User1696720 Sent on 07/06/2014Our driver was wonderful! Very accomodating to 14 people and truly a lot of fun. The limo was beautiful clean and neat. She was early and so patient with us while we were squeezing in every picture we could. She even got us a gift! The owner was very responsive and very friendly. We highly recommend this company! -

User2420764 Sent on 11/10/2015Beyond Limousines was a great way to get our bridal party from place to place on our wedding day. The 16 passenger limo was a decent size for 14 people. There was enough space, but certainly not too much. The driver was very courteous and respective of our time at each of our locations.

User1144048 Sent on 04/25/2013We used this vendor for our wedding. It was a beatiful limo and they were flexible with our transportation destinations on our wedding the day. The one area we had a problem with was the focus on the tip. We were e-mailed before the wedding day asking how the tip would be paid, which surprised us because a tip usually represents the level of service which is provided. Then on our wedding day we gave the driver a tip (around 10% for a few hours of using the limo) which he came directly to the bride and groom to complain about. It did not match the 20% suggested tip because we were lead to believe that the driver was also the owner of the vehicle and the wedding websites said you do not have to give the same tip to an owner/operator. Whether we were wrong or right, we were very upset about the unprofessionalism of coming directly to the bride and groom to complain (we specifically gave our checks for payment to others so to not bring extra stress on us during the wedding day), and the focus on the tip beforehand without much enthusiasm in the e-mails for our wedding. It seems like they were focused on only one thing, money, and of course the driver complaining upset the bride which is not something you want to do on your wedding day. For that reason we will not be recommending this limo to our numerous other friends who are getting married in the next year or two.Beyond Limousines's reply:
In response to the tip you were emailed to see how the balance was going to be handled and if the gratuity was going on a c/c, check or cash. The 20% is part of the bill just like when you have a large wedding party at a restaurant that is standard. Unlike most companies we are still at 20%, most of them are at 30%, an 8% tip to me as a manger is not appropriate. As for professionalism I was there early, did everything you asked me to above and beyond including sitting in a Mc-Donald’s parking lot which is fine that’s what you wanted it is your day! For the owner/operator part of the tip I never heard of that, I’ve been in this business for 8-years managing it, not an owner. The contract was in your name and just like any other contract you deal with the person whose name is on it. I never came to you complaining I was merely asking how the rest of the gratuity was going to be handled like some will pay cash and the rest on the c/c. ect. Our main focus is to supply you with a top-notch limousine service not about money, if it were all about money the deposit wouldn’t have been $50 it would have been half like other companies and the balance would have had to be paid 30-days prior to the service again like other companies. At this point other companies would of just put the rest on the c/c we did not. If you read the rest of the reviews you can see the professionalism we carry, sorry you felt this way. Thanks Brian
