My husband and I had our wedding at The Terrace in August 2025 and It was everything we were wishing for and more. We had our ceremony on the roof which was one of the main reasons we booked The Terrace in the first place. It is incredibly spacious and stunning. Our maitre D Barbara was an absolute angel who went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She thought of every little detail, helped us with decor, stayed late to help us gather our things, and so much more.
Tommy was our main contact who showed us the venue, answered every single one of our questions and gave us a competitive rate that worked very well for us. He is very confident and knowledgable which immediately put us at ease upon our first visit. We would highly recommend The Terrace.

Biagios' & The Terrace was our dream wedding venue. At The Terrace, we were the only wedding of the evening. Cocktail hour on the actual terrace was beautiful. Viennese hour in the indoor cocktail room was a dessert dream! Our guests raved about everything including the ambiance, service, drinks, dessert, entrees, and appetizers. The bridal suite was also very accomodating as well as all the staff who helped us. Biagio's and The Terrace is a family owned and operated business, which you can feel from the moment you book until your dream wedding is finished. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Biagio's and it was also an easy process to plan and was also delicious and provided a warm feeling for our guests. My husband and I cannot recommend this venue more for a beautiful ballroom wedding. Thank you to the entire Terrace and Biagio's Team for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Not enough words to say how fabulous our experience with The Terrace at Biago's were! First off we booked them in 2019, pre-covid. And despite all the uncertainty and postponements they stayed by our side the whole time. The staff was always available to chat and a great resource throughout. We had to postpone our date two times because of COVID and they definitely worked with us while also trying to save their business. The weeks leading up to the wedding they were very responsible with staying on track of our checklist. The day of the wedding couldnt have been more perfect. They were already checking in on us and how we were feeling while still making sure the party was running smoothly. We felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we were nothing but satisfied that day. We are very happy with them and our guests were raving over the level of service that they received.

After 3 reschedules due to covid, We finally had our wedding day at The Terrace and we only have good things to say about them! They did such a wonderful job! From start to finish everyone at the Terrace were great! We worked with Athena and she was very attentive to our news and working with us during such a crazy time with postponing due to covid. Our wedding day was incredible and the ballroom was stunning ! The food was incredible and our matri’d John was such a delight to work with. We are very happy that we chose this venue to host the most important day in our lives! We definitely recommend to anyone no matter the occasion!

My wedding things were a little stressful! But I was so pleased I had people that took over and made sure it got fixed. My guest loved the food. The desert table was amazing!!! Had an overall amazing day!!

I had my wedding here on May 16, 2021. John and his team were amazing! The day of the wedding the staff was on point and readily available to my guests. The food was delicious! From the very beginning, every time I had an issue, John had a solution. The terrace and ballroom are beautiful! You will not be disappointed if you choose this venue.

If you are looking for an incredible ballroom - Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful. I have always had a special attachment to Biagios (the restaurant attached to The Terrace.) My family has been going there for as long as I can remember for dinners as well as every event from graduations, to funerals, to birthdays, to now a wedding. They have always treated us like family. The food is incredible, the service is great, and they truly catered to everything my husband and I needed. What really helped us choose them was that we had a large guest count and their ballroom could accommodate that. John, the maître D, was SO accommodating and helpful. He answered our texts at literally any time of the day/night and took full control of everything. He was flexible in scheduling appointments and I went into my day completely comfortable. I knew as soon as I dropped off all of our items that no matter how they set it up they were going to make sure that the room looked spectacular- and it did!!! The night of my wedding John literally made sure there was NOTHING to ever worry about, and not just for me, but for our parents and every one of our guests as well. He ran all over that place and made sure nothing was out of place. As soon as you get to the main lobby area the beautiful fireplace was the perfect place for photos. The cocktail hour is still being talked about as one fo the best people have attended. The reception room was absolutely gorgeous. And, of course, the upper patio was a great addition, especially for people who just wanted to get some fresh air as well as my sparkler send off!!! Due to COVID they made great accomodations with table settings (8 people recommended) and socially distancing the tables so that there was over 6 feet between each one. My guests said it was so nice to be at a wedding during COVID and have a few hours of feeling "normal" but also feeling very safe with how everything was set up and handled. I cannot recommend them enough. They literally took my whole wedding vision and brought it to life.

Planning a wedding is always hard but planning a wedding with Covid is even more challenging. We have been planning weddings over 20 years and I have to give a special shout out to Biagio's/The Terrace in Paramus for their outstanding job in making our clients on Sept. 4th so happy. There was a lot of changes (again due to Covid) on an hourly basis but I have to say that the management at Biagio's handled all our concerns. On the night of the wedding, we had John Risley as the Maitre'D and he was amazing and on top of everything. Our clients loved their wedding and I would definitely recommend this venue and have John run your event. Looking forward to working with this venue again!

We had the most amazing reception at the Terrace on October 11th, 2019! It truly was such a positive experience working with Tommy and John ! They were so wonderful to work with as we planned the reception over a year ago -so professional and so kind every step of the way during the planning process -- Tommy and John were right there Saturday evening ensuring all went smoothly! The day of the wedding John was right by our side making sure everything met our needs and always making sure we had our signature drinks in our hand. The cocktail hour surpassed how very special we thought it would be! Everyone is still raving about the cocktail hour and dinner! The amazing Venetian hour The Terrace offers is unreal. I can not say enough how very special the reception was! I would highly recommend this venue - Thank you to Tommy and John! Can't wait to be back to celebrate many more events with you!

Biaggio's was the perfect venue for our small, intimate wedding! We looked at several places, and we knew right away that Biaggio's was for us. We had our wedding ceremony outside on the roof of the Terrace and had our luncheon in the front room of the restaurant. Right from the start, Tommy helped us plan the perfect day. Everyone raved about how beautiful the ceremony was and how delicious the food was at the party. From our signature cocktails to the chocolate fountain for dessert and all the food in-between, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this venue!

LOVE the Terrace and would recommend it to anybody getting married! We had an amazing wedding at the Terrace. From the first day we met Teddy and toured the venue, we knew immediately that we wanted our wedding there. Teddy, Tommy, Athena, and especially John, on the days leading up to and on the day of our wedding, were incredibly helpful. The food on the day of the wedding was even more delicious than the tasting (if you can believe that that's possible). The staff was incredibly sweet to us. The bridal suite was fantastic and because of rain, we even did formal photos on the outdoor rooftop (under a roofed section), by the parking lot, and by the trees in the back. Our guests raved about the cocktail reception food, and we loved the dancefloor.

The terrace was simply amazing!!! I got married a week ago on 9/29 and it was the most perfect day! Athena and Tommy were so good...they made the entire process go so smoothly and were just so helpful from the first day we met until the big day! John was amazing on the day of and made sure everything we needed was there. From cocktail hour on the terrace to our final hour for the Viennese...everything was magical! I highly recommend getting married at the Terrace! You will not regret your decision!

We had a small, intimate second wedding with a luncheon following the ceremony. The entire staff at Biagio’s were wonderful from the planning to that day. Every detail was taken care of with great professionalism and consideration. The room looked beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you, Biagio’s, for making our special day so memorable.

We had our wedding reception here July 2018. Athena and her team were great to work with. John was our maitre'd, and he made sure everything was perfect the day of our event. We didn't have to do a thing at our event, and we were treated like royalty. We were allowed to do a food tasting a few months prior and were allowed to drop off favors, pictures, etc. two days before. Debbie, my bridal attendant, was great! There was a possibility of rain later on in our wedding day, and we were unfortunately unable to have cocktail hour on the outdoor terrace. John was in contact with me throughout the day, waiting to see if the weather report would change. He made every attempt to set everything up outside, and we appreciated his attention to detail and communication with us on the day. Our guests said that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. The cocktail hour and food in the reception were delicious, and our guests were raving about the food, even days after! No one left hungry, that's for sure! The staff was professional and everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend having your wedding or major event at The Terrace!

Our wedding reception was the best night of our lives thanks to The Terrace. I was able to come in a few days before and show Midra and John how I wanted everything set up, and they executed perfectly. John introduced himself a few days before the wedding and made it clear that he was here for anything we needed. And be delivered big time. My guests were raving about the food, the lighting, and the venue in general. Cocktail hour was unbelievable. I’m telling you- book this venue for many reasons but especially the food. It is amazing! My husband and I were able to attend cocktail hour, but instead we stayed in the bridal suite and all of the food was brought up to us so we could take a minute to breathe before the reception began. Debbie and Midra even got a food stain out of my dress before the reception. The staff always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Our drinks were always full, and we were treated so well. The night ran so smoothly because of John, Midra, Tommy, and Debbie. Every time we needed something, even something small, someone was there to help within seconds. I wouldn’t change one thing about our wedding night and how it went. We also had a Viennese hour which was incredible. I’ve never seen so many people have so much dessert at a wedding. It was a night we will never ever forget, and the staff really exceeded our expectations. The venue is breathtaking and the food will have your guests talking about it forever! The rooftop terrace is a perfect place for photos or to have a few drinks. Everything was beautiful!

We had our wedding reception at SkyView Golf Club & Banquet and honestly could not have been happier with the venue and owners. The family owned business feels like that from the point of view in that they also treat you like family. Michelle at SkyView answered all my questions/thoughts/ideas (along with my Mother’s!) throughout the 1.5 year engagement. They were so attentive to our needs throughout planning. Additionally, you get SO MUCH for your money. The cocktail hour has got to be one of the best provided and all the food/dinner is so delicious. All our guests complimented the venue and spoke about the beautiful views/delicious food. On the day of Michelle was there whenever I needed her and helped me to make sure the guests had everything they needed. I’m so grateful for having found them and for all the help they provided us along the way.

We had our wedding at the Terrace last month and everything was absolutely beautiful! We met with the Terrace in September 2016 and put a lot of time and effort into finding a beautiful wedding venue within our budget. Before coming to the Terrace we visited about 8-10 other northern New Jersey venues and The Terrace was, hands down, the most flexible and up-to-date venue that we found. My now-husband was VERY particular about a lot of things when it came to a reception space. The Terrace checked off every single one of our big and small checklist items – including a bonus outdoor rooftop space.

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing! Our guests were greeted in the entryway prior to the start of cocktail hour with champagne. They were then welcomed into the beautiful cocktail room which had SO many food options. Prior to booking the Terrace, we actually did a full menu comparison with two other big venues in Northern NJ and the Terrace had equal, if not more, food options available for cocktail hour! Athena even worked with us to create a unique Lion ice sculpture that my husband wanted to have. We added on a few extras to our cocktail menu (vodka luge, suckling pig) that did not go unnoticed by our guests. The biggest highlight of our evening was without a doubt the Viennese hour. Our guests STILL cannot stop talking about how amazing our dessert spread was and how unexpected! They started the Viennese hour by having a flambé show in the center of the dance floor while they were simultaneously opening the back wall of the room to display a huge selection of desserts (popcorn stations, ice cream bar, banana foster, you name it – they had it!).

Our whole experience with the Terrace from beginning to end was wonderful and we are so grateful they made everything memorable and special for us. Thank you to everyone involved in making our big day such a success!

Our wedding at The Terrace was on July 1, 2017, and was nothing short of amazing. Tommy, Taylor, Michelle (who my bridal party continued to call Stephanie. You can’t forget us, Michelle!) and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our day everything we asked for. The Terrace was the last venue I visited when we started wedding planning, and I already had another venue in mind. From the moment I parked, met Tommy and Athena, walked through the cocktail hour room, the beautiful ballroom, and - the deal sealer - the rooftop, I was sold. Fast forward to our wedding day, with a rooftop ceremony planned from the very getgo and a rainstorm in the forecast that afternoon, Tommy and his crew did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could do to get me that 6pm rooftop ceremony. The rain kept coming and going and, the moment the rain stopped, his crew was out there mopping and wiping down chairs only for it to downpour again. Until 5:55pm, they continued wiping and mopping and, unfortunately, the call was made to move the ceremony indoors because the rain wouldn’t let up. Tommy had already set up the ballroom as the secondary ceremony site and, by 6:01pm, guests were seated and the show was on the road. My guests are STILL raving on how epic the service was and how elegant the venue was. Let me paint you a picture of our guest list: my husband is Polish and we are both ex-bartenders, so our guest list was filled with service industry workers and people who know how to party. Tommy and his staff aimed to please and they nailed it. Not a single glass stayed empty throughout the night. The food? My maid of honor went to two other weddings after ours and was disappointed that the other Chateaubriands were incomparable to The Terrace’s. Between the jaw dropping Cocktail Hour and the Viennese Extravaganza, The Terrace made all 175 of my guests speechless (and ridiculously full). A million times thank you to Tommy, Athena, and the rest of the crew at The Terrace for our fairy

In short...Tommy, Jen, Taylor and Amanda thank u so much for making our wedding that much more especial. The decoration both on the The Terrace and in the ball room felt so surreal like being on cloud nine.

There are really no words to describe how perfect our wedding reception was at The Terrace on October 6, 2017. When we began planning our wedding last October, The Terrace was our first and last stop on our venue search. We knew right away that it was the perfect venue. We worked very closely all year long with Sales Manager, Jennifer Riscen. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always available for us to answer any and all questions in a prompt and professional manner. She painted a picture of what our wedding reception would be like; which became a reality. Jennifer is a true event professional and made our wedding flawless from beginning to end. I had a blast working with her! She is one of the best!! The entire staff at The Terrace is a first class act. We also worked with Tommy, Chef Jimmy, and Amanda as well. Everyone was so helpful, accommodating and fun to work with. We were never stressed out because we knew we were in great hands. Chef Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure the menu, food & presentation was top notch. Some of the highlights of our wedding (to name a few) was our rooftop cocktail hour which included a sushi "stadium themed" station, pig roast, raw bar with ice sculpture, rose station, Octoberfest themed station, a flambe presentation to open the Viennese dessert table, and our donut wall and coffee to go favors. Not one detail was overlooked. Every single guest raved and was blown away by our reception and we have no one but Jennifer, Chef Jimmy and the staff at The Terrace to thank. The quality of the food, service and venue was impeccable! No one wanted the night to end so we continued the party over at Biagio's.

If you are a newly engaged couple looking for a brand new, beautiful venue with an incredible, professional staff to match, we HIGHLY recommend Biagio's and The Terrace!

Tommy is THE MAN! His team was incredible and attentive to our needs throughout the night. All the vendors we used had nothing but nice things to say about him and the Terrace and the food. And they were absolutely right. One of the Maitre D's helped me bustle my longgggg wedding dress in like 2 minutes. She even helped me take out my bustier...I wanted to eat more than that bustier will let me :). They kept asking us what we wanted to eat and drink. The ball room looked amazing. The food was amazing. I wish I could re-live that night.

Our wedding was on Friday, May 26, 2017. When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a venue to hold both the ceremony and reception and had an outdoor area.
We met with Jen back in August of 2016 and from the moment we met her and walked into The Terrace we knew this place was going to be hard to beat. After walking around The Terrace, entry way, the lobby, the reception hall, the rooftop space and the beautiful decor already in place I was able to envision our wedding day.
We mainly worked with Jen, but dealt with Tommy here and there as well. They were both so helpful, answered all of our questions, accommodated our request and even found a specific "Croatian Beer" my fiance wanted for the day. We have heard from other friends that the food was always really good at The Terrace, but those words did not do it justice. The food was phenomenal and we still have people commenting about the food, saying they can't wait to go to another event there.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. The day turned out to be the perfect weather to hold the ceremony on the rooftop. Since we got married on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, we knew there might be an issue with traffic and the team at The terrace had a plan in play to handle that. Our ceremony was set to start at 6 p.m. We held the ceremony off for abut 20/25 minutes to give guests more time to get there. The Terrace provided drinks and cocktails for the guest who already showed up and they were able to enjoy the beautiful rooftop space a bit more.
We had a bridal attendant with us the entire day who was very attentive.
There were a few last minute changes with our seating chart and they were situated promptly.
The food, the lighting, the Viennese Extravaganza, the venue and most importantly the entire staff at The Terrace could not have been more perfect. We really didn't stress about anything while we were planning our wedding because we knew we were in good hands.

Tommy and his team were great to work with while we were planning our rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing and all of our guests raved about how tasty it was. The space was also perfect for the number of guests that we had (which was around 65) and they even provided a mic and screen to show our video montage. Great place that I couldn't recommend enough!

The Terrace at Biagio's is beautiful. My husband and I fell in love with the place from the start. The staff worked with us and our specific needs from start to finish. Everything was beautiful. The service was great and the food was delicious!

I would say if you are considering using the Terrace for a wedding or any event definitely do it! From the first time we met with Paula she helped us plan everything out and make our day absolutely perfect, they go above and beyond to make sure your vision becomes reality. Food & Service were amazing so attentive day of from every detail of decor, to getting you a drink or any little thing you need. All of our guests were so impressed with the service they received and we could not have been happier with our Maitre D Amanda and Bridal Attendant Taylor who were right there at every moment to help us out with everything. Taylor even helped me with putting on my dress & veil, and drove us back to the hotel when the shuttle left without us! Lol

We fell in LOVE with this venue the minute we walked in. Not only is it gorgeous and clean, but it is fairly new as well. The team we worked with were unbelievable and made us feel comfortable from the start. Tommy was outstanding and did everything he could to make us feel at ease while planning such a large event. The food was AMAZING! People are still taking about how wonderful The Terrace was. You will not regret booking your wedding here!

My husband and I just got married at The Terrace in October. Let’s just say that we would do anything to get to do it all over again!! The Terrace exceeded every expectation and made sure that our day was perfect!! The Terrace is absolutely beautiful inside and out. From the moment my husband and I walked into The Terrace, we knew this was the perfect venue! After my first meeting with Tommy, we knew we were in great hands! This was our first choice and the first venue we looked at. My husband and I scheduled a few other appointments at other venues just to get a feel as to what they were offering but I just could not get The Terrace out of my head. My husband went back to The Terrace and booked our wedding without me knowing as a surprise. The Terrace had one Sat in October available due to a cancellation. I knew at that point this was meant to be!!! From that moment on, my husband and I met with Tommy multiple times before our big day and we were always treated like family every step of the way. Our wedding day was AMAZING!!! Our ceremony on the roof top was breathtaking. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous!! The cocktail hour was to die for!! The staff was on point every second of the way. Every time my husband and I see our guests they either say it was the BEST WEDDING they have ever been too or it was the WEDDING OF THE CENTURY!!! I can’t wait to continue to work with Tommy and his staff at The Terrace for all of our future events. From the moment I walked in... I knew this was the place for our wedding reception. The Terrace is beautiful from the entrance to the rooftop. Tommy and everyone there are amazing!! From our first meeting I knew we were in good hands. All of my phone calls and emails, even about tiny details were answered quickly and thoroughly. The food was amazing cocktail hour, until the dessert extravaganza!! Our guests could not stop raving about the service, their glasses never empty and their napkins always folded! Jenny took great care of us and the bridal party and Amanda had everything running smoothly from start to finish!!! Everything was perfect! We highly reccomend Biagio's and The Terrace

The first time I came to the Terrace I was amazed by how delicious the food was. I'm no amateur to wedding venues, I'm practically a part-time wedding guest. Having attended so many weddings, I know that food is not something I ever really remember. However, the terrace was always in the back of my mind as one of the best venues because of the food, the space, and location. Fast forward two years after I attended a wedding here, I knew that this was a venue I should look into to as I started planning my wedding.

When I walked into the terrace, as a bride shopping for the prefect location, I knew this was it. Everything from the shiny floors, wooden bar, modern and sleek ballroom, my husband and I knew that this would be on the top of our list. We sat down, discussed prices, options, and the whole nine. The banquet manager explained everything in so much detail and with such honesty that we automatically trusted him. Since this was our second venue, we kept shopping but we kept comparing everything to the Terrace. Needless to say, we went back and celebrated our wedding here.

Being the extremely eager bride that I was, the banquet managers, Athena, Paula, and Tommy, were always there to answer all my questions and make recommendations. From options of linen, the ice sculpture to menu options, these guys were so patient and nice.

The wedding day was picture perfect. Food was amazing, staff went above and beyond, and the bar was packed! All of our guests were in awe of the venue. A couple of my friends mentioned how attentive the staff was to their requests & needs. My husband and I did. It have to ask for anything. Before we even got the chance, our needs were met.

I couldn't have pictured a better place to party and celebrate our love and marriage. Thank you, Tommy and team for executing our wedding reception so effortlessly.

From the very beginning we knew this venue would be something special. Tommy was the most gracious host and he walked us through every little detail of our big day. He and his staff were some of the friendliest people we have ever met, and no matter what crazy questions we had or what vision we had for the big day, he was accommodating, helpful and ready to help us with whatever we needed. I have nothing but the best things to say about Tommy and the team at The Terrace - they gave us the dream wedding we always wanted and we hope someone else books with them so we can go back!!! I just had my dream wedding at The Terrace in August. DREAM WEDDING I kid you not. The Terrace staff is absolutely incredible!!! The attention to detail, quality of service, responsiveness, execution, the DELICIOUS FOOD!! People are still talking about how excellent our wedding food was and how great the service was at The Terrace. I had a Saturday wedding with about 175 guests. Paula was our on-site planner, and I LOVE HER! She helped us with every day-of detail and answered all my questions in a super timely manner. The Terrace will absolutely blow you and your guests away if you choose to have your event here!!

The Terrace helped make my vision come true! It is a gorgeous venue with a beautiful outdoor terrace and magnificent ballroom. Paula is very efficient at what she does, and is always available and wanting the best for you. I would recommend this venue for any event.

I have never written a review for a vendor, but felt compelled to do it in this instance. We had our wedding reception at The Terrace in May and our guests are still raving about how great everything was!! Everyone at the Terrace is super accommodating and attentive. Paula was awesome throughout the entire process from signing the contract, to picking a menu, to going over all of the small details in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and making sure everything went perfectly on the day of. We visited other reception halls prior to booking The Terrace (i.e., Florentine Gardens, The Grove, etc...), but from the moment we walked in the Terrace we fell in love. Our guests absolutely loved the food, décor and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Terrace to anyone!!!

My husband and I were completely blown away by the service and flexibility that we received from Biagio's and the Terrance. They made our dream wedding come true. Family and friends were astonished by the amazing food and service. They can't stop talking about how fantastic the venue was. We can't say enough about Tommy who was very patient and more then happy to answer all of our questions with great detail and examples from previous weddings. His professionalism, genuine interest and concerns were very heart warming. No one we met with at other venues made us feel as good and comfortable as Tommy did. My husband and I came to this venue after my mother (Tran's Florist) decorated a few weddings at this venue. Now, we are on the other side as clients. I immediately fell in love with the decor of the venue, the large open space, as well as Paula. It was my first time looking at venues so I kept an open mind and went to view other spaces as well, but ultimately came back to my first venue - The Terrace. Sometimes they say, the first place you like is usually the place you pick and I am so happy with my decision!

From day one of sitting down with Paula to the actual wedding day, I felt like I knew exactly what to expect, exactly what was happening, and Paula was on top of her game. She commanded the room on the rehearsal night and the wedding day (which is a huge reason why it was smooth sailing). The service was top notch, the food was delicious and plentiful, and my bridal attendant, Jenny, was so helpful. Jenny made sure I had everything I needed from drinks, water, and even packed up my food at the end of the night so I can enjoy it later on (I was so busy I forgot to even eat haha).

The compliments I received from my friends and family can still be heard even to this day. I've been to many weddings (average of 6 a year for the past 8 years) and this was one of the best venues and experiences I have ever had! (Maybe I am biased because it was my wedding, but I was very particular about making sure everything was perfect - you should see the spreadsheets, just ask Paula) Needless to say, I am super delighted! Thank you for making my wedding day go as wonderful and as smooth as possible.

I worked with Tommy and he was outstanding. He was so polite, positive and accommodating! No matter what we asked for he accomplished. Our wedding was so gorgeous and the food was amazing! I never write testimonials but I had to write one after my husband's surprise party on Saturday night. This was the second event that Tommy at Biagio's planned for us and both were just perfect. Upon looking at The Terrace as a possible location for our wedding, it was love at first sight. in fact, it was the only wedding venue we looked at while in our planning process. we were just blown away! our guests loved how beautiful the location was and have not stopped talking about it with us since our event on August 22nd, 2015. As a whole, the venue's food, service and accommodations were beyond our expectations and better than what we could've imagined. We decided to have our ceremony on the terrace, which is highly recommended as it is beautiful. Weather on our day thankfully was perfect, but the staff was very prepared with a backup plan for any inclimate weather. Something that was very reassuring for the both of us. From that point on, the party just flowed wonderfully from cocktail hour to the reception. We cannot thank Paula and her wonderful staff enough for the tremendous party they helped us in throwing!! We cannot wait to be back at The Terrace again in the near future. Thank you so much!!

Hands down, the most gorgeous, prettiest place to get married and/or have your reception. My wedding was on October 3, 2015 and every day leading up to it Tommy and Paula didn’t miss a beat. There was nothing they said NO to. They truly enjoy their job and helped make my day so special. Every person I spoke with said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, especially because the FOOD makes everything. Everything was delicious, from cocktail hour through the main course and the dessert hour was out of this world. I requested a cookie table and they made it happen. I am hoping someone I know has their wedding there so I can be a guest!!! Tommy and Paula are so cool, you just want to be friends with them. They did not stop working there butt’s off the entire night, whether they were mopping up the dancefloor from spilled drinks, filling in as bartender or making sure the bride and groom were doing okay.

Hands down, amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for making every part of our day special.

Our wedding day was phenomenal, it was all we had hoped for and more! We had thoroughly researched venues and chose The Terrace for its fresh elegance and fantastic reputation of the established restaurant Biagios. My mom and I worked closely with Bobby during our planning stages and he was a tremendous help in planning our menu and meeting all of our needs before the big day. His expertise in wedding planning was invaluable and he was a pleasure to work with.

The day of our wedding was a dream come true! The cocktail hour was amazing, not only was the food outstanding but the presentation was on point throughout the entire evening. Our guests were so impressed. The quality of food ranks among all top venues in the area. Our reception room was stunning, spacious, elegant and lent itself to a party space beyond compare. My guests were blown away by the Viennese extravaganza and the amazing themed stations that were memorable and thrilled guests of all ages. At the end of the night countless guests approached us saying that it was the best wedding they had ever been to!! We were thrilled to hear such positive feedback from our guests!

The staff and service on the wedding day really made the evening complete. I was so at ease knowing everything was being tended to. Paula managed the evening flawlessly! She went above and beyond for us and it was so appreciated. I 100% recommend this venue. Not only is this a beautiful establishment, the staff is amazing. Our wedding planner, Tommy, was the man. Made Annabel and I feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. We are still on cloud 9 thinking about how perfect our wedding went. We had an amazing maître d' who was at our service for every little thing. I'm forgetting her name right now but I'll never forget how attentive she was to both parties. I give this place 6 out of 5 stars.

Paula was absolutely fabulous! She was with us every step of the way from start to finish. She made sure that everything was perfect for our big day! As for the big day I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff they were great they made sure we ate something and always had our drinks filled and Paula was there over seeing everyone and making sure we had everything . Everything was just amazing from cocktail hour to Viennese hour!

Biagio's is a family owned business and they are extremely professional and they want to make the customer happy. My wedding day was the best..The ceremony was on their rooftop terrace and it was absolutely beautiful. My guest are still raving about the food and the venue. The owners Paula & Tommy Perides are there during the entire wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony helping and during the entire reception to make sure everything is running smoothly. The staff at Biagios "The Terrace" are all so kind and helpful. If I had to do it all over again I would do it at Biagio's.

We had a very short timeline to organize our wedding ceremony and reception. Although we had the wedding ceremony in the backyard of our home, our reception was held at Biagio's in the Ballroom. We had the pleasure of working with Paula, who was absolutely amazing and made sure that our event was properly staffed and our guest were pampered. The Ballroom is a nice an cozy space that was perfect for our intimate event of about 70 people. The Terrace, although offered to us was too large for our small group of guests. Having said that, the new Terrace is absolutely gorgeous and is the best place for your event with an incredible rooftop terrace! Frankly, the space sells itself!!! We highly recommend Biagio's and The Terrace to everyone who is searching for a venue for their special event, and we truly appreciate all the hard work that Paula and her staff put into making sure that our wedding reception was a complete success!!!

This place was our dream wedding!!! It was one of the first weddings they did so it wasn't perfect. We got married on the roof and the only problem that we had was there was suppose to be a fire pit going and a waterfall going, so I was alittle didsapointed but overall it was fabulous and the terrace and the staff were very accommodating. IIt is hard to begin to describe how wonderful of an experience we had with the Terrace. We met with the Terrace when they were still under construction. It was the first venue we met with and I was hesitant to book right away. Being the neurotic person I am, we visited TWELVE other venues, only to come back to the Terrace. None of the other venues came close to offering the unique balance of professionalism, elegance and yet a friendly atmosphere. The Terrace had what many venues lack, a brand new facility, a fair price, a personal touch and the complete attention of being their only wedding that day. We worked with Paula, who was professional, friendly, energetic and very thorough.

The day of the wedding was the best in our lives, and it was certainly due to the staff, the AMOUNT and QUALITY of the food, and the spotlessness of the venue. Terrace went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was attended to, even our gluten free, nut free and shellfish free guests. The night of the wedding, the venue ran itself seamlessly, every detail and decoration was in perfection position. The service was incredible and all of our guests were blown away!

By the end of the wedding, we felt so personally attached to the Terrace, Paula, the staff that we are sad to end this amazing chapter of our lives. We are filled with great memories! If you’re looking to blow your guests away, I could not recommend them more highly.

My husband and I had a wonderful wedding experience at The Terrace. The staff, service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent and helped make our day such a special and memorable one. I personally met with Athena, Paula, and Tommy on multiple occasions leading up to the event and each time they were helpful, friendly, and professional. The venue is beautiful and worked great as our plan B for photos before the reception since our original park plans had to change due to heavy rain. Our guests raved about the food, service, and beauty of the venue. The cocktail hour was especially exceptional! The Terrace provides the elegance of a New Jersey wedding without being tacky or overboard. It is also very reasonably priced compared to its competitors. It was truly a no-brainer to hold our reception at The Terrace. We had an after party at Biagio's, where the fun continued. I would highly recommend this venue!

There are not enough nice things my husband and I can say about Biagio's and The Terrace. We worked with Tommy from beginning to the end and it was nothing but an amazing experience. He was professional, courteous and most importantly accomodating to all the last minute things a wedding can throw at you not matter how organized you think you are. The two things people remember are the music and the food. Our cocktail hour was legit! The food here was spectacular, our guests still talk about the cocktail hour and entrees. The venue in itself is beautiful, I wish I can post pictures with all the decorations and lighting. I am so glad that we chose The Terrace for our wedding reception. The staff made sure nothing was amiss and everyone was taken care of. I had such a great experience I wouldn't mind doing it all over again! :)

The Terrace is the most perfect wedding venue you can ask for. Our ceremony was on the rooftop (Terrace) and it was absolutely magical. Tommy was awesome to work with, and has since become a good friend! The food is incredible, and our guests are still calling us to tell us how amazing it was. The service and professionalism of the staff at both Biagios & the Terrace exceeds expectations every time. This venue has become a tradition for us -- I first threw my husband a surprise 30th birthday party in Biagios ballroom 2 years ago, then we had our engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding there! Each event was perfection. It will remain a part of our family in years to come-- hopefully throwing baby showers, baby's 1st birthday parties, sweet 16's, anniversary parties, and more!

People could not stop talking about how beautiful The Terrace was and how DELICIOUS the food! We had brunch style on a Sunday wedding, so they offered up breakfast foods first, then lunch foods, and if you left our party still hungry, it was your own fault. Incredible assortment of foods, and a beautiful location. They had just finished construction on their rooftop terrace (hence the name), and just in time for us to have our vow renewal up there. Gorgeous!! They had space downstairs for our live band, plus the DJ, plus the photobooth, and our 100+ guests, and the entire buffet. Anita (owner) was in contact with us frequently making sure all our needs were met, and even though she wasn't in the country for our actual party, the maître d' (whom we got to meet beforehand) was AMAZING and we knew we were in good hands. HIGHLY recommend this place for all your party needs!

Our wedding day has been one of the most important days in our lives. With so much pressure and trying our best to enjoy our day from the many factors that affect it. The most important being the reception and making sure you and your guests have a great time. I can easily and happily say that the service my wife and I received at “The Terrace” was by far one of the best services I have ever seen in my life. From the beautiful new venue grounds and the very stunning, modern, and chic decor, we would not have picked a better venue. Besides the beautiful look of the venue, our night would not have been perfect, and I mean perfect, if it were not for the amazing service that was provided to us and our guests. Paula and Cesar were on top of making sure our night goes perfect! I was amazed to see that from a venue hall, as I have went to many weddings before and have not seen half of the service that was provided to me, my wife, and my guests. From personally serving us our meals and drinks, to checking with each guest if there was anything that they needed, I could not have been happier with the way they serviced us at our wedding. A small and simple review like this will never express the gratitude that we have for the amazing staff. If I ever divorce my wife and get remarried, I will certainly pick this place as the venue! I have never taken the time to write a review, but I just had to tell you how amazing everything was! We had our event in “The Terrace” room which was just breathtaking, from the cocktails to the dessert buffet – we were Blown Away.

I cannot begin to thank the staff at “The Terrace” at Biagio’s enough for the over-the-top effort they did in making our event incredible!!! On October 19, 2014 we hosted a 60th Surprise Birthday Party there and we are still Amazed!!! We had close to 100 people and celebrated just like a wedding.
Paula and her staff are a powerhouse, simply magical, incredibly service oriented, world-class service, always returning our calls right away and accommodating our every want and need.

Our Special evening I must say Rocked! Spectacular buffet tables!!! Excellent food!!! Everyone has been raving about the food and drinks, the dining staff didn't leave one detail out, the bartenders were friendly, always smiling and very polite. Our personal waitress took care of us so well, made us feel like royalty. She stood right by our side and no matter what we needed she was right there. Paula had the whole night in control, I didn't worry about a thing. All I can say is Bravo...

We booked our reception at the Terrace when it was still at the beginning phases of construction so we were a little nervous since we didn’t see the completed room when we booked; however when we saw the finished venue, we could not have been happier!! It turned out absolutely stunning – even better than we could have ever imagined!! We keep getting compliments about how beautiful the venue is from all of our family and friends. Even our vendors that worked here for the first time have been telling us that it’s one of the most beautiful venues they have worked at! Not only is the space gorgeous, but the food, service, and friendliness of the staff is the best!! So many people have told us that the food was the best they ever had at a wedding and the service was amazing! We worked with Tommy to coordinate the wedding and he is amazing! He is so nice and makes sure everything is taken care of before and during the event. We feel like we made a new friend during the process. Caesar was our maître d' at the wedding, and he was perfect! He always had drinks ready for us and kept us aware of everything going on that we needed to know, without being in our face. He kept everything running so smoothly throughout the night. His hard work definitely paid off in making our event so perfect! There is a terrace on the roof which is beautiful and you can have a ceremony there if you wanted. They also made a beautiful bridal suite where the wedding party can freshen up, etc. throughout the evening. We could not be happier with our experience at the Terrace. I can not say enough good things about planning my wedding with The Terrace. From the minute I met with Paula I knew I HAD to have my wedding there. I watched it be built from studs to a beautiful venue and I couldn't have been more pleased and happy with the way everything came together. From the service to the food and everything in between everything was immaculate for our big day! They took care of us like we were family from day one and that made all the difference in the world. Paula was great to work with and I will forever be grateful for all the hard work she put in for our wedding, Cesar, our Maitre D was phenomenal, he kept us up to date with what was going on through out the night and listened to everything we asked and of course my bridal assistant Lex was AWESOME!!!!! Troy and I just got married at the Terrace Friday night and everything was truly amazing! Everyone could not stop raving about the gorgeous venue, amazing food and wonderful wait staff. We are so truly lucky and blessed to have had our wedding there! Thankfully (due to amazing weather) we were able to have the ceremony outside on the Terrace, which took our breath away. Even a few days later everyone can't stop talking about it! A very, very special thank you to Paula who helped make our day so absolutely wonderful and better than we could have ever imagined! She went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. To Caesar and Alex, thank you for being there all night to tend to anything we needed. Any time we turned around you guys were there to fill our drinks, find family members for pictures, help with my veil (which kept getting stuck to my dress!) and even helping Troy take off his jacket. I cannot thank Paula and the entire team at the Terrace at Biagio’s enough for all that they did to make our wedding so fantastic. Before booking a venue, we looked at many different facilities that were all nice, but we had heard a lot about “The Terrace” at Biagio’s, which was still being built at the time, and wanted to check it out. During our initial meeting with the team at The Terrace, I could immediately feel that what they were doing was different from other venues. The event planners were truly genuine people and although the building itself was new, they had held countless large events at the restaurant and really knew the wedding industry well. We knew we were taking a gamble booking before the construction was even close to being done, but after seeing the energy, passion and vision of the staff at Biagio’s during that first meeting, I couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else.

During the months leading up to our wedding, Paula was so approachable, knowledgeable and flexible. We had eaten at the restaurant on many occasions and loved the food but when we went for our tasting, we were completely blown away. We were so impressed by how delicious every single thing we tried tasted. Our guests now keep telling us how incredible the food was and what an amazing time they had (thank you Jimmy – you are a FABULOUS chef!). On the day of the wedding, I was worried about 1000 other aspects of the day (I’m a worrier…) but I had absolutely no fears about The Terrace. Our wedding was so unbelievably beautiful and everything went 100% perfectly. I felt so comforted that Paula was there and available if anything went wrong (when a button popped off my dress, they solved the problem!) and our Bridal Attendant Stephanie was so attentive and sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend The Terrace and can’t thank Paula, Jimmy, Tommy, Bob, Athena and the entire team for all that you did to make our wedding a truly magical day!

First of all. THANK YOU! We booked this venue before the construction was done and that says a lot about the first impression we received. They were welcoming, accommodating, flexible, fun to work with and made the whole wedding planning experience wonderful. Everything was completed (construction wise) in a timely manner and there was never a concern about it not being complete by our wedding date. WE trusted and loved working with everyone there so much that we not only had our wedding but also our rehearsal dinner at Biagios. The Terrace is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen! The food is fantastic, the service is what everyone raved about at the wedding itself. They went above and beyond with everything, and we cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so special. Everyone at the Terrace and Biagios has truly become part of our family and we cannot wait to celebrate the next big event there!

Work only with Tommy! The other restaurant managers and banquet managers were not good but Tommy was so INCREDIBLY AMAZING that it made up for others being slightly rude.

Tommy met us on his days off, answered texts regarding wedding planning at all hours and walked us carefully through every element of our wedding.

On the day of our event Tommy was everywhere we needed him making sure the whole cocktail hour and reception went perfectly. He truly became a friend during this process and genuinely cared about our wedding day.

In addition, the venue is gorgeous, the main ballroom can fit over 300 people easily. We only had 150 so a partition sectioned off one end of the room and it looked stunning. The cocktail room is absolutely beautiful as are all of the other amenities. There is also a roof top 'terrace' where they hold ceremonies that is a very nice outdoor space.

Ceaser our Matrie de was also fantastic, he was by our side giving us fresh drinks every five minutes and making sure we were happy. Ceaser and Tommy did a careful look over of the entire building to be sure that we had collected all of our belongings and even saved a pile of our most important stuff for over a week because we drove off on the party bus before they had finished loading. The stuff we left behind included our Waterford cake server and toasting flutes and we didn't even stress because we knew Tommy would take good care of our stuff.

The waitstaff, bartenders and other employees were all great and very attentive. A number of our guests commented on how much they liked their waiters and waitresses.

Most importantly, the food is excellent in both quality and quantity.

Again, you must ONLY deal with Tommy in order to ensure you have a positive experience as other managers were rude.

We really cannot rave about Tommy enough...we would give him and our overall experience at the Terrace ten stars if we could.

This place turned out amazing. I am so happy we decided to have our reception here. The place is beautiful, the food was incredible, the lighting was great. People have not stopped talking about our wedding. We worked with Tommy who was great to work. Very helpful with anything that we wanted or asked for. I can not say enough great things about this place. My only problem was I did not get to eat enough of the food and everyone keeps telling me how good it was. I hope to get invited to a wedding here soon so I can enjoy it as a guest. I wish we could do the wedding over since it was so much fun and so perfect.

We had our daughter's wedding reception at the Terrace and it was magnificent!! The food & the room were unbelievable!! All the during the cocktail hour and the dinner, we had more people come up to us and say how wonderful everything was.

I had my bridal shower at Biagio's in June 2013. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. The dining room up front was perfect for a small sized event, with a pretty fireplace and large windows. My mother who planned my shower said that Tommy was amazing to work with; he was very accommodating and friendly with a calming demeanor.

I can't even begin to describe how accommodating and helpful the staff at Biagio's were. From the first day of our engagement, we knew that we wanted to get married at our favorite restaurant, Biagio's! We were pleasantly surprised at Paula, Tommy, and Jeff's willingness to bend over backwards to make our wedding perfect. We had a movie themed wedding, and everyone was very helpful with each element of the movie theme. Popcorn popper, centerpieces that kept falling apart, film strip photo frames, and a compilation of our favorite movies playing next to the bar were no problem for Biagio's. The staff was even kind to our guests that insisted on showing up too early! We asked to substitute the chicken dish option with chicken parmesan, and Paula told us it was not a problem, and no extra charge! I miscounted at one of the tables, and Tommy had no problem adding an extra place setting! Our wedding was very low stress and tons of fun! Most of the credit goes to the fantastic staff of Biagio's!

We had our wedding reception at Biagio's and it was absolutely beautiful. The event was held at their ballroom which is a beautiful room and perfect for our 100 guests. Paula and all the stuff were a real pleasure working with and made sure everything was perfect for our special day. They were really attentive to us and all our guests and lets not forget about the delicious food. I highly recommend this place for your special event. We had our reception at Biagio's ballroom and I can not imagine having it at any other place. We had a small wedding with 85 people and the ballroom at Biagio's Restaurant was the perfect venue for us. The first time we met with Tommy we knew that Biagio's was the perfect choice for us. Not only because Tommy was excellent and knowlegeable but because we couldn't find any other venue that would compete with the prices they have. Not only the price is unbeatable but the quality that you are getting is unbelievable. And we did everything within our budget!!! We still are receiving calls telling us how beautiful was our reception and how delicious the food was. We even order our cake with them and it was outstanding and gorgeous. Paula was in charge the day of the wedding and the service that her and her team provided was beyond excelent! She went above and beyond to make us happy. I just met once with her to go over the details of how I wanted the set up and she understood my vision and did everything exactly how I wanted it. We are so happy that we celebrated our special day at Biagio's. I wouldn't change a thing. So if you are looking for quality, good food and excellent service call Biagio's and ask for Tommy or Paula. I am sure you won't regret it.

We loved Tommy, Paula, Ted and the staff's attention to detail during our special day. My guests did not complain; service was so great that my coworkers decided to have one of my other coworker's retirement 3 months later.

I held my rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception at Biagio's in July 2011. The entire Biagio's family was wonderful to work with. I worked primarily with Paula and Tommy but everyone I encounted was professional and courteous. No attention to detail is missed and if there were any problems during any of my events, myself or my family were never aware. The decor? Very tasteful and allows you to decorate the way you want without fear of clashing. The location? Wonderful! Biagio's is located next to various major highways. The front waterfall is an excellent backdrop for bridal portraits and there is a park within walking distance for additonal photos. Ample parking is available on site as well as a separate entrance attached to the ballroom for your guests. I've saved the best for last. The food? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. All the food was fresh, well presented and tasted even better than it looked. My guests are still raving about the food and I am too! The bartender was lovely as well. Biagio's made our wedding and all related events a dream come true. I'm looking forward to having dinner there on our first anniversary or anytime we want a great meal, a drink at the bar, some amazing buffalo wings or just a romantic night out.

Overall Keith and I had a tremendous experience with the Terrace. Paula and Athena were absolutely great in all phases, especially on the day of the wedding. The bridal attendant Jenny was so accomodating and attentive before the wedding to not only the bride and groom, but there families as well. During the wedding, Jenny kept up the fantastic work for Keith and I. The food, music and photographer were all A+! I would highly recommend the Terrace to anyone that asks for any type of function that they would be interested in. Thanks again to the Terrace, Paula, Athena and Jenny and everyone else that helped make Kristine and Keith's wedding day an unforgettable one!

I can't express to Tommy and the entire family on how grateful we are. Our wedding turned out great... the staff and the bartender all were very professional. The food was phenomonal !!! After the reception in the ballroom (which looked beautiful) we hit the bar and continued celebrating till the place closed down.... at 3a.m. Thanks Tommy!

The team at Biagio's does a great job of delivering excellent food, service and value. Tommy and Paula are a great team that really know their customers and want to make everything special for them.

Our food was amazing, the wait staff was fantastic and everything was orchestrated perfectly. As a bride, that was all I could ask for. Planning with them was easy as they're pros at doing weddings. I wasn't a wedding expert going into planning and their guidance was much appreciated. But if there was something I didn't want, they were more than happy to arrange things to my needs.

The Terrace is absolutely just beautiful. Unfortunately my number of guests did not meet the requirements for the ballroom which is understandable.

Our wedding reception at The Terrace was beautiful, fun and memorable. Part of why we chose the venue was because of the large space, giant dance floor, elegant details, friendly people to work with, and of course the awesome rooftop terrace where we held the coolest fall cocktail hour that everyone loved. We particularly loved the Oktoberfest station, the fireplace and garden photo-op spots, bars on both sides of the ballroom, and the spaciousness and elegance of the venue. The food was absolutely delicious (and there was plenty of it), the decor was delightful and in-season, and overall our guests had a really wonderful time.

While we have an overwhelmingly positive review, we do feel disappointed in a lot of details and decisions that didn’t seem to get communicated through to the maitre’d and staff. We were surprised to see that the core details they had asked us to go over with them the day before like reception timeline, set-up and lighting package setting were not followed, and that something written in our contract was only offered for the cocktail hour instead of the whole reception. Overall, the night was still great of course, but when you’re paying this kind of money for a large reception and opting in to any upcharges, then it doesn’t feel good to see things executed so far off from what was agreed upon together. While I’d still recommend The Terrace, I hope that management works on tightening the communication and organization of the planning process between clients and staff.

The moment that we first toured the Terrace we knew that was where we wanted to have our reception. We booked it within two weeks of getting engaged. Although we had a few little problems, everything turned out wonderfully. We ended up working with a number of people there, which was great, but also confusing. I was disappointed at times about how long it would take to get a response via email. About 2 weeks before the wedding I received a frantic call from Bob about needing us to come in to finalize details. I had been there a few days before for 2 hours going over details. He could not find any of the paperwork on it. eventually he found it and everything was fine, it just brought about a little extra stress. Overall I think The Terrace is great, you just need to havea little patience and stay on top of everything.

The place was gorgeous, the food was great and everything was set up beautifully ! The staff I worked with before the big day was great. Everyone is still raving about it the cocktail hr and dinner ! The staff however, especially the attendant working with me and my husband was not to our satisfaction. She was rude & not as helpful as we would have hoped for. We were rushed out, they lost my bird cage and had to give me something else to use for my cards and at the end of the night they didn’t even give me a chance to collect them, they just put everything on a cart and sent it downstairs without me knowing, sending me looking for it all. Who knows what might have happened to some cards/gifts along the way. My bridesmaid was even trying to ask her to wait so I can get them and she was told “I do this all the time, relax” They rushed my guests out asking them to get in their Uber’s etc so they can “go home.” Not something you want to hear when you’re spending so much money on an event.

Worked with several people in Sales, Tom, Jennifer and Stephanie; unfortunately, encountered a misunderstanding about the location of the ceremony with Tom; nevertheless, everything turned out beautifully. I would like to give Stephanie a big "kudos" her professionalism, and personality were beyond reproach. She returned calls, was very engaged with my needs. If I dealt with her from the beginning to end, I would have given an "exceptional rating"..I loved the accommodations prior to the ceremony with Taylor, she was a GEM; overall, everything turned out great and I would highly recommend your establishment again and again to my friends and family.

Went to a wedding here over the weekend if you care about the safety of your guest and yourself during a pandemic this place is a HARD pass. Not one single worker at the venue wore a mask the matre D was maskless the entire time. The staff were minors, literally children 17 and under serving food. Went to the bathroom and 5 of them were consoling one of them over a boy she was crying over which explains why food was extremely delayed and not good. They must have hired these kids from Paramus Catholic down the road. I would be furious if I paid this much for child labor. What encouraged me to write this review several people got sick from this venue…we have flu like symptoms 2 days after attending all from different households so far we tested negative but this place is def not covid safe and a cess pool for germs

I was asked by Biagios to remove my review from the platforms I posted on. They also sent me a $200 gift certificate in the same breath.

I… had a really crumby experience with Biagios this Sunday for my shower for the following reasons:

1. I dealt with about 4 different people when trying to coordinate the shower. I was involved because my grandma was paying for it, and I was doing the leg work (happily). Every time I spoke with someone, it’s like I was wasting their time. Including the owner Athena. I just… It was terrible.

2. I came with my 87 year old grandma to look at the room I was going to be in. I scheduled the date ahead of time. Athena told me that I was going to be intruding on someone’s party and to not do that. I said “well if I knew there was a party, then I wouldn’t have come. Why did you schedule me to come in at this time?” Afterward when we were doing the paperwork, she had no place for us to sit. No office. No tables. We basically had to stand until they put us at a restaurant table and rushed as out. We were paying nearly $2k for a shower and it’s like they couldn’t wait for us to leave.

3. The week before the shower I went to drop off the check. I got to my appointment early. They had the changes to my contract wrong, and rushed me out. It wasn’t until I was about to leave when another person said “I’m going to be taking care of you on Sunday.” I had no idea who this was. I asked the woman I previously sat with if there were table numbers, she said no. If there were easels, she said no. Who our day of coordinator was going to be, she said some other dude. Come to find out all of that information was wrong. The inconsistency is just bonkers.

3. The day of. I explicitly put in my contract we wanted a wishing well. I literally saw the wishing well with Zach (our day of coordinator) the week before. He said he would have it painted before the shower. He then told my party there was no wishing well. We found one half way through the party.

3a. The food was stale. The croissants, bagels, waffles. It was terrible. How embarrassing!? Hard as rocks. STALE. The food was delayed in coming out. We had guests bringing up their dishes to the servers because they weren’t clearing plates. It was just so, so unorganized and crap.

I went to biagios because everyone talks about it and it’s all about the name and big Bergen county folks go there. I don’t know. Not impressed at all.

We contacted this venue through WeddingWire. We spoke to Christopher, who confirmed that our wedding date was available and so, scheduled an appointment Sunday afternoon.

We called the venue again Sunday morning to confirm whether that date was still available (they answered yes). We waited about 10-15 minutes until one of the four banquet managers discussed our plans with us. When she asked us our date, she searched in the system and clarified that the date was actually unavailable. We asked why we weren't let known before we had to make the trip out to their venue, and the banquet manager said that she doesn't know, and that there are four banquet managers that we could have spoken to. The banquet manager was apologetic about this, but at the end of the day it was a very unprofessional and upsetting experience. We cancelled another appointment to see this venue, and then additionally drove in about an hour during traffic to find this out. A call would have been appreciated.
