Amazing!!!

We had an amazing experience with Big City Catering for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were quick to answer, easy to communicate with, and got us in for a tasting right away. Their pricing was great, especially for everything included in their full-service catering package.

One of the things we loved most was that they provided so much in one place... china, linens, bar service, incredible food, amazing desserts that everyone loved, and even a coffee bar. It made the planning process so much easier because we did not have to hire multiple vendors for all of those pieces.

The staff was amazing, the bar was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly felt taken care of throughout the entire process and especially on the night of our wedding. A special thank you to Jaimz, who was wonderful throughout it all. She was so helpful, attentive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for the care and service we received and highly recommend Big City Catering for any wedding or special event.

The Best We Could Have Asked For

Big City was our second caterer that we reached out to. We didn't need to look any further than this. Our wedding went absolutely beautifully! We had a server who focused wholly on us, and made sure we didn't miss out on any of the incredible food! We did a breakfast/brunch themed wedding, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! Everything was phenomenal and taken care of with some of the nicest catering staff and servers we've met. They took care of specialty diets for us as well! We had a severe peanut allergy, a gluten allergy, a vegan, AND a vegetarian. At the end of the day? Every single person was blown away but the food. No reactions and everyone was positively thrilled. Not only did they take care of cocktail hour and brunch, but they handled dessert as well, and that was a smash hit! All I can say, is a huge thank you to Big City and that if you were ever wondering who in Orlando area to hire? These are your guys!

Big City Catering - A Must Hire for You Wedding!!

Big City Catering was phenomenal from start to finish. Our tasting with Tracy and the Chef was such a fun experience, and they were incredibly accommodating with all of our menu selections. Kristina was also wonderful—she handled our banquet order with so much care, even as we navigated multiple RSVP changes.

Our guests raved about the food, and we couldn’t agree more. The Creekstone ribeye is an absolute must. There was a small miscommunication with my dad’s order, but their team fixed it immediately and with such kindness.

Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond. They were attentive, warm, and truly invested in making our day special. We are so grateful for their professionalism and heart. Big City Catering played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire event. Big City Made Our Reception Truly Magical!

Big City Catering provided outstanding service for our wedding reception at Cypress Grove Estate House, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the beginning, Kristina was incredibly professional, flexible, and effective — exactly what I needed during a stressful time. Her patience and support helped everything come together smoothly. The reception turned out absolutely magical, which is how our guests described it. Jaimz is the absolute best! She is professional, on top of things, has very creative ideas and is very resourceful! The catering was phenomenal too! A Must Hire!

We were BEYOND impressed with Big City Catering! Their customer service was fantastic from the very beginning. Jaimz was always quick to respond, super helpful and made us feel confident and taken care of throughout the whole planning process!

The food at both our tasting AND wedding day was amazing! Our guests could not stop talking about how good everything tasted, including our late night bites. Each dish was fresh, flavorful and beautifully put together.

All of the staff on the day-of were fabulous, but having our own bridal attendant was AMAZING. We never were empty handed on drinks and all of our food was ready for us to eat throughout the night.

We are so grateful for Big City's hard work and kindness. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great food and wonderful service on their big day!

Amazing!!!!

Big City Catering was a 10/10 overall. Jaimz was awesome and easy to talk to. She responses to all my messages in a timely manner and was able to work with me so that the price was reasonable. Her team did an amazing job and I was very happy with the setup and delivery. Also, the food was delicious — we did a brunch buffet since we had an early wedding and the reception was from 11am-1pm. I highly recommend hiring this company for your catering services.

Fabulous service and amazing food

Best of the best!!

We absolutely loved working with Big City for our wedding. They did a fantastic job with our unique menu. Jaimz was incredible during the entire planning process. She helped us through every step with designing our menu and specialty drinks. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I were cared for throughout the entire night with drinks and plenty of food. We never had to worry about a single thing! Our guests still rave about how the delicious the food was. Our favorites were the gumbo and Mac and cheese bites. We highly recommend Big City for any catering needs!

Full Wedding Experience with Adjustments

Big City catering was very easy to work with and helped us through the whole process. From the very beginning they provided clear instructions and information on the process. We did food tastings and all of the food was delicious. The event itself went perfectly and they provided everything we asked for an more. They were even flexible with how we wanted to do drinks and where we wanted to put our food. Everything went very smooth and they had multiple people there to cater to us personally which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend them as they were very professional, attentive, and had delicious food!

Most Flexible and Unique Orlando Caterer

We used BCC as our wedding caterer in November 2024, and the experience was phenomenal. The food was of course delicious (guests are still complementing us about it), and we also appreciated the serving team's dedication to making sure we actually ate and drank that night. But the aspect we were most blown away by was BCC's unparalleled flexibility and customization potential. Right away, the experience of choosing foods was unlike any other catering meeting we attended. They showed us probably close to 10 different sample menus and basically gave us free reign to start mixing and matching items however we pleased, while providing suggestions on dishes that they know work well together. We ended up with an eclectic menu that everyone says felt very "us." It was a fun combination of his Southern roots, my community's Indian cuisine, and some more tropical/seafood options to represent our home in Florida. I could go on about specific instances, but let me just say that from bar packages to budget concerns and dietary restrictions, BCC went above and beyond helping work with us to design a custom menu that exactly suited our needs. The price felt fair given the quality of food and service, and while I wouldn't say it's one of the cheaper options in the area, with the customization it ended up being a lot more affordable than some of the other more one-size-fits-all caterers in Orlando. Highly recommend!

Big City Catering was great!

Big City Catering was great! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch.
The free tasting was a fantastic experience. We had the opportunity to speak directly with the chef, which was especially comforting as the groom has a medical gluten intolerance. The team walked us through all the menu options and even discussed ways to tweak dishes based on our preferences, ensuring everything was exactly how we wanted it.
They were incredibly mindful of allergies, which was a huge relief. Among our 90 guests, we had 10 vegetarians, 5 gluten-free attendees, and several others with allergies to nuts, soy, peanuts, and shellfish. Not a single guest reported any issues, which speaks volumes about their care and expertise.
The food itself was amazing! We received so many compliments from our guests on the meal. As the bride and groom, we were also treated with special care—our personal waitress ensured our drinks were always full, we had extra hors d’oeuvres, and they even set aside cake for us. The bride requested a different demi-glaze for her steak, and they accommodated her request. They also sent us home with all the leftover meals.
The waitstaff was polite, professional, and attentive throughout the event, ensuring a seamless dining experience for everyone. Beyond the exceptional service, Big City Catering offered great value. At $110 per guest, the package included steak and chicken entrées, salad, hors d’oeuvres, coffee, six staff members for six hours, and setup/cleanup. It also covered linens, plates, silverware, and glassware, making it a nearly all-inclusive and stress-free option.
We highly recommend Big City Catering! Their great food, outstanding service, and fair pricing made them the perfect choice for our wedding.

Professional, Great Tasting Food, Reliable

I had a destination wedding, with no way to taste the food. I really looked at 100 caterers and went by reviews. Once I started contacting them, wow I was so amazed on how quickly they would respond. Jaimz contacted me and made this part of my wedding the simplest thing to do on my list. From picking the food to the time and placement was so easy. NOW... The food! Great and tasting food! The employees Mellie and Hayar were so kind and listen to everything we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. My family and friends enjoyed the food even asked for seconds haha. thank you everyone for making our day so special and providing the great, professional and kind atmosphere i wanted.

Fantastic Food & Great Service!

We got SO MANY compliments from our guests about the food at our wedding! It's kind of a stereotype that wedding food isn't necessarily the best, but Big City Catering defied that trope - none of the meat was dry, and everything was so flavorful and tasty! They were also super flexible with a few specific requests that we had that weren't on the menu. 10/10 from us.

We got married at the Luxmore Grande Estate on Jan 6th 2024. Everything was seamless! We had done 2 tastings with BCC because we ended up switching from buffet to plated. Everything we tasted was amazing. We got so many compliments on the food. I also thought compared to most places we had looked at, the pricing was very fair. Amazing Catering Service

After I found my dream wedding venue, I never would’ve imagined that I would indirectly discover my dream wedding caterer at the same time! My wedding venue was Luxmore Grande Estate located in Winter Springs, FL. Big City was the catering company that was partnered with my venue, and so that eliminated the stress of me having to search for a catering company. And I am SO glad and fortunate that Big City was my catering vendor for my special day!

Big City Catering was phenomenal. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments about how good the food was at our wedding. They were also extremely easy to work with as communication was easy and the staff members were extremely professional. We primarily communicated and worked with Ally S., and she was incredible. I had some concerns about a family member who has Celiac Disease, and so I wanted all of our food at the wedding to be strictly gluten-free. That was no problem for Big City as they had many gluten-free options and alternatives, and I never once had to worry about cross contamination. The tasting was amazing too, as I was able to bring my mother (who has Celiac Disease), my dad, and my husband without any additional charges! I highly recommend this catering company.

Amazing!

Big City Catering is highly regarded as one of the finest wedding caterers in town. At my son and daughter in law's wedding they went above and beyond my expectations.

First, Big City is a tight run company. The are on point, very detailed, and extremely professional. The venue we chose, Sterling Event Venue, is a newer facility, so I was super impressed that they scoped out the property weeks before the wedding to ensure everything would be smooth.

On wedding day, everything was perfection. They arrived early, everything was smooth with set up, and the staff was absolutely amazing.

And now, the food! WOW simply incredible from the presentation to the abundance of food and left overs, to all the guests that are still raving about dinner....hands down AMAZING! Thank you chef...you nailed it!

At the end of the night, there was a bunch of leftovers. Big City carefully wrapped up everything and gave the bride and groom and parents leftovers to take home. We ate leftovers for days!

I really can't thank Big City Catering enough. And an extra little shout out to Banquet Captain Tracy who took care of us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Best Caterer in Orlando

As someone who has been working in the event & wedding industry for 7 years I knew I wanted the best vendors at my wedding and that is what Big City is! Big City catered both my rehearsal dinner and wedding. For our rehearsal dinner we did a Caribbean themed menu and everyone RAVED and LOVED it! As foodies, having a lot of food and good food on wedding day was important and Big City delivered. They helped customize our menu to get exactly what we were looking for. Ally and Jaimz answered my emails in a timely manor which is essential when planning a wedding. On wedding day, the big city staff took amazing care of our guests. Some of our guests even remembers the servers names that's how above and beyond their service is! There is no better caterer in Orlando, just book them :)

Delicious Food & Amazing Service!

There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with Big City Catering! The food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests about the selection. Leading up to wedding day, Big City was super communicative and was always there to answer any questions. We had a complimentary tasting and as soon as we left we knew they were going to knock it out of the park. We went with 3 appetizers; bruschetta, pulled pork sliders, and bacon wrapped chicken. We had two entrees, chicken chabilas and beef tenderloin dish. We also opted for a "late-night snack" which was pizza bites. We loved working with Big City! Highly recommend!

Hire Big City Now! :)

Big City catered our wedding at Cypress Grove Estate House, and did an amazing job!! During the planning process, they made communication, scheduling, and tastings super easy for us (shout out to Ally Streeter, she was a life saver and oh so organized!). They were so patient with my millions of questions and ideas. And everyone on staff for wedding day made our time so special!! The entrees were delicious (chicken with herb beurre blanc, and the Captain Morgan beef medallions). Oh and the hors d'oeuvres were an absolute favorite! The spinach artichoke bites are a must, and we really enjoyed the ahi tuna won tons as well. The only thing I was a tad disappointed in were the sides we chose (roasted lemon asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes) as they were a bit bland, but I blame us/personal preference for that as we chose them last minute without having tried them. So my word of advice to couples is to go ahead and work sides in to their catering tastings too. Overall, I very much recommend Big City to cater your wedding or any other special event!

Big City is the best!

Big City was wonderful to work with, from start to finish! Our wedding venue was Cypress Grove Estate House, which exclusively works with Big City. We mainly worked with Ally at Big City, and she was wonderfully responsive and helpful! Our tasting was a great experience and the food was TASTY! We found the food to be much better than we've experienced at other weddings that we've attended as guests. Big City & our wedding planner (Bella Sposa) did a great job taking a few of our special requests (like what drink we wanted with dinner and saving a few hors d'oeuvres from cocktail hour for my husband to enjoy during the plated dinner) and making sure that they were taken care of during the wedding! The bartending services through Big City were also superb, and it was so fun getting to see Ally bartend at our event after working with her during the planning phase for months! Big City & Cypress Grove worked together on various things seamlessly, and I found having the catering be part of the venue rental to be super easy and convenient for us. You will love Big City catering for your wedding!

Big City catered our wedding at Luxmore on 1/22/22 and we had the best experience with them! From the initial conversations, food tasting experience, and wedding day, they exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and we received endless compliments about great the dinner was! The waitstaff was also incredibly professional and friendly on our wedding day. I also had Big City cater breakfast and lunch to the bridal suite and they were wonderful letting me pick exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend!

Great Food!

We had our wedding in March of 2022 at Cypress Grove and the team at Big City Catering was awesome to work with! All of our guests love the food and said how good it was! The team was impeccable to work with especially Ali!

1 million stars!!

Big City catered our wedding on 2/12/22 and everything was immaculate! The staff was professionally dressed, well mannered, and took care of everything we needed. The food was delicious!! All of our guests commented for days on how great the food was. They have an amazing team and extremely talented chef. If you’re looking for quality food, hire Big City!!

Absolutely Breathtaking

WOW!
I cannot begin to explain how absolutely Devine their food is! The Chefs are top notch and hit every single want and need.
The team is extremely professional and make sure to ease every stressor you could have. We had very minimal left overs from our wedding and every single person we spoke to raved about how amazing the staff and food was.

Incredible food, great service

We chose Big City because we had their food and 2 other weddings and it was delicious. Big city’s food was a hit at our wedding! The quality of food for our buffet was excellent, our friends and family still talk about the corn soufflé! Big city’s team went out of their way to ensure we (the bride and groom) had food and drinks all night, they even packed us a to go container. (I have friends who said they didn’t get a bite to eat at their wedding!) Buffet and bar service was great for our Guests. Communication and tastings before the wedding were prompt, flexible and helpful. (Covid had our wedding change multiple times.) We would recommend Big City, especially because you can purchase your own alcohol, which they will serve at your reception!

Amazing!!!

Our wedding day was such a special day and Big City Catering was an incredible part of that. We had a list of approved companies we could work with from our venue and initially exchanged emails with a few on what we had envisioned for our menu. We didn’t want a fancy dinner, we wanted a simple taco bar. Everyone could make whatever they wanted and a few appetizers during cocktail hour. We had beef empanadas with a chipotle sauce that was so good! We requested street corn and it was the best I’ve ever had! Big City delivered exactly what we wanted and accommodated all of our requests. Madeline was so attentive to every detail and made sure everything was perfect for us. Our taste testing a few months prior was also amazing, the food was incredible! We were given so many options for the food and the bar to fit into our budget and what worked best for us. All of our guests loved the food, everyone had great things to say. We also had a personal server during our reception, she was very attentive if we needed another drink or wanted any food. Big City made sure everything was perfect!

Delicious Everything

The food at my wedding was just as good as the tasting. All my guests (kids included) loved every single course. The favorite was definitely the late night bites of milk and cookies just because people weren’t expecting it but overall amazing!

Flawless, delicious food!

My opinion of “wedding food” is completely changed after our experience with Big City Catering. The food on our wedding day tasted exactly like it did the day of our tasting — DELICIOUS! Not to mention, we went home with tons of leftovers that lasted us a week after our wedding. It was so fun to enjoy that food the entire next week, allowing us to relive our wedding night over and over. We upgraded our entrees to the butternut squash ravioli and braised short rib — and I cannot recommend either dish enough. I crave that ravioli on a daily basis! I do not regret paying the extra money for a second. For our sides, we stuck with two of the standard options — the Yukon gold mashed potatoes and glazed carrots — both were equally as delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests in the days after the wedding, which really put a smile on my face. I’m so glad my guests were able to enjoy the meal as much as we did!

Everything was Fantastic!

I explored several different caterers before selecting Big City Catering. I chose this company because of their responsiveness and willingness to answer my initial questions. I was working with Madeline and as we moved further into the process I was even more glad I had picked BCC! I don't think a single email I sent Madeline ever went unanswered for more than a few hours, she was so incredibly prompt. She made it really easy for me to make decisions and offered great advice! She was flexible when issues arose and when my guest count changed due to COVID. The wedding day was flawless! They were on time, the set up was beautiful, our bartender James was AMAZING! Millie was our personal server and was wonderfully attentive. Our glasses were never empty and the food was DELICIOUS. We would highly recommend BCC to anyone planning a wedding. I had people coming up to me days after the wedding telling me how great everything was!

Look no further!

Delicious food, friendly catering staff, and excellent customer service! In true covid wedding fashion, I was eight weeks out from my wedding in search of a catering company along with half of my other wedding vendors. My venue recommended BCC. After reading their stellar reviews and multiple awards, I felt comfortable booking without a tasting. Let me start by saying that Madeline is fantastic!! From our first conversation to her response to my 30th email, she was always responsive, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious! All of my guests raved about how good the food was! Lastly, my husband and I had a staff member that would check in with us throughout the night. She brought us appetizers, drink refills and even had dinner waiting for us at the sweetheart table. I could not recommend BCC more, their staff was excellent, and the food was delicious!

The best of the best!

Big City was more than just the caterer at our Wedding but family! They made our special day nothing short of perfect!!! Everyone kept coming up to us throughout the night to compliment the food! Narrowing down our menu was the hardest part because we wanted to have EVERYTHING! Excellent food!!

This caterer was a package deal with our venue. However, the food was delicious and the tasting experience was so much fun. They really did a great job and although we didn’t have a choice, it was nice to have one less decision to make for choosing vendors.

Everything I could’ve wanted and more!!

Big City made our wedding day so special!! Each meal was so delicious and personalized. During the tasting the chef was extremely accommodating, and you could tell he had a passion for the food Big City creates. They were amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process, and they provided food that truly reflected my husband and I. For example, when we were choosing the hors d’oeuvres during the tasting, I loved the raspberry brie tarts, but we ending up choosing something else over them. On my wedding day, they placed a few raspberry brie tarts on my plate just for me! They are so thoughtful, and I can’t thank them enough for everything. Thank you so much, Big City!! Everything was perfect and delicious!!

Fantastic Food and Exceptional Service

Working with Big City Catering and Teska was amazing. They have a delicious assortment of menu options and talented cooks. My husband has a very restrictive diet due to food allergies and they were incredibly understanding and flexible. When we went in for our tasting they not only prepared a sampling of the menu items we were considering but they made sure to make a second version of the options taking my husbands dietary restrictions into consideration so that he could enjoy the tasting as well. The day of our wedding they provided him with his own special meal and even sent some home with us so that he could enjoy the left overs. After our wedding everyone was commenting to us about how much they enjoyed the food. Big City Catering is top notch and I could not think of a better company to have catered our wedding.

Amazing Quality, Value and Service ( Truffle Mac n Cheese is a MAJOR Win too!)

People say that what they remember the most at weddings is entertainment and the food. Our guests are still talking about Big City’s truffle Mac n cheese! Teska and the Big City team were one of the best decisions we made! Teska was wonderful at helping us navigate through the food selection process, adjusting counts and table numbers and making sure we had everything we needed. Big City’s food was absolutely delicious day of and they even catered to special requests we had for specific passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. Teska made the the catering process so easy and wonderful! Big City is hands down recommended for great tasting food for an amazing wedding!

Food was super yummy!

Big City Catering was the catering company that came with my venue, Luxmore Grande Estate. However; even though I did not personally "select" them, they really blew me away. They were wonderful to work with, from the suggestions and helpfulness at our tasting, to the piping hot and super tasty food on the night of our wedding. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was delicious and all of the guests were raving about how wonderful the buffet food was. I highly recommend Big City Catering for any event catering.

p.s. ask them for chimichurri sauce with their medallion steaks. Yum!

I had my wedding last weekend and Big City Catering went above and beyond! Aubrey was the best!! She made everything easy and handled any special requests with true professionalism and joy. My venue was my grandfathers ranch in Clermont FL, so it was not the easiest venue for them to work out of. However, the catering staff went above and beyond their duties to make sure the event went off with out any problems! I have had so many people tell me that the food was the best wedding food they have ever had! Also, the staff was super attentive to the groom and me on the day of. They made sure we had apps on our table when we sat. They also brought some drinks and apps to us while we were taking pictures during cocktail hr. I would recommend them to any bride!

All I can say is "yummy!" We were assigned to Big City Catering when we booked our wedding with Cypress Grove Estate House. Through Cypress Grove, they provided you with multiple menu options from Big City catering, which made it easy to pick and choose what you want! However, we also customized some parts of our menu, and they were extremely accommodating. My husband and I had to work the day of the food tasting, but my parents attended and were very impressed by their food! We locked in our menu, and sampled their food for the first time on our wedding day, and we were so happy. Everything was delicious, and I was especially fond of the appetizers (we chose the spinach and artichoke bites, the Beef and Bleu skewers (FAVORITE), and shrimp cocktail). We also wanted something fun, so we purchased their Bacon Bar, which came highly recommended. Our guests all raved about the food, especially the bacon bar. Big thank you to Big City Catering for providing us with amazing food and excellent staff for our wedding. Highly recommend them!

I have nothing but great things to say about Big City Catering!! We worked with Aubrey throughout the planning process and she is absolutely amazing! From our initial consultation, to the tasting, to the final planning and through the entire wedding day the entire staff was so great to work with! They truly treated us like family. One of the amazing things that Big City Catering does is grand tasting events, where they put on a mock event where you are able to try a handful of their food offerings. They also offer private tastings if you are unable to attend one of the events. At the grand tastings, they invite other vendors so that you can shop around. As we got closer to the wedding, Aubrey helped us with our room layout and timeline which was a huge bonus. She was so responsive and personable, always helping us with the hundreds of questions that we had along the way. Most importantly, the food. Hands down, the best food that I have ever had at a wedding. We received so many compliments from our friends and family, and since we had a buffet set-up, many of our Guests went back for seconds. You will not be disappointed working with Big City Catering!

No one owns a crystal ball and unfortunately, my daughter had to cancel her wedding 26 days before the ceremony. They were totally understanding and helped in every way they could. First off, their food is absolutely delicious! Most of our guests went for seconds at the buffet. The staff was so on par and took care of me and my now husband, so we didn't have to get up once for food or drinks. Aubrey was our contact with Big City, and she did a phenomenal job communicating with us, and making sure we were getting what we wanted. Highly recommend them!

We had considered and interviewed with the most popular local catering services and everyone of them had the same pitch, food and price. We found Big City at a wedding show. Kristina and the staff at Big City were impressive so we decided to do a tasting and get their price quote. Kristina's demeanor was refreshing, they had some unique dishes and presentation choices and the pricing was competitive. Big City was willing to schedule our tasting to accommodate the bride and groom who lived out of state. Their selections are extensive and delicious so it was a difficult decision to select a menu... we changed it a few times...and the staff was more than cooperative. We were thrilled with the presentation, quality, quanity and taste of the menu we had chosen. Kristina was there to make certain everything went smoothly, which it did. The guests raved about the food, from appetizers to main dish it was all perfect. This is a top notch organization, even the owner introduced himself to us at the wedding to see if we needed anything. We could honestly say that it was perfect and we couldn't ask for more. Thank you Kristina and the Big City chef and catering staff for a job well done and for the cookbook, it was a lovely touch.

Big City Catering did a great job and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work! When we first started planning our wedding we had met with another caterer and had our hearts set on using them but when we chose Cypress Grove as our venue plans changed as they are the only caterers permitted at our venue. We were provided the standard menus to pick from the standard options of each category so I was a little underwhelmed at first. The first thing that really won me over with Big City Catering was when I contacted them directly to discuss menu options. I received a response from Tom Pokorny, the owner of the company. He was really flexible and set up a meeting with me for when I was in town (it was a destination wedding for us from Canada). I couldn’t have been happier we did that, we talked about all the different items that they had prepared in the past, what they are capable of doing and he even shared with us some of his favourites. In the end we walked away with the perfect menu that captured the tastes of both my fiancé and I.

On the day of the wedding, the food tasted amazing! People are still talking about the hors d'oeuvres, we went with Bleu & Beef Skewers at Tom’s recommendation and Mac and Cheese bites for myself. The wait staff was quick and friendly. I always hear of weddings where the bridal party gets no food because everything is all gone by the time the pictures are finished. This was definitely not the case with Big City Catering. The wait staff kept coming to the bridal party with full trays of hor d’oeuvres during pictures. Dinner was certainly the cherry on top, everything just kept getting better. I had requested mushroom ravioli with a cream sauce as one of the pasta dishes and it was by far the greatest thing that I have ever tasted! Our guests can’t stop raving about how good the food was. We could not be any happier with Big City Catering and I would definitely recommend them as #1 for food and service!

Kristina and the entire Big City team were the BEST! Food tastings were my fiancé and I's favorite part of wedding planning, and so we went to a lot of them, LOL! Our first tasting had everything we requested, even things not on the menu that they were trying out just for us! We really felt special and wined and dined if you will. We were very particular on some of the flavors we wanted and how we wanted the beef cooked and seasoned, ect. And they did perfect! The team was so professional to work with the entire time, from that moment through the big day! On our busy wedding day, they made sure that my groom and I got all the food to try no matter where we were and had food ready for us wherever we were going! So, from the service, to menu to the DELICIOUS taste of the food, everything was exceptionally PERFECT!! I want more! LOL. Thank you so much Big City, I'm soooo glad we went with you guys!

To put it simply, the service was amazing. Everything was wonderful. My wife and I did a destination wedding and found out about Big City Catering and were not disappointed. From day one they were courteous, great with communication and the food was great. Kristina was our contact person and she was on point. We had Chef Thomas and we had no negative comments regarding the food from our guests. From the vegetarian meals, to the salmon, to the jack daniels chicken, everything tasted great. I don't think there was a plate that wasn't completely cleaned off. The tasting sessions went very well and the only issue we had was deciding on which food to have because everything we ate was so great. We would definitely recommend Big City Catering to anyone who wants to have great food, service, and just an overall great experience with their caterer.

Before we booked with Big City Catering, we had 2 previous tastings and were unimpressed with both vendors with regards to their food and value. We knew immediately when we met with Kristina that we were going to book with them - and we did (even before trying the food). We had heard great reviews and after looking at the value, it was a no brainer. Other caterers nickel and dime their prices (including charging for glassware). What we loved about Big City Catering, was that everything was included in the package. They even let us purchase our own alcohol which was a huge cost savings! The day-of staff was amazing and we had many compliments regarding the efficiency of the bartenders! Tracy was the event manager and her and her team constantly checked in with my husband and I to make sure that we didn't need anything (including drinks!)! We had so many compliments about the food! Several of our guests said that this was the best food that they ever had at a wedding and we couldn't agree more. The food was AMAZING and everything we hoped for! The hardest part of the process was narrowing down our menu because they offer SO MANY CHOICES! We also used them to rent our chairs as they had better pricing than our venue. We were so pleased from start to finish and we cannot say enough about Kristina and her team! She was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them!

Kristina and her team were the best ever! She was a blast to work with and the food is literally amazing! You know how you normally go to weddings and usually can anticipate that something will be horrible, that doesn’t happen with Big City Catering. Everything was perfect, all of my guests raved about the food. We had a macaroni and cheese bar and mashed potato bar and it was so fun for us and our guests! We also added an ice cream bar for dessert, instead of cake, and all of our guests said it was the best ice-cream ever! We met with Kristina multiple times before our wedding and she really goes above and beyond. My fiancé and I have become best friends with her after all of our communication and coordination of picking the best food ever for our big day. I wouldn’t even look at any other vendors for catering. Big City wins, hands down. Best food, best people, best everything. You won’t be disappointed at all, your expectations will be highly exceeded if you choose Big City. Thanks Kristina and thank you Big City Catering for making my wedding day the best ever. I cannot rave about Big City Catering enough! We are so pleased that we hired them for our caterer. From the beginning, Kristina took excellent care of us and went above and beyond. She was so quick with her responses and even had great recommendations for other vendors and answers to wedding questions that I was unsure about since we did the majority of the planning ourselves. We enjoyed the grand tastings and everyone that worked at Big City was so nice and accommodating throughout our whole planning process. Our wedding was fantastic and the food was delicious. Our guests are still raving about the food that Big City served as well as the service from everyone from the waiters to the bartenders to the chefs. We are so happy with our decision to go with them and we will definitely be using Big City again for any catering needs we have in the future.

AMAZING! The team at Big City is just wonderful and the food is incredible. My husband and I had several special dietary requests and they did not shy away or even hesitate to create a menu that was truly unique, exactly to our tastes and delicious! We did a station style menu which allowed our guests to pick and choose from a variety of offerings and everyone loved the variety and presentation. When working with Kristina and the Big City team, we felt truly valued, cared for and respected.

I couldn't of chosen a better caterer for my march wedding. they truly went above and beyond with the quality of the food and service. The food was so flavorful when we did the tasting and they delivered the same quality on the day of. Although they were a selected only vendor from my venue. I am glad to have had the opportunity to have them cantering my wedding. They offered us a private to meet our needs. The food was exceptional and all my guests complemented us for the choice.

Our guests are still raving about the food that Big City provided. They definitely know how to do food right! We chose the Simply Southern Buffet and it had many different options to suit everybody's taste, although you can never go wrong with fried chicken. We had the opportunity to meet with Big City and have a private tasting and we couldn't have had a better experience. The owner Tom and the event and service manager Tracy greeted us at the door and escorted us into a private tasting room, complete with a welcome Ashley & Cameron sign. We felt right at home and knew we wouldn't leave disappointed. We got to sample a few items from our menu selection and even got to meet the chef. Chef Thomas was so accommodating and assured us that if we had any suggestions about the food he would be open to them and make any changes we felt necessary. It was so nice to know that we could communicate our wants and needs and have them be taken into consideration and well-executed on the day of our wedding. We also had the great fortune to enjoy the meal after our tasting because we left with leftovers in hand. If you choose Big City your guests will leave the reception happy and content and you will be hearing how good the food is for weeks to come. Thank you so much :)

Tom and his staff were exceptionally helpful in making our event a success. We loved Big City! Initially we narrowed down our catering choices between Big City and Puff and Stuff. After tastings at both, Big City was the obvious choice. We worked with Kristina, and I loved her! She was so easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to help us out on our big day. We had a fajita fiesta and our guests kept commenting on how good the food was! I would hands down recommend Big City to anyone looking for flavorful food at a reasonable price and excellent customer service :)

The food and drinks throughout the entire event were amazing. The staff was completely professional throughout the entire event and made sure that everything food wise went smoothly. Big City made sure that as the bride and groom, we were taken care of as well being that we wouldn't have a lot of time to get things for ourselves.

After an outstanding experience with Big City this past March, I reached out to Kristina and Tom to see if the company would be willing to help us put together an affordable teacher appreciation lunch for my son's elementary school. What Tom agreed to do was more generous and wonderful than I could have hoped. Our teachers were served an amazing HOT lunch. They could not believe the quality of the food, and they all felt so honored that Big City made this happen just for them. You do not often find a company that will agree to work so hard for what I'd imagine was a very small--if any--profit. Big City is a remarkable group of wonderful and talented people.

Big City Catering is a MUST have vendor! From the very beginning, Kristina put our nerves at ease by answering countless questions and providing excellent customer service. We knew right away we were in great hands! On the days leading up to our wedding, we needed to address a cocktail hour back up plan due to forecasted weather. Kristina, Tracy, and the staff went over all the new details of our day allowing us to finalize the new back up changes in case of the weather. Long story short, the thunderstorms did come and the team of BC moved so quickly and effortlessly that guests were unaware that there was a last minute change. Everything was taken care of by the staff and we were never bothered by the last minute changes. By putting my trust into their team allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day which is a priceless gift a vendor can provide. The food was all cooked perfectly and all tasted great! We are still getting compliments! The staff was there every step of the way providing top notch service. Big City is a vendor you must have! Book with zero hesitation as I assure you between the staff, the service, and the food you will have a perfect day you can truly enjoy from start to finish!

I was truly impressed with Big City Catering. Their prices were reasonable and their customer service is excellent. Kristina answered all of my questions quickly. The day of the wedding, the passed h'orderves were presented with pink flowers on the serving dishes which looked great and matched my wedding perfectly. When it was time to sit down at our sweetheart table, they had our favorite drinks and a plate of h'orderves waiting for us. Even though it was a buffet dinner, Theresa made us both plates and brought them to our table. They used the aqua colored napkins I had picked out on their trays when they were picking up plates and drinks. It's the little touches that really made me impressed. And the food was amazing!! We had tropical h'orderves and for dinner we had tuscan chicken, captain morgan beef, a pasta dish, grilled vegetables, salad... it was all amazing and our guests were really surprised at how good it was (you know, for "wedding food"). If I had to plan another event for some reason, I would not hesitate to have them cater again! I wish I could work with them again.

Big City was a pleasure to work with. They accommodated all of my daughter's menu wishes in a professional and helpful manner. They visited the venue twice in anticipation of the event (since they were unfamiliar with the location). They provided ample staff, and every single one was polite, attentive, and gracious! And to top it all off, the food was delicious. Quite a feat when serving 250! Thanks to everyone at Big City for making my daughter's wedding a wonderful event to remember.

You do not need to look further for a catering service than Big City catering. The food was fantastic (we even received the leftovers). The staff were friendly, professional and provided great service. This was our daughter's wedding and we wanted everything to be perfect. Well, that is what is was with Big City Catering. You cannot go wrong using their service. I think the service I most appreciated was their responsiveness to all guests and their overall positive attitude. When people do work they enjoy it shows. Big City Catering is the premier company to use for your wedding! We contacted them 1 month before our big day feeling very overwhelmed with worries and stress due to us waiting till the last minute. The team at Big City Catering put our minds to rest from the very first time we spoke. They catered a beautiful family style reception but that is only half of our Big City Catering experience! This one stop shop company also provided us with one of their key staff members who successfully planned/coordinated the entire day from start to finish. They referred and managed ALL vendors(both internal and external) along with providing a professional server and bartender staff. Our guests were very impressed with Big City Catering, and we recommend them highly and without hesitation.

There’s always so much going on during the ceremony and reception that it’s hard to just stop and enjoy the day. Not so with Big City Catering— their team truly took a load off my husband and I’s shoulders by taking care of our every need. From the servers to the bartender, the staff were consummate professionals that went out of their way to make sure that each of our guests had the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food and drinks. Big City Catering is a phenomenal staff with insanely delicious food. The chef worked with our vision and created an out-of-this-world bacon bar; Our guests are still talking about how tasty and fantastic the food at our wedding was! The staff looked out for us as a bride and groom and worked diligently to make sure each of our guests were taken care of. For our wedding we were limited to what caterers we could use by the venue, no matter all were good, but one was great. Big City provides you with a level of service that would make you feel like a celeb or VIP. From Kristina taking the time to answer questions or help us think of all the questions you can't, to the tasting where Chef Thomas walked us thru the different or courses and dishes we selected to taste (felt like I was a judge on Top Chef), and to the night of the event when hors d'oeuvres were brought to us while we took formals and our personal drink choices were brought to us right after so we could relax. Tracy and her staff made the night run smooth, Kristina made sure what we wanted was what we got, James and his colleague manning the bars made sure the drink kept running, and Chef Thomas made sure the food was memorable to all. If you want a place whose service, quality, and attention to detail far exceeds the price you're paying then Big City is definitely for you. I guarantee months later your family's and friends mouths will start to water every time they think back to your special night.

Kristina and Tracy were my main points of contact for our wedding, both were absolutely fabulous. Not only was Big City super organized and responsive, the value for the money was wonderful. Kristina worked our menu to fit within our budget and Big City was flexible with us making payments leading up to our event. The food on our wedding day was perfect, our guests enjoyed every bite :)
