I truly can't put into words how amazing Beth is- she has a gift and is extremely talented. It was very clear that Beth has been doing this for a long time and she knows what she is doing. She went above and beyond every step of the way, and I don't know how we would have done it without her. Beth helped to calm my nerves leading up to the wedding, and I felt completely confident that she and her team had it 100% under control. She was blunt, direct and on top of it, which is exactly what you want in a wedding planner. Beth knew all the best vendors, and every vendor respects her. She was able to guide and advise us on linens, flowers, rentals and more. She came with us to the floral appointment and helped design our dream table scape. At the last minute, my mom and Beth added in our registry plates from Juliska to the head table, which brought tears to my eyes. I knew with full confidence that Beth had the entire weekend taken care of, and she hires a team to make sure every aspect goes off seamlessly. I cannot recommend Beth enough!!! Not to mention the friendship that we made in the process. I feel confident that we will grab drinks with her and her husband any time we are in Hilton Head. -

The entire day was beyond beautiful — truly more perfect than we ever imagined. Every detail reflected such thought, care, and love. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking, the linens and lighting created the most magical atmosphere, and the room and band setup was incredible. Everywhere we looked there was another beautiful touch that made the day feel so special.
Beth kept everything moving so smoothly and calmly, made sure the bride, groom and wedding party were where they needed to be, and somehow made the entire event feel effortless. As the parents of the bride, she gave us the priceless gift of being able to relax, be present, and simply enjoy watching our daughter marry the love of her life.
Beth knows all the best vendors and they really respect her and her suggestions. I would highly recommend Beth!

Beth was kind, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, professional, accountable, and invaluable. I honestly can’t imagine our wedding experience without her and have thanked God many times for her! Her list and recommendations of all vendors was so helpful and gave us confidence. Her experience as a wedding planner for almost 20 years helped us in most all decisions, and led us to consider things we would have never even thought about. The best investment in our wedding!
Hiring Beth and her team was the best investment we made in our wedding!
We specifically worked with Christine and she was so knowledgeable, kind, and always one step ahead of me in the planning process. She always made herself available to answer my questions leading up to wedding day and gave me her honest opinions when I’d ask. She even calmly talked me through our “Plan B” options when the threat of a hurricane popped up in the days leading up to our wedding - I would not have been so at ease if it wasn’t for her!
On the day of our wedding, Christine and Beth executed everything flawlessly. They kept us on schedule while we got ready, helped steam dresses and direct vendors for set up, and took care of any last-minute unexpected hiccups throughout the day without me ever knowing anything was off! They executed my vision perfectly and made sure my husband and I had the best night of our lives.
Even now, several months after our wedding, I still have guests compliment us on how beautiful and seamless everything was. Christine and Beth really did leave a lasting impression - I cannot recommend them enough! -

Where do I even begin...our wedding day was absolute perfection all thanks to Beth! My parents initially met with Beth before my husband and I got to and they hired her on the spot! From what they had told me I knew Beth and I would work very well together especially with our two Type A personalities. By the middle of wedding planning Beth could basically read my mind and we were always on the same page. She was great with keeping us on track and communicating with all of our vendors. We unfortunately had to find a new DJ a few months out from our date and Beth was a lifesaver and got us Gary with JLK Events who was amazing and I recommend! Beth had a timeline for the day of which I loved and Christine and Margret from her team were amazing and so helpful! They truly are professionals and the best in the business. I was a Mother-of-the-Bride for a destination wedding. Hilton Head was close enough for most attendees to drive. As I am not from the area, I hoped to find a wedding planner who would point us in the right direction….and boy, did Beth Baldwin hit it out of the park!
We already had the venue booked when I placed a call to Beth (ten months from wedding). She set up a conference call, and, after speaking with us for 45 minutes, Beth had an excellent feel for my daughter and her fiancé. Less than 24 hours later, she had given us multiple names and addresses of all the vendors we needed, along with suggestions as to each vendor, based on the vibe she picked up from the happy couple. They made a few phone calls, and within two weeks, we had settled on DJ, flowers, rentals, cake and desserts, photographer and videographer.
What a relief!
Along the way, Beth kept us up to date and always answered any questions with a matter of hours. When we visited Hilton Head in person (4 months out), Beth had all our meetings arranged in two days- it was amazing for a couple who didn’t have a lot of time off.
Beth’s resources and vendors are impeccable. She had suggestions for where we should save money and where we should splurge. Her style and eye for detail was key to a magical setting.
As to the day of the wedding….well, it was PERFECT. Seriously. I can honestly say that not one thing went wrong. Beth’s team of exceptional ladies made sure my daughter was calm and collected. Beth’s timeline was so detailed, we had no missing groomsmen, bridesmaids missing earrings, or flowergirls having meltdowns. Beth gracefully dealt with 4 sets of parents and stepparents.
This wedding weekend was exactly what my daughter had always dreamed of. Beth Baldwin Weddings made it happen. She was the key that made all of it come together.

A Very Positive Experience
We hired Beth Baldwin Weddings as a “ Day of” planner. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, there is always ease of communication, her staff is professional, attentive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Beth has a superior eye for design and helped to create a beautiful & memorable wedding for our daughter. We could not have been more pleased. Since we had a destination wedding, there were so many extra details to address. In hindsight, we should have booked the entire wedding planning package, and I would definitely recommend that. Beth, the GOAT of Wedding Planners
Beth is truly the GOAT (greatest of all time). She took our vision, and made it better. Beth was able to synthesize our inputs and seamlessly construct the most beautiful event. We live across the country in San Francisco, so we needed to know we had someone on the front lines able to handle all of the details and bring in the right people/vendors to pull it all together - and that’s exactly what Beth did! Furthermore, we were blind sighted by Hurricane Ian, mid-week before our big day, and our wedding was almost cancelled. Beth was a rock through this very emotional time. She stayed in close contact with us as weather patterns continued to evolve, communicated all options available to us, rearranged vendor schedules/drop offs as required, worked closely with the venue as additional shifts needed to be made, and ensured everything was ready and prefect for our big day. Thankfully, the storm turned and we had an absolutely incredible day, and an even more epic celebration - thanks to Beth, her amazing team and trusted vendors!! (Side note: all wedding day events: ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, needed to be shifted at our wedding venue 24 hours prior to ceremony start time. Beth and her team made it look as if it was always the plan - it was impressive!) I am so glad we found Beth - the day wouldn’t haven’t been the same without her! As the Mother of the Bride, Beth's services allowed me to fully experience the wedding weekend knowing all the details had been professionally handled. On wedding day she was the vendors contact (Venue, Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Band, etc.) and she kept the entire day on schedule and just magical for all of us. She was critical to the whole design and look and feel of the venue. She met with the florists and helped with the design. She chose exquisite linens for the tables to set the tone. She knew all the local vendors to arrange for any rentals we needed (chairs, stage, ceremony audio). Beth thinks of all the special details that make the day extra special (e.g. umbrellas on the lawn to provide some shade during cocktail hour, shawls for guest who may get a chill during cocktail hour, a tray of appetizers for wedding party to enjoy before being announced into reception). I could not have been more pleased. She is connected to all the many vendors you need, she has an artistic ability for design, she has staff that are professional and so very helpful the day of and she is always responsive and helpful with a gorgeous smile on her face! -

10/10 Best Wedding Planner!
Beth began as my wedding planner before COVID-19. We had every vendor booked and the vision was ready to come to life. When COVID hit, we made the difficult decision to postpone. With Beth's help, we were able to transfer all of our vendors to our new date with no fees or penalties. Additionally, Beth helped us replan our entire wedding and was there every step of the way helping us navigate COVID protocols, etc. We ended up having our perfect July wedding with every single detail exactly the way we had imagined it pre-COVID. My husband and I are eternally grateful for Beth and her team helping our vision come to life! -

Beth Baldwin and her fabulous team are the absolute best in the wedding business. From our very first phone call to the moment we left our after party, Beth felt like a family member that was there to support us, advocate for us, and make our wedding dreams come true. We were always comfortable working with her and trusted her expertise when we needed help making decisions. Beth’s organization, attention to detail, and professionalism made the planning process so enjoyable and ultimately led to a flawless wedding day.
Beth listened to my vision for the wedding and recommended the perfect vendors to bring it to life. The vendors all worked together so well and spoke very highly of Beth. Every vendor told us that Beth is the best and they all love working with her. Despite the many hours we worked with Beth on every detail of our wedding, I was absolutely blown away when I stepped into our reception venue at the Atlantic Room. She exceeded all of my expectations and turned the space into the most spectacular fairytale. It was above and beyond anything I ever could’ve imagined. The picture that my photographer captured of me walking into the venue says it all.

Beth is such an amazing and talented wedding planner. Her visions on the designing aspect of our reception room at the Westin was out of this world and so unique. She is so easy to work and makes herself available to all of her brides at all times especially when you have 50 million ideas and questions running through your head. She keeps you on track with securing all of your vendors, payments for these vendors, and all the crucial elements needed for the day of your wedding through a great timeline website. Our daughter had to postpone her March 21, 2020 wedding just 5 days before it was to take place! We were shocked and so sad but Beth took immediate charge of the situation, as if it was something she dealt with daily! We rescheduled not once, but twice. She was wonderful through it all!
When we finally decided on April 10, 2021 as the new date she took charge again. Her attention to detail, her calming manner, her experience, and the excellent relationship she had with the vendors we chose, helped to make things run so smoothly! Thanks to Margaret, Roxanne and of course Beth for all their work the day of the wedding. It was a dream come true for our daughter and son-in-law. Beth was instrumental in not only helping our day go off flawlessly, but also when our original venue cancelled due to the pandemic. With Beth's connections, we were able to quickly see and book a new venue the following day for our same date. Thankful beyond words
Beth was an absolute godsend to our family through the whole wedding process. I’m a relatively creative and resourceful person and have thrown some incredible parties, but Beth blew away anything we would have been able to orchestrate on our own. Beth and her team are great! Follow her preferred vendor list because they all personally know Beth and they LOVE working with her. Doing a destination wedding was a little challenging, not knowing anything about any vendors. The best thing my husband and I did in the wedding planning process was to hire Beth Baldwin as our wedding planner. We are both full time professionals in our late 20s/early 30s and realized very early on that we did not have the capacity to plan the wedding we were envisioning without help. We got on the phone with Beth and instantly knew we wanted to work with her. Beth is so highly respected in the Hilton Head wedding industry and her work ethic is top notch. I am still floored at how much time she gave us each time we got on the phone. She knows where to push your decision making as a couple and where to suggest ideas that fit your vision. The woman is a machine in the best possible way and having her by our side during wedding planning and on wedding day exceeded our expectations. I knew that if Beth recommended it, we could rest easy. On the actual wedding day, she showed us around the venue after our ceremony while guests were at cocktail hour, and she had turned our vision into reality (and affordably so).
