  Delicious cake and allergy free cupcakes!

  Our cake earned us lots of compliments and our allergy free (gluten, nut, dairy free) were perfect! If you weren’t told the cupcakes were allergy free, you wouldn’t taste a difference. Bess did a great job with the cake design as well! She was great to work with and we couldn’t have been happier!

  We recently hired Bess to do 200 cupcakes for our son’s wedding. The order consisted of 7 delicious flavors plus a cake topper for the bride and groom to cut. The cupcakes were a great hit with the guests. Bess was great to work with…….from our tasting meeting all way through her delivery and set up of the cake table. We will continue to use Bess for our events in the future and we would highly recommend her for anyone who wants cup cakes for their wedding or other events.

  We love her cakes!! She worked with our schedules to do a tasting and it was worth it!! My fiance isn't a cake person but he tasted one flavor and said that's so good that if we had our cake that flavor I might actually have a piece and the rest was history!! You can taste the freshness and quality of her cakes. I love that she is a small business owner and as a chef, that is a very valuable asset to me. I can't wait to design our cake with her for our June wedding!!

  Bess's cakes were the best!!! We met for a tasting, she made all the flavors we were interested in even though you're supposed to only try 3! We were with cupcakes and a small two tiered cake. Bess also makes you a cake on your anniversary at no charge so you don't have to freeze your topper! She was incredibly easy to work with! Highly recommend!

  There are no words to describe Bess's cupcakes. Best cupcakes I've ever had. I can't articulate how amazing they were for our October 11th wedding. So many flavor choices and my guests loved them. The highlight of our wedding reception!

  We had a wedding back in 2014, and We had won a cake from a bridal expo that I had gone to. I was SO happy to have won a cake, let alone the cake that she was offering at the expo was GREAT! I knew our wedding cake would be PERFECT. We had made an appointment with Bess, and met with her at her house, and she was SO nice. She Had a few cake samples that we had discussed in email that we thought we would like, and the samples were AMAZING! We gave her the idea of what kind of wedding cake we wanted, which was a simple 3 tier cake, with purple flowers, and an Initial on top. Bess and I had gone back and forth online, about flavors, and desserts, and a second cake especially for my husband without him knowing, and everything she did came out PERFECT. I cried when i seen the cake, along with the cupcakes in boxes, and the groom's cake. We even had a one year anniversary cake that she had made and it was Just as good as ever! It brought me back to my wedding day. That is the type of baker that i want to know and do business with!

  There are no words to describe how awesome Bess made our wedding day for us. The cakes were AMAZING!!! They looked perfect, tasted wonderful, and there was not one thing I would have changed. My husband had particular things he wanted when it came to how the cake was going to look. Being an engineer, he looks for perfection, and he FOUND it!! She spiraled our four tier cake up so perfectly!! The scroll-work, ribbon, and cake topper were just placed wonderfully. Thank you Bess for making the best wedding cake we could have EVER ASKED FOR!!! I will definitely be using her services again!!!

  Bess' Cakery did an amazing job with our wedding cake. I absolutely loved the design Bess came up with after giving her a few ideas that we were thinking of. It fit in perfectly as another "decoration" at our reception. The cake itself was also amazing. I got compliments on it all night. We chose Pumpkin Spice to go with our fall wedding and all I can say is I wish we had more to take home! It was delicious. Bess is also very easy to work with and she knows what she is doing. It was a pleasure to work with her!

  Bess's cupcakes were not only the most delicious cupcakes we sampled, but they were also the most reasonably priced! Bess was so easy to work with, and so helpful with her free delivery within Franklin County. I definitely recommend her!

  As a Gluten-Free bride, it was slightly difficult finding a bakery to provide a beautiful wedding cake which tasted great too. My husband and I sampled several gluten-free cakes and were blown away with how delicious Bess's gluten-free recipe was! And to top it off, she provided so many gluten-free flavors and fillings. We could choose almost any flavor combinations and the price was AMAZING!! Bess doesn't believe in charging more for weddings than other special occassions. Our cupcake-cake was perfect and decorated to match our wedding colors and beach theme. She even made little chocolate sea-shells!

  My husband and I clicked instantly with Bess and knew she'd be great. After that, we knew we didn't have to meet with anyone else and couldn't be happier for choosing Bess. We had so, so many compliments on our cake design and taste. She was always upbeat, willing to work with us and our ideas, and made us seem like top priority, from the tastings to the choosing of the design. We found the design online and Bess replicated it exactly! She was always there to help and answer questions throughout the whole process and we are very grateful to have met Bess and have her design and make our wedding cake!!

  I was very disappointed by the wedding cake I ended up with. Every time I look at the pictures of it I'm disappointed all over again. Bess assured me that the design I wanted would be no problem for her and instead I ended up with a wedding cake that looked nothing like we discussed. The design that I wanted was a beautiful, intricate pattern and instead I got giant airbrushed hearts that looked nothing like it. If she was unable to do what I asked than I wish she would've told me that instead of winging it on the day of my wedding and making up her own design. I would not recommend anyone trusting something as important as their wedding cake to Bess' Cakery.
