There are not enough stars on this review board to begin to touch the work that Britney did for our wedding! She took every vision that I had and made it the most unimaginable stunning event! Planning with Britney is flawless. If there’s an issue, she has it handled. If you want to work with a planner that will take the reins and bring your ideas to life meanwhile getting to ENJOY wedding planning, Britney is your girl! She gave us the most relaxing wedding planning experience that could’ve been. She was also very honest with me. She was very considerate of what I wanted meanwhile ensuring that everything turned out perfectly!! Could not recommend Britney & her team highly enough!!! -

After not having the best initial experience elsewhere and even trying to piece parts of our vision together ourselves, we were referred to Britney at Be You. She was everything we needed and more.
She did not just understand our vision. She executed it with a level of precision, creativity, and intention that completely exceeded my expectations. Every detail we discussed was honored and then elevated. The aesthetic, the flow, the timing, the energy of the day, all of it came together so seamlessly it felt effortless. She took what was in my head and brought it to life in a way that was more beautiful than I could have imagined.
What meant the most to me was how flawlessly she carried it out. Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt overlooked. Every vendor was aligned. Every transition was smooth. Setup and teardown were handled completely. I did not coordinate anyone. I did not troubleshoot. I did not lift a finger. I simply got to be present and fully enjoy one of the most important days of my life.
It was calm. It was intentional. It was perfect.
Hiring Britney was 10 out of 10 worth every single penny. If you want someone who will protect your peace and execute your vision at the highest level, she is it. -

Day of support, the timeline, I cannot begin to describe how on top of everything they were!!! Britney and her team were absolutely amazing!! I can’t tell you the peace that comes over you when you can say “Britney’s on it”! Because she has everything handled! The number one piece of advice I’d have for any bride is to not only get a planner, but get THE planner! She handled a tough situation with another one of my vendors very professionally, and advocated for me on my behalf! Couldn’t ask for more from a planner! But… there is more! This team literally went above and beyond for our day! We had SO many people come up to us and compliment us on the vendors we had as well. She made sure our day went perfectly and honestly, my only regret is not getting her biggest package offered lol! This team went out of their way and intentionally created magical moments for us. At every moment, our coordinator was right there to help me. (Even to take off my shoes, get a drink for me, everything!!) Genuinely, our day was so seamless and great because of them! I'll start by being cliche'--I'd never planned a wedding before. And no, having been a maid of honor at other weddings did NOT give me much help trying to plan a wedding in a city I just moved to.
Here's another cliche'-- Wedding planners are a controlling, self-promoting unnecessary expense for those who don't have the imagination to think up their own wedding or the strength to carry it out.
But all my crunching and research was only getting me more and more stressed without giving me any clear direction--Which vendors were for real? Which vendors worked well together? Which vendors were actually out to help their clients and not fleece them? Only a person who'd actually BEEN with these vendors would know. And so I called Britney.
I only wished I'd saved myself some time and heartache and stress and called her sooner.
Britney was open and helpful and willing to talk BEFORE I signed any contracts with her. When I did decide to go with her, she based our first meeting off of what I wanted in my wedding, my tastes and ideas, and my budget. She didn't try to upsell me once or cast some bombastic vision of her own like the cliche' would have. She knows her vendors and narrowed the field down to those who fit my ideas, making perusing and contacting them MUCH easier. The final decisions were always up to me, but she was very honest and upfront if she felt something wasn't a good idea, or if she had a better way to achieve what I ultimately wanted.
She was available to me throughout this summer of planning, and took so much weight off of me in coordination and communication. All the vendors (some of whom had told me about her to begin with) had a terrific rapport with her. Both she and they worked together like clockwork to give my family and my wedding even more than I'd hoped for, and I honestly can't imagine having done any of this without her.
So who is a wedding planner? If she's Britney she's moving mountains behind the scenes so you don't need to. She's equipped with an arsenal of supplies so that she can help you save on expenses and never have to worry about not having something. She is the first one to give you quality photo and video of your wedding, and she's the one who takes all your texts and concerns and questions. When things don't go according to schedule, she makes a new one on the spot so that your reception continues smoothly, and she's singlehandedly your best "got your back" for all your planning and the logistics of your wedding. -

Simply the best
Britney and her amazing team were suggested to me by our venue, The Springs. We didn’t really need a full on planner (or so we thought). They made the wedding planning so much fun and easy. She knows the best vendors and advice. Also, she’s your biggest cheerleader in the world. I never want to get married again because I found the love of my life, but their planning and assistance gave us our dream day and I would do it all over again if I could. Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!
Britney was everything we wanted in a Wedding Planner. She was extremely organized, she had great ideas, was flexible enough to incorporate our ideas and yet express her honest opinion when we were off the mark. She handled all of our problems, which in the last week were numerous and unexpected. She kept us on schedule and was very direct and professional. We could not have done it without her. I would recommend her without hesitation. She also assisted with the planning of the honeymoon which was perfect. She was THE BEST!!! -

A True Lifesaver
First of all, hire the coordinator! I went back and forth about it for months not wanting to spend the extra money. In the end, this was one of our best decisions. Britney’s involvement in the planning process lowered my stress levels from the moment she stepped in. I had begun worrying about the colors and the candles and if I’d chosen the right eucalyptus or not. Who was going to sit where. Leading up to the wedding I sent Britney LOTS of pictures and ideas and she was super responsive and helpful in making decisions that she knew from experience would look best. Even when I got the crazy idea of doing photos with rainbow colored smoke sticks for our lesbian wedding she was ALL IN!!
The day of the wedding Britney and her team arrived, unloaded all the decor I had and jumped in starting to set things up. I had an idea of how I wanted things to look, but with those I didn’t know about, they did amazing. Throughout the day they were ever present with helpful hands doing anything and everything that needed to be done. My necklace broke during pictures and Britney sat in the grass for as long as it took to fix it. If anything else during my wedding went awry I never even knew about it. I was so very thankful for their knowledge, experience, value, and professionalism. I am so glad my wife made me hire a coordinator and am beyond happy that I chose BeYoutiful Occasions. -

If you’re looking for THE BEST of the best, look no further! Our wedding day was over the top phenomenal and so seamless because of Britney and her team. It was so much fun to plan with her, but it was even more fun spending our day with her. She takes care of every little detail and so much more. Not to mention, we woke up with a full gallery of photos and an amazing recap video to watch the morning after the big day! I have waited 96 hrs to give this review, hoping that at some point I can wrap my head around the Complete Excellence that we just experienced. I am still having a hard time on where to even begin. I'm Dad, marrying away my one and only biological daughter. This whole process had been so overwhelming. The emotions, the planning, the Florist, the Dresses, the Caterers, the Rentals, the set up, the tear down, the Photographers, the Videographers, the Food Staff, the Wait Staff, the DJ and sound, the Venue coordination, the Bar Staff and the deliveries just to name a few! Finding someone that not only has the knowledge, skills and demeanor to coordinate one of the most emotional, hormonal and high energy days of a lifetime is beyond priceless! Britney Keirsey & Company aka "Be~You~tiful Occasions" simply knocked it out of the park on each and every level! I remember showing up the day of the Wedding, 6 hrs AFTER Britney and her team had arrived I might add, with all this STUFF swimming in my head. I approached Britney and began running down things that were basically clean up oriented, which is what I thought we would all need to pitch in and help just a little. (Understand this is what was on my mind BEFORE the most special event of my daughters life had even happened) Britney looked at me with her arms full, people calling her name from all directions, in the most calm and pleasant manner imaginable and said "You need to worry or do none of that, I will take care of EVERYTHING". I had heard her words and responded "Nothing"? Her response "Absolutely NOTHING, but enjoy your Daughters Wedding". The rest, was Heavenly History. On such a high energy, high stress day, there were no oops, no stressful moments, no frowns, no complaints, no unhappy people. Just the most unforgettable wedding orchestration I have ever witnessed. The entire day was flawless! I can't begin to tell you what a unique characteristic it takes to find a person & team like Be~You~tiful Occasions with all their professionalism, to pull off such a special day as this. As parents our Prayer is to only experience the marriage of our children ONCE, and we want so very much for it to be special beyond measure. Every aspect of my daughters wedding was special, and Britney & Crew was the driving force behind it. I decided I needed someone three weeks before my daughter’s wedding for the day of due to venue restrictions, time limits, and being from out of state. Our caterer recommended Britney and I couldn’t have been more pleased with her! Even stepping in late to the game she was completing tasks in the first five minutes. She took care of our every need and I was able to be “present” and in the moment with my daughter. She’s highly organized, sweet, and detail oriented. I really don’t know how we would have done it without her! My daughter and I said she made a very special day the best it could have been! -

I don’t have enough good things to say out Britney and Be•You•Tiful Occasions. Not only was able to help us plan and find AMAZING vendors, she fixed issues when they arose and didn’t even know they happened. I never had to worry about a darn thing and it was the biggest relief during our wedding day. I can very vividly remember her asking if we wanted to start our second line(a New Orleans thing because my husband is from there) at the time in the schedule or if we want a few more minutes to dance. We chose to dance and it wasn’t a problem at all. She and her team truly cared about us as a couple and our experience. If you have any reservations, you don’t need to have them with her and her company. She 100% has your back. -

As the groom’s mom I was in charge of the rehearsal dinner. Britney and crew did a fabulous job. Every time i would ask a question about something she was already on top of it. She was great at problem solving any issues that came up and she worked hard at getting us great vendors for a reasonable price. The day of the event she was very hands on. I didn’t have to do anything. I appreciated that so much. She also handled the wedding the next day and was just as impressive with that as well. She worked with the bride and groom and provided a timeline of events we could distribute so that everyone knew where to be when. -

Britney, the woman behind BeYoutiful Occasions is absolutely incredible!! She made my day everything I wanted. She will cater to whatever needs you have. Whether you want her extremely hands on or if you want to have some control over some areas she will make it happen. Leading up to my day the planning was seamless. The day of was even easier!! (Don’t know how she makes that magic happen). She knows every step to take and will direct you with ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job! Britney is basically Mary Poppins! She has so many tips, tricks, contacts, ideas on anything and everything. She can turn nothing into something amazing!
Unfortunately for my wedding, we had found out about 10 days before that everything was getting shut down due to COVID. What had seemed like a nightmare at the time turned into a very special day for my husband and I because of Britney! She was able to basically make a new wedding in that time frame. We eventually had the big wedding that was originally planned several months later that went smoothly thanks to her. She even planned our honeymoon and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted there. She even helped me out with my bridal shower. This lady does it all and I can not say enough great things about her! I’m so thankful for her and I would highly recommend her for any vacation, weddings or party/shower needs! -

I used Britney for my honeymoon this year during the pandemic. My family has never used a travel agent before, but after so much planning for the wedding I was exhausted and just wanted to have someone else take care of one thing. I messaged Britney after hearing from her at a wedding show, and it was the best choice I made for my wedding. She gave me options based on my budget and explained perfectly the differences. Once I picked I had to change up the dates TWICE due to wedding drama haha, she did it with no questions asked and even took the liberty of getting us a private driver. Everything was perfect, she could be contacted at a moments notice and was always available to do anything I asked. The honeymoon was perfect and exactly what I had dreamed of and without Britney, none of it would’ve been possible. I don’t even usually do reviews but let me tell you Britney is the BEST!!! Use her to make your vacations how they are supposed to be, Stress Free!!!! -

Amazing Coordinator!
Britney made our day so easy! She collected all of my decorations, my dress, and any other detail pieces the day before the wedding so I could relax that night and sleep in on the morning of my wedding. But that was just the beginning! She had the bridal suite all set up and ready for the photographer when I arrived. I was able to sit and relax the entire time while getting ready while Britney took care of every detail! If there was a problem, I never knew it, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day! The day sailed by without a single worry on my mind. Hiring Britney was the best decision I made for my wedding, and it's the best decision you could make too! -

I can’t even explain in words how amazing Britney is. She made our wedding so incredible and easy I had no worries. If you ever need a wedding planner, which DUH you do, Britney makes life SO.EASY. Not only does she respond to every call, text, and email.... she helps you through all of your wedding planning melt downs. Not to mention, she is just down right amazing and fun to work with. We loved having her at our wedding. Really though, even if something does go wrong, you’ll never know about it because of her.

The best there is
No words to describe how good Britney is at her job other than to say she had found her calling in life. She was recommended to me by multiple vendors and Without a doubt is the best event coordinator you will ever find. She thinks of every detail and is 2 steps ahead (like if my custom aisle needed backing and support underneath). Britney has amazing taste and came up with ideas that made my wedding modern and stylish just as I wanted it. We are even going to submit for bridal magazines and cover contest. I will use her for all of my important events in the future. Do yourself a favor and get her working with you immediately. -

Britney is amazing!! She exceeded our expectations on everything! She worked with us way before 6 weeks out (although that’s the package we paid for) and made everything so personable along the way. On our big day we had some delay on decor and floral orders and she surprised me with so much floral and beautiful decorations that I was blown away. On top of that she made a video of our day for us without charge and took so many beautiful pictures!! We joked and said we didn’t even need to hire a photographer because she did it all!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! -

She was amazing!
She was 100% worth every penny I spent. She continuously checked with all of the vendors to make sure they were there on time, was extremely organized and made sure the day went as smooth as possible, and even met us in the parking lot to offer to carry anything in for us. If you’re considering adding her to your wedding day, you will not regret booking with her! She helped make the day so much less stressful than it would have been. She also took lots of photos and an awesome video of the day! I booked her lowest package (Day of coordinator) and it was completely worth it! Photos are of the bridal suite she had already set up before anyone arrived! -
