Reid is Amazing!!!

Videography was the last vendor I added for my wedding, but honestly it should have been one of the first! Being able to rewatch our day and share it with our loved ones is so priceless. He captured every special moment, along with things we missed throughout the day! It was so amazing to be able to look back and relive the day as if we truly were everywhere all at once. Reid is so incredibly talented, and we couldnt have asked for a better wedding video. He was so responsive every time we had a question and even helped by sending us friendly reminders of things we needed to get to him when the wedding planning stress let things get away from us. We could not be happier with his work!!!

Choose Reid - trust me

Many of our friends told us to get a wedding videographer, and I’m not only glad that we did — I’m so happy we chose Reid at Best Made Videos.

When we were choosing our vendors, we put a lot of thought into finding people who would bring great energy to a day that can be hectic, emotional, and full of movement. Reid did exactly that — he kept the vibes high all day and truly added to the fun of our wedding. He even stepped in to advocate for us when we noticed our ceremony setup wasn’t quite what we wanted but didn’t feel comfortable speaking up in the moment.

Reid went above and beyond in every way — he sent us content the very next day (which is almost unheard of), and the final video he created is absolutely stunning. On top of that, he shared all of the footage he captured without charging extra, unlike many videographers we spoke with. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly responsive and even checked in with warm, thoughtful messages leading up to the big day.

We truly couldn’t recommend him more — whether you’re looking for a videographer or still debating if it’s worth having one, trust us, it is.

Best Made Videos saved our day!

My husband and I got married on September 7th, 2024. A week and a half before our wedding day, our videographer had to cancel on us due to a family emergency. We knew that having a wedding video was not necessarily a necessity, but it was something we really, really wanted to remember our day forever. By August 31st, just one week before our wedding we got linked up with Reid by a crazy chain of connections through family friends and social media. Reid was game and ready to save the day!! Which he absolutely did.

I truly believe Reid is always who was meant to video our wedding. He showed up more than prepared, with lots of energy, and captured our day perfectly. He met every need we asked of him on such a short time frame. The turn around time for him delivering video was so impressive. You can tell that this is a passion of his and something he loves doing- it is evident in the work he produces. Everyone we show our video to is so impressed and we are so beyond happy with the outcome. It is something that we will watch forever and get to show our kids and grandkids in the many years to come.

Reid with Best Made Videos far exceeded our expectations. He was communicative and thorough from the beginning, consistently available via email and very responsive. On the day of our wedding, we were so pleased by his natural ease of working with our photographer and other vendors and family seamlessly and also providing us direction and guidance without issue. Truly above and beyond experience!

Reid was super professional and captured all of our key moments despite have a very long a complicated day (Indian ceremony in the morning, western style ceremony in the evening, and Slovak ceremony at night). He ended up coordinating with our photographer ahead of the wedding day which was a pleasant surprise and the two of them worked together to make all our photo+video needs go smoothly. He would often go above and beyond, such as jumping in during family photos to manage guests, and help make sure everyone was smiling and not in the way. We had multiple guests point out what a great energy Reid brought to the whole day! His turn around time for our videos were super quick, and being able to have a full recording of our ceremonies to share with family abroad was amazing. He was also super communicative leading up to, during, and after the wedding so we knew exactly what to expect. Don’t hesitate to book Reid, you really won’t regret it!

I am so happy I decided to have a videographer to film our special day but even happier it was Reid/Best Made Videos. Amazing videographer!

Reid was great to work with throughout the process of our wedding and made our special day stress free and magical! He made the whole process very easy by providing transparent pricing during the initial discussion, prompt communication throughout the planning process, and amazing experience on the day of. He had a detailed questionnaire that prompted us to talk through things we hadn’t thought about in terms of things we wanted to capture for the video. On the day of, he arrived early and had everything all setup while we were still getting ready. He worked seamlessly well with our photographer (who was directing all the shots) and made it feel like he wasn’t even there while still being able to capture everything that was on our list. Reid finished the video within a week after the wedding and the product was amazing and captured everything that was on our list! We would highly recommend Reid for your wedding photographer!

Videography is a must for your big day!

Reid captured the moments that we will be able to revisit forever. At first we were unsure of the expense of a videographer, and our wedding planners advised us to proceed, as we would value hearing the sounds of our loved ones voices for years to come. It was then obvious we should proceed with Best Made Videos.

Reid is professional, and has clearly been doing this work for a long time. Prior to the wedding, he was thorough in his survey about what kind of music we wanted associated with the video, who we should be seen with, and prioritizing which scenes to capture - and he delivered!

Reid was also careful to capture what mattered while staying in the background so our guests could be natural. We love the drone footage of our scenic venue captured before the event, and transitions and sound quality of the video are exceptional.

Amazing Videography Experience

Reid was the perfect videographer for our wedding. From getting to know what was important to us, to the final video reels, everything was personalized and stress free. The videos featured great footage of us and our guests. Reid captured all of our toasts and our ceremony in great detail. Our highlight reel included everything we asked for and more; we had great shots of ourselves and our guests at the reception. The videos captured all the unique touches that we put into our wedding and really highlighted the venue for both the ceremony and the reception. We also did a live stream of our wedding for those who couldn’t make it, and the quality was perfect. Great Experience with Best Made Videos!

We had a large wedding with 240 people attending at multiple sites throughout Seattle and Best Made Video did an amazing job! Reid was incredibly responsive, attentive to detail, and fun throughout the process. From our first inquiry, to special requests after our wedding, he was always very patient and quick to help us understand our options. Their detailed survey helped us figure out what we wanted to capture and how we wanted to remember our wedding day. We didn't want people to feel like they were being followed around, so we were relieved that Reid was very engaged, but low key, and quick to make our family and friends feel comfortable. Being a gay couple, we also wanted to make sure our vendors (especially photographer and videographer) didn't make heteronormative assumptions or asks of us. Reid was completely inclusive and didn't make us feel at all like we had to play the roles of "bride" and "groom". After the wedding, the turnaround was very quick - only a couple of weeks to get our highlights video, full ceremony, and raw footage. When we asked for a special customized edit of some of the clips, Reid turned it around in a week during peak wedding season. We would definitely recommend Best Made Video for your videography needs.

Last minute and AMAZING hire

We hired Reid very last minute as a videographer for our wedding and it was by far one of the best choices we made. We had originally hired another vendor and had some concerning interactions with them and needed to find a new videographer asap. Reid came highly recommended and by some miracle was available on our day!

Reid and his team at Best Made Videos were wonderful and we are very happy we hired them for our wedding. Reid wins by a landslide for quickest vendor to respond in email; he is lighting fast! Matt did an amazing job at our wedding and worked very well in partnership with our photo team. My fiancé and I didn't want a videographer originally because we are both camera shy and thought it would distract from the day and make us uncomfortable, but our parents insisted. Having Matt and the team there was the best thing we would have ever asked for. They made it a comfortable experience and we even forgot for most of the day that the camera was even there. We got a video back very quickly, it was fun to come home from our honeymoon and be able to watch it and reflect on the week we had.

AWESOME! And most likely to check in!

Reid was there for us as we pivoted (from 2020 plans to 2021 plans) and switched to a smaller guest list and live-streamed ceremony. He was SO EASY to work with and knew just what we’d need! Plus I ended up with my ceremony recorded to hold onto forever.
As the day got closer, Reid would email to check in, which was a nice surprise and reassuring after so many things had to change during our planning season. I found him via IG as many before me have clearly loved working with him as well. He also has a great podcast!

Video (and piñata hanging) pro!

Reid and his team are extremely professional and friendly. They put our entire wedding party at ease and helped make the whole process fun. He and his team worked and coordinated very well with all of our other vendors. Reid was willing to step in and lend a hand wherever we needed – he even helped hang our piñata! He setup and maintained the livestream, which made it so easy on our end. It was so special with our pared down wedding – everyone that wasn’t able to attend really felt included. We love our wedding highlights video so much, and we (and our family/friends) have watched it over and over! We can’t recommend Reid enough and look forward to hiring him next time we need a videographer.

The Centeno Wedding

Wow. Wow. Wow. Reid and Matt with Best Made Videos completely blew us away! We hired them before the Covid-19 pandemic and ended up having to change our date multiple times due to rescheduling. Reid was responsive and extremely flexible. Fast forward to our wedding day on 7/24/2021 when we met them face to face for the first time. As I was stressing out about the timeline, Reid was able to keep me calm. They captured every important event at the wedding, but managed to do it in a way where all of our guests could still see. Reid had an extremely fast turn around on the highlight video and it was absolutely perfect. I had happy tears through the entire thing. We are so happy we hired Best Made Videos to capture our special day.

Get a videographer and hire Best Made Video to do it!

The last vendor we chose was Best Made Video because we weren't sure whether we wanted a videographer. After viewing some of their work online, we decided to get a videographer and go with Best Made. We definitely made the right choice! Reid was always responsive and flexible when we had to postpone due to COVID-19. They were on time and the quality of the video was amazing. The highlight video was very well put together. They were particularly able to capture the emotion of the moment when the barbershop quartet performed, as it was requested by my wife's father before he passed away. Needless to say we are very happy that we decided to get a videographer and highly recommend Best Made to be your videographer as well!

Amazing Experience!

I found Best Made Videos very last minute, and received a response from Reid within hours of my inquiry letting me know his team was available. Reid was a dream to work with and turned our video around very quickly. Our video is something I will absolutely cherish for the rest of our lives, and I am so happy I get to send it out to all of our friends and relatives who weren't able to make it due to Covid. Fantastic videos to last forever

Reid and Matt are fantastic people! and the videos they made are movie production quality!! it has been so fun to re-live our wedding day. we remembered a lot, but the videos gave us a chance to see the wedding day from each others perspective. the highlight video that provides a short summary of the day has been wonderful to send to family and friends. these videos are one of my favorite keepsakes!

Stop looking, you found your videographer.

Reid and his team were wonderful to work with from the start. Reid checked on me more than any of my vendors (and preparing for a pandemic wedding this gave me so much confidence in them even before the big day). My wedding day was horribly planned chaos, with half of the trinkets that needed to be filmed lost, yet Reid and the team rolled with the punches and truly added a calm demeanor to an already stressful day. Pricing was excellent, especially for how involved this company is. The video and audio came out perfect. They had my videos back fast too! I highly recommend Best Made Videos to anyone looking for stress-free videography. Lifesaver for covid-19 wedding

My wife and I cannot recommend Best Made Videos enough! We did not initially plan on hiring a videographer for our wedding. However, COVID-19 happened, and months-and-months of wedding planning was turned on its head. A couple of weeks before our wedding we made the painful decision to significantly downsize the event. Our 150+ person wedding was now down to 30. Meaning, many loved ones would no longer be able to share in our wedding day.

That is when we contacted Reid. During our first conversation, Reid demonstrated empathy and a willingness to get to work on our behalf. Within days, he scheduled a Zoom meeting to get to know us and what we wanted help with. Of primary importance, was live steaming the event so grandparents, aunts/uncles and friends could share in our special day in real-time. Reid confidently assured us he could make this happen, which took so much pressure off my wife and me.

Fast-forward to our wedding day. Reid, and his assistant, were very timely and professional. They were inconspicuous as they set up their equipment and in no time, our wedding was being live streamed on YouTube for our friends and family who were not able to be there with us in person. By all accounts, the live stream worked perfectly. Family and friends were able to see and hear the ceremony without a hitch. Moreover, my wife and I barely even noticed them during the ceremony. They were very discrete.

Reid also recorded the entire ceremony, reception, toasts, etc. He created a fabulous highlight video and provided raw footage that we will be able to relive for years to come.

Thank you so much for everything, Reid. I hope more and more people use your services in the future. I cannot imagine they will regret it.

We had a great experience with Best Made Videos! This review is long overdue but we got married 7/2019 and had a great experience with Reid and his team. From my initial contact with Reid he was very responsive and made sure to touch base with us throughout the planning process to make sure we were on track. On the actual wedding day we had such a great time - endless laughs and helped to put us at ease on our big day! The edited highlight reel was wonderful and really captured the spirit of the day. Wedding Weekend - Excellent Quality

We worked with best made videos for our wedding weekend which included a 2 day wedding (traditional & western). The overall output was just what we were looking for. Watching the video products created is like re-living the big day! Very easy to work with and you could tell Reid put in the preparation in order to deliver on what was promised. Beautiful, non-corny video

I waffled a little on getting video at all because a lot of people I know didn't, but I'm SO glad we did it and chose a high-quality team rather than just going with the cheapest or first we could find. Why spend so much on one day if you're not going to be able to ever see it again? Reid does fantastic work, we loved the result as did our families and friends.

Extremely Satisfied

We found Reid and Best Made Videos online after reading glowing reviews, and our experience was equally positive. Reid was happy to come to our house for a brief in-person meeting, and filled us in on all the details. Throughout the whole process, Reid was extremely responsive to emails, answering any questions we had promptly.

Reid kept in close contact with us in the week leading up to the wedding, including doing a walkthrough of our venue with us and our photographer. This was important to us and made us feel at ease about the videography, amidst all the stress and chaos which comes the week before your wedding.

Himself and his assistant came to the houses in which my wife and I were getting ready, and got some great footage early on. At the venue, they coordinated very well with our photographers, and got excellent footage, without it ever feeling like they were getting in the way.

We took a little long to select the music for our video, but there was no pressure to get this done faster, and once we had selected some songs, the final edits were ready very quickly. We were thrilled with the results. We loved the artistic flair in our highlights video, which included a hilarious blooper reel of myself and my best man attempting, and mostly failing, to tie our ties when getting ready.

We would absolutely recommend Reid and BMV to anyone looking to hire a videographer for their wedding.

Reid is amazing!

We weren't planning on hiring a videographer but ran across Reid's videos on youtube and really enjoyed his style. We made the right decision in hiring him. He is very responsive and informative. We scheduled an initial phone consultation and ended up booking Reid for our wedding.

Close to the day of, Reid made sure to follow up with us several times. This put us at ease. Reid promptly showed up at the venue with his 2nd videographer, Joel and introduced himself. He was like an old friend. Reid is professional, easy to talk to, work with, and has a wonderful sense of humor. Not to mention, he worked quite well with our photographers.

We were very surprised at the quick turnaround with all the videos. We really enjoyed the highlight, the longer video, and the ability to download snippets of all the videos he took. There were so many little events we didn't see or notice. Photos of our special day are one thing but adding video really captures the day.

Reid is active on his social media accounts. I highly recommend following him on his Instagram because it's amusing to watch him journal the day's events leading up to our wedding -- from him getting gas, to coffee, to the traffic he dealt with, etc. I highly recommend Reid!

Hire Best Made Videos

My husband was more excited about hiring a videographer for our wedding than I was. The videos I’ve seen until then were just too hokey. Then I came upon videos made by Reid and company and I thought this might actually work. Reid is a complete professional and incredibly punctual and responsive (freakishly responsive, he’ll answer your emails within a minute). Matt, Reid’s partner, actually shot our wedding. He and his partner were very easy to work with and not intrusive. We wanted them to capture a lot of candids and they did so wonderfully. When we sent our wedding highlight video to our family, my father-in-law said the following
“Form, Substance, Setting, Audio, Video. All Fantastic.” It was a hit! Reid et al. are the best--hire them!

Reid is the BEST!!

We planned a somewhat last minute wedding, 3 1/2 months out, which could have been a nightmare...however, Reid made it a dream!! After calling countless videographers who were booked and/or "had to get back to me," but never did, Reid answered with a cheery voice and a calming presence. He assured me that it was all going to be great even with our compressed timeline, and he was not wrong! Things all fell into place beautifully and we had the most wonderful day!! Best Made Videos is definitely one of the best out there. Not only is Reid a professional, he is down to Earth and so easy to work with. Many times when we'd email Reid, he would respond within minutes! It was so great to have such a quick response. No pressure Reid! :D The videos of course were amazing! The best videographer around

I’ve been thinking about what to say.... Reid and his partner Matt were so amazing to work with and really on top of everything. They were there from the start to the end of the day, capturing all of the most important parts. He got the video to me in a week.... I was planning on at least waiting a month for the video. But apparently they are over achievers. Haha.

But honestly. I really felt like they enjoyed the day almost as much as we did. They laughed with us and shared all the important moments with us. My now husband has brain cancer and this wedding was planned in a month, and these guys gave their whole Saturday away to document our day.

I can’t say enough nice things about them. Obviously the fact that they donated their services to a family they didn’t know but just came across their story, says a lot about the kind of people they are. I really enjoyed working with them and honestly having this video to look back on whenever I want really just makes the whole thing that much more special.

Totally worth the investment!

I cannot rave enough about Best Made Videos!!! I came across their company when I was at the Seattle wedding show, and after having attended the event, was doing my due diligence and checking out samples for allllll the videographer's various websites. I checked out Best Made Video's website and within 5 minutes I was sold. I was literally tearing up watching random stranger's wedding videos because they were SO well done. Not only are Reid and his team incredibly talented and phenomenal at their craft, he was hands down the most responsive vendor I've ever met. I can't recommend Reid and Best Made Video's enough - as everyone says, the day goes by unbelievably fast and it's SO special to have this memory. One of the best decisions I made!

Your search is done...hire Reid! When I was planning my wedding last year I initially decided not to have a videographer. After talking to my sister about it and hearing that not having one at her wedding is the biggest thing she regrets, I changed my mind. I could not be happier with my decision and I owe that to Reid and his team. They captured moments I would never have seen and created a video that brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it. Reid's editing and the way he included our vows through out the video exceeded my expectations. Now, as we approach our one year anniversary I can not wait to watch our video and relive our day! Unfortunately for my sister, Reid's beautiful video reinforced her regret.

We love our wedding video!!

We used Best Made Videos to record our October 2018 wedding in Bellevue. My wife and I live in Dallas, so all of our planning was done remotely. Reid was very accommodating. On the day of, Reid and his team were AWESOME and worked so well with our photographer that they could have been mistaken for being the same company! They both helped each other out to ensure that both pictures and video of each part of the day would turn out perfect. In the end, the most important thing is how the video turns out and ours is PERFECT. My wife cries every time we watch it! It does a great job of capturing the mood and energy of each part of the night. Couldn’t be happier with Best Made Videos! Reid and Jeff were awesome to work with day of and brought great energy to the day. Prompt, positive and enthusiastic!

Reid was so incredible. From day one, he responded to my inquiries immediately and set the expectations to avoid any surprises. As we got closer to the big day, he sent questionnaires that actually helped me plan the wedding better by asking me which events I wanted captured and prioritize their importance. The day of, he really came through! He showed up earlier than requested, knew the general timeline and was able to set up real quick and easy. He got along really well with my photographer and it didn't seem like either one dominated the other. He had great ideas for shots, poses and locations and was just incredibly kind, charismatic and really enjoys what he does. That's exactly what we needed, thanks so much, Reid!

Incredible quality, great communication, and treasured keepsake for our big day!

Working with Reid at Best Made Video's was one of the best decisions we made! We are so thankful we have a video of this amazing day in our lives. They say time flies when you're having fun and that is so true. With Reid capturing this day for us, we're able to see those special moments with our family and friends again. We also get to see some of the moments we missed like the reactions during the ceremony, all our guests mingling during cocktail hour, watching our first dance, and late-night dance battles. One of my bridemaids literally said "That is the best wedding video I have EVER seen!" A family member also told me within seconds of watching the video they were overcome with emotion in their heart.
Reid doesn't just put a bunch of video clips and music together he does an incredible job telling the story of the greatest day of our lives.
A very important thing too, is how easy it is to work with Reid. He reached out to us to check-in and was very responsive to all our questions. We were able to "meet" with him over Facetime when we were first looking for a videographer. Our wedding was in Bellingham, several miles north of Seattle where Reid is based, but he did an excellent job communicating with our wedding coordinator and photographer so that we didn't have to worry about timelines. Everything flowed well that day and Reid and his assistant Jeff did a great job capturing moments between us, our wedding party, and family and friends. Reid is such a friendly and easy-going person with a lot of skill that it felt very natural to have him around to capture the day.
But it doesn't end there! Reid did an excellent job communicating and getting clips and the final video edit to us quickly. He continues to be excited for us and celebrate our special day with thoughtful posts and messages. That is something we really appreciate since he was so close to us all day for this tremendous life event. We highly recommend working with and getting to know Reid!

So worth it!

We wanted to have all the video clips from our day to remember it in full color. Having photos is great, but there's something really special about having the voices and laughter documented. Some may argue, but I now believe more than ever that hiring a videographer is just as important as a photographer. Both are so integral in capture the different aspects of your day. Reid was fantastic! By far our most responsive vendor and always willing to go above and beyond. He was a pleasure to be around and brought a stress free feel to the day. We absolutely love our video and have watched it so many times already--a treasured memory of the day. Could not recommend enough!

Best Made Videos did an amazing job of catching all the important parts of our day. The footage looks so professional and they were really quick to provide clips and edit the final video. I also really enjoy the shout outs and footage they show on IG and social media so frequently, it shows they really card about and connect with clients/friends. I’ve been thinking about what I could say about how amazing Reid is at capturing one of the most incredible moments of my life. So I figured the best way would be to start at the beginning....I met Reid through a friend a few years ago and it’s been great seeing his business grow into what it is today. Fate would have it when he walked in the bridal suit of my Maid of Honor’s wedding in 2015 - capturing the beginning of my love story with my future husband as we both caught the bouquet and garter! Three years later, Reid was the first person I called when Paul and I had discussed our future plans to get married. I asked Reid for wedding advice and recommendations. It was really important to me that the wedding be fun for our guests and still have the vision that Paul & I wanted. From a couple that originally wasn’t planning to have a videographer to now husband & wife that are SO incredibly thankful we decided to have Reid and Best Made Videos as part of our special day! Our advice – definitely have a video done (it’s well worth the $$ spent) and make sure it’s Reid & Team that you use!

We could go on & on….but just as a glimpse - Reid was - without question - the most responsive vendor we worked with for our wedding. He’s ‘on his game’ in all aspects and was always quick with his replies to what were probably very basic questions that we had or things that were on our video ‘wish list’. Reid showed up (after a 4 hour drive to somewhere he’d never been) with energy, passion & enthusiasm. He went right to work and captured some amazing footage! He was personable, easy to have around, fun and worked seamlessly with our photographer (whom he had never met). The musicians that we used also commented on how professional Reid was and how he really knew what he was doing to ensure he had the best quality audio.

In addition to some 'bonus' iphone shots that he shared with us the day after our wedding - Reid also shared his ‘work in progress’ via Instagram in the days after the wedding and true to his word – 2 weeks later delivered AMAZING highlight & full ceremony videos. His creative ability to capture our personalities and the ‘feeling’ of the day was truly unbelievable!!! No surprise – we (and many of our guests) have watched the videos multiple times!

A lot of people think a videographer is an unnecessary expense for your wedding day, but I’m here to politely, yet forcefully suggest that you NEED a wedding videographer and you need it to be Best Made Videos. You are going to spend months on every little detail of this day but what no one tells you is that while everyone else is enjoying your string quartet, admiring your flowers, and snatching up the favors that your family spent hours putting together, you’re not going to get to enjoy that moment with them and you’re probably never even going to hear it/ see it/ live it at all because you’re busy getting married!

Butttt, if you get a videographer, specifically Best Made Videos, you can relive that moment and watch how much everyone loved that cake you never got a slice of or how much your grandma was getting down on the dance floor. You’ll see how everyone looked at you and your spouse and that’s something that can’t be captured just in a picture or in a memory. You also get this magical moment of how you felt that day and we all know feelings are fleeting, so now when I’m irritated that my husband left the toilet seat up, I can watch our wedding video and remember why I love him so much and how we felt on our big day!

Also, Reid and his team are very cool people. Reid is not going to be one of your high maintenance vendors, he shows up, does a great job, and you won’t even know you’re being videotaped all day. It literally felt like we had one of our friends hanging out with us all day. He also got our video back to us in less than a couple weeks which allows you to enjoy it before you’re even out of the post wedding daze. Pictures are amazing, but a video is something you get to take with you and cherish forever, so find some funds in your budget to get Best Made Videos! Thank you Reid!!!

Best Made Wedding videos did an excellent job capturing all the special moments on our wedding day. The videographers (Reid and Jeff) were thoughtful and creative. They provided clear instructions during filming and made the experience fun. They gave us moments of alone time throughout the day so James and I could enjoy the moment with no one around. Even though we had an elopement ceremony with just the two of us the videographer team captured and included every video shot in the highlight video that we wanted. The process of booking, questionnaire, and payment was easy and convenient.

I was really wanting videography for my wedding, but I was unsure if the price tag was worth it. Let me say, Reid made every single penny spent worth it. I cried when I got our highlights video back. The wedding day goes by so quick, having this video let’s me relive the day and see things I wouldn’t have seen the day of, like my husband not being able to keep it together even when he just heard the song I’d walk down the aisle to. Reid was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire planning process as well as the day of our actual wedding. He made a point to communicate with our photographer before our wedding as well as throughout the day to coordinate on shots to make sure each of their own final products turned out as perfectly as they could which was something I didn't realize would be something to consider but am so grateful for now after the fact. The turnaround time on our videos was incredibly fast which was an amazing surprise to get while we're on our honeymoon. After having watched our video we've further realized the value of having the special details of our day, our vows, and ceremony captured on video and we're so incredibly grateful to Best Made Videos for that.

Best Made Video came highly recommended by our photographer and they did not disappoint. We knew we wanted a videographer since most of my husband-to-be family could not make it since they were international. We wanted them to feel like they were there. Reid was the most responsive vendor we had for our wedding and great to work with. On our wedding day, Joe and Matt were professional, arrived on time, and had ideas for poses for the video. They were awesome to work with and captured our wedding day perfectly. After our wedding, we received our video highlight back really fast and it was amazing. We watch it over and over! We worked with Reid (with his assistant Matt) from Best Made Videos and they were absolutely amazing! They truly captured the best moments in the highlights reel, and the turnaround time was unreal. Reid & Jeff are just awesome people all around. We loved hanging with them on our wedding day, it was like they were extra bridal party members - they felt like our best friends from the moment they introduced themselves to us (on the morning of the wedding). When we were in the middle of wedding planning, my husband wasn't convinced that we needed video but I couldn't imagine not being able to re-watch our ceremony and toasts. I found Best Made Videos during my videographer research and started laughing, then crying when watching highlight videos from other peoples' weddings. So that's when I knew that I wasn't going to get married without hiring Best Made Videos. Reid & Jeff were beyond accommodating (Reid even re-scheduled his own honeymoon so that he would be in town to shoot our wedding), they showed up 20 minutes ahead of schedule and trekked all over Seattle with us because we wanted to take photos in 4 different locations. On the second day of our honeymoon, we woke up to an email from Reid telling us our highlight video was done! We loved it, but there was one clip that I wondered if Reid might be able to edit. 30 minutes later, I had an email response from Reid confirming the edit was complete and the video was good to go - no extra charge, no extra week delay, nothing. We were amazed. About a week after that, Reid provided us with our full ceremony, full toasts, and all raw video taken the day of our wedding. Reid runs his company with a level of service, care, professionalism, quality, and fun that outshined all of our other vendors. We would work with Best Made Videos again anytime.

We looked at numerous wedding video companies and ultimately decided to choose Best Made Videos because of their high HD quality, cinematic highlight videos, and exceptional service. Having an international wedding, we also chose Best Made Videos for their ability to live-stream the wedding. We did not end up needing to use this service as most of our international guests RSVP'd, but it's custom services like this that elevate Best Made Videos above and beyond the competition.

Reid worked with us to create a wedding video and highlight video that truly showcased who we were. His vision brought out the best parts of our big day. Custom touches included music from our live band, our vows, and a video guestbook. Reid was a pleasure to work with and enhanced my wedding day. He was happy/smiling and has a great sense of humor. He worked well with my other vendors and having him there enhanced my wedding day.

Reid and his videography crew were all very professional and punctual! His services are very reasonably priced and works with you to figure out what the best package is for you specific event. When emailing him with questions he would always reply within an hour which was very helpful. Overall we had a great experience and received an amazing end product.
