Stop searching for a wedding photographer, you’ve found him!! From the very first email Aidan left us feeling stress free when it came to our wedding photos. On the big day, Aidan was the first person there and one of the last to leave, well exceeding his contracted time! He helped wrangle family members for photos outside of the church and drove with us all over Old Town Alexandria to make sure we got the perfect photos. Aidan had an intimate knowledge of Old Town, finding the best places for pictures. It was a relief after a year of wedding planning to let someone else take the reins and tell us where to go and how to “pose”. He even made an additional stop at our home to get a shot with the dog, our favorite picture! The wedding was a whirlwind, but the time that my husband and I spent with Aidan taking photos offered some of the most memorable moments. It gave us a chance to be alone and take a breath on a whirlwind of a day. We can’t thank Aidan enough for giving us those moments. As for the quality of the photos, they are incredible! -

We hired Aiden as our wedding photographer and we are so happy with how the photos and whole experience turned out. The pictures look amazing and we have a huge variety of different poses, photo locations, and styles to look back on our big day fondly.
We chose Benson Park because we really liked his photographic style and were super impressed with his portfolio of photos on his website. He was easy to work with from the first meeting to our engagement photo session and finally the wedding. I would definitely recommend him to others and we will likely try to use his services again in the near future! Thanks Aiden! -

Aidan comes highly recommended from me and my husband! I made sure to let him know that we aren’t the “photo posing” couple and he made us feel very comfortable in every moment with him. His talent truly comes through each photo he captures. He worked very well with all of our different vendors and planners throughout our wedding season. He was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions, and sent photos within just a few days! We had our engagement session and wedding shot by Aidan from Benson Park Photography and we are so happy we chose him to be our photographer! I looked for a photographer with fair/clear pricing and crisp/vivid colors and Aidan is all that and then some! We were so comfortable during the engagement shoot and wedding portraits. Aidan provided direction while still letting us be ourselves - that’s exactly what we wanted in our photographer. He was also flexible with timing and locations. I had a silly idea for a location for our engagement shoot and he knocked it out of the park, completely delivering on my vision. At our wedding, Aidan was in the mix capturing everything so smoothly and was just a great person to have around, he’s go with the flow and gives great direction. Our whole family appreciated how he took their photos and helped them feel comfortable, relaxed, and not staged. Logistically, the platform he uses is easy to see payments, photo list planning, and scheduling. When there’s so much to keep track of during wedding planning, I really appreciated his online set up and strong communication style - always checking in at the right times. Most importantly, we LOVE our photos. Choosing Benson Park was a great choice to document this season of our lives! Would pick him again every time. Thank you, Aidan! -

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Aidan on multiple weddings over the years — me as the videographer and him as the photographer — and he has always been one of my absolute favorite people to collaborate with. He’s incredibly easy to work with, always cooperative, and gives plenty of space for creativity. My favorite part? His personality. He’s consistently cool, calm, and collected, no matter how busy the wedding day gets.
Recently, I had the chance to experience his work as a **client** when he photographed our courthouse wedding, and I was blown away. I still can’t believe the images that came out of his camera — absolutely stunning. He turned our small, intimate day into beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever. Every time we look at the photos, we get to relive those moments in the most amazing way.

Best Decision of Our Wedding (beside getting married)
Aidan did a fantastic job photographing our wedding. My husband and I always forget to take pictures together so we needed a lot of guidance. Aidan was patient with us and fun to work with.
Aidan was also very efficient and we were blown away by the first peek at our gallery. He really knows how to get the best shots!
Even though we had a small wedding, the day went by quickly and it was nice to “see the day” through the pictures. Photographs are so important and hiring Aidan was easily the best decision we made.

You truly won't regret booking your wedding photography with Benson Park Photography! We worked with Aidan (Benson Park Photography) for our engagement photos last fall and for our wedding this past weekend. We can't rave about him enough. Not only does he do an amazing job, but he is also extremely easy to work with and has a great personality and sense of humor.
We received our sneak peek pictures back from our wedding within 3 days, and they already capture the day perfectly. On top of that, our "sneak peek" has over 150 pictures-- I don't have experience with other wedding photographers, but I believe that is WAY more than what most couples get so quickly. We can't wait to see the rest and taunt our friends with some of the hilarious shots we got!
Finally, for the service and products Aidan offers, his pricing is great-- especially in such an expensive area. We couldn't recommend Aidan anymore! -

5 stars are not enough - Aiden was AWESOME in every way. His communication prior to the event was prompt and polite. He was very easy to work with throughout the planning and the wedding day itself. Our daughter had a small family wedding outdoors. Aiden quickly recognized the personality of the bride and groom and the pictures reflect them beautifully! He quickly put everyone at ease so the photos look natural and relaxed. We have only seen the first-look album as the wedding was about 24 hours ago and we are absolutely awestruck at the results. The portraits are stunning and all of the lighthearted moments in between were captured as well. We cannot wait to see the rest of the photos. I am sure we will marvel at their beauty. Would ABSOLUTELY hire Benson Park Photography again - in fact, we are for a wedding next year!! -

Engagement and wedding photos
Aidan did our engagement and wedding photos and he did a fantastic job. He is personable and professional. There were moments at our wedding where I thought “I hope Aidan got that photo” and then I looked up and he was right there nodding and smiling to let me know he got it. We also received the first look photos super quick. The photos were so beautiful. We cannot be happier. We are already planning our 5th wedding anniversary party and we will have Aidan there to capture those moments for us. If you need a photographer, Aidan is your guy.

Best Ever!
If you are considering booking Aidan/Benson Park Photography, DO IT!! My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience with him as our wedding photographer. Every interaction with Aidan, from the initial phone call to the engagement shoot and all the way through the wedding, made it obvious that he is passionate about what he does and cares about delivering the best possible experience and product for his clients. He set us at ease through the whole process. One of my favorite moments was our First Look before the wedding; Aidan gave us the cue to see each other, but then faded into the background to capture some beautiful shots while my husband and I just got to share a moment together in the chaos of the day. I am so thankful for that particular moment and the gorgeous photos that came from it. Plus, his turnaround time for photos is unbelievable - he gave us a first look gallery of over 100 beautifully shot and edited photos shortly after our wedding!! Each one was absolutely stunning and perfectly reflected the magic of that day. My husband and I cannot recommend Aidan enough - we will be encouraging all our friends to book him, and we'll definitely be reaching back out to him for other major events. Aidan was a JOY to work with on our wedding day. The job of the photographer is so important because you want someone who can capture all of the special moments on your big day. He was one of the first vendors we hired and communicated well through the whole planning process. Aidan took our engagement photos, volunteered to help take some photos at our rehearsal dinner, and worked with us for 10 hours on our wedding day. Our entire wedding party enjoyed working with him, and we loved all of the pictures that he took. My husband and I are not photography experts, and Aidan really helped us to feel comfortable and to take some beautiful photos that also look very natural. I highly recommend hiring Aidan to work with you on your big day! -

We can’t say enough good things about Aidan and his business. My (now) husband and I got married over the weekend and Aidan was so professional and easy to get along with. We had several guests rave about him, too.

We can’t say enough about how great Aidan was. The photos are beautiful and he captured so many wonderful moments throughout our wedding day. He clearly had put a lot of thought and planning into it. He came out the day before our wedding for the rehearsal to scout the area and it made a big difference the next day. We would definitely hire him again if we need a professional photographer in Northern VA area. -

I cannot recommend Aidan and Benson Park Photography enough! Aidan perfectly captured our wedding day (and previously our engagement). Wish I could give 10 stars! We had Aidan photograph our small, intimate wedding at a restaurant and a crab feast for dinner. The initial communication and booking were seamless. He was prompt with all replies to questions and setting up calls. He was such a joy to have at our celebration. He made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and he felt like a friend at our wedding. He followed all our asks that we laid out in our planning calls and went above and beyond to get photos we hadn't even thought of. He even sent us a few sneak peek photos a few hours after our ceremony and we received gorgeous first look images by the following Monday. Aidan is incredibly talented at capturing both candid and posed pictures and we will cherish these photos forever. I recommend him so highly for any event or photo sessions! He's the best. -

Aiden was our wedding-day MVP! Having beautiful photos of our special day was at the top of my list of wedding-day needs because these photos will be around long after we are gone. Our photos are more beautiful than I imagined.
His ability to capture light is spot on and he has a fantastic eye, but he also does a great job of not being seen. For instance, we didn’t notice a photographer snapping pictures during our ceremony or even on the dance floor. He is such a nice, professional guy. He worked with us ahead of time to make sure he understood what we wanted him to focus on, which was really nice because I felt like I could just let him do this thing and not worry about “what the photographer was up to.”
If you have the opportunity to book Aiden for your big event- DO IT! You will not be disappointed. With his skills, experience and professionalism, he is worth every penny. -

You NEED to hire him!
Aiden is just an absolutely incredible photographer! He was so kind and relaxed and easy to work with! He gave us so many fun poses and really helped us come up with how and where to pose! As a lesbian couple that have fall photoshoots annually, we are use to people showing us examples of heterosexual couples posing, we were so pleasantly surprised that he was showing us examples only of other lesbian couples. That was just so incredibly sweet and inclusive.
This time we hired him for our engagement shoot but definitely working with him again for any other photoshoots that come up in the future! -

Our wedding photos came out incredible thanks to Aidan! To this day, all of our friends and family still talk about how perfect our photos turned out! He arrived at the venue early to get set up, and was beyond professional. Our bridal party felt so comfortable having him shoot the Getting Ready shots. During the big day, he was able to both take the lead at gathering the family for photos and also being a fly on the wall and getting amazing candid shots without anyone noticing, like a ninja. The entire day I knew I didn't have to sweat for a second about photos because I knew that Aidan had it handled, and I couldn't be happier! -
