing could be done to change the color of the petals. While I should have mentioned it before, I fail to see how she couldn't have changed the petals - I assume as they were real flowers they hadn't already been picked 4 weeks prior to the wedding. To top that, she forgot she'd spoken with me about it so about a week prior to the wedding she came across the email and called me in a panic asking if we needed to change the color of the rose petals. So it was impossible to change 4 weeks prior, but not 1 week prior? It leads me to believe the issue had more to do with her intentionally being difficult than with the order being set in stone. There were other issues with her attitude that don't bear mentioning, but working with her was not a pleasant experience overall.
  
  Also worth noting: I picked the most expensive wedding package, but there were still a ton of extra charges - like for rose petals, for example: $60 more to pick the colors you want instead of assorted colors. $300 for someone to direct the ceremony, etc - things I feel should be included. When you pick custom music you have to assign one of your guests to operate your iPod instead of their music person. The first bouquet they sent me was wilted so they had to get a new one on the fly.
  
  I'm out of space so I'll say my photos will be beautiful, but I wouldn't use them again.
