Simply AMAZING photography- Betsy captured our happiness!
I have so many good things to say about Betsy & John Photography, its gonna be hard to keep this succinct. My husband and I worked directly with Betsy. Betsy is a gem of a human being; she is lovely, kind, thoughtful, professional, well-informed, sensitive to your needs, and has an excellent eye. When I first reached out to her and told her my concerns about lighting, she listened and made suggestions. In her professional capacity, she asked for pictures we like of ourselves so she can see the type of pictures we prefer and our style, and she also went to the wedding venue beforehand to scope out nice photography areas. How great is that? She knew exactly where all the cool shots would be before we even started shooting. It saved a lot of time!
She was patient with the wedding chaos and directed our wedding party and the families appropriately to get a beautiful variety of shots. She was not intrusive during the wedding ceremony, and made sure to capture the moments where people pose and the impromptu moments as well. Everyone raved over the wedding photos, and I think its the best I've ever looked in my life! We look as good as we felt that day!
My husband and I will cherish these pictures for years to come. Betsy was able to capture our most joyful moments and as my husband said to me after we got the photos, "I'm beyond happy!" Booking Betsy & John is worth every single penny. You won't regret it, believe me. -

Betsy & John did an amazing job perfectly capturing our special day! Not only are they brilliant in their craft, but they are also the absolute sweetest people to work with with! We really enjoyed having them by our sides the whole day, capturing every moment. They were so thoughtful and fun every step of the way (even leading up to the wedding), and we were so amazed by how flexible and responsive they were. For example, we were debating the popular first look photos, and they really guided us in our decision by answering our questions honestly and patiently, while never adding any pressure or making us feel uncomfortable. They also went above and beyond on the wedding to day to get every single shot that we asked for! :) We were absolutely blown away with the final photos, and we have received so many compliments on them already!! Hands down, they are incredible all the way around! -

We are beyond thrilled with how our wedding album turned out with photos that capture the love, joy and beauty of our special day. All of Betsy and John’s photos are thoughtfully composed, framed and edited with flattering, natural light and colors. You can tell they take pride in their work, and they’re true experts at documenting weddings. Our bride and groom portraits, bridal party and family photos are all lovely and will be appreciated by our families for generations. Betsy and John also captured genuine, candid moments between us and our family and friends throughout the reception. These photos are especially cherished because they evoke the emotions felt in that moment. Overall, we received so many stunning photos that far exceed all expectations of how we imagined our wedding photos turning out.
What’s not visible in photos, are the people behind the camera. Betsy and John are absolutely incredible people and were a joy to spend time with during engagement photos and on our wedding day. They take the time to get to know you as a couple and understand your vision for your special day. Betsy does a wonderful job directing to where the poses feel natural, making the front-of-the-camera experience enjoyable. John does a great job capturing the more candid moments from a distance. You’ll notice that couples look very at-ease in their photos, which indicates how Betsy and John make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Together they make a perfect team and we highly recommend them for your wedding! -

Amazing photographers!
I can’t say enough good things about Betsy & John! We immediately connected with them, and knew our photos would be perfect. They traveled to Sonoita with us for some different engagement photos, planned everything out for the wedding perfectly, and were just all around amazing. They’re professional yet comfortable to be around. My husband and I are both uncomfortable in photos and they made us feel so calm. They’re amazing and our photos are perfect! The package also included a engagement shoot which was nice. These photos are beautiful and natural looking. I like that nothing looks posed. She captured so many beautiful moments. They are very responsive and get back to you quickly! I would highly recommend Betsy and her husband John for your wedding day! -

I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Betsy and John, because they are PHENOMENAL at what they do. They captured our day so beautifully from the details, to portraits, to candid emotional pictures. The photos instantly transport us back. We also used them for our engagement photos on Mount Lemmon, and have always loved those as well. Betsy and John are very experienced, talented, and reliable. They are also the nicest, and most lovely people as well. We are so fortunate to have worked with them and could not recommend them more. -
